Rihanna is a shooting star in the fashion world, and her NYFW shindig proved she is the straw that stirs the drink.

RiRi threw her 4th annual Diamond Ball bash Thursday night at Cipriani Wall Street and TONS of celebs came out in droves. It's a special event for her -- it's benefiting her Clara Lionel Foundation, which helps impoverished communities around the world.

Her famous friends showed her plenty of love -- Meek Mill, Gucci Mane, Gayle King, Trevor Noah, Paris Hilton, La La Anthony, Tiffany Haddish, Issa Rae, Odell Beckham Jr., James Harden, A$AP Rocky and on and on ...

Childish Gambino performed ... slipping outta his shirt for "This is America."

Boxing star Gervonta Davis -- the reigning WBA super featherweight champ -- was arrested in Washington D.C. early Friday morning after fighting in the street ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told the incident began at Rosebar Lounge ... where sources say Davis spent more than $10,000 turning up.

One source tells us there was a dispute over the bill that escalated -- and Davis and another man took the beef into the street.

According to the police report, the two guys started to fist fight -- "punching each other with a closed fist about the upper body."

Several people tried to break it up but the two guys tried to flee -- until cops swooped in and picked them both up.

Both men -- including Davis -- were arrested for disorderly conduct and transported to a nearby station where they were booked and processed.

In the video, you can see Davis in handcuffs being walked to a squad car.

Quentin Tarantino will host his "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" premiere party at the Playboy Mansion -- this after recently filming some scenes there ... TMZ has learned.

QT and co. are going to have their after-party at Hugh Hefner's romping grounds following the premiere of his highly anticipated flick -- which chronicles the Manson murders. While a date for the party hasn't been set quite yet, we're told it has gotten the green light for whenever the film drops ... which, for now, is slated for summer 2019.

Tarantino and his crew were seen at the Playboy Mansion last week, where they filmed for 3 days. The current owner of the house, Daren Metropoulos, says ... "After Quentin reached out to me and I spent some time understanding his vision for the film, I knew there was a special opportunity to collaborate together and feature the mansion in this thrilling project."

He added ... "The timing was excellent as the property has already begun to transform back to its original grandeur and has never looked more impressive."

Tarantino's got history with the Playboy Mansion. He hosted his "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" video release party there in 2004. Looks like he's circling back with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Al Pacino and other big stars that've been cast.

The premiere party appears to be one of the first major A-list events to be held at the mansion since Hugh Hefner's death late last year and since Daren bought the place for $100 million about a year prior. Most recently, he was cleared to undergo major repairs ahead of a potential historic monument designation.

Probably safe to assume Le'Veon Bell ain't coming back to the Steelers this week ... 'cause dude seems pretty busy livin' it up in Miami -- HITTING THE CLUB UNTIL EARLY TUESDAY MORNING!!

TMZ Sports has learned the star running back partied it up at Rockwell in South Beach ... and wasn't shy about it -- kickin' back at the DJ booth and taking pics with clubgoers.

We're told the Pittsburgh RB got there around midnight Monday and didn't leave until the wee hours of the morning Tuesday. He also partied at Gold Rush Cabaret Saturday night with friends.

Sources say he did look to be in great shape ... so at least there's that, Pittsburgh fans.

ICYMI ... Bell's been a no-show at Steelers practices AND at Sunday's game against the Browns as he continues to look for a mega deal from the team.

The Steelers are hosting the Kansas City Chiefs in Pittsburgh on Sunday. No word if Bell plans to be there. Hell, he might still be in Florida for all we know.

Tekashi69 busted a quick about-face ... declaring he's Team Nicki Minaj a day after he was caught on video turning up to Nicki's bitter rival, Cardi B.

We got Tekashi and Nicki leaving Open Ceremony's New York Fashion Week show at (Le) Poisson Rouge Sunday night where they were arm-in-arm. They were surrounded by security as tons of fans swarmed them on their way out.

Seems like Tekashi ran back to the hand that was feeding him and was trying to earn brownie points ... 'cause the night before he was at a joint where the DJ straight-up said, "I'm Sorry, Nicki. I'm Team Cardi B" and started blaring "Bodak Yellow" ... with Tekashi feeling the beat.

But check out the vid ... Tekashi's back on Nicki's side, which is where you think he'd be the entire time given she was featured on his super popular track "FEFE." That music video alone has over 279 mil views.

As you know ... Nicki and Cardi's feud went to another level Friday night when Cardi came at her and threw a shoe in her direction at the Harper's Bazaar bash. Nicki didn't flinch.

Kodak Black was off the rails Friday night as he left a Hollywood club.

Here's the thing. We laughed at the notion of Lindsay doing another reality show, but it actually looks kinda awesome, especially because she seems in on the joke.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star got engaged this weekend down in Cabo San Lucas with her Hollywood producer boyfriend, Randall Emmett, who put a ring on it Saturday night. They were celebrating twice over though, 'cause Lala was also ringing in her 28th birthday.

In video obtained by TMZ, you see Randall and Lala inside the Mandala Los Cabos nightclub having champagne bottles with sparklers sent around the room. It's a raucous scene, made even more so when Randall gets on the mic to say ... "All you motherf****** know when you fall in love, you turn into a bitch. And that's what I am. I've fallen in love with Lala Kent."

It's really more like a carnival, with lots of rides for the kids. Simon brought his son and protege, 4-year-old Eric. Kourtney brought her kids as well.

Johnny Manziel says he was initially EXCITED about being drafted by the Browns -- but when he finally got to Cleveland ... all he wanted to do was leave.

"Once I landed and went to Berea, Ohio for the first time, I was like, 'Can I go back to college?'"

Manziel said he later realized he didn't like who he had become and wanted to change his life for the better.

"I'm at a point now where I can look back, I can reflect and realize that I was one way -- that was wrong. What can I do moving forward? Because I can't change how I was."

"That's all I can do and just try to stack enough good days together and stack enough things together to get back to where I wanna be."

Johnny says he's determined to work his way back to the NFL.

Ice Cube was so fired up after Team Power won the BIG3 title over the weekend, he went to the locker room and kicked off the champagne-spraying party all by himself ... and TMZ Sports has the video.

TMZ got the raw footage of the scene -- shot at the Four Seasons in Miami -- where 6ix9ine and rapper Anuel AA sprayed booze away while some ladies did the upside down splits in thong bikinis.

But, the craziest moment was definitely the form tackle into the pool -- Tekashi took a running start and blasted the chick ... after the director yelled for everybody to "have fun."

Don't worry, no one was hurt ... except the parents of the upside down bikini chicks who REALLY thought their daughters were spending the money on nursing school.

Organizers for Jay-Z's Made in America Festival are taking ZERO chances when Tekashi69 performs next month ... they've beefed up security to avoid the violence that seems to follow the rapper.

A rep for the Mayor's Office of Philadelphia tells TMZ ... event producers are taking extra precautions to ensure the festival remains safe for everyone. Tons of huge rappers are set to take the stage during Labor Day weekend ... including Hova, Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill.

But, get this ... while there's already a massive security plan in place for the entire weekend, the rep tells us organizers are pouring a significantly heavier detail specifically to cover Tekashi's performance.

As you know ... 6ix9ine and 50 Cent came under fire when someone fired at least 11 shots during their filming of a music video in Brooklyn last week. Tekashi had also been beefing with Chief Keef, who was targeted by shooters back in June. Tekashi denied any involvement.

Sources with knowledge of the situation tell us the extra security did not come at Tekashi's request. We're told he had planned to roll with his usual security detail, but organizers clearly thought more was better.

Tekashi69 was looking worse for wear Wednesday morning as he went into court -- and it's probably 'cause he was out partying all night ... rockin' the same outfit.
