Kanye West is ready to reap the rewards of running rap for decades ... he's ready to sell off publishing rights for his entire musical discography to the highest bidder.

Billboard reports Ye is aiming to get upwards of 35 times the value of his net publisher’s share, or gross profit ... which adds up to a potential haul of $175 million.

It's been estimated Ye gets paid $5 mil a year in royalties out of the $13.25 million total -- and has 35% songwriting share on his first 4 albums, and 20% share on the rest.

Because the later albums such as "Donda" and "Jesus Is King" range from having anywhere between 10 to 24 songwriters per song, it makes the valuation of the sale a bit difficult for potential buyers, as the payout splits are anyone's guess at this point.

Ye's catalog includes four No. 1 hits and 69 in the Top 40, and it's said he's been shopping it around for the past 10 months.

The label separation falls in line with his business maneuvers as of late -- Ye's already washed his hands of the Gap deal, and he's ranted about his relationship with Adidas as he retakes control of his Yeezy brand.

That $175 million would likely come in handy for Ye's indie hustle.

Harry Styles and Olivia Wilde know how to keep us guessing ... amid rumors their relationship's on the rocks, the duo look to be on the same page in NYC and even got a little cozy at a "Don't Worry Darling" event.

Harry, Olivia, and a majority of the cast were at the AMC Lincoln Square Theater Monday night for the film's premiere -- and while everyone was supposed to be outside, rain came out of nowhere, forcing the group shot to be taken indoors. They played it cool in front of cameras, but still shared a quick word before entering the theater.

While they posed for pics far away from each other, we're told it was super tight quarters inside ... making it practically impossible for Olivia to move past Harry without spotting each other.

On a positive romantic note ... they did show up at the after-party together later that night ... and a source at the event tells us they were together the whole time, hanging out and talking to each other.

It seems like things are looking up, but as you know, their romance seemed on the rocks for a while -- the biggest sign being from the tension between them at the Venice Film Festival.

Not to mention ... they haven't been seen together all that much since Olivia's apparent feud with Florence Pugh -- a narrative Olivia's shot down before.

It's also worth nothing ... both Florence Pugh and Chris Pine were missing from Monday's premiere. Florence's team has already claimed she's busy shooting the latest "Dune" film in Budapest, but it's unclear why Chris passed on the event.

Lil Baby says his body "shut down" from tour exhaustion -- and forced him to skip out on a Vancouver gig -- but new video shows he felt good enough for the Vegas nightclub scene.

TMZ Hip Hop got these images from inside Zouk Nightclub, where Canelo Alvarez was celebrating his victory over Gennady Golovkin. It's a fully lit scene, and Lil Baby was right in the middle of the action ... along with Travis Scott, DJ Drama and other celebs.

This particular scene was around 3 AM Sunday, and as you can see, Baby was still singing and feeling good. NBD, except for the fact he was scheduled to headline Vancouver's Breakout Festival less than 24 hours later ... a show that did NOT go on, as they say.

Baby explained his no-show on IG, saying "I have been going so hard these past few months without any breaks that it finally caught up with me." Now, it is true he recently wrapped up a big tour with Chris Brown ... but this vid makes it seem like there might have been other contributing factors.

Interestingly, you can see Baby was rapping along to 42 Dugg's verse from their "We Paid" collab. The Vancouver fans who paid for tickets Sunday night were beyond pissed he never made it to the stage.

As we reported, the crowd got ugly when they got the news and some went into full riot mode ... destroying tents, TV monitors and all sorts of property.

Seven people were reportedly arrested amid the thousands of dollars of damage and destruction.

We're told Baby's security attempted to prevent people from recording him as he left Zouk with a towel over his head. He might need some cover for his next trip to Vancouver.

The Fall Back In Love Comedy & Music Jam tour creator Rip Micheals says Tory Lanez flat-out assaulted August Alsina ... and now Tory has been booted from the rest of the tour.

Rip spoke to us about the alleged beatdown that took place Saturday night during their stop in Chicago -- and he says he personally saw Tory sucker punch August in the face.

He's also confirming what August initially said, and what a backstage video also showed ... that Tory was simply pissed off because AA didn't dap him up.

He tells us, August didn't want to pretend to be friendly with Tory given all the online trash-talking and that upset TL, who followed AA outside with his security. Rip says August tried squashing the beef by talking it out, but when he turned around Tory hit him in the face.

As we reported ... August accused Tory of rolling up on him and attacking him outside the venue -- and he posted some bloody shots of his face. Tory has denied any wrongdoing.

Rip says the concert is all about artists coming together and creating good vibes, and anyone disturbing that peace will be getting the boot ... which is why Tory will no longer be performing.

Although Tory denied the attack, Rip says he was apologetic about the whole thing when they talked.

Tekashi 6ix9ine holds no ill will toward the man who sucker punched him a few months back -- which is easier to say on the heels of that guy getting attacked .. in a much more brutal manner.

A recently surfaced video shows Miami producer/songwriter ItzMrBHN catching a pair of unsuspected sucker punches while standing at a urinal.

Naturally, fans immediately theorized the haymakers were retaliation for the 6ix9ine incident ... but Tekashi tells TMZ Hip Hop, ItzMrBHN's got no one to blame but himself for the bathroom beatdown.

Tekashi says ... "He went on TMZ and he basically admitted to assaulting me. He said 'I did it, I did it, I did it. I never pressed charges on him, but he made himself a target by going on TMZ. I think it's a sad case."

The rainbow-haired rapper added, most likely with tongue-in-cheek ... "I wish him the best and a speedy recovery."

ItzMrBHN did indeed speak to TMZ back in May when he was captured on video giving 6ix9ine a glancing shot to the face. He claimed 6ix9ine was disrespectful in the past, and a security guard had assaulted him earlier that night.

"American Idol" trio Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and Randy Jackson are putting the band back together -- at least for today, all in the name of supporting Kelly Clarkson and her new star on the Hollywood Wall of Fame.

The show's OG judges joined the show's very first winner, Monday, during the WOF ceremony ... and it's giving major blast from the past vibes.

In classic fashion, Simon even called out Paula for pulling up late to the whole shebang -- obviously playing around with each other and making light of the situation.

The former judges made sure to flick it up with Kelly at the event. And, it looks like they all couldn't be happier to link up again, especially under such rewarding circumstances ... and she even took a moment to share her excitement with our photog.

You'll recall, Kelly Clarkson was on the very first season of "American Idol" in 2002 and ended up winning the whole thing, which led to her record deal with RCA.

Of course, she's since become a well-decorated pop star and an Emmy-Award-winning talk show host ... and now 20 years later she received her Hollywood star with her judges by her side.

"Moonwalking in Calabasas" rapper DDG is now facing 2 counts of firearm possession and one for reckless driving ... both related to his June 2022 arrest while joyriding his Lambo.

According to new court docs obtained by TMZ Hip Hop ... DDG was hit with one count of carrying a loaded weapon, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, and one count of reckless driving -- all misdemeanors.

If he's convicted, each of the firearm charges could get him a year in jail, and reckless driving has a max penalty of 90 days.

As we previously reported, DDG was arrested back in June ... police say they observed him driving his Lambo erratically, and when they pulled him over he copped to having a 9MM handgun.

Interestingly, DDG's team claimed the L.A. County District Attorney initially declined to move forward with a case against the rapper -- who's dating "Little Mermaid" star Halle Bailey.

August Alsina isn't denying he left Tory Lanez hanging during an attempted handshake -- but this new video shows the diss happening, and Tory's immediate and angry reaction.

You can see August strolling through a backstage hallway in the Chicago venue ... when Tory extends his hand out for a shake, AA hit him with a fierce side step to avoid all contact.

A perplexed Tory was left standing in the hallway with his hand out ... until an onlooking fan dapped him up. After shaking off the embarrassment, Tory and his security team regrouped before squaring up with August again where the alleged assault took place.

As he's prancing through the hall, you can hear a woman pleading for Tory not to "do it" because of his pending case against Megan Thee Stallion.

According to August, Tory "did it" anyway ... as the video shows his security rushing him from the area and later on, giving high fives as the cameraman talks about him knocking out AA.

As we reported, August later hit social media to post pics of his bloody mouth and scraped skin, accusing Tory and his team of the brutal beatdown while also daring them to release footage he says they have of the whole thing.

Justin Trudeau is coming under fire for his singing ... despite hitting the notes, folks are calling him tone-deaf for partying during Canada's official mourning period for The Queen.

The Canadian Prime Minister was out at a London hotel, Saturday night -- just 2 days prior to Queen Elizabeth's funeral at Westminster Abbey ... and folks aren't too happy with his decision to put on an impromptu hotel lobby concert.

Trudeau was spotted standing over a piano and belting out "Bohemian Rhapsody" with other members of his delegation. You can hear him singing the lyrics "Easy come, easy go. Little high, little low" during the sing-along.

Of course, the PM and other world leaders are in town to pay their respects to Queen Elizabeth II and attend her funeral, which he did.

But, his weekend festivities kinda overshadowed his visit -- he even got boo'ed from folks who saw him after the video surfaced.

As we've reported, The Queen's funeral was held Monday morning and folks gathered in the UK streets and tuned in from all over the world for her procession and the service ... before Q2E was laid to rest alongside her late husband, Prince Philip.

Charlamagne Tha God is highlighting what he sees as hip hop hypocrisy in the wake of PnB Rock's murder last week.

As The Breakfast Club crew was discussing the home invasion/robbery of Tee Grizzley, Charlamagne spoke on how rappers tend to get sad when their fellow artists get killed and flood social media with 'RIP' messages -- but then continue supporting the same lifestyle and culture that got their homie killed in the first place.

Charlamagne says the unfortunate trend of murdered rappers should have made artists smarten up by now, and he's confused why that's not more apparent by now.

TMZ broke the story ... Tee's Los Angeles suburban home was broken into a couple of weeks ago and suspects made off with more than $1 million in jewelry -- in addition to the cash they stole.

Following the report, the Detroit-born rapper took to Instagram to reassure fans he was safe but urged rappers to be careful of the content of their music ... noting how bad juju could be spoken into existence on wax. He also advised rappers to speak in third-person or from the arc of a storyteller instead of making their lyrics direct with dirt.

Tee's recently released single "Robbery Part 4" plays out just like that ... it's a fictional tale that's more cinematic than reality.

He also asked the fans to pray for King Von and PnB's families ... the latter of who say they're having a hard time getting PnB's body back to Philly due to the open homicide investigation.

Von died in 2020 after being shot and killed in Atlanta and PnB was gunned down last week while eating with his girlfriend inside a Roscoe's Chicken & Waffles restaurant.

Canelo Alvarez went straight from whaling on Triple G's face to belting out tunes ... hitting a nightclub in Vegas after his big win Saturday -- and serenading his fans for several minutes on stage!!

The 32-year-old star boxer grabbed the mic at Zouk Nightclub at his post-fight celebration ... and he sang his face off throughout the evening after beating Gennady Golovkin by decision.

Video shot from bystanders in the club's crowd shows Canelo sang at least two songs -- hitting all kinds of notes in Spanish as everyone in attendance cheered him on.

His voice was pretty good too -- check out the footage, his fans were loving every second of it!

Canelo had every reason to live it up in the club -- 'cause just hours earlier, he cruised to an easy win over GGG in their third tilt against each other.

Of course, Canelo probably would have sung following the fight either way -- you'll recall, he was seen croonin' even after his big loss to Dmitry Bivol back in May.

Lil Baby caused a riot during Vancouver's Breakout Festival which isn't unusual as festivals go, except for the fact the headlining rapper was nowhere to be found onstage ... or anywhere at the venue!!!

Video shows fans utterly destroying sections of the PNE Amphitheater on Sunday after learning Baby had canceled his set last minute.

The scene began to resemble a war zone in some places ... with angry fans lighting tents on fire while others toppled food stands and garbage dumpsters.

At one point, the mob even infiltrated a tent, leaving no TV monitor standing ... with no regard for the shattered glass that was flung everywhere.

Baby was the top act for Sunday's show ... with fellow rappers Polo G, Cordae, Coi Leray, Babyface Ray and others as the backup and as you can see, was promoted heavily by the fest as being a big draw.

On Monday, Lil Baby let out a lengthy apology on IG ... saying his body gave out on him following his summer tour with Chris Brown, and begged the forgiveness of Vancouver, Breakout Fest and all the fans in attendance.

He should've added the cleanup crew to that list.

Tim McGraw can rest easy ... if he's in danger of busting his ass, his fans and security will be there for him -- a fairly pain-free lesson he learned in the middle of his latest concert.

Tim was doing a show in Tempe, AZ when he walked to the end of the stage, kneeled down and turned his back to the crowd. The country superstar lost his balance as he went down to one knee, and suddenly ... whoops!!!

It looked to be about a 6-foot fall, at most, but amazingly Tim emerged totally unscathed -- thanks to his security, a fan or 2 and his own athleticism.

Never missing a beat ... he turned the fall into an opportunity to greet some fans up close and personal.

As stage tumbles go ... he got off way easier than Post Malone, who also fell this weekend, and ended up needing some medical treatment.

Justin and Hailey Bieber's home had an unwanted visitor ... the security team spotted a guy who broke into the backyard and it ended in a mad foot chase.

LAPD sources tell TMZ ... cops were called to the couple's home in an exclusive gated Los Angeles community last Saturday ... after Justin's security said they saw a guy in the backyard, hanging out by the couple's BBQ.

We're told when security approached the man, he took off running ... jumping over one of the walls and into the neighborhood. Security gave chase but the guy disappeared.

Justin and Hailey were not home ... they were away on vacation.

Once police arrived, they searched the area, but came up empty-handed.

It's unclear how the guy got into the gated community, but it's not the first time this has happened. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill previously had their home burglarized and Lisa Vanderpump's car was stolen a few years back.

This also is not the first time Justin has had to deal with unwanted visitors either. He's had some really disturbing run-ins in the past with folks showing up to his property ... like the time a lady got into his hotel room.

August Alsina claims Tory Lanez and a bunch of goons rolled up on him and attacked -- showing off a photo of himself as proof ... although, Tory's calling BS.

The singer took to IG Sunday with a pic that shows himself leaning up against an elevator wall with blood running down his mouth and appearing dazed. According to August, it's evidence that he was beaten up on Saturday ... by who he claims was none other than Tory.

The way things allegedly went ... August claims Tory and a bunch of his security guards approached him as he was leaving a show, encircling him and pressing him. August says Tory wanted to know why he hadn't dapped him up in the past.

August says it all had to do with Tory taking shots at him a couple years back when he spoke on his situation with Jada Pinkett Smith -- so he figured TL simply didn't like him, and didn't feel it necessary to pretend they were on friendly terms.

Then, according to AA, Tory sucker punched him as August was trying to get himself out of the situation ... this after he claims the dude took a hit from a blunt and got all hyped up. August insists it wasn't a fight, but simply an assault -- and that Tory and co. scrammed.

He also alleges Tory's crew got the whole thing on camera, asking they release the footage. August says he posted this because he'd seen/heard Tory running his mouths to blogs ... and wants to get the true story out there. For his part, Tory's saying the whole thing's a lie.

Post Malone took a super nasty fall onstage ... it was so bad, medics had to help him off and the fans didn't know whether to wait it out or pack it in.

It happened Saturday night in St. Louis at the Enterprise Center halfway through the concert, where he was performing "Circles."

Post was showin' his stuff as he walked down a ramp that extended onto the floor of the arena. It would've gone fine, but there was a hole in the floor that he used to lower his guitar and it hadn't been covered up.

He stepped in it and took an awful fall ... sprawled out on the concert floor. An eyewitness tells TMZ one of his legs was shaking uncontrollably. Medics rushed in and eventually flanked him as he left the stage.

He asked fans to give him a few minutes to collect himself, but clearly, everyone was concerned and some doubtful he'd even return.

15 minutes later, Post resurfaced and performed "Rockstar" and "Cooped Up." "Rockstar" fits because Post was determined to continue even though he clearly was in pain ... clutching his ribs as he sang.

Post thanked the crowd for hangin' in there and told them there was a "big-ass hole in the stage" and even apologized -- not necessary. He finished out the show and even stayed after to sign a few autographs.

No word on his condition ... but he's scheduled to continue his "Twelve Carat Tour" in Columbus Sunday.
