Blac Chyna just took another L after accusing the judge in her fierce legal battle with the Kardashians of harboring an extreme bias against her ... he says she's got it twisted.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Chyna lost a motion to disqualify the judge who presided over the defamation trial the Kardashians recently won.

Thing is ... Chyna's motion made no sense. If she wanted to press a bias claim, she needed to do so during the trial, and ask that the judge recuse himself. The trial is over, and her only recourse would be to ask for a new trial based on an improper ruling ... and she didn't ask for that during the trial, so she's simply out of gas.

Remember ... Chyna claimed the deck was stacked against her in court, claiming the judge showed an "undeniably hostile and extremely biased" attitude against her and her attorney.

But, Judge Gregory W. Alarcon just fired back ... saying Chyna provided no legal grounds for disqualification and defending himself as being unbiased. Again, unclear why the judge just didn't toss her motion because it makes zero sense.

As we reported ... the Kardashian family attorney also pushed back against Chyna's claims, calling it a "baseless effort to save face after losing at trial" and accusing BC of trying to make Judge Alarcon a "scapegoat."

It will be interesting to see if Chnya takes her ball and goes home ... the judge says she has to file a writ of mandate if she wants to take it up with the Court of Appeal.

Chyna claims the judge's alleged bias worked against her ... specifically in regards to the judge's jury instructions Chyna thinks led to the eventual verdict, which went in the Kardashian's favor.

Remember ... the judge tossed Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids, and TT later appeared to threaten the judge, though she claims it was actually aimed at Kris and not the judge.

Blac Chyna might be down, but she's not out -- at least according to her mom, who says the mother-daughter duo is teaming up yet again ... and going full David Letterman.

We spoke to Tokyo Toni in the aftermath of Chyna losing her court case against the Kardashians -- a brutal defeat that's surely going to be costly for her -- and our photog asked the obvious ... is there any chance BC will be on TV again???

The answer, per Toni, is ... absolutely! In fact, she dropped kind of a big nugget on us -- saying the two of them are actually getting right back to work for a new show that's quite different from what they've done before, which were more reality-based programs.

Unlike those other ventures -- including "The Real Blac Chyna" and "Tokyo Toni's Finding Love ASAP!" -- TT tells us here that the upcoming series is a talk show ... where both mom and daughter sit down with guests and get the tea.

As you see, Toni's stoked about it ... and even invites us, TMZ, onto the show for a sit-down -- to which we say, why the heck not?!? Even more interesting is that Toni says this is going to be carried on her very own network -- dubbed SHN.

Assuming this comes to fruition the way Toni describes it, Chyna's nonchalant attitude from the other day makes a bit more sense ... apparently, she's got some things in the pipeline, and has reason to be happy -- even after her across-the-board defeat before a jury.

Seems like Tristan Thompson is cleverly trying to win back his ex, Khloe Kardashian, by nuzzling up to the person in the seat of power -- Kris Jenner.

Kris shared a photo of the pink and white roses she received for Mom's Day, thanking Tristan for the bouquet and saying she loved him. Of course, this comes 5 months after TT and Maralee Nichols welcomed a child together ... super problematic for his relationship with Khloe.

It's interesting ... TT didn't post any tribute to Khloe, with whom he shares a child, as he has in recent years. It's also unclear if Khloe got a Mother's Day gift from him.

Meanwhile, Travis Scott went all out on the Mother's Day celebration for Kylie Jenner. Kylie posted a photo with their daughter, Stormi ... surrounded by all-white décor and a sea of white flowers, sitting poolside.

Kylie, who welcomed their second child in February, seemed to be impressed by Travis' effort. She shared details of the decorations all over her IG, calling it the sweetest Mother's Day.

It's a mom-filled weekend, and these celeb daughters have truly taken after their famous mamas!

Tokyo Toni's trying to raise some cash to make Blac Chyna's appeal happen, but she also hopes the Kardashians can mend the rift between them.

We got Tokyo Tuesday in L.A., and she's calling BS on the Kardashian ruling ... she thinks they've got a solid chance on appeal, if they raise $400K she says they need for the lawyers.

Tokyo started a GoFundMe to raise the funds, but the page hasn't seen much activity -- so far it's at an anemic $810.

Tokyo also wants the Kardashians to "do what's right" and stop the war ... especially because Chyna and Rob share 5-year-old Dream.

As you recall, we caught up with Chyna the day after she lost her $100M defamation suit ... she seemed in good spirits, saying her time in court had been fun.

Ray J is speaking his truth about his ex, Kim Kardashian -- and that would be ... the infamous sex tape "leak" that put her on the map wasn't an accident at all, but a planned event and the Kardashians were in on it.

The singer spilled the alleged beans to DailyMail.com -- telling the outlet he's furious the Kardashians have essentially accused him of holding an unreleased sex tape over their heads ... and that he was the one who leaked the OG tape in the first place.

He insists the truth is the exact opposite -- namely, that the "leak" wasn't that at all ... but a systematic deal brokered between himself, Kim and Kris Jenner and Vivid Entertainment.

Here's how it allegedly went down, according to Ray J ... he says that while he and Kim were dating, he jokingly floated the idea of putting out a sex tape of theirs in the wake of Paris Hilton's video leaking -- which elevated her status and celebrity.

While he claims he didn't really mean it, Ray alleges Kim jumped on the idea ... going to her mom, talking it out and then getting the wheels in motion on the whole thing, which he says he was not really privy to until it came to signing away the rights.

Ray says he and Kim both signed a contract, and the rest is history.

Here's the fascinating thing ... the guy claims all the original sex tape footage -- including a SECOND one he says they shot in Santa Barbara that is unreleased thus far -- has always been in Kim's possession ... in a Nike shoebox under her bed.

Ray claims he's never been in possession of any copies, and that he's been fuming over the fact the Kardashians have made it seem of late he had more footage and that he was on the verge of releasing it. He did, in fact, give Kanye West a computer and hard drive with some personal content between him and Kim ... but argues there was nothing explicit on it.

One other thing ... it sounds like the Kardashians themselves might've triggered his rage here with their new Hulu series. In one of the first few episodes, Kim and co. apparently joke about Ray putting a dildo in her butt, which he's irate over ... saying they made him look bad.

Walter Mosley thinks the Kardashians had more than an edge ... they had an enormous advantage, from a gaggle of lawyers in the courtroom to an endless amount of money to drop on the case, and a judge whom he says clearly favored the famous fam. It was no surprise to Mosley, the Kardashians pulled off a win in the legal war with Chyna.

Mosley said on the "It's Tricky with Raquel Harper" podcast ... it was a classic case of David versus Goliath. Mosley believes the Kardashian's legal bill came in at around $5 million.

He says as much as the judge seemed to like the Kardashians, he wasn't a fan of Chyna's lone lawyer.

Walter, who testified, says he noticed some unbalanced treatment from the judge when he was on the stand.

Blac Chyna seems to be rolling with the punches and doing just fine ... just a day after losing her $100M defamation lawsuit against the Kardashians.

We caught up with Chyna Tuesday, and asked all about her courtroom showdown ... interestingly enough, she seemed to be in good spirits.

She tells us, court has been "fun" and she's actually feeling really good. It didn't sound like all talk, either. She actually looked like she was not at all phased by the verdict -- while smiling and chatting it up -- maybe just happy the whole thing is over with?

As for what's next, she says she's simply focusing on working on herself ... and she's only worried about her music, her brand and her kids.

As you know, Blac Chyna and the Kardashians were in an explosive courtroom battle over the past weeks ... after she hit the family with a $100 million lawsuit in 2017, accusing them of defaming her and getting her reality show with Rob Kardashian canceled.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner both looked spectacular Monday night at the Met Gala ... but the imagery re-creates one of the toughest moments in the real Jackie Kennedy's life.

According to the doc -- and there was compelling evidence this is true -- Bobby Kennedy flew to L.A. on August 4, 1962, the day she died, and went to talk to Marilyn. Eyewitnesses say they got in a huge argument, Robert left and scurried out of L.A., and Marilyn then OD'd on prescription drugs.

The Kardashians have come out victorious in their fierce legal battle with Blac Chyna ... who sued them for defamation, but the jury's riding with the family.

Before the verdict was read, it was apparent the Kardashians were nowhere to be found. The clerk asked their lawyer where they were, and the attorney responded, they were all in NYC, "at some gala." Obviously, they're at the Met.

As you know ... the Kardashians and Chyna have been squaring off in court for the past few weeks over the $100-million lawsuit BC filed back in 2017, accusing the Kardashians of defaming her and conspiring to ruin her career by getting her reality show with Rob canceled.

The trial featured tons of explosive testimony ... with the Kardashians claiming Chyna was violent with Rob, threatening to kill him and Kylie Jenner.

Much of the testimony focused on an incident between Chyna and Rob in December 2016 ... when she was pregnant with their child and their reality show, "Rob & Chyna," was in the midst of being picked up for a second season.

The Kardashians claimed Chyna threatened to kill Rob by putting a gun to his head and wrapping a phone cord around his neck, alleging she also hit him with a metal rod and threw furniture at his car when he tried to leave the heated argument.

Chyna testified she was only joking when she pointed a firearm at his temple and wrapped the cord around him, and she denied throwing anything at his car or hitting him.

There was lots of drama outside the courtroom too ... with Blac Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, appearing to threaten the judge who had tossed her outta the courtroom for trashing Kris Jenner and her kids. TT claimed her threat was aimed at Kris, not the judge.

Almost all of the Kardashians took the stand at some point ... including Kris, Khloe, Kim, Kylie and Rob ... plus Kris' BF, Corey Gamble.

Blac Chyna's jury is still deliberating whether the Kardashians are on the hook for tanking her reality show, but Kim Kardashian has already scored a major victory.

The judge just tossed out Chyna's defamation claim against Kim, ruling KK made no defamatory statements against Rob's ex.

Chyna's lawyer argued even if Kim didn't directly make false statements against Chyna, she essentially co-signed slanderous and libelous statements allegedly made by other members of the Kardashian fam.

Well, the judge begged to differ, saying there was ZERO evidence Kim took a "responsible part" in the various statements that have become the centerpiece of Chyna's case.

Translation -- Chyna's lawyer tried to sell a theory that Kim somehow winked or otherwise gave credence to statements made about Chyna's predilection for violence toward Rob. Chyna's lawyers also argued Kim was a co-signer on others who allegedly trash-talked Chyna to E! execs.

That all said, there's plenty for the jury to still consider. There are other defamation claims against various members of the Kardashian klan, as well as a claim they intentionally derailed her reality show.

Chyna was asking for $40 million for that claim.

Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have a thing for making out near bodies of water ... this time sucking face at Lake Como!!!

Kourtney and Travis are on yet another romantic Italian getaway, where she slipped into a black bikini and climbed on top of her man on the shores of the country's most famous lake.

It's the first time we've seen Kourtney and Travis in lovebird mode since their late-night Las Vegas "pretend" wedding ceremony earlier this month ... and now they're looking like honeymooners.

Travis was shirtless as he sat next to Kourtney on a couple of lounge chairs by the lake ... they talked for a bit, and then she couldn't resist and got all over him!!!

The couple, who are anything but shy, also grabbed a bite to eat ... and took pictures of each other on their balcony.

Kourtney and Travis just hit their Italian trifecta ... we've also seen them attached at the hip in Venice and a small town in Genoa.

Blac Chyna won't get another shot to take the stand in her lawsuit against the Kardashians ... because the judge just denied her bid to take the stand again.

Chyna wanted a redo on her testimony because she claimed she was triggered by the Kardashians' lawyer presenting her old nude photos in court while questioning her about the revenge porn pics Rob posted. She says from that point on, her testimony was derailed.

But, Thursday the judge shot down Chyna's request, and now the trial is wrapping up. Before breaking for lunch, jurors got instructions.

Closing arguments are on tap after the break, and then the jury will begin deliberations.

Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner have been present in court all day, and they were recently joined in the room by Kylie Jenner.

Kanye West appeared for the first time on "The Kardashians" and he came off as the hero, as Kim Kardashian sobbed after he retrieved the hard drive containing her full sex tape video.

It's a fascinating encounter ... Kim and Kanye were going through their divorce at the time, but he seemed like family as he first interacted with a very grateful Kris Jenner before watching Kim unzip the suitcase that contained the hard drive.

Ye flew from New York to L.A. to meet Ray J at the airport, and that's when Ray presented Ye with presumably all the raw video.

As you know, there were stories floating around that another sex tape was in the offing ... something that alarmed Kim enough to sick her lawyer on whoever was about to release it.

Turns out the hard drive was proof positive, no other footage exists ... therefore, no new sex tape.

The interaction between Kanye and Kim is interesting ... they seem to have a real connection ... something that later evaporated as Kanye went in hard on Kim's new BF, Pete Davidson.

Tokyo Toni is putting a hard stop to folks who say Blac Chyna is violent ... insisting she's not and never has been.

We caught up with Tokyo Toni, Wednesday at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse and she told us, her daughter isn't a threat to anyone. Toni says Blac Chyna is not that kinda girl. She was quick to add, the Kardashians are the violent ones, saying their show, 'KUWTK,' proves it.

TT tells us ... they're all trying to paint her and her daughter as crazy people, but in reality, they are just standing up for their rights.

Toni might have a hard time convincing some folks because she's had issues of her own.

Remember ... Tokyo was actually banned from the courtroom after firing shots at the Kardashians on Instagram live. She dug herself into a deeper hole after threatening the judge for kicking her out, saying ... "I'm gonna get that judge".

We should note, TT later backtracked and said she was referring to Kris Jenner when she used the word "judge" -- not the actual one in court ... though in context, that makes no sense.
