Phaedra Parks is still legally married to Apollo Nida but that's not stopping her from dancing on couches at the club dressed in head-to-toe lingerie.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star hit up the Banco Lounge in Atlanta for celeb stylist Jeremy Haynes' birthday. As you may have guessed ... lots of skin.

"Basketball Wives LA" star Angel Love, "Married to Medicine" star Quad Lunceford, Toya Wright, Monyetta Shaw all showed face. Kenya Moore's ex-beau, Matt Jordan, was also front and center.

As we reported, Phaedra's divorce had been finalized back in November but a judge overturned it because Nida, who's behind bars, hadn't been properly served.

Mike Huckabee has a Cinco de Mayo plan that has people hotter than a bottle of Tapatio.

The former Arkansas Guv said on Twitter he's celebrating the day by downing "an entire jar of hot salsa and watching old Speedy Gonzales cartoons and speak[ing] Spanish all day."

Kim Zolciak was joking when she said her daughter, Brielle, would trade oral sex -- in fewer words -- to meet John Legend, but if you didn't know it was a joke ... Kim says you can kick rocks.

Kim hit up Legend's wife, Chrissy Teigen, Wednesday on Twitter about his upcoming Atlanta show. Naturally, several of their followers thought her joke went too far, or maybe she'd been hacked.

But Kim tells us it was all in jest, and if you regularly follow her and Chrissy, you would know that's just their sense of humor. She added, "If you can't take a joke feel free to unfollow."

Stephen Colbert launched back into his verbal assault of President Trump ... the day after he caught some heat for calling Trump "Vladimir Putin's c**k holster."

Colbert didn't address any of the backlash against, or support for, his comment. Instead he tackled Trump's phone call with Putin ... suggesting Putin is the voice of reason between the two leaders. It was the opening minute of Tuesday's monologue. Interestingly, it didn't get anywhere near the laughs the c**k joke did.

He also skewered the prez over his media attacks and the First Amendment (starts at 4:54 in the video).

Blac Chyna surrounded herself with all kinds of asses -- it's really the only way to properly judge a twerking contest.

BC was at the newly renovated Pool After Dark at Harrah's in Atlantic City over the weekend to rule on important stuff ... like asses shaking. One competitor busted a huge no-no -- and security even had to step in to remind her to keep it clean.

But you gotta see Chyna's face when it went down.

The cofounder of Ja Rule's disastrous Fyre Festival has lots of excuses as to why the event advertised as a luxury experience turned into what looked like a refugee camp.

Billy McFarland tells us his team was in over their heads from the get-go, but things were exacerbated by a mega-storm days before the festival.

Check out the video and see if you buy it. He explains the tents that were ready to go were blown over by the storm, and their only option was pitching disaster relief tents.

What doesn't make sense ... why was the gourmet food 2 slices of bread and 2 slices of cheese?

He does promise a make-good. Refunds for all and a free concert next year.

Ja Rule's broken his silence hours after his Fyre Festival was called off following a disastrous start ... and he insists it was NOT a scam.

The rapper said Friday his main priority is "getting everyone [off] the island SAFE" and he'll elaborate on the calamity that unfolded just days before his first ever festival kicked off at the Bahamas this weekend.

Ja Rule also said, "I'm heartbroken ... it was NOT A SCAM as everyone is reporting. I don't know how everything went so left but I'm working to make it right by making sure everyone is refunded."

The rapper went on to say he apologizes but says, "this is NOT MY FAULT," but is taking responsibility.

A U.S. State Department official tells us they're monitoring the situation and "stand ready to provide appropriate consular services to any U.S. citizens in need."

As we reported ... Ja's festival looked more like a refugee camp and ticket holders who paid between $1k to $12k walked into living accommodations which looked like they had been used in previous disaster relief efforts, empty beer stands and "gourmet food" that turned out to be 2 pieces of bread and 2 pieces of cheese.

Aaron Rodgers was spotted at an L.A. golf course Thursday with a very attractive blonde -- and we're told it's "Baywatch" actress Kelly Rohrbach.

Just a few weeks after reports surfaced he split with longtime girlfriend Olivia Munn -- the Green Bay Packers quarterback hit up the Westchester Golf Course.

Witnesses tell us Rodgers and Rohrbach appeared to be holding hands and looked flirty -- until they noticed people watching them.

Both Rodgers and Rohrbach are avid golfers -- so maybe it was just a platonic trip to the links.

Then again, maybe not.

Ja Rule's Fyre Festival promised luxury but delivered what looks like a refugee camp.

The festival -- the first annual -- kicked off Thursday in the Bahamas, but it's a disaster of epic proportions. Ticket holders paid between $1k and $12k, and what they got was unreal.

-- Living accommodations were used in previous disaster relief efforts

-- The beer stands were empty and the "gourmet food" turned out to be 2 pieces of bread and 2 pieces of cheese

-- The kitchen looks like what you would get when you're camping in the wilderness

-- Security lockers had no locks

Fyre's video pimping the festival showcased Bella Hadid, Hailey Baldwin and Emily Ratajkowski on a yacht as a way to lure fans to a luxurious paradise. Not exactly as advertised.

Blink 182 pulled out Thursday ... saying they're "not confident that we would have what we need to give you the quality of performances we always give fans."

Pretty clear Ja Rule didn't see this coming -- he posted a pic 2 days ago just before boarding a private jet headed for the festival.

Fyre released a statement, acknowledging "things got off to an unexpected start at day one."

Nicely understated.

Katy Perry's getting slammed for her new single before anyone's even heard it, because people aren't cool with her co-stars on the track -- Migos.

Perry's new song, "Bon Appetit," will be released Friday, but the backlash has already begun when the cover art revealed she collaborated with the rappers. Fans are pissed because they've made homophobic and misogynistic remarks ... notably, when an ATL rapper came out as gay, Quavo said, "This world is not right."

Now, Perry's getting heat ... especially after accepting a National Equality Award last month at the Human Rights Campaign gala.

This isn't a first for the pop singer ... she's also been criticized by the LGBT community for her songs "I Kissed a Girl" and "Ur So Gay."

Scott Baio thinks much of the backlash he's gotten for his comments about Erin Moran's drug issues is driven by his ties to Donald Trump.

Scott told us liberals have been attacking him for linking his former co-star's death to a drug overdose during a radio interview -- but says his haters' political biases are seeping through.

The attacks don't appear to faze him though. Although it turns out Erin died from cancer -- and not substance abuse problems -- he says it doesn't change his strong feelings about the dangers of drugs.

Scott Baio feels terrible for ripping his co-star, Erin Moran, for her drug use and says he never would have done it if he'd known she was battling cancer.

Scott tells TMZ he was wrong to insinuate Erin -- his "Happy Days" and "Joanie Loves Chachi" co-star -- had died from drug-related problems. He went pretty hard on her during a radio interview Monday morning.

He tells us he went to bed Sunday reading reports she'd possibly died of a heroin overdose, and went into the interview with that in mind. He was upset he'd lost Erin to drugs after she wrestled with substance abuse for years.

However, hours after he went off the air ... officials in Indiana announced Erin had likely died from complications of stage 4 cancer. Scott says if he had known, he would've kept his mouth shut.

He tells us Erin never disclosed her diagnosis to him -- even after his wife, Renee, spoke to her just last month. He adds ... Renee has battled cancer herself several times, so losing Erin this way hits close to home.

Nick Cannon can't stop, won't stop ... hanging with exes, and Christina Milian is the latest!

The former couple was leaving Sugarfish Monday in Studio City where they were all smiles. Christina says they're still friends and working on some business deal.

As for any chance of Nick reconciling with Mariah -- since they've also been hanging out A LOT lately -- listen and judge for yourself.

BTW ... Nick's had a tough time recently in the medical department, but is this guy ripped, or what?

David Spade and Naya Rivera ain't a one-off -- they were hanging again, this time on land, and everything about her outfit says he'll be back for more.

The couple did dinner at Nobu in Malibu Thursday night. It's the first time we've seen them together since the shots of them snuggling in a pool a few weeks ago in Hawaii.

Since then David's tried to blow off the relationship, telling us it's NBD. However, Naya's dress at dinner -- cut wayyy up to there -- screams it is. Or at least it was that night.

The woman 50 Cent punched square in the chest is now going full bore against the rapper ... lawyering up for a lawsuit.

Donnetta Derr has a law firm behind her that will sue 50 early next week. She'll also sue The Lox, with whom Fiddy performed, and the venue, Baltimore Soundstage.

TMZ broke the story ... 50 was performing last week when the woman grabbed his arm and pulled him off stage. 50 retaliated with a vicious punch.

Donnetta later went onstage and twerked ... leading people to believe the beef was squashed ... nope.

Attorney Warren Brown tells us Donnetta went to the hospital the next day and hired him Monday.

Brown calls 50's conduct "cowardly."

Joe Jonas is all good to the power of 2!

Joe and gf Sophie Turner were strolling through the SoHo district Thursday in NYC and it's pretty damn clear Joe's delivering the goods. Actually ... more like good, good, and Sophie seems plenty satisfied.

If her smiling face doesn't say it all then just take a closer look ... it's literally written all over her left hand and in plain view -- "Joe Gives Me Da Good Good."
