Well, now we understand why Jay Z just HAD to take a pic with a fighter after a Muay Thai match this week ... the dude nearly decapitated a grown man with a ferocious spinning back elbow!!!

As we previously reported, Jay and Beyonce had date night at a Muay Thai fight in Phuket Thailand a few days ago ... and sat in the front row when a guy named Omar Z Tobasi got in the ring.

Check out the insane footage ... Tobasi busts a move straight outta "Street Fighter 2" ... and knocks the other dude into another dimension.

Jay was so impressed, he went to the ring and snapped a pic with the champ.

Ya gotta think ... with Jay running his own sports agency, is it possible he's thinking of expanding into the MMA world??? We'll see ...

"Mob Wives" star Natalie Guercio says she knows why her boyfriend got knifed -- and she wants to show how brutal the nightclub attack was ... by revealing his horrific wounds.

TMZ broke the story ... London Rene was repeatedly sliced in the face, abdomen and arm in a Brooklyn nightclub. Rodolfy "Rudy" Lopez was arrested Tuesday for the crime.

Natalie tells us she and London met Lopez through mutual friends, but things went south about 8 months ago. She claims Lopez began threatening London and accusing him of spreading rumors that Lopez was a FBI snitch. Clearly a no-no in the mob world.

London's wounds are extremely graphic, but it's easy to see -- just a few inches lower and he could be dead.

Chicago Bears superstar Brandon Marshall says he's on a 4-week timeout from flying -- and can't get on a plane to NYC for a deposition in his assault case ... all because of his collapsed lung.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the wide receiver was scheduled to appear for the depo on December 9th to defend himself against allegations he punched a woman in the face outside of a nightclub back in 2012.

But in court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, Marshall claims there's no way in hell he could've made it to the deposition because doctors have put him on a "no-fly restriction" due to injuries he suffered during a Thursday Night Football game on Dec. 4th.

According to docs submitted in the case ... the WR's overall condition is "good" and doctors had planned to reevaluate the NFL star toward the end of December.

We did a little digging ... and according to the British Lung Foundation, the reduced cabin pressure in planes makes it more difficult to breathe.

For his part, Marshall has denied any wrongdoing -- and has said his wife was the real victim during the night of the incident ... claiming she was hit with a bottle while leaving the club after a scuffle had broken out.

The fugitive who allegedly slashed the face of "Mob Wives" star London Rene ... turned himself into NYPD late Tuesday.

London's gf, and 'Mob' co-star Natalie Guercio tells TMZ Rodolfy "Rudy" Lopez was taken into custody after he walked into a Brooklyn police station. Earlier in the day ... police announced Lopez was wanted for the knife attack that went down early Sunday morning.

Natalie says cops called her and London to identify Lopez ... which she says they just did. He was booked for felony assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon.

TMZ broke the story ... Lopez allegedly jumped London and slashed his face, abdomen, and arm.

Calls to Lopez's attorney haven't been returned.

The NYPD has identified the suspect who allegedly slashed the boyfriend of "Mob Wives" star Natalie Guercio early Sunday morning in a Brooklyn nightclub.

Rodolfy "Rudy" Lopez is wanted by police for the attack on London Rene. He allegedly took a box cutter to Rene's face, abdomen and arm ... then fled the scene before cops arrived.

Rene suffered a huge cut on his face and got more than 200 stitches. As TMZ first reported, Rene told police he knew the attacker. As for a motive? Rene told us on TMZ Live ... he thinks it has something to do with a longstanding "rumor" about Lopez.

Suge Knight has a belated Christmas gift for anyone who he thinks wronged him in 2014 ... and it sounds a lot worse than a lump of coal.

The boyfriend of "Mob Wives" star Natalie Guercio got knifed in a Brooklyn nightclub last night ... TMZ has learned.

London Rene has a huge wound on the right side of his face after the attack in Output Club. He's hospitalized, and from what he told cops ... lucky to be alive.

According to NYPD ... Rene says a man walked up to him with a box cutter and sliced his face ... and then cut his left arm and abdomen. The stabber fled the scene, but Rene told cops he knows the guy.

Rene was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

We're told Natalie was standing by Rene's side during the attack.

It's unclear what the suspect's motive was. NYPD is investigating.

Kim Kardashian is upset for a very good reason ... as hard as she's been trying, she can't get pregnant.

Kim has been very open with friends and family ... she and Kanye have been trying to have another baby for the last 9 months but nothing has worked. Kim has been to fertility doctors, but they've made it clear ... having another baby is a long shot.

Turns out North West was a miracle baby ... she had 3 specialists tell her she couldn't get pregnant before North was conceived.

Kim and Kanye assumed the second baby would be easier since it worked once, but the doctors are telling her that's not the case.

We're told Kim is trying to reduce her stress and cut down on traveling ... per doctor's advice.

Amanda Bynes is OUT of her manic state ... acting completely "normal" and her family thinks it's nothing short of "mind blowing."

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Amanda is off all meds, including Adderall, which caused her to get a DUI.

When you speak with Amanda there is no way you would know she's been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolarity. She is completely lucid.

We're told things have stabilized so much, her parents have given her limited access again to bank accounts. She spends her time reading, doing yoga, meditation and pilates ... all stress reducers which doctors say are important for these mental disorders.

We're also told Amanda's recent trip to USC -- where she'd like to enroll as a psych major -- was all planned by her.

Here's the rub. Doctors have told Amanda's family, people with such mental illnesses sometimes rebound and they can be ok for months, only to relapse again.

Hayden Panettiere can't escape the laws of physics -- birthing Wladimir Klitschko's baby did some permanent damage to her bod.

Hayden copped to the ordeal of bringing Kaya Evdokia into this world with People ... saying, "I'm limping around. I'm still trying to figure out what [pregnancy] has done to my body, how it's changed it."

As for recovery ... she added, "I know some things will never be the same again."

Sounds about right -- Kaya was 7 lbs., 14 oz. and damn near 2 feet tall. Hayden's only 5 feet tall.

The Lead singer of Say Anything hurled on stage Monday night ... soaking a security guard in vomit.

Lead singer Max Bemis was towards the end of the set at the House of Blues in West Hollywood when he projectile vomited without warning. It's unclear why ... but there was alcohol on stage so it ain't that hard to read between the lines.

Bemis didn't miss a beat, and continued singing "I Want to Know Your Plans." As for the security guard ... well it definitely ruined his night.

A Tennessee couple says they came to Dolly Parton's Dollywood for entertainment -- what they got was a traumatizing experience that left one of them with lasting brain damage and broken bones.

Tedi and Derryl Brown claim in a new lawsuit ... Tedi went on the Waltzing Swinger ride, which is like a giant, revolving swing. She says she hung on for dear life after slipping from her seat and falling head first onto the hard concrete, 10-ft. below.

They say the park ignored the wet weather ... and the slick conditions turned the ride into a death trap -- resulting in Tedi's extensive, life-changing injuries.

They're demanding the park pay $475K in damages.

Richard Simmons is still MIA ... nearly a year after he was last seen, and there are no signs of XMAS or even life at his home.

His friends are more worried than ever. They haven't heard from or seen him since January 11. He hasn't been to his exercise studio in 6 months.

There are no XMAS decorations at his Hollywood Hills house. Friends are not allowed to visit. A housekeeper seems to stand guard whenever anyone tries to enter.

Simmons' rep told us the exercise guru was depressed over a knee injury and that's why he has gone radio silent, but his friends are convinced it is far more serious. They say Richard was the ultimate caring person who loved interaction, and now there is none whatsoever.

Muhammad Ali is in a hospital battling pneumonia -- but doctors expect him to make a full recovery.

72-year-old Ali was admitted to an undisclosed hospital early Saturday morning ... according to a rep for the boxing legend. The rep says it's a mild case of pneumonia which doctors caught early -- so he's not expected to have a very long hospital stay.

Earlier this month ... TMZ Sports got pics of "The Greatest" hanging with Snoop Dogg at Nevada's high school championship game. Snoop's son and Ali's grandson were teammates at Bishop Gorman high.

The ex-boyfriend of Nicki Minaj is taking their break-up INCREDIBLY hard ... to the point he's having suicidal thoughts.

Safaree Samuels is confiding in friends that he's an emotional wreck over his breakup with Nicki after a 12-year relationship. He's become a shut-in, spends days and nights smoking weed, and has talked openly about suicide.

Safaree is telling friends he won't get in touch with Nicki because she's now hooked up with Meek Mill. He says it's torture for him, because he believes Meek Mill destroyed his relationship with Nicki over false claims he cheated.

Safaree's friends say they're scared these are more than idle threats. They've urged him to see a shrink. The problem ... he's seeing one whom he says has been giving him meds that make him even more emotional.
