Billie Eilish is a newly-minted millionaire, because we've learned the 16-year-old singer is raking in $2.6 million for an advance on her music.

We've obtained her minor's contract that was filed in L.A. County Superior Court. It says she inked a deal with Universal Music Corp. According to the contract, the advance is for a minimum of 5 new songs.

According to the deal, Billie gets $1.5 million within days of the time the deal is signed.

It gets even better ... if Universal extends the deal beyond the initial 3-year term, she'll get up to a $7 million advance.

Billie started on SoundCloud when she was just 14 and gained a huge following. She's now on tour with Florence + the Machine. She also has a song on the second season of the "13 Reasons Why" soundtrack with Khalid. And she has a single in next year's 'Men in Black' movie.

Angelina Jolie is sick of being married to Brad Pitt and is asking the divorce judge to end her marriage and make her single again, even before the judge deals with some nasty child custody issues.

Angelina's new lawyer just filed legal docs asking the judge to issue a final divorce decree this year.

Her attorney also claims in the docs Brad Pitt has not paid "meaningful child support" since their separation nearly 2 years ago. She says there has been an "informal arrangement," but Brad has not even lived up to that agreement.

She wants the judge to issue a formal child support order and make it retroactive against Brad.

TMZ broke the story ... Angelina's lawyer, Laura Wasser, is going to quit because Angelina has been very difficult to work with and is making the divorce way more contentious than necessary. The document that was just filed is revealing, because she now has 2 new lawyers -- presumably the ones who will replace Wasser.

Some of the other items up for auction -- a Peyton Manning signed football (less than Swift), Tiger Woods signed hat (way less than Swift) and a Ryan Tannehill signed helmet (not even close).

As for the Swift jersey, the Broncos say she signed the uni during her May concert at Mile High Stadium and she got #13 because it's her lucky number. Also, she was born on Dec. 13.

The money from the auction will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club -- so get in there and SPEND SOME MONEY.

Matt Lauer's closing the book on his life in NYC ... at least for now.

The fired "Today" show co-host finally unloaded his 4 bed, 4.5 bath apartment on Manhattan's Upper East Side Monday, months after news broke he was selling it. Pics of his pad show a closet full of Lauer's on-air suits ... which have obviously been gathering dust since late November.

Matt used the home during the week while he was working in the city, but after he was canned from his TV job for sexual misconduct ... he put it on the market.

According to the NY Post, he hauled in more than $7 million on the sale.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West will be so chill through the dog days of summer, thanks to their brand new pool ... which is really more like a small inland sea.

According to building permits, obtained by TMZ, Kim and Kanye got the go-ahead from the city of Hidden Hills last month to install an enormous in-ground pool at their roughly $60 million estate. As you can see from this pic in June ... they got a little head start on construction.

Kimye's big dig is 20' wide by 60 feet long! FYI, we normal humans average pools around 20 feet wide by 30 feet long.

The construction work is valued at a little over $50k, but they're almost guaranteed to spend more than that to get it done. It's unclear how close they are to completion, but August in that neck of woods is legendarily SMOKING HOT!

You'll recall ... the couple was originally talking about putting in something that really would have been more lake-like. They might have downsized a little, but we're guessing this will still challenge Drake's pool ... which he bragged about in "Summer Sixteen."

The Wests also got approval to build a new guard shack, valued at almost $12k. Gotta keep neighborhood riff-raff outta that pool!

6:15 AM PT -- HGTV has now been announced as the winning bidder for the iconic Hollywood home. The company claims it intends to return it to its "1970s glory."

Lance Bass has someone who is squarely siding with him in the mess over the sale of the 'Brady Bunch' house ... that someone is his real estate broker, who says his client was shamelessly defrauded.

Lance's real estate broker tells TMZ, there was no misunderstanding ... the realtor for the seller of the 'Brady Bunch' house made it crystal clear ... Lance was the highest bidder and the house was his.

The broker says before Lance submitted his bid, which was just under $3 million, the seller's realtor was unambiguous ... the cutoff for submitting offers was last Thursday at 3 PM and they would take NO OTHER OFFERS after that. The highest bidder would get the house. Period.

Lance was indeed the highest bidder, and his broker tells us the seller's realtor even doubled down and said the house was Lance's. What's more, Lance's broker says the seller's realtor even sent paperwork to him to finalize the deal.

Lance's broker says the seller's realtor told him this was a solid "gentleman's agreement," with paperwork to follow, which it did.

This must really be God's plan. Drake is looking to lock up the rights to the phrase "God's Plan" as the rapper continues cashing in on his hit song.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Drake is aiming to use "God's Plan" for a bunch of clothing merch and a TV game show ... plus the usual things like downloadable music, music videos, audio recordings, marketing and promotion.

Drake's filing comes about a month after the release of his 5th studio album, "Scorpion." The music video for "God's Plan" has over 760 MILLION views, and Drake boasts in the vid about giving away just shy of $1 million to strangers -- the trademark means he's now ready to cash in for himself.

Britney Spears' legal team wants a judge to tell Kevin Federline he's wasting his time asking to depose the singer ... calling it unnecessary and possibly harmful to their kids.

Attorneys for Britney's conservatorship just filed new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- saying there's no need for Britney to sit for a deposition because everyone already knows, she makes a ton of money.

Brit's team also argues the depo could disrupt her touring schedule and potentially undermine the security of her kids if Kevin asks for records that expose private information -- like their travel, school schedule, etc.

She's asking a judge to severely limit what Federline can access ... and to seal whatever does become available.

TMZ broke the story ... Britney's legal team squared off with Kevin in L.A. last week. She's been paying him $20k per month in child support but he's demanding more.

Lance Bass shot himself in the foot in the 'Brady Bunch' house bidding war he recently lost by celebrating too early when the deal wasn't done yet ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the deal tell us Lance essentially opened the flood gates for other bidders by prematurely posting the news on social media that the house was his. We're told that invited a new wave of bidders and offers.

Sources say one of the final 3 bids being considered was from none other than Jonathan Scott from "Property Brothers" -- so, you know high rollers were in the mix.

As we reported, Lance feels he was used to drive up the price of the home after he placed the final and highest bid 5 minutes before the deadline last week. He says the real estate agent told him the place was his ... but things changed a day later.

An anonymous corporate buyer -- who Lance only ID'd as a "Hollywood studio" -- had offered a higher price than his after the deadline ... and the seller went with them.

Despite Lance's premature excitement ... our sources say they have no idea why he tweeted the deal was done when it simply wasn't.

Someone REALLY wanted a piece of Prince Harry memorabilia ... and dropped nearly $100k for one of his cars.

Harry's 2017 Audi RS6 4.0 Avant came off the market as quickly as it went up -- we're told the company in charge of unloading the car sold it in about 4 days. The new owner dropped $92,966.12 to be exact. The sport sedan has only had 1 previous owner ... a royal, at that.

The new owner got a pretty great deal -- that Audi usually retails for around $180k. Prince Harry was seen driving it back in May 2017 as he was leaving Pippa Middleton and James Matthews' wedding early. He was reportedly on his way to pick up then-girlfriend Meghan Markle from Kensington Palace and then whisk her off to the evening reception.

Drake spent a small fortune -- by normie standards -- to decorate his chompers with serious bling for his "In My Feelings" music video ... and he ordered 'em just in the nick of time.

Our Drizzy sources say ... the rapper hit up celeb jeweler Ben Baller to make his grills less than 4 days before he shot the music vid in New Orleans. The grills were made in 36 hours and flown directly there. His order called for a specific combo too -- pure platinum and 18k gold.

The precious metals request was odd, because that kinda high quality isn't usually used on grills. We're told Drake wanted the all-gold set to rep a color associated with NOLA.

Lance Bass feels like he got royally screwed by a real estate agent who played him like a fiddle in order to spike a bidding war for one of the most famous houses in L.A. -- the 'Brady Bunch' house.

Lance tells TMZ, he's a super fan of the 70's sitcom. He says he's watched every episode 50 times, so when he heard the Studio City home was for sale, he said he had to have it. The former 'NSYNC boy bander flips houses on the side, and he wanted to make the inside look exactly like the show and then sell it.

The exterior of the house was used for the show, which ran from 1969 to 1974. The interiors were shot on the studio lot.

The house was for sale for $1.885 mil, but because of hot real estate market and the marquee value of the property, a bidding war erupted that sent the price WAY over asking.

Lance says the real estate agent told him the seller would look at all bids after the Thursday 3 PM deadline, and the highest bidder would win. Lance says he knew what he needed to beat 5 minutes before the deadline, and made an offer just shy of $3 million.

This is where Lance says things got hinky. He got a call from the agent, saying the property was his, and that gave way to a big celebration. But, 24 hours later, Lance says the realtor called to say there was an "unforeseen circumstance" and another buyer came in and made a higher offer.

Tekashi69 must not wanna get back the chains allegedly stolen from him ... 'cause TMZ's learned he's not playing ball with cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Tekashi refused to describe to police the type of jewelry stolen or even estimate their value, though he told us it was nearly $1 mil.

What's more ... we're told his driver would NOT fill out a lost property form for the stolen iPhone and would not tell cops if the tracking software had been activated. BTW, we're told Tekashi's GF has also stopped cooperating.

Refusing to divulge what was stolen makes it incredibly hard for cops to know exactly what they're looking for. But, we're told cops are still active on the case because, as we reported, surveillance video backs the rapper's claims.

Odell Beckham is taking training camp ice baths to a whole 'nother level ... 'cause the NY Giants star just got a handful of diamonds implanted onto his tooth!!

OBJ had the procedure done a few days ago ... and it wasn't cheap -- coming in at around $5,000 -- and his dentist tells TMZ Sports it wasn't exactly easy to do, either.

"I got my ceramist to make a porcelain veneer that looked just like his tooth," New York dentist Dr. Lee Gause says.

"And then, on that porcelain veneer, I got a diamond cross made from Odell's jeweler that he actually made on a 3D rendering that I printed and sent to his shop."

Gause tells us he then locked in the jewels on Odell's canine tooth ... and they ain't removable unless Beckham returns to the dentist's chair.
