One of the Ying Yang Twins says his collapse in the middle of a concert wasn't as bad as it looked ... insisting he's fine and pledging to take better care of himself moving forward.

D-Roc tells TMZ Hip Hop the incident is being blown out of proportion on the internet, characterizing it as just a "bad day." He says he passed out on stage due to dehydration and he's not feeling any lingering health effects.

As we reported ... D-Roc had to be carried away after collapsing 30 minutes into the Ying Yang Twins' set at a fair in Missouri, where they were special guests for headliner Vanilla Ice.

D-Roc says he was complaining about hot weather before the show and the next thing he knew he was waking up on a golf cart next to paramedics.

The rapper says he just needed water, Gatorade and rest ... telling us he's in good enough health to put on more shows and handle his daddy duties.

D-Roc provided some explanation to fans through social media, but still feels the need to set the record straight ... telling us it took less than 24 hours for him to get back to business as usual.

He says folks have been blowing up his phone ever since he made headlines, checking in to make sure he's OK.

Willow Smith stopped her performance after someone in the crowd fainted ... and it's all on video.

The incident just happened during Willow's set at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, where she's opening for Machine Gun Kelly on a tour together, and video shows Willow putting the brakes on her set to make sure the fan is safe.

As you can see (and hear) Willow talks to the crowd and provides some words of encouragement to the injured fan, wishing them a speedy recovery.

Folks who were there say the fan who fainted had to be taken away on a stretcher.

The crowd wasn't upset the show stopped either ... showing love to Willow and thanking her for being accommodating. Folks on social media are also applauding Willow's quick actions.

Paraglider Kevin Philipp is lucky to be alive after his glider lines became badly entangled while plummeting to the ground -- before literally getting his rescue parachute open about one second before impact!

And, the entire death-defying ordeal was caught on video.

Philipp shared the terrifying clip Monday ... showing him paragliding thousands of feet in the air when suddenly his lines become tangled. Badly tangled.

KP -- who's an aerobatic paraglider (think crazy stunts under a large glider) -- desperately tried to straighten out the lines, but the attempt was futile.

It appears Philipp attempted to deploy his reserve chute, but that wouldn't open, either.

Then, about a second before the would-be impact, Kevin ripped the bag containing the rescue chute, which then opened ... in all likelihood, saving his life, and at the very least, averting serious injury.

"Oh my God!" Philipp yells after landing (hard) into a small tree.

Philipp posted the video on YouTube, explaining "strong turbulence" caused the lines to tangle.

As for how close he was to disaster, Kevin wrote ... "The falling speed increased a lot due to the twisting wing. Very last chance was to manually open the rescue package. Estimated time left about 1 second This was not the day to die!"

Despite the close call, Philipp says incidents like this are uncommon.

Lil Durk is going to be taking some time off after a scary incident during his set at Lollapalooza left the rapper with injuries to his face.

Durk posted a pic of himself at what appears to be a medical facility Sunday with the caption "Due to the incident that happened at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I'ma take a break & focus on my health. I finished my performance yesterday for my fans. Appreciate y'all."

Durk was midway through performing his verse from Pooh Shiesty's “Back In Blood” record when there was an explosion of smoke super close to him on stage … causing Durk to back up, wiping and covering his face with his shirt.

Ironically or not, he went on to perform his verse off Nardo Wick's "Who Want Smoke??"

It's currently unclear if the explosion was planned, and Durk was just in the wrong position or if the effect happened unplanned.

NFL superstar Joe Burrow isn't going to let an appendix -- or lack, thereof -- keep him from hanging out with his team ... he joined his fellow Bengals on the sidelines during training camp just days after having his pouch removed.

The AFC champ, unfortunately, had to undergo an appendectomy recently ... and will be out several weeks as he recovers from the procedure.

But, #9 made the ultimate effort to be with his teammates on Monday ... pulling up to camp on a scooter to make sure his presence was known.

The signal-caller arrived on the scene in style -- rocking a motored vehicle in slow-mo as he checked out his team getting in a solid workout.

Of course, as we reported last week ... Burrow will be out some time after having his appendix removed, but is expected to be good to go in time for the season.

Nice to see the dude still showing love for his Bengals teammates.

Mystikal stands accused of rape again in Louisiana ... and he's back behind bars after a weekend arrest.

A rep for Ascension Parish Sheriff's Office tells TMZ ... the rapper was booked and processed Sunday on a first-degree rape charge, as well as charges related to domestic abuse, battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and property damage.

We're told no bond has been set, and he has yet to see a judge. As for what allegedly happened to spur this latest arrest ... the Sheriff's Office says their deputies responded to a hospital over a reported sexual assault, and interviewed the alleged victim themselves.

Based on that interview and apparent minor injuries that cops say this person sustained ... they felt there was enough there to go pick up Mystikal and slap the cuffs on him. The investigation is ongoing.

BTW, Mystikal has faced similar allegations in the past -- including somewhat recently. You'll recall ... he was charged with rape in the same state back in 2017 -- but beat the case when the charges were dropped for lack of evidence.

MMA fighter Blake Perry horrifyingly broke his nose during a match on Sunday -- after taking a brutal knee to the face.

The gruesome injury happened in the first round of Perry's tilt with Marcel McCain at Urijah Faber's A1 Combat event in Stockton, Calif.

As the two were dukin' it out in the opening moments of their fight -- McCain grabbed the back of Perry's head with his arms ... and then drove his knee right into Perry's grill. Video of the strike shows McCain's knee landed flush, and caved in Perry's nose.

Somehow, though, Perry kept fighting despite his face's disfigurement.

But, during the break following the first round ... it became clear Perry shouldn't continue, and doctors ultimately stopped the contest.

No word yet on how Perry is doing today -- but something tells us breathing ain't exactly easy work.

Justin Bieber is back like he never left ... performing for the first time since his serious health scare.

Justin hit the stage in Lucca, Italy Sunday, and he was his old self ... performing his hits shirtless, dancing around the stage -- he brought the house down.

As we reported, Justin was diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, a rare virus that caused paralysis in his face, among other issues.

J.B. took a month off, pausing his world tour. He promised fans he'd be back to business at the end of July, and he delivered ... though just barely!

He's scheduled to hit the stage in South America, South Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, again ... before making his way to the U.S.

Popular Louisiana rapper JayDaYoungan was fatally ambushed by 5 gunmen ... according to his father, who was there when his son was gunned down.

The slain rapper's dad, Kenyatta Scott, tells TMZ ... he and JayDaYoungan were sitting in the front yard of their Louisiana home Wednesday evening when a black truck pulled up and 3 people hopped out with guns.

Scott says he and his son tried running inside the house, but 2 more people with guns approached from the side of the property ... and then shots rang out.

JDY's father says he was armed too and shot back to defend himself and his son. Scott was shot twice in the arm, while JayDaYoungan was struck at least 8 times. Scott remains in the hospital.

TMZ broke the story ... JDY lost a lot of blood in the shooting and underwent surgery, but died in the hospital.

The rapper's dad believes his son's murder was the result of jealousy ... that he made it out of Bogalusa ... he thinks whoever was behind the shooting was envious of JDY's success.

Scott says his son didn't have beef with anyone, and he doesn't think it was gang-related. He does not think JDY knew the gunmen.

Bogalusa Police Chief Kendall Bullen tells TMZ ... cops are looking at all possibilities for a motive, including gangs and/or retaliation.

For some reason, cops think there was only one shooter ... police have not ID'd the suspect or made any arrests.

One of the Ying Yang Twins collapsed at a concert over the weekend, and had to be carried off the stage.

The Twins were performing at a show in Springfield, MO at the Ozark Empire Fair, when 30 minutes into their set, D-Roc just crashed to the floor of the stage. Security rushed up to him and got him off the stage ... presumably for help.

The Ying Yang Twins were special guests at the concert, headlined by Vanilla Ice.

It's unclear what happened to him ... temps were in the 80s so it doesn't seem like heat exhaustion. We don't know if he was taken to the hospital nor do we know his condition.

President Biden has contracted COVID-19 again -- this after several days of testing negative for the virus and seemingly entering the recovery lane, with any illness in the rearview.

JB announced he'd tested positive once more on Saturday, taking to Twitter to write ... "Folks, today I tested positive for COVID again. This happens with a small minority of folks. I’ve got no symptoms but I am going to isolate for the safety of everyone around me. I’m still at work, and will be back on the road soon."

His White House physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, supplemented the news with a bit more information and context, publishing a letter that further described Biden's renewed case.

Dr. O'Connor described this as a "rebound" effect, something he says happens with a small percentage of people who catch COVID and are treated with something called PAXLOVID -- which seems to be a medication POTUS was given to help combat the virus and symptoms.

His letter goes on to say Biden tested negative on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday -- but despite this, an antigen test administered on Saturday morning proved to be positive. The doc notes, "The President has experienced no reemergence of symptoms, and continues to feel quite well."

It continues, "This being the case, there is no reason to reinitiate treatment at this time, but we will obviously continue close observation." Even though he won't go on any more meds for COVID, Biden will re-enter isolation procedures out of precaution, just like before.

Earlier this week, he made his official return to work and did a public appearance in the Rose Garden. He'd also told the press he was "feeling great" and was ready to get back to it.

IG model Gena Tew says for years she thought she was testing for HIV when she'd get STD checks, but that wasn't the case, and a recent breakdown of her body led to her finding out she has AIDS.

Gena has gone viral on social media, telling her story and urging the importance of young people getting tested. She tells us the symptoms have been horrible -- she's lost mobility, control of her bowels and has gone blind in her left eye.

Gena says the diagnosis has changed her life, as well as the life of her mom, who helps to care for her.

She says she's still not sure when she contracted HIV, but has called her sexual partners to let them know of her status. Gena says everyone she's called has been very supportive, checking in on her and making sure she's doing OK. She says so far, no one else has tested positive.

One thing Gena wants to clear up -- blogs have speculated she's been intimate with Chris Brown and Nick Cannon in the past -- something Gena says is just not true.

New York Gov. Kathy Hochul is not monkeying around when it comes to monkeypox ... she just declared a disaster emergency for the entire state to curb the growing spread of the disease.

On Friday night, Hochul tweeted the announcement, highlighting that 1 in 4 monkeypox cases in the U.S. originate in New York so, therefore, she wants to generate a faster response to combat the virus and get more people vaccinated.

Her announcement comes just one day after the New York State Commissioner of Health called monkeypox an “imminent threat to public health.”

Although the viral disease is almost never fatal, it can spread across the body, forming rashes and lesions on extremities and genitals.

New York and California are at the top of the list of states with the most recorded cases of monkeypox ... New York has 1,345 cases and California is second with 799, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Hochul's executive order allows for EMS personnel, pharmacists, midwives, physicians and certified nurse practitioners to administer vaccinations.

Nick Bostic, the heroic pizza delivery guy who saved 5 kids from a burning house, is getting some serious recognition for his life-saving actions ... and it might make his NASCAR dreams come true.

Nick tells us honchos at NASCAR reached out to him and invited him to be a special guest at Sunday's race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

It sounds like Nick will be in for a bunch of surprises when he's a VIP at the Verizon 200 at the Brickyard, he's not sure what's in store, but he's hoping to get behind the wheel of a race car.

Nick says it's always been his dream to be a NASCAR driver, he sounds confident he might blow his hosts away with his racing talent, if he's given the chance to show what he can do.

Remember ... Nick was driving through Lafayette, Indiana back on July 11 when he spotted a house engulfed in flames with no firetrucks or other emergency vehicles in sight.

Nick acted quickly, rushing into the home and leading 4 children safety before realizing there was a 6-year-old girl trapped still inside. He found her and jumped from a second-story window with her in his arms, using his body to cushion the fall and saving her life.

It's good to see Nick getting the recognition he deserves ... and it sounds like his recovery is going well.

Monkeys are terrorizing residents in a Japanese city ... targeting young children and babies, and even hanging out at preschools to grab them.

The wild scene is playing out in the city of Yamaguchi in southwestern Japan, where city officials say a troop of monkeys has been carrying out the attacks since July 8 ... biting and clawing at human flesh, and sneaking into nurseries to try and snatch babies.

It's a huge problem ... the attacks involve at least 58 people, and the city is responding by hiring a special unit to hunt the monkeys with tranquilizers, with a 15-pound monkey already being caught and killed.

The story gets even weirder ... officials say the monkeys aren't interested in food, so traps aren't working, and they're mostly going after children and the elderly, often sneaking up from behind and grabbing people's legs.

The attacks include an assault on a woman while she was hanging laundry on her veranda, and there are images of monkeys peering through windows and loitering outside schools.

Japanese macaques are the monkeys behind the attacks, which are sending folks to the hospital in droves.

Crazy scene at the Tour de France Femmes on Thursday ... when a crash resulted in a huge pile-up during Stage 5 of the event, requiring one rider to be taken away in an ambulance.

It all went down with about 28 miles left in the race -- when two riders made contact with each other ... causing them to wipe out.

The crash sparked a domino effect, with 30 riders getting tied up in the crowd.

Somehow, most riders were eventually able to get back up and finish the stage, but Movistar's Emma Norsgaard required further medical attention and was taken away from the scene in an ambulance.

Several other riders required assistance with minor injuries after completing the stage.

Lorena Wiebes of Team DSM ended up winning the stage ... beating out Elisa Balsamo and current leader Marianne Vos in the tight race.
