Sugar Bear and Mama June could not be more clear ... they can't stand Uncle Poodle and will fight to the death if he tries to wrestle custody of Honey Boo Boo away from them.

TMZ broke the story ... Poodle is privately vowing to go to court for temporary custody if Mama June does not sever all ties from Mark McDaniel, the guy who did time for molesting her oldest daughter.

He's single (kinda) ... and now it's clear Matt Barnes is lookin' to mingle -- because the NBA star was chattin' it up with TWO ladies outside Greystone this weekend.

As we previously reported, the L.A. Clippers star recently separated from his wife Gloria Govan -- and though the "Basketball Wives: LA" star claims there's a shot at reconciliation, we're hearing it just ain't so.

Fast forward to Sunday night/Monday morning ... and it's pretty clear Barnes is looking to move on.

Unless Matt was just looking to make some new platonic friends at 3 A.M.

Honey Boo Boo will have a safe, stable home free of all convicted child molesters ... so vows Uncle Poodle, who says he'll file for custody if things get bad at Mama June's.

Sources connected with the family tell TMZ ... Uncle Poodle and his fiance Alan have researched the ground rules for winning temporary custody. They say they have the financial wherewithal to support Honey Boo Boo, and they're getting a new, larger apartment with a spare bedroom.

Our sources say ... Poodle and Alan are ready to file for temporary custody if June does not completely sever her relationship with Mark McDaniel. They will not ask for permanent custody because they'd like to see Sugar Bear eventually care for Honey Boo Boo ... when he gets back on his feet financially.

They are talking trash about S.B. ... calling him "an idiot" for hanging out with June.

Sugar Bear fainted at Mama June's house Sunday afternoon ... and EMTs were called to the scene to treat him during a scary incident.

Sources close to the family tell us Suge has been staying at Mama June's house for a few days -- and it's unclear if the couple were arguing when he took the header.

We're told Sugar Bear regained consciousness before the ambulance arrived ... and was able to walk outside and greet the EMTs before they ran a bank of tests.

Our sources say EMTs diagnosed the problem as high blood pressure.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey is telling her Ebola critics to kick rocks -- if she wants to wear an Ebola mask ... that's her right.

Bailey took a lot of heat when she posted a photo of herself wearing the mask on a plane, with the caption, "Better safe than sorry."

Bailey was coy about her flight into LAX -- but we know she was in the Philippines -- and we're not sure if she's moonwalking ... but now she says the mask was to protect others from her.

"American Idol" Season 8 finalist Scott MacIntyre says he's got 6 months until his kidney gives out ... and if he doesn't get a new one before then -- his music career is in serious jeopardy.

MacIntyre and his wife were out Saturday night in Hollywood when he told us he's currently waiting for a donor ... but he's hopeful about getting one before his kidney completely fails.

For those interested, Scott told our photog where he's listed ... and said people have already promised him they'd get tested to see if they're a match.

Mama June is not going to get her full salary from TLC for the un-aired season, because TLC squarely put the blame on her for the show's cancellation.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... TLC's biggest concern is the welfare of Honey Boo Boo and the other kids and show execs are deeply concerned and upset that June has put them at risk by dating convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

The network does not believe June deserves full payment, so they have deducted a significant amount from what she would have gotten if the show aired.

As for the kids ... we're told they will ALL be paid in full.

Ditto Sugar Bear, who will also get his due. And Uncle Poodle has already received his loot.

The women of "Hollywood Hillbillies" are standing firmly behind Mama June ... saying she's a good mother ... but the men on the show say June's a crappy mom.

Our photog got the cast as they headed into House of Pies in Los Feliz with their manager David Weintraub ... and there was a clear gender divide over the Boo Boo situation.

Mema was quick to defend Mama June ... but Michael (aka "The Angry Ginger") seriously bashed her.

Sugar Bear and Uncle Poodle say they're getting screwed over by the cancellation of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo," because they haven't been paid a cent for an entire season that's in the can ... but we're told their payday is imminent.

Sources connected with the show tell us ... Sugar Bear is bitter because he did nothing wrong, and because June decided to start dating her child molester boyfriend again he can't even afford a place to live ... he's been staying with a friend.

Production sources say payment was tied to the airing of the shows, but TLC has 86'd the entire season which was shot over a period of 6 months. We're told Sugar Bear hasn't gotten a dime.

What's especially galling to S.B. ... he doesn't have a reserve. We're told June hoarded all the money the family got and doled out an allowance for him -- that's it.

As for Uncle Poodle ... our sources says he's extremely bitter because he says TLC has not contacted him and he has no idea if he'll end up with goose eggs. But we know Poodle has NO contract with TLC ... his deal is through the production company, and he's going to get paid.

Our production sources say ... the check's in the mail -- literally -- for both Sugar Bear and Poodle.

"Blood, Sweat & Heels" star Geneva Thomas is suing her co-star for $25 MILLION ... claiming the woman got her falsely painted as a violent criminal.

Thomas claims Melyssa Ford defamed her after an ugly fight on a boat last week while shooting their show. Ford claimed Thomas grabbed a glass bottle and shattered it over her head. Ford had to get 3 staples in her head to close the bloody gash.

We have video of the fight -- it's not clear who started it and we don't see the bottle smash ... but Thomas is pretty confident she's in the clear.

Apparently authorities disagree ... Thomas was arrested after the fight and she's been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.

The Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan break-up isn't as friendly and happy and cheery as she says it is ... this according to sources close to Matt, who tell us this thing is pretty damn far from amicable.

NeNe Leakes had to make a choice, which was ultimately simple -- "Real Housewives" or her life.

Our NeNe sources tell us ... she just canceled a flight to the Philippines for a RHOA shoot because of her recurring problem with blood clots that form around her lungs ... the same condition that landed her in the hospital last November.

Flying long distances is potentially fatal for people with a propensity to develop blood clots ... and the 20-hour flight from Atlanta to the Philippines was just too risky.

The rest of the cast is already there. She's still part of the cast, but won't be on this particular episode.

Too bad ... the only other person in the Philippines with that kind of heat is Imelda Marcos ... and she's way old ... fact is, we thought she was dead.

The pic was taken Wednesday in Milledgeville, GA. It's obvious ... they wanted to be photographed, and June looks especially happy to see the paparazzi.

For June, it's a big deal that it LOOKS like she has an alliance with Sugar Bear, who has been extremely upset that she's been dating convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

As for Sugar Bear ... he's walking a tightrope. He has no plans to fight June for custody, because his life isn't stable enough to care for Honey Boo Boo. He doesn't even have his own place to live.

Given that he's not fighting for custody ... Sugar Bear needs June because she controls access to their daughter.

Bruce Jenner showed his true colors in Malibu Wednesday.

Bruce 86'd the fire engine red nail polish he sported just a day earlier. It's unclear why ... the polish looked professional and usually lasts a lot longer than a day.

Maybe it was part of a Halloween costume. Or maybe he just wanted it for a day. Lots of maybes.

Benzino and fiancee Althea Eaton think "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" should air on Animal Planet ... because they think producers are making them scapegoats.

Production sources tell us the couple was given the boot Wednesday AM ... with no explanation.

Benzino says it's obvious he and Althea are being blamed for the fight between them and castmates Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J ... a brawl that proved irresistible for other cast members.

TMZ broke the story ... Althea sued Joseline, claiming she started the fight while she was high on crack.

Although Althea got her ass whooped ... producers sided with Joseline, even though other castmates felt Joseline should have gotten the boot.

VH1 wouldn't comment, but it's pretty obvious. Joseline's better TV, and that trumps everything.

Sugar Bear will NOT make a play for custody of Honey Boo Boo unless things escalate between Mama June and convicted child molester Mark McDaniel and the child is materially harmed.

Sources connected to Sugar Bear tell TMZ ... as of now he will not fight for custody, and it's not just about June. We're told he does not feel equipped to take custody of the 9-year-old. He doesn't have a place of his own right now -- he's been living with a friend since he and June separated.

It doesn't mean Sugar Bear is not concerned. We're told he stops by June's house daily to check on the kid, but so far he has not sensed anything that has damaged her.
