Jay Cutler is finally gonna make an honest woman out of his baby mama ... TMZ has learned the Chicago Bears QB just purchased a marriage license in the state of Tennessee.

We've confirmed ... Cutler and Kristin Cavallari appeared at the Davidson County Clerk in Nashville, TN early this morning ... and dropped $99.50 on the paperwork required to tie the knot.

Sources connected to the couple tell us ... the two are set to swap "I dos" at a ceremony THIS WEEKEND in Nashville ... the city where Jay went to college (he played at Vanderbilt).

The marriage license is only valid for 30 days ... so if Jay has a last minute change of heart this weekend, Kristin still has a couple of weeks to change his mind.

Jay and Kristin were originally engaged back in April 2011 ... but called it off in July.

Just a few months later, they announced the engagement was back on ... and in January 2012, they revealed Kristin was preggo with Jay's kid.

Kristin gave birth to their son Camden on August 8, 2012.

So far, no comment from Cutler or Cavallari.

UPDATE 12:33 PM PT -- Kristin posted a pic to her Instagram of a pair of wedding rings with the caption: "Im officially Kristin Elizabeth Cutler!!!!!"

Farrah has enrolled in Pace University (online) and is entering their Lubin School of Business in order to get a BBA in Business Studies. We're told the "Backdoor Teen Mom" star is concentrating in Accounting and Internal Auditing (we thought she was more into external).

Farrah tells TMZ she hopes to put the degree to good use ... she has plans to open a restaurant in the near future. She tells us, "I'm going back to further my education. It helps my future in terms of my business goals and secures a better future for my daughter."

Let's hope she isn't required to take any English classes (watch the video below and you'll see what we mean).

The sale of the bikini Farrah Abraham wore for the cover of her sex tape has hit a snag ... eBay has pulled the listing down because it hasn't been washed since she wore it.

As TMZ first reported, Vivid Entertainment -- the porn studio behind the release of "Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom" -- listed Farrah's pink crystal-encrusted two-piece with a starting bid of $500.

We're told eBay removed the listing and sent Vivid an email, saying, "Due to health and hygiene concerns our policy does not allow used clothing to be listed on the site unless the item has been washed first."

When the listing was pulled, bidding had reached a whopping $14,700!!!!!

We're told Vivid will wash the bikini and re-post the listing in a couple of days.
