Robin Quivers -- Howard Stern's right hand woman -- just announced she's been battling cancer for the past year ... but says she's now cancer free.

Quivers says ... her cancer developed from endometrial tissue, which is tissue in the uterus.

Robin says she underwent treatment for the past year -- including chemotherapy -- but says the treatment worked ... and doctors now believe she's cancer free.

During the emotional segment on Howard's Sirius XM show, Howard said he still gets chills when listening to her story ... and admitted, "I gotta be honest, I thought she was a goner."

Over the past year, Robin has not appeared in the studio, but she's been doing the show from home while undergoing treatment.

Robin said doctors initially discovered a "mass" in her pelvis last year and decided to perform surgery to investigate the situation.

Howard said Robin told him before the operation that doctors determined she had a cancerous tumor.

Howard said he was "freaking out" when Robin went under the knife ... saying, "It was just a f**king crazy thing that came out of left field."

Robin says her tumor was about the size of a grapefruit. She said it took doctors 8 hours to remove the tumor because it was so big.

"Robin means more to me than anything," Howard said ... adding, "Seeing her go through this just f**king tore me up."

Robin said she didn't feel alone at any part of her treatment ... because Howard was there for her the whole time.

So, it wasn't exactly the Best Puke Ever ... but Louis Tomlinson from One Direction yacked his face off during a charity soccer match in Europe this weekend ... and it was all caught on tape.

The boy bander had just passed the ball off to a teammate, when Gabriel Agbonlahor -- a really good pro soccer player -- came flying in and knocked Louis on his ass.

Louis rolled around in pain clutching his leg (like soccer players do) ... but eventually got up and made his way to the sidelines.

But as soon as he got off the field, Tomlinson upchucked ... spewing all over the sidelines.

What happens after Jon Cryer falls off his bike? HE GETS BACK ON ... even if that crash was super bloody and required 3 months of rehab.

After that brutal wipe out at the 2012 Nautica Malibu Triathlon, the "Two and a Half Men" star RETURNED to compete at the event this weekend ... and unlike last year, he finished without injury.

After the race, Cryer told TMZ ... it took 3 months of intense physical therapy to recover from the 2012 crash ... a crash that occurred when Cryer lost control of his bike when speeding down a hill, resulting in some serious road rash.

Bottom line -- Cryer's sort of a badass.

Wentworth Miller tried to commit suicide multiple times because he couldn't handle keeping his sexual identity a secret.

Miller revealed his dark secret at the Human Rights Campaign Dinner in Seattle Saturday night, saying his first suicide attempt was when he was 15.

The "Prison Break" star says he downed a bottle of pills at home, and he wasn't crying out for help, because "you only cry for help if there is help to cry for."

Wentworth also talked about the torture of working in Hollywood as a closeted actor ... explaining he wanted to be the role model he never had ... "to be the someone else, that no one was to me."

Outkast rapper Big Boi tells TMZ ... he "lost his doggy style" abilities after blowing out his knee back in May ... but don't worry, the rapper tells us came up with a SOLID backup plan.

As you may recall -- Boi suffered a patellar tendon tear back in May while jumping around during a concert in Illinois ... and required knee surgery.

BB was at LAX yesterday rolling around in a wheelchair when he offered up the good news saying he can finally put pressure on his knee again ... which means, no more bangin' restrictions.

Big Boi wasn't completely deprived of his favorite position during his recovery though ... telling us he got crafty and figured out a way around the dilemma ... all thanks to a trusty piece of furniture.

First Carrie Underwood ... now this -- Sofia Vergara ALSO fell down hard yesterday ... landing squarely on her ass during a lunch run in Beverly Hills.

Sofia was entering the back of a restaurant when she slipped, tripped and crumbled ... right in front of someone with a camera.

Don't worry ... Sofia appeared to be OK and went shopping after the fall.

Huge brawl on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... sources tell TMZ.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member Brandon DeShazer -- Kenya Moore's assistant -- was seriously roughed up last night by Phaedra Parks' husband Apollo Nida ... all over beef stemming from some dumb workout video, a witness tells TMZ.

According to witnesses, Apollo flew into a rage and "violently attacked" Brandon at a party that was being filmed for the upcoming season ... and it was all caught on tape.

The witnesses say Apollo -- who once served 5 years in prison for racketeering -- had to be restrained by 7 male crew members before finally retreating.

We're told Apollo was pissed because Brandon and Kenya had allegedly agreed to produce a workout video starring Phaedra, but instead produced their own, cutting Phaedra out. We're told Apollo felt slighted, and blamed Brandon for stabbing Phaedra in the back.

Apollo has a different story, telling TMZ, there was a fight on the set, he tried to break it up and got attacked by Brandon. Apollo says at that point he defended himself and everything got out of control.

Dramatic.

Calls to Bravo weren't returned.

Carrie Underwood learned a painful lesson on stage in Corpus Christi, TX last night ... 5-inch stilettos + a long, flowing shirt = RECIPE FOR PAIN!!!

The country star was performing her song, "Undo It" ... when she kicked her heel back and it got CAUGHT in the tail of her shirt and -- BOOM -- she was on her ass.

Being the pro that she is, Carrie continued singing like nothing was wrong ... barely missing a note.

Later, she tweeted: "Hey, remember that time in Corpus Christi when that girl busted her butt on stage?! Hilarious! Oh, wait, that was me!"

But it wasn't her butt that was busted ... it's her foot.

Good news, though -- it's not broken ... just sprained and last night, Carrie posted a photo of her new footwear.

A$AP Rocky hasn't had the decency to call the woman he allegedly slapped during a concert ... and she tells TMZ she wants to nail him in criminal court.

Lisa Wade --a self-described fan of A$AP -- called in to "TMZ Live" and gave the blow-by-blow ... which she says was a brutal, unprovoked attack.

Wade says A$AP was walking through a surging crowd of people when he hauled off and smacked her ... HARD.

A$AP's been charged with criminal battery.

Boxing champ Tommy Morrison -- who starred in "Rocky 5" -- died from a blood infection ... so says his death certificate which contains no mentions of either HIV or AIDS, TMZ has learned.

According to his death certificate, filed in Nebraska, the 44-year-old died from cardiac arrest ... stemming from a blood infection known as Pseudomonas Aeruginosa Septicemia.

FYI -- back in 1996, Morrison announced he had contracted the HIV virus ... but later recanted and questioned if the disease even existed in the first place.

Ariel Castro took the "p**sy" way out when he decided to hang himself in his prison cell ... so says Tom Arnold who tells TMZ the guy shoulda been strung up by his balls.

Arnold was at LAX today when we asked how he felt about the evil Ohio kidnapper, rapist, scumbag taking his own life this week.

"If his victims are fine with it, then I'm fine with it," Arnold said ... "but it's the p**sy way out."

Arnold says the country needs to focus on supporting Castro's victims -- but says, "If I know women, they'd want him hung by his balls."

Suri Cruise is on the mend after breaking her arm recently, rocking a badass plaster cast in NYC yesterday filled with signatures and doodles from friends -- including some mysterious words of advice ... "no butt smacking with this."

We don't know who would write "no butt smacking" on a 7-year-old's cast, OR WHY, but Suri should probably listen.

Luckily, Suri looked in good spirits despite the busted limb, holding on to her mama's hand.

NBA player Royce White -- who famously missed his rookie season with the Houston Rockets due to mental health issues -- is at the center of a criminal investigation in Texas after allegedly beating up his then-girlfriend ... TMZ has learned.

We know ... White's ex-girlfriend Tania Mehra -- a Maxim model -- filed a police report on August 30 to report an incident that went down at Royce's Houston-area home back in June.

According to law enforcement, records show someone called 911 on June 22, 2013 to report a laceration above Tania's right eye. Cops say at the time, Tania claimed she suffered the injury from an "accidental fall."

But Tania changed her tune last week ... and filed an incident report in which she claims she LIED on the night of the incident -- and says in reality, Royce is to blame for her injury.

Cops tell TMZ, "The victim said she had lied earlier because the suspect played for the NBA and did not want the incident to damage his career."

Law enforcement also tells us, "The victim stated that White had assaulted her after she became angered by his advances toward her friend."

Cops say the incident is "under investigation" -- and so far, no charges have been filed against the 22-year-old NBA player.

Sources connected to the investigation tell us ... Tania claims Royce also grabbed a candleholder and threw at at her during the altercation ... but it missed, instead smashing into a mirror and causing it to shatter.

We've reached out to White's reps for comment -- so far, no word back.

FYI -- White was famously profiled on an episode of HBO's "Real Sports" in a segment that chronicled his battles with OCD and anxiety disorder.

Ex-beauty queen Shanna Moakler knows all about quick weight loss ... because she just had 2.5 liters of fat slurped right out of her ... and TMZ has the photo to prove it.

Shanna stopped by Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills on Tuesday for some quick body work -- a procedure called Airbrush Laser Liposculpture.

According to the EBS website, the doctor doesn't use a scalpel, but rather a circular-shaped device that leaves a scar that's smaller than a pencil top eraser.

We're told Shanna wanted some extra help tightening up her stomach ... because she's had a tough time getting back into pre-baby shape after birthing 3 kids.

After the procedure, the doc gave Shanna a jar of the removed lard -- which measured out to 2.5 liters of the fat stuff.

For all you metrically-challenged people -- 2.5 liters is equal to 84.5 ounces ... which is almost 3 Big Gulps.

The best part -- after Shanna lost the fat, she raced straight from the doc's office to Boa Steakhouse on the Sunset Strip and woofed down a big ol' juicy steak ... 'cause why the hell not?

Terrence Howard flew into a violent rage -- throwing his then-estranged wife to the ground, and threatening to slash his own wrists -- after she accused him of cheating ... this according to documents filed by Howard's ex.

In the court docs, Michelle Ghent claims the brawl went down in a Toronto hotel room in April ... when she found phone numbers for 6 women in his bag ... and promptly called the women while Howard was in the room.

In her filing ... Michelle says the 44-year-old Oscar nominee threw her computer out a window, lifted her off the ground and slammed her down ... and reached for an X-Acto blade and put it to his wrist.

Ghent claims Howard also pretended to hang himself with a belt -- and told her, "I'm just thinking if I should kill you first before killing me."

Two days after the hotel fight ... Ghent claims Howard continued talking about suicide in text messages. Her filing includes dozens of texts she claims he sent -- in one, Terrence allegedly said he wishes he "wasn't such a coward and that I had the courage to finish what should have been accomplished in the abortion clinic 44 years ago."

In another text Howard allegedly said he was going to get outpatient treatment for "his addictions and emotional instability" -- and offered to deposit more than $25,000 in her account to cover the damage to her computer.

As we previously reported ... Ghent got a temporary restraining order against Howard last month after he allegedly punched her and kicked her during a July vacation in Costa Rica. For his part, Howard claimed she had pepper sprayed him.

Amanda Bynes is ensconced at the UCLA Medical Center -- where she'll be for at least 60 days and worst case scenario a full year. And guess what it costs ... $3,500 a day.

Sources involved with Amanda's treatment tell TMZ ... the cost is so high because it covers not just treatment, but living expenses as well. To put this in perspective, you can get a deluxe executive suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in nearby Beverly Hills for $815 a night.

TMZ broke the story ... a judge ruled on Friday that doctors could keep Amanda on a long-term hold for up to a year, although the goal is 60 days ... after which she'd go home to her mom.

Now for some lump sums. 60 days at UCLA Med Center will cost $210,000. A full year would cost $1,277,500. As for Amanda's insurance, she's a member of SAG but we're told the policy will only cover a small portion of the cost.
