Un policía del estado de Pensilvania fue arrestado por internar ilegalmente a su ex novia en un psiquiátrico, pero su plan salió mal luego de ser grabado sujetándola violentamente mientras ella rogaba por su liberación.

Ronald Davis fue detenido el pasado jueves y acusado de delito grave de estrangulamiento, restricción ilegal, detención ilegal, asalto simple, imprudentemente poner en peligro a otra persona y opresión policial.

El Fiscal de Distrito del Condado de Dauphin dijo que Davis está casado y tiene familia, pero tenía una "relación íntima" con su ahora ex novia.

Davis supuestamente aseguró ilegalmente una orden de internamiento involuntario y tenía a la mujer interna en un centro de salud mental en contra de su voluntad de acuerdo con una denuncia ante un tribunal penal.

Un amigo acompañó a Davis para grabarlo mientras detenía a la mujer antes de entregar el vídeo al fiscal, que lo hizo público.

Blueface may have successfully destroyed any bit of public goodwill he had in his custody fight with Chrisean Rock ... posting a pic of their son's unhealthy genitals in an effort to prove his point -- but he's sticking to his guns.

On Sunday, Blueface shocked and angered onlookers online by uploading the graphic pic on social media with a complaint ... "This what my son d**k look like an she worried about me an lil baby c*** like bih get our son c*** right then do what you want."

We blurred the pic for obvious reasons, but Blue's defense is their still weeks-old son was suffering from a hernia but Chrisean still hadn't scheduled the necessary surgery to correct the condition.

Fans were split over Blueface's lack of family discretion ... one fan noted Chrisean's behavior during pregnancy may have pre-doomed the entire situation while Blueface even challenged another who questioned his parenting skills.

Others still want CPS to intervene ... which pretty much mirrors the thoughts of Blue's manager Wack 100, who demands the child return to the hospital so it can get the proper care.

Blue and Chrisean have been at each other's throats since the baby's birth ... last week Chrisean admitted fault for not cradling his head properly while shopping at Walmart, much to Blue's disappointment.

He doesn't think she's serious about raising the child but until something's done, the lil tyke will be the main one suffering.

A Pennsylvania State Police Trooper allegedly had his ex-girlfriend illegally committed to a psych ward, but his crazy plan backfired after he was caught on video violently restraining her as she begged for her release.

Ronald Davis was arrested last Thursday and charged with felony strangulation, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and official oppression.

The Dauphin County District Attorney said Davis is married with a family, but had an "intimate relationship" with his now former girlfriend.

Davis allegedly unlawfully secured an involuntary commitment order and had the woman tossed in a mental health facility against her will, according to a criminal court complaint.

A friend went along with Davis to record him taking the woman into custody before turning the video over to the D.A., who released it publicly.

Check out the disturbing clip ... Davis is sitting on top of the woman, manhandling her on the ground.

She pleads with him to get off her, telling him, "This isn't normal. Can I please get up? I didn't do anything wrong except disagree with you."

The woman tries to break free, wrestling with Davis and elbowing him in the back.

But, Davis is too strong and keeps her under his control until more cops arrive and she's taken to the hospital to be evaluated. The woman spent five whole days in the psych ward before getting discharged -- but she shouldn't have been there in the first place.

Tory Lanez is isolated in his prison cell, and amid a new, volatile environment, the guy's actually gunning to be among the normie inmates ... and he's not afraid at all.

Ceasar McDowell -- a member of Tory's legal team and the CEO of Unite the People -- tells us he's spoken to TL a few times since he was denied bond pending his appeal, and apparently Tory has a preference on where to be housed at the new facility ... gen pop.

Indeed ... we're told Tory's first choice is to be among the other inmates, as opposed to being siloed away in a protective wing ... where high-profile inmates often go. Instead, McDowell tells us Tory's relayed to him ... he wants to be among the common crowd, which is somewhat shocking.

TMZ broke the story -- Tory's currently isolated because of his celebrity status, getting frequent guard checks and escorts for meals -- but he doesn't want the special treatment ... he wants to be out with everybody else.

It goes without saying ... gen pop is where a lot of danger exists, and where an inmate could more easily run into problems. And despite this, we're told Tory has absolutely no apprehension about his safety ... as McDowell explains Tory thinks he can handle himself.

McDowell tells us that Tory's been fully briefed on prison life from several people in his own world -- and, generally speaking, he's a confident guy. In other words, it sounds like TL thinks he'd be able to fit right in without any problems.

More than this ... we're told there are practical reasons Tory's gunning for a gen Pop placement. An inmate in gen pop tends to have access to more programs and resources (like help/support groups) than the special wing prisoners do ... and McDowell says Tory wants the option to take advantage of those.

Unclear which of these Tory might want to join, but what McDowell does tell us is this ... Tory believes being a part of that will help him rehabilitate faster and come home sooner.

Now, while Tory might not fear his own safety in the new prison ... we're told he does have one lingering fear ... the real possibility of losing touch with his loved ones. We're told the communication rules at North Kern State Prison are different than what he had at L.A. County Jail ... where he could call anyone he wanted at any time.

Here, and for the time being, he'll have limited access to the outside world. McDowell says Tory can't make calls himself, but can still receive them from his legal team. This will only be temporary, however, as Tory sits tight in the "reception center" for the next 30 days.

Alicia Keys is dipping her toes in the beverage game, but not booze ... the singer filed a trademark for her own lines of teas, and it seems to be inspired by a gift from Swizz Beatz.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Alicia's company, AK Worldwide, filed to lock up rights to the name, "Alicia Teas" for a line of teas -- an obvious pun on her own name that fits perfectly in the world of drinks.

And, here's the funny part -- it all seems based on a gift from her boo!

Swizz pulled out all the stops for AK's birthday in 2020, gifting Alicia her own personal line of teas ... something folks rarely get to unwrap on their big day.

A California deputy was recorded committing alleged police brutality, body-slamming a teenage girl and nearly knocking her unconscious.

Disturbing footage of the terrifying ordeal was posted on Instagram late Friday night after Victorville PD deputies were called to squash a fight at Victor Valley High School earlier in the evening.

The video opens just after the deputy has hoisted the 16-year-old girl into the air, and then you see him aggressively throw her to the ground. Like a rag doll, her body goes limp.

People rush over to help her, including the photog ... the girl seems completely out of it and barely conscious.

A rep for Victorville PD tells TMZ ... deputies tried to disperse the rowdy group by firing pepper balls at them, but it didn't work.

The crowd then converged on the deputies as the girl tried to seize the pepper ball launcher.

That's when "the deputy pulled the female away causing her to land on the ground," according to police. Yet, the video clearly contradicts the PD's statement.

The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but the extent of her injuries and her condition were not disclosed.

Cops said they arrested a 16-year-old boy for punching a deputy in the face and later booked him into a juvenile hall due to his age.

The D.A. is currently reviewing the matter to determine if charges are warranted against the boy -- and the girl.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, C.T. and Lilianet "Lili" Solares have given the green light to multiple rules and regulations regarding the custody arrangement with their son, Christopher Jr., who was born in 2016 ... one of which is the parties agreeing not to record their son with the purpose of interrogating him.

What's more, C.T. and Lili aren't allowed to ask Christopher Jr. about the other parent while spending their designated time with him. On the days when he's with one of the parents, the other is entitled to 2 phone calls to him throughout the day, although the order does allow the kid to reach out to the other parent as much as he wants.

As for child support, the temporary arrangement is that C.T. will pay Lili $332 a week when Christopher Jr. spends all his time with his mom, and $175 a week when C.T. actually exercises his time with the kid.

TMZ broke the story, C.T. filed for divorce last year in Florida ... coming after a very on-again, off-again relationship. He revealed in 2020 that they separated the year before, but ended up back together.

A woman said to be running a special needs dog rescue out of her Arizona home landed in jail after mounting allegations of animal abuse ... resulting in a major confiscation of pups.

April Mclaughlin was arrested Friday evening in Chandler, AZ following a search warrant that was executed at her house by local law enforcement ... which resulted in her being hauled away and booked on 55 counts of animal abuse, 55 counts of animal cruelty and a lone count of vulnerable adult abuse. All of this stems from what they found in this one home.

Multiple agencies were on the ground last night responding to the scene ... including the Arizona Humane Society, which assisted in removing dozens of canines from the property.

There were even hazmat teams deployed to deal with this -- as there was a reported foul odor emanating from the home that could be smelled from the street. Multiple bystanders watched as they removed dog after dog ... many of which were disabled and couldn't walk.

The bust follows weeks of claims from different animal rights orgs and other dog rescues in the area, as well as outside of the state ... with a key handful of women beating the drum on social media trying to raise awareness about what they alleged was going on here.

Essentially, they claimed this woman had gone around taking in special needs dogs from other dog rescues that didn't have the resources to accommodate them -- bringing them to a rescue called the Special Needs Animal Welfare League ... which these accusers allege is a total front, and that it simply existed as her own house as opposed to a legit facility.

Instead of providing them proper care, however ... these other orgs assert Mclaughlin treated them terribly -- allegedly removing the doggy wheelchairs of several of the pooches under her watch, and allegedly leaving them malnourished -- among other horrible conditions. Some of the court docs obtained by local outlets appear to back at least some of this up -- detailing what officers say they found inside, including several dead dogs in the freezer.

Here's another twist ... some outlets report that Mclaughlin had used multiple aliases to do what she's been alleged to have carried out. Obviously, unraveling this case will take time.

Unclear if AM's still in custody or not -- she's said to have been taken to Maricopa County Jail on $2,500 cash-only bond. Some reports have her on record as denying wrongdoing.

Tory Lanez has gotta be feeling lonely inside those prison walls ... because we're told his day-to-day schedule puts him in a solo situation, because of his celeb status.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... the rapper's currently in Administrative Segregation at North Kern State Prison in Delano, CA ... because he's a high-profile inmate.

Our sources say Ad-Seg doesn't come with a whole lotta social interactions -- he's got a cell all to himself -- with frequent checks from guards.

We're told he's escorted to the showers where he bathes by himself, and if he chooses to spend time in the yard, he'll be the only one in the fenced-off area.

He also isn't going to the chow hall like his fellow inmates, so all meals are brought to him -- and, as we reported, he's been chowing down on bologna sandwiches and hard-boiled eggs.

We're also told he's in handcuffs whenever he's escorted out of his cell ... but that's just policy for folks in Ad-Seg.

Remember, Tory arrived at the state prison Tuesday after being sentenced to 10 years for his conviction in the Megan Thee Stallion shooting case.

Bijou Phillip's divorce filing against Danny Masterson seemed shocking considering her very public support of the actor, but behind the scenes, it wasn't a big surprise ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell TMZ Masterson knew the divorce docs were coming, so he wasn't blindsided as many had suspected. We're told Danny and Bijou's main concern now is to protect their daughter from upcoming appeals and legal challenges.

As we reported, Danny was sentenced to 30 years to life behind bars for two rape convictions.

Many speculated Bijou's divorce filing could be an attempt to protect their daughter's future assets if civil lawsuits follow ... though the exact reason she filed is still unclear.
