Halsey hosted Playboy's Midsummer Night's Dream party Saturday night in Vegas ... and she did not disappoint.

The bash went down at the Marquee Nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan on the Strip. She was joined by bunnies ... not sure if they're real Playboy bunnies or faux, but it truly doesn't matter.

The event used to be held at the Playboy Mansion in L.A. ... this one's a spin-off.

The suggested attire for the evening ... lingerie and sleepwear, of course.

The dude with the hat is one lucky guy ... hangin' with Winnie Harlow and her fellow models on a yacht in Miami.

Winnie, her best friend Cindy Bruna and 4 of their comrades in arms hopped aboard the yacht of Dave Grutman -- the King of Miami.

Grutman -- who owns some of the most popular clubs and restaurants in the Miami area -- is also known for his boats, and the one there's own is new ... in fact Saturday's ride was the inaugural run.

Demi Lovato's overdose came at the end of a party at her home that lasted all night, but when EMTs and police arrived to help her ... the partygoers were nowhere in sight ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Our sources say when first responders arrived at Demi's Hollywood Hills home Tuesday just before noon, they were told there had been a party. We're told members of Demi's team were present when first responders arrived, but provided no information about the drug or drugs that caused her to OD.

It's unclear when the party broke up, or if people scattered once it became apparent Demi was in trouble.

TMZ broke the story ... the night before the emergency, Demi was at the Saddle Ranch restaurant/bar celebrating the birthday of one of her backup dancers and she seemed happy and lucid. We don't know if the people who were at her home were part of the group that partied at Saddle Ranch.

Dana White's son, Aidan, got a 16th birthday party with as much star power as one of Dad's UFC fights ... and way more stage diving.

Aidan had the run of Drai's in Las Vegas -- with a daytime pool party and nighttime concert featuring Migos, A$AP Rocky and DJ Carnage. Aidan's the one who hurled his body off the stage during the pool party.

The concert kicked off when the sun went down and, as you'd expect for a Vegas high roller, Drai's pulled out all the stops. Dana's pal, Everlast, also performed a couple songs.

LeBron James and Kevin Durant left a Hollywood bar together on Wednesday night with Draymond Green ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The NBA superstars -- along with a ton of other athletes -- were leaving The Highlight Room rooftop lounge ... and when LeBron got to the street, a ton of fans were there to greet him.

Jamie Foxx won't face any charges for allegedly striking a woman in the face with his penis back in 2002, because the case has been closed ... TMZ has learned.

Las Vegas PD tells us ... Foxx is in the clear -- at least criminally -- because the statute of limitations of 3 years has long since run. The case was previously listed as an open investigation. As for a civil suit ... nope -- the statute of limitations has also run.

We broke the story ... the woman accused Foxx of assaulting her 16 years ago at a party at his place, when he tried to get her to perform oral sex on him. She claims she refused ... so he slapped her in the face with his penis.
