Elon Musk Weighs In on Megan Fox Spat ... Hiring a VP of Witchcraft!!!

Published | Updated

Elon Musk has entered the chat on how Megan Fox raises her sons -- and in trying to be funny ... he says he might need to bring someone onboard to stamp out the dark arts.

The Twitter chief posted a few interesting messages on his platform Sunday -- all of which clearly appeared to be in direct response to the controversy between MF and conservative provocateur Robby Starbuck ... who started this whole thing by accusing her and her ex, Brian Austin Green, of child abuse -- simply for letting their boys dress how they like.

Elon tweeted, "Looking to hire a VP of Witchcraft & Propaganda." It might've seemed to have come out of nowhere, but if you check his Twitter replies ... he references Megan specifically.

In a thread that followed his OG comment, somebody said Megan Fox was his girl -- this while highlighting her response to Starbuck, in which she threatened to use witchcraft on him -- and another person jokingly responded, "She is bad at propaganda though."

To that, Elon retorted ... "Nobody is perfect." BTW, Elon's been following the story all weekend -- when RS published his original accusation, EM commented directly with a "!"

Elon's reference to witchcraft also dovetails with something Megan posted after her IG statement. She threw up a photo from a news article earlier this week ... which purports to have captured footage of real-life "witches" eating a deer carcass outside of a farm.

Meg added her own caption, writing ... "me outside rob starbucks house," and the guy himself seemed shocked. He posted this after, saying ... "Now Megan Fox is threatening to hold a carcass eating ritual at my house. That’d be a bold/dumb decision in TN. If her goal was to look crazy. Mission accomplished! Now people know she practices witchcraft too."

A few things of note here ... one, most people know Megan Fox is into this kind of stuff -- it's no secret, and has been well-documented ... especially in her relationship with MGK.

More importantly, though ... it would appear Elon is co-signing what Starbuck has said about Megan and her family. Mind you, he's suggesting he needs to hire somebody to filter out propaganda and witchcraft on Twitter ... which he seems to believe Megan is spewing.

SHUTTING DOWN THE HATERS

Elon's timeline is full of anti-LGBT content -- and is reflective of political stances he's taken of late. As for his new job listing ... there are actually some prospects. So-called witches are blowing up his feed right now -- so if he's serious, there are certainly some would-be takers.

Pres. Biden Social Media Conservatives Say He Violated U.S. Flag Code Recs ... With WH Pride Flag Display

Published | Updated

President Biden and the rest of the White House celebrated Pride this weekend -- but conservatives are crying foul, claiming JB broke the law in doing so ... flag law, specifically.

Here's the deal ... Joe and co. were hosting a Pride event outside the WH Saturday, where he spoke passionately about protecting individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ ... especially transgender children, whom he said were seen, heard and most definitely belonged.

biden pride trans
WE STAND WITH YOU

His remarks were embraced by the LGBTQ+ community and their allies -- but, of course, they also came under fire by right-wingers who felt he was playing a dangerous game.

Eventually, they found something on the grounds to pin their outrage to ... a flag display hanging from the White House itself, with the Pride rainbow flag slotted in between two U.S. flags.

You see, some were citing a certain part of the U.S. Flag Code -- which, yes, is indeed real -- and asserted JB was in violation of section 7, article (e) ... which discusses how U.S. flags should be displayed in public. There are 15 articles dissecting this whole topic, BTW.

Article (e) reads, "The flag of the United States of America should be at the center and at the highest point of the group when a number of flags of States or localities or pennants of societies are grouped and displayed from staffs." Basically, the red, white and blue oughta take precedent and be most prominent among an assortment of flags -- that's the "rule."

In response to how the WH arranged the flags here, one conservative -- echoing many others -- writes, "To advance revolutionary transgender agenda targeting children, Biden violates basic tenet of US Flag Code and disrespects every American service member buried under its colors." Some are even calling on Biden to apologize and/or be held to account.

The reality ... nobody is going to do squat about this -- because, frankly, it's not a big deal. More importantly, though, the U.S. Flag Code (while technically a federal law) is not enforced at all ... and operates more as a recommendation on proper decorum/custom than anything.

In other words, it's much ado about nothing ... but some are making a mountain out of a mole hill regardless. We got a long month ahead of us.

Garth Brooks Plans to Sell Bud Light in New Bar Wants Folks to Feel Safe

Published | Updated

Garth Brooks says he isn't keeping any beers off his tap list when it comes to what he'll serve at his new bar -- and that apparently includes Bud Light ... despite the backlash.

In a recent interview with Billboard, the country singer alluded to having the embattled Anheuser-Busch brand featured in his soon-to-be-opened Friends In Low Places Bar & Honky Tonk in Nashville -- which is gonna be on the famed Broadway strip there in downtown.

They were talking about the kind of vibe Garth wants to foster there -- and how he'll, perhaps, differentiate himself/his establishment from other honky tonks there -- and he said one thing they'll do to stand out is by serving beer that every kind of person can enjoy.

Here's the full quote ... "I know this sounds corny, I want it to be the Chick-fil-A of honky-tonks. I want it to be a place you feel safe in, I want it to be a place where you feel like there are manners and people like one another."

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

GB goes on to add, "And yes, we're going to serve every brand of beer. We just are. It's not our decision to make. Our thing is this, if you [are let] into this house, love one another. If you're an a**hole, there are plenty of other places on lower Broadway."

Of course, Garth didn't mention Bud Light or Dylan Mulvaney by name ... but it's obvious what he was referring to. Bottom line here is ... the dude's gonna have Bud ready to pour.

Garth's embrace of Bud Light is getting some flak from conservatives, who are accusing him of going "woke" and capitulating to left-wing viewpoints. There are even some who are vowing to boycott his bar and take their dollar elsewhere -- including Kid Rock's place.

Remember, KR took an extreme stance on the controversy -- shooting up boxes of Bud Light with an AR-15 rifle. It'll be interesting to see if this actually affects Garth's customer base.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Winner Tyra Sanchez Arrested Allegedly Assaulted, Threatened to Shoot Cop

Published

"RuPaul's Drag Race" winner Tyra Sanchez is sashaying her way into major legal trouble ... after allegedly threatening to gun down a police officer.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Sanchez -- whose real name is James William Ross IV -- got into a minor car crash with another driver, but when officers arrived on the scene last month in Starke, FL ... they say she jumped out of the car and started yelling at the cop.

The officer tried to calm down Tyra, but they say she wasn't having it, and when the cop tried to slap on handcuffs, she allegedly threatened to shoot the officer.

What's more, police say Tyra tried to reach into her car, at which point the officer put her in a bear hug ... and eventually deployed a taser, but it did squat to stop her.

Cops say Tyra took off on foot, but was apprehended a short distance away, and arrested for assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting without violence.

Fans of the competition series remember Tyra winning the second season, walking away with $25K and a ton of stardom. She retired in 2020, but pulled a Tom Brady and returned to action in 2022 on OnlyFans under the name "King Tyra."

Ross was also busted back in 2020 for spray-painting graffiti in Atlanta, writing, "Don't Move Here Ever" on the side of an apartment building.

No T, no shade, but going from vandalism to allegedly assaulting a cop? Good God, girl!

Justin Bieber Dad Clarifies Anti-LGBTQ Comments ... Only Makes It Worse

Published | Updated

Someone might wanna take Justin Bieber's dad's phone -- he's attempting to clear up his previous anti-LGBTQ comment, claiming he's misunderstood ... and really is just making things worse.

Jeremy hopped on Twitter Friday morning to further explain what he meant in posting, "Don't forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence."

Jeremy says, "My post was to acknowledge families, that's it! and before you say I abandoned my son, move on! that's an old narrative pushed! its ridiculous and didn't happen. Now my delivery may have been poor but it was not to be hateful or homophobic."

What Jeremy has clearly failed to learn from the wave of criticism he's received is ... straight people aren't the only ones who have families.

He also played the "some of my best friends are" card in his clarification, tweeting ... "My brother is gay and I adore him, Love whomever you want that’s your business not "mine"  my problem is the hostile takeover of our cities and schools by LGBTQ this is the concern of many. There is a place for everyone, and everyone’s opinion! That does not equal hate!"

Jeremy's reference of a "hostile takeover" screams of someone who's been shooting up cases of Bud Light, and/or tearing down Pride displays in a Target store.

He's claiming he's not anti-LGBTQ, but to say there's been a "takeover" of cities and schools is not only inaccurate, it's the dangerous kind of rhetoric that puts LGBTQ members at risk.

Little advice for Jeremy -- maybe just take the rest of this month off to enjoy your version of a family.

Put the phone down, and wish your brother a happy ... June?

Justin Bieber Dad Posts Offensive LGBTQ Message ... 'Thank a Straight Person'

Published | Updated
UPDATE

9:39 AM PT -- Jeremy Bieber just offered up a half-assed apology, writing, "Acknowledging the nuclear family is offensive? My apologies to those offended. Was not my intent. Not that my opinion matters."

UPDATE

Justin Bieber's dad, Jeremy, is letting everybody know exactly how he feels about Pride Month, posting dismissive messages about the celebrations happening this June.

Jeremy, who has children with 3 different women, took to Twitter Wednesday to post a meme of a Pride flag and the message, "Don't forget to thank a straight person this month for your existence."

The meme comes on the heels of his posting Monday, which read, "We need to celebrate families. U know the reason we’re all here! The things this generation glorifies is unbelievable!"

Jeremy's messaging is pretty clear ... he's not about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, and Justin's fans have certainly let him have it with their responses.

One wrote, "Don't forget to thank Justin Bieber this month for your paid bills" another said, "Yes! thanks straight man, who left your woman at the time raising your child alone. You are definitely the best person to something about family, respect and love."

Jeremy had Justin with Pattie Mallette when the two were 18 and split shortly after. Pattie raised Justin on her own with the help of her own parents ... though Justin and Jeremy maintained a relationship as he got older.

Of course, Jeremy's posts come on the heels of heightened tension and anti-LGBTQ legislation over the past several months. As we reported, a brawl broke out in California last night as a school board met to discuss including LGBTQ curriculum.

We covered it all in the latest episode of The TMZ Podcast, available on all podcast platforms.

Pride Month Parents Brawl In The Streets ... As School District Votes On LGBTQ+ Studies

Published | Updated

A massive group of parents broke out into an all-out brawl as a California school board met about the inclusion of LGBTQ+ topics in classes ... with folks on both sides of the argument getting into it as cops intervened in an effort to keep the peace.

The Glendale Unified School District was holding a meeting Tuesday when about 200 people -- some parents of students -- took to the streets, according to KTLA ... some voicing concerns, and others supporting the proposed curriculum.

You can see things get really intense, with the anti-LGBT+ protestors hurling a slew of insults at the other side as the physical attacks escalate.

You can also see a man dressed in mint green sucker-punch a woman in the crowd, while someone on a megaphone pleads for people to stop fighting. Cops eventually stopped the skirmish with the help of their batons, arresting at least 3 people after the incident.

Cops say a good chunk of the folks protesting the district were also at a North Hollywood elementary school last week when another violent exchange went down over a Pride event.

Glendale school officials told the local outlet the district's been including the Pride-inclusive studies since 2019, but it's a reconsideration meeting they hold every year for approval.

As you know, the outrage towards the LGBTQ+ community is at an all-time high this year with inclusivity meetings and Pride events across the country getting hit with angry protestors ... including a celebration in Tennessee which, as we reported, was getting threatened by the Aryan Nations last week.

Elliot Page Target of Transphobic Threat

Published | Updated

Elliot Page says a guy hurled a transphobic threat at him last year -- something he says has become a reality since coming out as transgender in 2020.

The actor's in the middle of a promo tour for his new memoir, telling the Los Angeles Times about an incident that went down in 2022 in L.A. ... claiming some man yelled at him while he was walking to a convenience store in WeHo.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Elliot says the man screamed, "I'm going to f****** gay bash you, f*****." He also claims the man followed that up by yelling, "This is why I need a gun!" -- this after EP had gone inside and asked employees for help.

He goes on to say that it left him shaken, but he noted he was fortunate enough to be able to afford resources -- like private security, etc. -- that could shield him from wackos ... whereas other trans people might not have the luxury.

In an excerpt from his book, the actor says an A-lister once told him -- pre-transition -- that he wasn't gay and that being gay didn't exist ... with this star apparently insisting Elliot was just afraid of men.

Elliot says the celeb then said they were going to "f***" him to prove it ... he doesn't name the actor.

Tyler James Williams 'I'm Not Gay' But Guessing Game Is 'Dangerous' to LGBTQ Members

Published | Updated

"Abbott Elementary" star Tyler James Williams is responding to rumors about his sexuality ... and warning that the culture of trying to out people is creating a "dangerous" culture.

Tyler posted a message saying, "I'm not gay," but then quickly explained he's only taking time to address the topic because, "Overanalyzing someone's behavior in an attempt to 'catch' them directly contributes to the anxiety a lot of queer and queer questioning people feel when they fear living in their truth."

It's clear Tyler's read social media posts claiming he exhibits some gay "behavior," and he says that the practice of trying to find some "hidden trait" makes it harder, if not dangerous, for closeted LGBTQ members to be themselves.

His full message is pretty eye-opening, and obviously comes from a place of wanting to remain an ally. He wished everyone "Happy Pride," and added, "I pray that you feel seen in ways that make you feel safe in the celebration that is this month."

Elon Musk Backs Family Opposing Biological Male In Daughter's H.S. Locker Room

Published

Elon Musk says a Vermont high school student and her family are getting a raw deal ... as they've been punished for demanding a biological male student -- who identifies as female -- be barred from the girls' locker rooms.

Former University of Kentucky swimmer, and now political activist, Riley Gaines amplified the Allen family's battle on Saturday -- tweeting Blake Allen had been suspended from school, and her father had been fired from his job.

Those were the consequences for the Allens who said Blake and some of her volleyball teammates were uncomfortable undressing in front of a fellow student who identifies as female ... but was born male.

Elon replied to Riley's tweet, "Incredibly unjust." Blake got a 2-day suspension and was reportedly told she couldn't return to school before apologizing for her feelings. Meanwhile, her father -- a middle school soccer coach -- had been suspended without pay because he publicly defended Blake, according to the Daily Signal.

The Allens did win some relief in the form of a lawsuit they filed against the school district ... which was recently settled. They'll reportedly get $125k in damages and attorney fees, plus Blake's suspension has been scrubbed from her record, and her father got back his coaching job.

As we reported, there's a similar legal battle at the University of Wyoming, where Kappa Kappa Gamma sisters are suing their sorority for allowing transgender Artemis Langford into the group.

They've also said they're uneasy due to Langford -- a biological male -- allegedly staring at women getting out of the shower.

Gov. Newsom Takes Aim at SoCal School Re: Harvey Milk Ban

Published | Updated

Gov. Gavin Newsom isn't happy that a SoCal school board banned lessons on the late Harvey Milk for kids ... and it sounds like he's going to do something about it.

California's top governmental dog sounded off Saturday in response to a report about the Temecula Valley School Board recently voting to nix any literature about the former SF politician -- who was openly gay, and who served a member of the Board of Supervisors.

Board president, Dr. Joseph Komrosky, was hearing out a fellow member ... who wanted to ban a biography of Milk -- which was apparently available to 4th graders at a local elementary school as part of their social studies teachings -- which touched on his homosexual lifestyle in the supplemental resources section ... as a footnote.

The board member who raised this issue says he was made aware of the material, finding the information in it to be highly inappropriate for children -- and Komrosky agreed.

In fact, Komrosky shocked many in the audience by calling Milk a "pedophile" ... which several people, including some teachers/faculty/board members, pushed back on by strongly denying that characterization. They explained that he was instrumental in achieving gay rights in the U.S. ... and that that historical fact shouldn't be hidden from grade school kids.

Komrosky held his ground ... arguing that Milk's private life -- and presumably his public life at large -- wasn't relevant and not worthy of being in their curriculum. In the end, the board voted 3-2 to get rid of the Milk literature ... and now, Gov. Newsom is aware of it.

He took to Twitter and wrote, "An offensive statement from an ignorant person. This isn’t Texas or Florida. In the Golden State, our kids have the freedom to learn. Congrats Mr. Komrosky you have our attention. Stay tuned." Newsom didn't elaborate further.

Of course, GN's spoken out against other states trying to limit the scope of education as it pertains to issues like these -- especially in Florida, where Gov. DeSantis has set a tone.

As for the whole "pedophile" claim ... it's unclear why Komrosky referred to HM as that. It's possible he might be referencing Milk's one-time relationship with Jack McKinley, which is believed to have begun while McKinley was a teen ... but that part of history is a little hazy.

In any case, there's no more Milk lessons there for the elementary schoolers ... for now.

Tennessee Anti-Drag Law Ruled as Unconstitutional As Pride Events Kick Off

Published | Updated

A federal judge in Tennessee has found that the state's anti-drag law -- the first of its kind in the country -- is unconstitutional ... and the timing couldn't be better for supporters of Pride.

U.S. District Judge Thomas Parker handed down his ruling Friday, arguing the law is too vague and overly broad ... also saying it encouraged discriminatory enforcement. Parker says the law violates Americans' First Amendment right to free speech/freedom of expression.

Parker did make a distinction about obscenity -- which proponents of the law thought would help keep it intact -- but the judge struck that down, explaining ... "There is no question that obscenity is not protected by the First Amendment. But there is a difference between material that is ‘obscene’ in the vernacular, and material that is ‘obscene’ under the law."

He adds, "Simply put, no majority of the Supreme Court has held that sexually explicit -- but not obscene -- speech receives less protection than political, artistic, or scientific speech."

In other words, it ain't illegal for adults to talk sex or dress in drag in front of kids ... which is exactly what this law was all about in the first place. As you'll recall, this law banned public drag/cabaret performances where children could see them, and that might've created problems with the Pride demonstrations going on throughout the state this weekend.

It's interesting ... the judge -- who's Trump-appointed, BTW -- brought up a hypothetical example of a woman dressing as/impersonating Elvis ... and said a situation like that could be prosecuted under this law. While Parker did say the State had an express and righteous interest to protect its minors, he said putting a law like this on the books isn't the way.

As you know ... local Pride organizers there in Tennessee have reported receiving threats from various hate groups in recent weeks as they were planning their parades and events.

Now that the courts have sided with their cause, you gotta imagine they'll be hitting the streets en masse and with some rejuvenated force too. Time will tell how the public reacts.

Taylor Swift My Show is 'Safe Space' for Pride ... Vote for LGBTQ Allies!!!

Published | Updated

Taylor Swift isn't afraid to get a little political ... she's reassuring fans they can safely celebrate Pride at her concerts, but also reminding them to vote if they want to feel safe in America.

Taylor's latest Eras Tour stop is in Chicago, and on Friday night she took a moment to get serious about "harmful pieces of legislation" that she says put the LGBTQ community at risk.

As she looked into the audience, she shouted out the "brilliant crowds of people who are living their authentic lives" and told them ... "This is a safe space for you. This is a celebratory space for you. And one of the things that makes me feel so prideful is getting to be with you, and watching you interact with each other, and being so loving, and so thoughtful, and so caring."

Before she launched back into her set, she encouraged her fans to pay attention to elections, especially local ones ... do their research and vote for candidates who are advocates and allies.

In recent years, Taylor's used her tremendous influence to remind her army of Swiftees about important elections ... and has even endorsed candidates.

She's also remained a staunch supporter of the LGBTQ community for years -- and famously performed a surprise show at NYC's Stonewall Inn to mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising.

'Drag Race' Star Gia Gunn I'm Anxious About Pride This Year ... But Threats Can't Stop Us From Celebrating!!!

Published | Updated

"RuPaul's Drag Race" star Gia Gunn says she has a lot more anxiety surrounding this year's Pride festivities after a swarm of threats toward LGBTQ+ organizations, but she doesn't think that should stop folks from celebrating.

We got Gia at Dialog Cafe Friday in WeHo, where she admitted she's been more cautious this year about going to Pride events -- walking us through her many emotions she's been feeling recently as a transgender woman.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

Gia gave us her thoughts about the recent threats surrounding the Mid-South Pride Festival Saturday in Memphis, which, as we reported, is being protested by the Aryan Nations -- but despite the potential risks, she tells us why it's important to still show up.

You'll recall, the Tennessee bash has beefed up security after several threats were made against the org, the performers, and even Festival Director Vanessa Rodley -- who told us she's been working with law enforcement to make sure everyone's safe.

Gia thinks putting a plan in place is key to supporting the LGBTQ+ community at any of the celebrations going down throughout June.
