Betty White L.A. House Up For Sale

Published | Updated

Betty White's L.A. home is on the market, and her estate could be millions richer for it.

Betty's 3,029 square foot home in Brentwood, CA is listed for $10.575M. It has some great views of the famed Getty Museum ... with a massive backyard outfitted with the obligatory SoCal swimming pool.

Betty spent many years here -- she moved there in 1968. She lived there with husband Allen Ludden because it was central to a bunch of studios on the Westside of L.A. Betty stayed put after Allen died in 1981 ... in fact, she lived there until she died in the home last New Year's Eve.

There's also a guest house, where Betty and Allen enjoyed playing charades with friends like Jimmy and Gloria Stewart, Dinah Shore and Burt Reynolds.

If you're a lookie-loo, don't bother ... the only people who can tour the home are prequalified buyers and will be given no interior access to the home.

As we reported, a buyer has already laid claim to Betty's home in Carmel, CA, where Betty also spent lots of time. That house is incredible, with views of the famed Monterey Peninsula. It was listed at $7.9 mil, and a bidding war hiked the final price to $10.7 mil.

Betty wanted to live out her final days in the Carmel home, but had to live in the L.A. house for medical reasons.

Marlene Okulick of Sotheby’s International Realty – Pacific Palisades Brokerage -- has the listing on the Brentwood property.

Rick Ross We Used to Jack Cadillac Emblems ... Here's How We Did It

Published

Rick Ross is gearing up for his massive self-titled car and bike show and he has an interesting way of promoting it -- talking about auto theft, or at least auto parts theft.

While giving fans a tour of his extensive collection of whips, he stumbled upon his Cadillac Executive Series limousine aka his "Baby Lac" ... which prompted a drive down memory lane.

According to Rozay, when he was a kid, before he was a Maybach man, he would steal – and collect – Cadillac emblems from cars he would come across.

He then paints the picture of elementary school-aged children rocking Caddy necklaces as he proceeds to give a convincing demonstration on how to successfully swipe the hood ornament.

THE GOOD OL' DAYS

Rozay's "Car & Bike Show" is just weeks away from its May 21 date on his own 'Promise Land' Georgia estate.

The "Rich Forever" mogul has already teased an extremely rare El Camino, and old school Chevy Suburban and even an Army camouflage-colored tank complete with Louis Vuitton bucket seats.

And there's plenty more where that came from.

Laura Govan Blac Chyna Deserves Own Show ... $100 Mil Kardashian Suit Proves It!!!

Published

Blac Chyna isn't getting a fair shake in her $100 million legal war with the Kardashians over her now-canceled reality show ... so says her good friend, Laura Govan, anyway.

We caught up with the former "Basketball Wives" star Monday at LAX and she thinks the odds were stacked against Chyna winning this case from jump street.

Laura also defended Chyna's lack of contribution to society -- referring to her admission she hasn't paid taxes in years -- saying she's far from the first American to ignore Uncle Sam.

Laura, who shares 3 kids with ex-NBA star Gilbert Arenas, is set to produce and write her upcoming "Co-Parenting" series and thinks Chyna and Rob Kardashian should focus on their daughter's well-being, That said, she does admit this latest saga is fit for primetime TV.

No lack of plot twists, that's for sure -- as we reported, Chyna's requesting a do-over in court because she claims the "revenge porn" portion of the case triggered her PTSD and ruined her testimony.

There's also Kylie's all-but-damning recount of BC allegedly slashing ex-boyfriend Tyga with a knife and sending threatening text messages to Kylie herself.

If there's one silver lining for Chyna, Laura feels it'll be a seasoned judge who's able to cut through any tomfoolery this case may have spawned (imagine that!).

Rams' Cooper Kupp Unloads Cali Pad ... For $5.25 Million

Published | Updated

Somebody is about to live like a Super Bowl champ -- one lucky buyer just copped Cooper Kupp's California mansion for $5.25 million!!

The 6,893 square-foot property is located in the mountainous area of Westlake Village, CA -- almost 40 miles west of downtown Los Angeles.

The pad has 5 bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths ... and features an all-white kitchen, a game room, gym and library. The mansion also has a luxurious gas-heated pool and spa in the backyard, which will be perfect for the new buyer's guests to come and party.

The estate -- listed with Barbara Preston of Coldwell Banker Realty -- just sold this week for the asking price of $5,250,000.

But, don't panic, Rams fans -- this sale doesn't mean the Super Bowl MVP is on his way outta L.A. Remember, the wide receiver signed a 3-year extension in 2020 ... so he's staying put for a bit.

No word on who the lucky buyer is ... but we're sure they'll love the new digs.

Boxing Star Katie Taylor Fight w/ Amanda Serrano Could Be Like Ali Vs. Joe Frazier

'THE BIGGEST FIGHT OF MY CAREER'

Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano will make history Saturday night when they headline the first-ever female main event at Madison Square Garden ... but the fight's a lot more than the answer to a future trivia question -- Taylor tells us this fight could be remembered like Muhammad Ali vs. Joe Frazier I.

... which also went down at the "world's most famous arena."

TMZ Sports talked to the 35-year-old undefeated champ (20-0, 6 KO's) ahead of her April 30th DAZN scrap with 33-year-old Serrano (42-1-1, 30 KO's) -- a fight that's hyped up women's boxing -- so we asked Katie if there would be a carry-over effect which would elevate the sport for years to come.

"I think so. I think the fight on Saturday night is going to absolutely be awe-inspiring for people. I feel like where our matchups are stylistically we match up very very well. I feel and it's going to make for a phenomenal fight and I think this fight is going to be talked about for years and years to come."

Taylor continued ... "I've even talked about every time you say 'Madison Square Garden' you think of the likes of Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier. These kinds of fighters -- fights that we still talk about to this day. So I feel like the fight between myself and Amanda will be talked about for years and years to come as well. And absolutely think there will be follow-through, carry on with regards to the payday as well."

Sure, Ali-Frazier is one of the greatest rivalries -- not just in boxing, but sports in general -- so comparing any fight to the March 1971 matchup will be viewed as blasphemous.

But, that's not what Katie's saying. Her point is the fight -- pitting arguably the two greatest female boxers against one another -- is going to be incredible, and could change women's boxing in an array of ways ... including fan interest and pay.

Bottom line for Taylor ... "Biggest fight of my career and a moment in history and this is really stuff of dreams."

Bhad Bhabie Here's The Proof I Made $50M on OnlyFans!!!

Published | Updated

Bhad Bhabie wants her haters to take a good look at her receipts ... offering up alleged proof she's made tens of millions of dollars on OnlyFans.

Bhabie started taking heat last week when she claimed she'd made $50 million on the subscription site, with tons of people online casting doubt that she'd been able to make that much money.

Fast forward to Monday, when BB shared a screengrab allegedly showing her earnings page and the caption, "Go cry about it bitch," while also thanking Scoop Agency Partners.

If it's legit, you can see she's made close to $53M gross, with her net after fees and whatever else you need to pay OF around $43M. It's an INSANE amount of money for the 19-year-old who got her start as a troubled teen on Dr. Phil.

However, since that appearance, she's turned her fame into fortune with a rap career, doing brand deals and now, of course, a fortune on OnlyFans.

Elon Musk Twitter's Mine!!! Sale for Company is Final

Published | Updated
UPDATE

12:55 PM PT -- Elon put a statement out, saying, "Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated."

UPDATE

He continues, "I also want to make Twitter better than ever by enhancing the product with new features, making the algorithms open source to increase trust, defeating the spam bots, and authenticating all humans. Twitter has tremendous potential - I look forward to working with the company and the community of users to unlock it."

UPDATE

12:04 PM PT -- The deal is done ... Elon now owns Twitter, buying it for approximately $44 billion -- shareholders will receive $54.20 per share.

Elon Musk pulled a move only Don Corleone himself could finagle -- his big-ticket offer to buy Twitter has reportedly gotten the green light ... with the deal coming in for a landing.

Reuters says Musk's $43 billion bid is poised to be accepted by Twitter's board Monday, and that an official announcement could be expected later in the day. Sounds like he didn't budge on his $54.20-per-share price -- and he's in the process of reeling them in right now.

There is, of course, the possibility that this thing could fall through ... but at the moment, all signs point to be EM becoming the new owner of the bird app -- ushering in a new regime.

As we reported ... there were rumblings of this coming to fruition over the weekend. Twitter and Musk had a sit-down on Sunday, which apparently went long into the wee hours of the morning. Word is ... the company was under major pressure from shareholders to sell.

Some of the stockholders wanted to see if Musk would go up in price ... but in the end, it seems they're ready to accept his original betting chip -- especially now that he's got the dough all secured. Elon ponied up the cash last week with the help of some outside partners.

There's a laundry list of goals Elon apparently wants to achieve with the takeover. Beyond addressing "free speech" problems he sees, EM has reportedly also talked about longer tweets, pivoting away from ads and getting rid of spam bots -- which he sees as a pest.

Elon has also talked about making Twitter's algorithm open source ... meaning we'd be able to see why things trend the way they do, and why exactly we're seeing certain tweets on our timeline versus others. Essentially ... more transparency on how Twitter operates internally.

Of course, him taking the company private might mean this becomes a subscription-based service ... especially if he's serious about putting a stop to advertisements. So, the question is ... are folks willing to pay for Twitter, which has been free up to this point???

Forget Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp autographs ... here's one of the coolest pieces of Super Bowl LVI memorabilia you can own -- a ball signed by the Big Game's halftime show performers!!!

TMZ Sports has learned ... a pigskin that Eminem, Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar and Anderson .Paak all signed following their epic show at the event in L.A. has just hit the block at Heritage Auctions.

And, according to experts, it could be a bargain for a potential buyer ... as it's expected to fetch just around $1,500!!

The ball is pretty sweet ... five of the artists that performed just before the Rams won the Lombardi Trophy back in February all put their signatures on it in bold, black ink.

The leather also features the Super Bowl LVI logo and other Wilson markings ... and comes with letters of authenticity.

Bidding is set to close on the auction in mid-May ... leaving plenty of time to scrounge up the cash for the piece of history.

Good luck!!!

Elon Musk Gets Sit-Down w/ Twitter Execs ... Talking Takeover Bid?!?

Published | Updated

Elon Musk's offer to buy Twitter might actually be one the company can't refuse -- the man is reportedly meeting with execs this weekend ... to seriously discuss his takeover proposal.

The Wall Street Journal reports that both sides are set to meet Sunday (today) to get into the weeds of his $43 billion bid ... which he put forth publicly, and for which he also just announced he got legit financing in the amount of $46.5 billion to actually make it happen.

Per WSJ, Twitter is receptive to negotiating a deal ... or at the very least, hearing Elon out and considering a final price tag -- even though EM says he won't budge on $54.20-a-share.

There's more on the table, potentially than just dough. WSJ says Twitter honchos are mulling over a number of factors ... including a final valuation of what they think the bird app is worth, the possibility of inviting other bidders ... and maybe even insisting on Elon covering breakup costs if the would-be deal falls apart (aka, sweeteners).

As for why Twitter would even entertain this ... Reuters reports they're under pressure from shareholders who want to get paid out. Elon reportedly met with a select number of bigwig shareholders this past week to make his pitch on why Twitter would be better in his hands.

Among the things he reportedly wants to change (beyond his "free speech" objections) ... allowing for longer tweets, and pivoting away ads. He also reportedly told several of them ... you'll never reach my share price on your own. Twitter's closing price Friday was $48.93.

Reuters says some shareholders have expressed to leadership that not only should they talk to Elon and feel him out -- but, more importantly, see if they can finagle a larger offer.

Time will tell if Elon's willing to spend a bit more to take Twitter private -- but he almost had folks thinking he was ditching this whole endeavor, tweeting "Moving on" Sunday ... later clarifying that he meant teasing Bill Gates regarding climate change.

Twitter has an earnings call Thursday, and is expected to officially weigh in on the bid. Bottom line ... Elon's chances of taking over are looking realer and realer by the day. 👀

Elon Musk Makes Crude Joke About Bill Gates Pissed Over Tesla Shorts

Published | Updated

Elon Musk has ruffled feathers by comparing Bill Gates to an emoji addressing transgender people -- and it all seems to stem from a back-and-forth they had that left Elon pissed.

The Tesla chief tweeted an insult at the Microsoft co-founder Friday, posting a side-by-side photo of BG next to an emoji of a pregnant man ... a new one that was recently rolled out to be more inclusive to trans men. Elon's caption ... "in case u need to lose a b***r fast."

He followed up by jokingly tweeting a picture of cloaked figures coming together in a circle and writing, "shadow ban council reviewing tweet …" seemingly aware his OG tweet might be seen as offensive. It's also undoubtedly connected to his current bid to buy Twitter.

Of course, some were confused about the shot in the first place ... but leaked texts between Elon and Bill seem to paint a clearer picture about what's going on.

No word on when this convo happened, but Elon himself confirmed the texts are legit ... saying they'd apparently been leaked to the NYT by friends of friends. He adds, "I heard from multiple people at TED that Gates still had half billion short against Tesla, which is why I asked him, so it’s not exactly top secret."

If you peep the texts, it shows Elon and Bill going back and forth ... apparently trying to set up a meeting of some sort -- one in which BG wanted to talk philanthropy and climate change. Before that, though, Elon asked him straight up ... you shorting my company, bro?

Elon's angry that Bill's betting against Tesla's stock ... placing a major wager that the price will dip. Elon also argues that Tesla is doing a lot to mitigate climate change by investing in sustainable energy, so he sees Bill's position as hypocritical here.

We'll admit, this is some billionaire-problems type stuff -- but one thing's for certain ... Elon has no problem calling out whoever publicly, including his filthy rich contemporaries.

Volodymyr Zelensky Signed Baseball Hits Auction Block ... Sale Helps Ukraine Relief

Published | Updated

Volodymyr Zelensky literally left his mark on America's pastime ... the world leader autographed a baseball that's up for auction, and the sale will help relief efforts in Ukraine.

The Ukrainian President signed his last name on the baseball in two different languages ... Ukrainian cursive and English print ... with his signature right below a Major League Baseball logo.

Zelensky left his John Hancock on the ball back in September 2019, during a visit to New York. The ball comes with a letter signed by Volodymyr Yelchenko, Ukraine's Ambassador to the United Nations at the time.

The baseball is going up for sale through RR Auction ... where it's expected to fetch at least $15,000.

Randy L. Kaplan, a government affairs specialist in New York, got the ball as a gift from Yelchenko ... Randy's been collecting signed Major League baseballs from world leaders and heads of state since 1996, starting with Bill Clinton.

The auction house says the ball is in "very fine" condition and Kaplan plans to donate a portion of proceeds from the sale to a Ukrainian relief fund ... RR says they will donate their cut to the same fund.

There are already 13 bids on the baseball, and the auction runs through May 11.

Quavo Smoking On That Birkinz Pack!!! My Cannabis > Luxury Bags

Published

Quavo is looking to put city boys up 100 points with his new cannabis line called Birkinz – it's inspired by the super-expensive bags, but he says it's a much better investment ... for guys, anyway.

The Migos rapper tells TMZ Hip Hop he got the idea for the new weed strain because he just "got tired of buying the girls Birkins, so we started smoking it!!!"

Hermès Birkin bags are some of the most name-dropped items in rap lyrics, and they go for $40,000 to $100,000. Some extremely rare ones can even rival the cost of modest homes. Kanye West reportedly dropped $275,000 on one earlier this year.

Of course, Quavo might have PTSD on this subject. Back when he dated Saweetie in 2020, she left him blank-faced and speechless ahead of her "Back to the Streets" record (a song about being newly single) -- as she commanded her female fanbase to drop their dudes if they weren't buying them Birkins.

Now, Quavo isn't buying Birkins, but paying bills with Birkinz and even did a collab with popular streetwear brand Awful Lot of Cough Syrup.

Don't expect the Hermes honchos to roll up with the Migos member anytime soon, though. The thought of the real Birkin endorsing his ganja makes Quavo LOL.

Tesla Car on Autopilot Crashes into $3 mil Jet!!!

OUTTA THE WAY!!!

A designated driver might be a good idea at all times -- or at least when around super-expensive planes -- cause a Tesla on Autopilot crashed into a jet with a $3 million price tag.

Unclear which airport the whole thing went down, but you can see the electric car slowly rolling toward the Cirrus Vision Jet before striking the back tail and continuing to move ... spinning the plane almost totally around.

Of course, it's not the first time a Tesla on Autopilot has crashed, but thankfully this time there doesn't appear to be any serious injuries.

As we've previously reported, a Tesla crash ended up leaving 2 people dead in Texas -- cops said, it was most likely the result of the car's autopilot feature.

In an eerie coincidence, Tesla founder, Elon Musk, came out and said a Tesla with Autopilot had nearly a 10 times lower chance of an accident than an average car ... just hours before the TX crash.

'Tinder Swindler' Simon Leviev Arrest Warrant Reportedly Issued In Spain ... He Says It's Not Possible

Published | Updated
UPDATE

1:06 PM PT -- A rep for Simon tells us, "The Daily Mail story is wrong there was never a pending investigation or anything sent to the address. He paid 100 euros and went on his way."

"The Tinder Swindler" Simon Leviev could be facing serious prison time after an arrest warrant was issued against him for an incident back in 2019, where authorities claim he used a fake driver's license and got his luxury car stuck on a beach in Spain.

Police in Tarifa say they were able to link Leviev to a 2019 accident thanks to the Netflix doc, according to The Daily Mail. Cops say after getting his $100K Maserati stuck on the beach, Leviev offered up a fake ID, with the name Michael Bilton -- one of his alleged aliases.

Police apparently realized the connection upon watching the Netflix doc and seeing the name mentioned.

Cops reportedly suspected the license wasn't legit, but no arrests were made at the time ... the rented car was towed away, and he and his unknown date were free to go. He allegedly gave police an address in Costa del Sol pending an ongoing investigation.

Things apparently came to a halt after "Bilton" failed to answer his summons ... the case is being reopened after cops now think Leviev was the man in question.

Simon Leviev tells TMZ ... he's already served time for using a fake passport in 2019 -- he believes he can't be sentenced for the same crime twice.

Leviev was last seen in Tel Aviv in March ... as we reported, he was recently swindled himself after paying what he thought was a Meta employee more than $6K to get his Instagram account verified. It apparently turned out to be a scam.

Madonna Lists Massive Hidden Hills Estate For $25.9M

Published | Updated

Madonna just can't keep still, because she's selling the massive estate she bought just a year ago.

Madge just listed her Hidden Hills home for just under $26 million ... in case you've followed her real estate moves, she bought the house last year from The Weeknd for $19.3 mil, so she's banking on a sizeable profit.

The house is 12,000 square feet, with 9 bedrooms. Among the bells and whistles ... a theater, music lounge, indoor/outdoor bar and the obligatory SoCal pool.

And, then there are even cooler features, like a barn, a gym and a dance studio.

The real estate market is cooling a bit in the L.A. area, like in other parts of the country, largely because interest rates have soared recently. That may not have an impact on this sale, because whoever can afford the house probably doesn't care whether the interest rate is 3% or 5%.

Madonna won't be struggling to find a place to call home ... she has homes in New York, London, Beverly Hills and Lisbon.

Trevor Wright of The Beverly Hills Estates has the listing.
