Lady Gaga is one confident woman, but she barely held it together Sunday night at the Critics Choice Awards.

Gaga was nominated for Best Actress for her role in "House of Gucci" ... so it stands to reason she wore a black and gold Gucci dress. The deep cut had eyes popping.

Gaga's plus one was BF Michael Polansky, and dare we say ... one lucky guy!

She did double duty Sunday  ... she appeared at the BAFTA Awards in London earlier in the day, then did an outfit swap to appear at the Critics Choice Awards -- being held in both Los Angeles and London -- making an entrance at The Savoy Hotel.

Sports Illustrated's next Swimsuit Issue is gonna have a first ... first ICU nurse, first breast cancer survivor, first NASA physicist or first indigenous model -- they're all in the running, and all have something in common.

S.I.'s doing something they've dubbed a "Swim Search" for an amateur model to feature in their Swimsuit Issue, and just announced a seriously diverse group of finalists ... including actual NASA vet Manju Bangalore.

Yes, she's a physicist who's worked at the Johnson Space Center ... and it's gotta be said: Houston, we do NOT have a problem with this.

Also among the 14 finalists ... breast cancer survivor Kelly Crump, who's endured 60 rounds of chemo since her diagnosis in 2019. Ashley Callingbull hails from Canada's Enoch Cree Nation ... making her the first indigenous woman to pose for the magazine's annual issue.

And then there's Hillory Fields, a real life hero of the pandemic. The Florida native is a traveling ICU nurse who shared her "grueling" efforts through 2020 on social media, saying ... "It has all been a tragedy."

It's pretty obvious what S.I. is going for here, and commendable, at that -- find the most diverse and unique group of "models" they've ever featured. Very cool.

Los Angeles local Amy Smart was in her early 20s when she blasted her way into the entertainment biz back in 2000 with some top-notch breakout roles including the college hottie Beth -- who gets involved in a wild night of partying, sex and camcorders -- in the 2000 college comedy "Road Trip."

Around that same time, Smart had some other epic acting gigs including James Van Der Beek's girlfriend Jules Harbor in the football film "Varsity Blues" and her classic character Ruby on the television drama "Felicity."

Matthew Stafford's wife, Kelly, is seriously regretting going under the knife to get a new set of boobs years ago ... saying her experience with the procedure was straight-up horrific.

Kelly detailed her journey on her "The Morning After" podcast this week ... saying she always wanted to have bigger knockers, so she saved up for years to make it happen.

"I just turned 19," Stafford said. "So I went and got a boob job."

Kelly -- who started dating the L.A. Rams QB at the Univ. of Georgia -- said her man was opposed to the move at the time, but she went ahead and did it anyway.

"He was like, 'Do not do it. Please don't do it,' and I was like, 'Listen, love you, but I've wanted this for a long time and this is about me, not about you.'"

Maybe Kelly should have taken his advice ... 'cause she said it ended up being the worst boob job ever.

"It was two balloons on my chest," Kelly said. "It was so, so bad."

Kelly said the botched job was so obvious, Detroit reporters caught on and believed that her then-Lions QB boyfriend must have paid for her implants -- which pissed her off.

"I am independent. I don't need him to buy my boobs. I bought these boobs."

Kelly added, "If he would've bought 'em, they would've been far better!"

Thankfully, the 32-year-old mother of 4 was able to get them "deflated" a year later, and then eventually redone altogether just a couple years ago.

"They were so bad that it was very evident ... like that looks real bad."

Kelly -- who married Matthew in 2015 -- says even though he was against it, he was very supportive and "sweet" throughout her struggles.

Even though there's fewer days in the month of February ... celebs on social media turned up enough heat to keep you warm until spring break!

The couple was definitely into each other -- a good sign that their reconciliation is going extremely well since their break up last August.

As we previously reported, the two first became an item after Kuz slid into Harlow's DMs ... and they became one of the first quarantine couples to surface during the pandemic.

No All-Star Game selection (and no healthy elbow) for Paul George, clearly no problem ...

The Clippers forward was spotted living it up in St. Barts instead of healthily playing in the NBA's showcase this weekend ... being seen shirtless in the sun with his fiancee, Daniela Rajic.

George looked to have no issue whatsoever with being away from the trainer's room and the hardwood for a few days ... and Rajic, sporting a colorful one-piece, didn't seem to have too much issue with it either.

The couple has a few more days to burn in the Caribbean Sea too ... as George's Clippers don't return to action until Friday when they take on the Lakers.

There's a pretty amazing supporting cast in the 30-second ad -- William Shatner, Dennis Rodman, Buzzy Cohen and Danny Trejo ... all touting the virtues of exercise and fitness.

BTW ... NBC said Thursday all the Super Bowl ad slots have been filled, and it ran companies that advertised between $5.8 million and $7 million for 30 seconds of airtime.

Lindsay's been under the radar for a few years now, so the ad is actually more effective because of it. It's kind of like a reveal on "Extreme Makeover" ... except a lot more cerebral. It's actually a great P.R. move for her, because it's believable ... somewhat.
