Tracy Morgan was seen Wednesday afternoon being wheeled into a New York City hospital ... and TMZ has learned he might not be ditching the chair anytime soon.

Morgan is still recovering from the horrific car crash back in June when a Walmart truck collided with his van. Sources close to Tracy tell TMZ ... Morgan's injuries stemming from that crash may prevent him from ever walking again without some kind of assistance.

Morgan has been feuding publicly with Walmart after it claimed in legal docs his injuries were due in part to the fact he wasn't wearing his seat belt.

Morgan responded by saying, "My friends and I were doing nothing wrong."

One of "Evel Dick" Donato's former "Big Brother" housemates tells TMZ ... she wishes Dick would have STAYED in the BB house after learning he was HIV positive -- but Dick says he didn't have a choice.

Donato -- who won BB in 2007 and then rejoined the cast in 2011 -- left the show very early into Season 13 when he was informed by producers that blood tests showed he had HIV.

We spoke with Rachel Reilly -- who was competing in the house at the time -- who tells us she wishes Donato would have stayed in the game.

"If he had a meeting with everyone it would have been a way to give the disease a voice," Reilly said ... "It's reality TV."

She adds, "I think it's cool he is talking about it 3 years later and I hope this changes people's lives. I think it's brave of him."

We also spoke with Evel Dick on "TMZ Live" moments ago ... who told us he didn't get a choice to stay in the game -- producers told him he had to leave.

But he also says he wasn't ready to go public with the information anyway ... "This was the most shocking news I've ever been told. I needed time to digest."

Donato says it's already destroyed him in one way -- financially.

For their part, a rep for CBS tells TMZ Dick was not forced to leave the show, but rather made the decision on his own.

Amanda Bynes was under the influence of Adderall when she was arrested for DUI ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... but her problems go much deeper than a criminal case.

We've learned the Adderall was prescribed by a doctor and she had taken the drug before getting stopped in Van Nuys Sunday and failing multiple field sobriety tests. She was arrested for DUI.

Adderall is a stimulant and we're told Amanda was "out of it" when she was stopped.

Fact is ... it's no defense to DUI that the drug in question was prescribed -- it's still operating a vehicle while impaired. But Amanda now faces a probation violation -- she's on probation for reckless driving -- and the fact that the drug was prescribed may help her there.

The deeper problem is this ... As TMZ first reported, Amanda has moved out of her parents house and is now living in Orange County. We're told she's smoking a lot of weed and is off her anti-psychotic meds for Schizophrenia and bipolarity.

Amanda's conservatorship ended earlier this month and we're told her parents saw no need to extend it because they believe she's better now, but everyone else in her life feels it was a horrible mistake to let the conservatorship lapse and they fear for Amanda.

Rich Homie Quan's father got shot multiple times this morning, and the rapper is by his side in an Atlanta hospital ... TMZ has learned.

Quan's dad, Corey Lamar, was in the barber shop he owns this morning when a man ... or men ... came in and attempted to rob the place -- and during the hold up they opened fire ... according to Quan's rep.

We're told Lamar -- who is Quan's manager -- was hit 4 times. He was rushed to a hospital and taken into surgery. We're told he is in critical condition, but expected to survive.

RHQ was at the hospital when his father got out of surgery. Police are investigating the shooting. So far, they know the suspect fled the barber shop in a black Honda.

Michael Ian Black NAILED a guy on a scooter Sunday afternoon.

It went down at 3:00 PM Sunday at the very congested corner of Highland and Santa Monica Blvd. Black's Toyota struck the scooter ... sending the rider tumbling to the ground.

We're told the scooter driver suffered road rash on his left leg. An ambulance showed up ... but apparently it wasn't serious enough ... the scooter driver was not transported.

Black was not ticketed. Accidents happen.

We reached out to Black for comment ... so far, no word back.

At least three people were killed during a monster truck event in the Netherlands Sunday when a driver lost control of his vehicle and plowed into a crowd of people.

The monster truck had just completed routine trick -- where it drives over several parked cars -- when it veered left, taking out a guard rail and dozens of spectators who were standing behind it.

The mayor of the town where the event took place told media that 3 people were killed -- including one child -- and 15 other people were injured.

One of the event organizers told local news he believes the problem could have stemmed from one of two things -- either the gas pedal got stuck or the brakes failed.

The driver is reportedly being questioned by police.

Alexis Knapp's kumbaya moment with a candle went up in flames ... and so did her condo bldg.

Alexis -- famous for her roles in "Project X," "Pitch Perfect" and "I'm Ryan Phillippe's baby Mama" ... left her unit with a candle still burning and it caught something on fire which ignited the blaze that engulfed the entire building ... according to the L.A. Fire Dept.

It took 75 firefighters, 30 fire trucks and 3 separate agencies to knock down the blaze. The damage is so extensive the building is now red tagged.

A firefighter was injured ... which could be a problem for Alexis.

But there's good news ... a couple of cats were rescued.

August Alsina is getting back on the horse -- as in, the stage -- after severe seizures and a scary fall landed him in a hospital for nearly 2 weeks ... the singer thinks he's ready to go on the road again.

August is finally recovering at home in New Orleans ... after being released from the hospital earlier this week, but he'll only have about a month to heal before starting a 27-date tour with Usher on Nov. 1st.

TMZ broke the story ... August ended up in a coma earlier this month when he fainted and tumbled off a stage in NYC.

August's rep tells us doctors are prescribing lots of rest before he attempts the tour. We're told the seizures were the result of a head injury when he fell -- and August doesn't need medication.

New information in the arrest of Charlotte Hornets player Jeffrey Taylor -- TMZ Sports has learned he's accused of attacking a man AND a woman before he was arrested for assault yesterday.

As we previously reported, 25-year-old Taylor was arrested in East Lansing, Michigan on Thursday ... after cops say he attacked his girlfriend at a hotel around 1AM.

We've learned the female is a college athlete who plays soccer at Michigan State University.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, Taylor is also accused of attacking a man during the incident.

Kim Kardashian was tackled and almost knocked to the ground in an alarming assault during a Paris Fashion Week event.

Kim, Kanye and Kris Jenner arrived at a fashion show Thursday ... and several hundred people -- including a gaggle of photogs -- were squeezed in to watch them arrive.

As Kim gets out of the car, a guy lunges at her, tackling her legs and tries to pull her to the ground.

You see security jump in, subdue the guy ... and then quickly escort Kim and Kris into the building.

TMZ has learned the attacker may be Vitalii Sediuk -- the Ukrainian prankster who did the same thing to Leo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, and Will Smith. According to his rep, Sediuk is taking credit for lunging at Kim.

A former "America's Next Top Model" finalist has a gaping hole in her grill ... and has been reduced to begging the public for help.

Amanda Swafford -- who finished 3rd in Cycle 3 of the show back in 2004 -- had a disastrous run-in with a Bojangles chicken bone last week ... and it's left her toothless right smack in the middle.

The pain got so tough to handle, she says she got drunk and pulled the remaining part of the tooth out herself!!!

It will cost $5K to have the tooth replaced, and Amanda is cash-strapped. She's 35 and can only get part-time work as a stylist. She's taken to the crowdfunding site GoFundMe to raise the cash.

She's at $1k and counting.

State Farm has folded like a cheap suit ... pulling the plug on its commercials featuring Rob Schneider ... after health groups trashed him for being anti-vaccine.

The insurance company began running ads last month ... featuring Schneider resurrecting his classic "Richmeister" character from SNL ... to sell insurance.

Several health groups immediately went on a social media campaign ... pointing out that Schneider's views run counter to what they claim are sound health insurance policies.

An anti-Schneider video posted last week pleaded with the company to drop Schneider, saying, "State Farm provides health insurance, and nothing ensures public health more than getting vaccinated."

State Farm bent to the pressure and will 86 the ad.

"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland just got a temporary restraining order against her ex-BF -- claiming the guy choked her, pushed her and threatened her life ... and her TV mom witnessed some of the abuse.

TMZ has obtained court docs filed by Hyland -- who plays Haley Dunphy -- in which she claims her ex Matthew Prokop terrorized her both verbally and physically during the last 4 years of their relationship.

According to the docs, Prokop -- an actor who once appeared on "Modern Family" -- pinned Hyland against a car during an argument about her outfit back in May and unleashed hell ... calling her "c**t, c**t, c**t" and choking her.

Hyland says in the docs, "His grip was so tight that I could not breathe or speak. I was scared and in fear for my life."

Sarah says she suffered injuries to her voice -- and had a "very sore throat following this event."

In the docs, Hyland says she knew she was in an abusive relationship -- and asked her TV mom Julie Bowen to come to her house to help "peacefully end the relationship."

Hyland says she had purchased a plane ticket to send Matthew back to his home in Texas -- but when Matthew arrived to the home and saw Julie (along with others), he freaked out ... "ran outside into the backyard and began screaming."

Hyland says Prokop threw a lighter at her -- and that's when Julie stepped in and told Sarah to get out of the house because she wasn't safe around Prokop.

In the docs, Hyland says Prokop also threatened to set one of her homes on fire -- and threatened that she would never see her dog again.

After Hyland broke up with Prokop, she claims he "relentlessly bombarded me with vile, threatening and emotionally disturbing texts and voice mails including his own suicide threats."

Hyland says Prokop entered a rehab facility in August -- but he got out on Sept. 21st ... and claims the director of the facility contacted her and told her it would be in her best interest to get a restraining order against him due to his mental state and attitude against her.

Hyland took his advice -- and an L.A. judge granted a temporary restraining order ... requiring Prokop to stay at least 100 yards away from Sarah and her dog at all times.

We reached out to Prokop and his people for comment -- so far no word back.

UFC fighter Joe Riggs might be part mutant -- 'cause check out how well his gunshot wounds healed up in just THREE SHORT MONTHS!!

As we previously reported, Riggs was cleaning his pistol back in July when it accidentally fired -- sending a bullet ripping through his hand and thigh. It was bloody ... and could've been career-ending.

But as you can see in the pics, everything seemed to heal nicely -- and Joe just announced that he's booked his very first UFC fight since the incident.

The fight is set for Dec. 13th -- and Riggs is all set to take on Ben Saunders ... who, to our knowledge, has zero gunshot wounds.

Former "Catwoman" Julie Newmar took a big spill at LAX Monday and she's blaming an aggressive photog for her cuts and bruises … and for ripping her $89 stockings.

Newmar told cops she was getting out of her wheelchair to get into her car when she became disoriented from the camera flashes.

Catwoman didn't land on her feet this time ... she fell on her hands and knees … bloodying them. Newmar filed a police report, but we're told nothing will come of it since the photog didn't commit a crime.

Newmar told us the worst part was ripping her Wolford stockings.

She's going to sue for lost profits -- she couldn't appear at a film festival. And we're guessing she wants the 89 bucks as well.

For one concertgoer, when Billy Joel sang "I love you just the way you are" ... the way he was ... was bloody.

Ari Ganales claims in a new lawsuit ... he and his wife were enjoying the show at Madison Square Garden when some wasted rowdies began fighting ... again, this is a Billy Joel concert.

Ganales says one of the hooligans pulled him over a seat and thrashed him mercilessly -- breaking his arm, nose, ribs and causing other severe injuries.

He and his wife are suing MSG ... blaming the Garden for over-serving booze.
