Urijah Faber Jean-Claude Would Be A Damme Good UFC Fighter
You MMA fighters are lucky Jean-Claude Van Damme is busy as an international movie star ... 'cause UFC legend Urijah Faber says if he wasn't doing that, JCVD could be kicking ass in the octagon.
Faber attended a kicking clinic Van Damme put on in Sacramento this week, a clinic also attended by Faber's Team Alpha Male cohort Cody Garbrandt.
Van Damme got busy with his legs (as he always does) but when we talked to Urijah we needed to know if he thought the Muscles from Brussels could ever do it FOR REAL.
"Oh, absolutely."
BTW, this isn't just Faber's opinion, he told TMZ Sports JCVD actually went toe-to-toe with one of the guys from his squad, and things got a little interesting.
"He actually got in with one of our pros and was moving around, and they started going back and forth and he actually caught the guy in the face with a little heel kick and it almost got heated there we had to calm it down."
Guy obviously never saw "Bloodsport."

Tyrese Big Win in Court Judge Allows 50/50 Custody of Daughter
Tyrese just scored a big victory in court after a judge denied his ex's request for a permanent restraining order which would have severely restricted the actor's access to his daughter, Shayla.
The judge ruled Tyrese and Norma Gibson will get 50/50 joint custody beginning in January. Until then, we're told both sides have worked out a visitation schedule that will allow Tyrese to see Shayla over the holidays.
After court, he didn't have much to say about the ruling ... but made it clear he will eventually.
As we reported ... Norma claimed Tyrese physically abused the 10-year-old, claiming he beat her 12 to 16 times. Tyrese says he only struck her once on the bottom, and that Norma is simply vengeful.
Over the course of the 3-week court battle, Tyrese has posted multiple videos chronicling his own personal turmoil.
Tyrese had an online meltdown that he blamed on a Rx drug he was taking for depression.
He also claimed Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith gave him $5 million to dig himself out of a financial hole, but that turned out to be false.
Nonetheless ... the restraining order is now history, opening the door to a renewed relationship between father and daughter.

Ben was leaving the 'Late Show' studio Thursday night where he was promoting his new flick, "Justice League." Everything seemed fine and dandy ... until Colbert brought up Harvey Weinstein.
Seems the subject threw off Ben, who then got grilled about his own sexual misconduct. You'll recall Ben apologized for apparently groping a former MTV host in 2003. Another video surfaced showing him in 2004 getting handsy with a Canadian TV host.
The subject's clearly got him heated.

Elliott Gould Al Franken's a Good Guy 'We All Make Mistakes'
Elliott Gould doesn't think Sen. Al Franken's career deserves to be sunk by Leeann Tweeden revealing he groped her in 2006 ... because that mistake doesn't define his friend.
The actor's been tight with Franken long before his political days-- Franken was an 'SNL' writer back when Elliott hosted. Despite the allegations -- many of which Franken admitted and apologized for -- Elliott stood by his friend Thursday night outside Craig's.
His take? Franken's track record should count for something -- which is why Elliott doesn't think the Senator will go the way of Harvey Weinstein.

Sylvester Stallone Denies Claim of Sexual Assault on 16-Yr-old ... 'It Never Happened'
Sylvester Stallone is vehemently denying an allegation he sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl back in 1986 while he was in Las Vegas.
The claim is based on a police report in which the alleged victim said Stallone, who was 40 at the time, invited her up to his room at the Las Vegas Hilton. She claims he had sex with her, and then asked if she'd ever had sex with 2 men at the same time.
According to the police report, published by the Daily Mail, the girl claimed Stallone's bodyguard then came out of the bathroom and she was forced to perform oral sex on him and Stallone. She claims Stallone threatened to "beat her head in" if she told anyone.
Stallone's spokeswoman Michelle Bega tells TMZ ... "This is a ridiculous, categorically false story. No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone. At no time was Mr. Stallone ever contacted by authorities or anyone else regarding this matter."
The girl did not want to press charges because she was scared and humiliated, and reportedly signed a "no prosecution" form.
It's not uncommon, especially with a minor involved, for police and prosecutors to pursue a case without an alleged victim's cooperation. However, Las Vegas PD tells us they could not go forward in this type of case when the victim is refusing to cooperate and move forward with charges.
Stallone's rep is adamant ... "It never happened."

Harvey Weinstein Undercover Drinks Gets 'Starr' Treatment
Weinstein's camp tells us the women came to the meeting to deliver info about an anger management program they're urging him to enter. We're told the trio was waiting to meet with Weinstein's rehab sponsor.
Here's Harvey Weinstein -- or maybe a Blues Brother, or a long-lost member of Run DMC -- wining and dining 2 blondes in the desert.
TMZ obtained the photo, taken last Saturday night at a restaurant in Carefree, AZ ... just outside Phoenix. A witness says Weinstein was at the table waiting for the ladies when they arrived, and he'd pre-ordered 2 glasses of white wine for them. He drank what appeared to be water.
The women appeared captivated by Weinstein's conversation -- but we're told both of them arrived with small portfolios, and it seemed more business-like. They all left together, exiting off the patio instead of walking through the restaurant.
The leather jacket, fedora and shades are, arguably, an upgrade over the wigged out getup he was rocking earlier this month at a different Phoenix-area eatery.
Best of all, we're told he signed his tab with the alias "Nick Starr." You can take the guy outta Hollywood, but ya can't ...

'Pulp Fiction' Producer It's Okay to Admire Weinstein's Art Even Though He Sucks!!!

EXCLUSIVE
Harvey Weinstein's one bad hombre, but the things he's accused of doing shouldn't tarnish the brilliant work his company accomplished ... so says "Pulp Fiction" producer Lawrence Bender.
We got the renowned producer leaving The Highlight Room in Hollywood Wednesday night, and asked him if it's awkward to see his cult classic with the Miramax logo all over it. Remember, Weinstein's former company distributed 'Pulp' and it's one of the films that made the company a Hollywood juggernaut.
As Lawrence sees it -- ya gotta be able to compartmentalize when it comes to Weinstein the man, and Weinstein the producer.
Good luck with that.

The widow of the author of the novel, "The Amityville Horror" is suing Harvey Weinstein, Bob Weinstein and TWC, for allegedly ripping off her dead husband's work by creating a 2017 sequel.

She says the 2017 sequel -- "Amityville: The Awakening" is "a cinematic mess and received dreadful reviews." Harvey Weinstein, The Weinstein Co. Sued By Women Who Claim Massive Cover-Up
The Weinstein Company and Harvey Weinstein have been slapped with a class action lawsuit, claiming the Company had a long-running practice of isolating and blacklisting Weinstein's alleged victims and covering up his alleged predatory tactics.
The suit was brought on behalf of "all women who met with Harvey Weinstein in person to audition for or to discuss involvement in a project to be produced or distributed by The Weinstein Company." The lawsuit says the women number in the dozens and possibly the hundreds.
The suit purports to represent, among others, Mira Sorvino, Sophie Dix, Emma de Caunes, Rose McGowan, Angelina Jolie, Daryl Hannah, Ashley Judd, Gwyneth Paltrow and Paz de la Huerta.
The suit lists some of the alleged sexual assaults, including a woman Weinstein allegedly met with and ordered to take her dress down and expose her breasts. The suit says when she refused, he angrily said she would never work in this town again. The suit claims Weinstein ended up locking her in a stairwell.
The suit claims TWC and Miramax -- also a defendant -- "has facilitated Weinstein's predatory behavior" employing things like honeypots -- female employees who would lure unsuspecting women up to Weinstein's hotel rooms.
The suit claims TWC had no problems with Weinstein's alleged sexual misconduct as long as he was making money for the company.

Louis C.K.'s Ex-Manager I Was Covering for Cheating ... Not Sexual Misconduct!!!
Louis C.K.'s longtime, and now ex-manager, Dave Becky, is copping to his part in -- as he puts it -- a "perceived cover-up" of the comedian's sexual misconduct.
Becky issued an apology, admitting he blew off the accuser's stories when he first heard of them -- and assumed the real issue at hand was C.K.'s infidelity ... and not sexual harassment.
He states, "I profoundly regret and am deeply sorry for not listening to and not understanding what happened to Dana and Julia. If I had, I would have taken this event as seriously as it deserved to be, and I would have confronted Louis, which would have been the right thing to do."
He goes on to say, "Albeit enormously embarrassing, in no way did I interpret the interaction as threatening or non-consensual. I misperceived the casual way the story was portrayed to me."
Becky says, in light of everything now, he understands that his response "was perceived as a threat to cover-up sexual misconduct."
Becky insists his misinterpretation came from a place of naivete and privilege, and he has vowed to do better.
"I am going to take time to reflect on this, to educate myself daily, and to strive towards a more enlightened path. I want to ensure that all voices around me are heard, and that everyone is treated respectfully and empathetically. More than anything, I want to create an environment that is a better, safer and fairer place."
There's a push for Becky's other huge clients -- such as Amy Poehler and Aziz Ansari -- to drop him.

Bufanda was 34.
