Los fans de Taylor Swift no han tardado mucho en intentar sacar beneficio de todos los objetos de valor obtenidos en el estreno de la película "The Eras Tour" ¡porque están cobrando cientos de dólares por una maldita lata de palomitas y una taza!

Los afortunados que fueron invitados al debut mundial de la película de Taylor en Los Ángeles el miércoles, fueron corriendo a eBay al día siguiente con la esperanza de ganar algo de dinero extra, vendiendo cosas como las latas  y tazas de refresco que recibieron cuando llegaron.

Ya sabes, el mismo que Beyoncé y Taylor estaban comiendo cuando Bey hizo su aparición sorpresa en la gran noche de Tay, en otras palabras, esto no es una lata ordinaria.

Estos vendedores no se andan con pequeñeces, algunos están pidiendo la suma de $250 por ambos artículos, pero la mayoría de los artículos están evaluados en $100  y un par de ellos incluyen la bolsa de mano y el cartel que también consiguieron de forma gratuita.

Aquí está el truco, el cubo y la taza ni siquiera eran exclusivos para el gran evento, de hecho, son los mismos que se pueden comprar en los cines AMC en todo el país donde la película.

La lata solo cuesta $19.89 en el teatro, un guiño a su título del álbum de 2014 y su próxima reedición y la taza grande es solo $11.99.

Warner Bros. is being sued by an angry mom who claims a 'Harry Potter' replica wand seriously injured her toddler's eye ... and she wants a huge check to cover the damages.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jessica Perry says she bought a 'Potter' replica wand with a light-up pen function from a store and gave it to her kids ... only for it to end up impaling her 3-year-old's eye.

Jessica claims her older son was waving the wand around -- like wizards do in the movies and books -- when the metal writing portion of the pen ejected from the wand, flew across the room and pierced her younger son's eye.

In the docs, she says the pen ruptured his eyeball, nearly leaving him blind and forcing him to undergo a pair of eye surgeries.

She alleges the wand was defective, and Warner Bros. should have known about the risks ... because she says there's at least one online review describing a similar incident.

In the suit, Jessica claims her son had to use painful eyedrops which made him scream in agony ... and she says the eyepatch he had to wear frightened him so much, he could only sleep with his bedroom lights on.

She also says her little boy now has to guard against injuring his retina again ... which means for the rest of his life he can't play sports, roughhouse or have a normal life.

She's suing WB for several million dollars -- $8 mil in compensatory damages for her son's injuries and emotional distress, plus punitive damages.

Según una nueva demanda, obtenida por TMZ, Jessica Perry dice que compró una réplica de la varita de "Harry Potter" con una función de bolígrafo luminoso en una tienda y se la dio a sus hijos, solo para que empalara el ojo de su hijo de 3 años.

La madre afirma que el hermano mayor del niño estaba agitando la varita alrededor —como los magos hacen en las películas y los libros— cuando la parte de metal de la pluma salió expulsada de la varita, voló a través de la habitación y perforó el ojo de su hijo.

En los documentos, la madre dice que la pluma rompió el globo ocular del niño, casi dejándolo ciego y obligándolo a someterse a un par de cirugías oculares.

La madre dice que la varita era defectuosa y Warner Bros. Debería haber sabido acerca de los riesgos, ya que existe más de una queja en redes sociales.

En la demanda, la madre afirma que tuvo que hacer uso de gotas para tratar los adoloridos ojos de su pequeño, quien lloraba de agonía. Ella dice que el parche en el ojo que tenía que usar lo asustó hasta el punto de que solo podía dormir con su habitación totalmente iluminada.

La madre dice que su hijo previamente sano ahora tiene que protegerse contra lesiones en la retina. Lo que significa que para el resto de su vida no podrá practicar deportes o tener una vida normal.

Ella va tras Warner por toneladas de dinero, buscando $8 millones en daños compensatorios por las lesiones de su hijo y la angustia emocional, y además quiere daños punitivos para castigar a la empresa.

TMZ broke the story ... 2,200 fans were invited to the world premiere of "The Eras Tour." All 14 AMCs were packed to the gills, and things got way better for them when Taylor took the stage.

She gave a 3-minute speech thanking folks for showing up, with a special shout-out to her family and her band, all of whom were present. She said the band has become family just like her mom, dad and brother.

She explained the process of selecting who got tickets for the world premiere ... saying they were "hand-selected and handpicked ... because you've shown some type of extra support for this tour."

She gave several speeches at the various theaters in The Grove, saying, "I’m always looking out for people with elevated levels of passion, incredible senses of humor on the internet, attention to detail. These things are very important to me."

The success of the flick is insane ... it's broken all records for single-day advance ticket sales -- $26 million. By the time the weekend is over, the film is expected to gross $115 million!

During the showing, Taylor was singing and dancing along in the audience.

Taylor was also there bearing gifts, including popcorn, free alcoholic drinks and candy. Fans predictably were furiously trading bracelets during the evening.

A bunch of celebs showed, including Adam Sandler, Beyoncé, Simu Liu, Mariska Hargitay, Flavor Flav, Maren Morris and Julia Garner.

Como informamos, nuevos documentos obtenidos por TMZ mostraron que Jeremy accedió a la prueba de alcoholemia como parte de un acuerdo de custodia que tiene con su exesposa, Addison Timlin.

Nos informan que debe realizarse el test hasta 5 veces a la semana cuando tenga a las pequeñas bajo su cuidado. Y si llegan a encontrar cualquier tipo de bebida alcohólica, la custodia se dará por perdida. Los documentos dicen que Jeremy y Addison también acordaron compartir la custodia física conjunta sobre sus hijas.

Sin embargo, su tiempo de custodia viene con algunas advertencias, aparte de las pruebas, también tiene que asistir a AA (Alcohólicos Anónimos) una vez a la semana, así como a otras sesiones de terapia.

Jeremy Allen White was spotted having a fun day at the beach with his little kids ... this after agreeing to test for booze whenever he spends time with them amid his divorce.

The star of "The Bear" was on daddy duty on Wednesday, taking to the Malibu sand with his young daughters -- Ezer and Dolores.

They all seemed to be having fun ... the kiddos were running around near the water and JAW had a smile on his face watching them play. A pretty sweet moment -- one that came not long after rules were set in place so he could continue to see them.

As we reported, new docs obtained by TMZ showed Jeremy agreed to test for alcohol as part of a custody agreement he has with his estranged wife, Addison Timlin.

It said he would test up to 5 times a week when he has the little ones in his care -- and if any booze is found, that custody goes out the window. Docs said Jeremy and Addison also agreed to share joint physical custody over their kids.

His custodial time comes with some caveats, though ... apart from the testing, he also has to attend AA once a week as well as other therapy sessions.

Beyoncé is letting all the world know ... she's a "Swifty," too!!

Queen Bey made a surprise, unannounced appearance at Taylor Swift's now legendary premiere for her "Eras" tour concert film at The Grove in L.A. Wednesday night.

Taylor looked stunning in a $12,000 blue dress created by none other than Oscar de la Renta. And Beyoncé was the epitome of cool in her all-black bodysuit, chrome bustier and dark sunglasses.

Both superstars gave thousands of "Swifty" fans an even bigger treat -- posing together for photos on the red carpet in front of a wall of throwback images of Taylor and a huge ad for her movie.

Everyone then piled into the theater to watch the movie -- of course, Beyoncé and Taylor had a front-row seat and they proved it by posting an Instagram video of themselves sitting next to each other. Beyoncé playfully tossed popcorn on the ground as Taylor stuffed a kernel into her mouth.

In the caption, Taylor partly wrote, "I'm so glad I'll never know what my life would've been like without @beyone's influence. The way she's taught me and every artist out here to break rules and defy industry norms."

TMZ first reported ... Taylor was planning to pop up at the premiere after questions swirled about whether she would attend. The music icon took selfies with 2,200 of her excited "Swifties," who were lucky enough to be handpicked to watch the movie with her.

What's more .. the security was totally insane at The Grove, which shut down for the first time in 2 decades for the event.

Hundreds of guards were posted outside the shopping center to keep an eye on things. Barricades were also set up all around the perimeter.

And everything went according to plan.

Scott and Andrea Swift were all smiles at the big premiere of their daughter's epic concert movie Wednesday night at The Grove in L.A. -- Andrea was spotted trading and having fun with a fan throughout the night.

Andrea couldn't help but give the Swiftie a hug after getting the accessory from them, which said, "I love you mama thank you so much" ... and she made sure to return the favor by finding a bracelet to give right back.

One of the many celebs who showed up was big-time Swiftie, Flavor Flav -- after snapping a pic with Taylor's pops, they got into the bracelet trading biz, too ... with Scott giving Flav a "Papa Swift" one that apparently is NOT for trading.

Flav gave Scott one to keep all for himself, too ... even double-checking that it'll stay on his wrist!

This isn't the first time Flav has met Taylor's 'rents -- as we reported, the rapper gave them big hugs at her SoFi Stadium concert back in August, and he was decked out in friendship bracelets there, too.

Scott even gave him some sweet guitar picks to pass out to the crowd.
