There seems to be a conflict in the Sheriff's Dept. A Dept. rep told us earlier the officers were on duty, but we just got a call from the Capt. at the West Hollywood station who says the deputies were all off duty and hired by a production company.

Kim Kardashian and Ciara got as much law enforcement attention as Rodney King on Wednesday ... as they shopped for baby clothes.

Kim and Ciara were leaving Bel Bambini ... a high-end baby store on Robertson in L.A. -- as 5 (FIVE) L.A. County Sheriff's deputies flanked them as they made their way to their cars.

So the question -- What the hell? We called the Sheriff's department and they said they had no answer.

"Saturday Night Live" star Kenan Thompson has just been cast in the biggest role of his career -- daddy -- his wife is pregnant with their first child ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Christina Evangeline is a little more than 4 months preggers ... and they already know the baby's sex .... and it's not a boy.

We're told the couple -- who married in 2011 -- have been trying to get pregnant for a long time.

Ciara is so protective of her unborn child ... she had a 'baby clause' written into her baby daddy's tour contract ... TMZ has learned.

Ciara -- who's engaged to rapper Future -- just announced her pregnancy, but people in Future's camp have known about it for months.

We're told Future's tour contract called for a "clean" backstage environment whenever Ciara traveled with him -- no smoking, healthy foods and nothing that could be detrimental to her pregnancy.

Our sources tell us Ciara is about 7 months pregnant. Turns out the tour contract may have been for naught -- she only attended two concerts because of horrible morning sickness.

This is Ciara's first child. Future has 3 other children ... with 3 different women.

Emily Blunt is spending more on her unborn baby than the yearly income of a family of 6 living ABOVE the poverty level.

We're told Emily and hubby John Krasinski are having a little girl ... and she's coming into the world in gargantuan style.

"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson proudly plastered his new 22-year-old girlfriend all over the Internet -- which normally would be fine ... except he's still got a wife ... who's about to give birth.

TMZ broke the story ... Peterson's wife Kylee Cochran just filed for divorce, claiming her 43-year-old husband bailed on their 12-year marriage in September (when she was just 3 months pregnant with their 3rd kid) to shack up with Miranda Doerfler, a 22-year-old aspiring writer.

Miranda has since posted photos of herself with Peterson all over Facebook, writing captions like, "Okay. Officially. Seth Peterson and I are a couple."

One of Miranda's friends commented, "I thought he was married." And Miranda responded, "Lol, yeah" ... meaning, he WAS. Rhymes with witch.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is officially in the penis enhancement business ... at least according to Tom Arnold, who says his junk looks BIGGER now because of all the weight he lost using Schwarzenegger's supplements.

As we reported, Tom says he lost 90 pounds in a matter of months thanks to exercise and diet -- including Schwarzenegger's new line of supps -- but added the biggest benefit was in his pants ... because now his penis looks bigger.

"Burn Notice" star Seth Peterson's a reckless druggie who abandoned his pregnant wife for a 22-year-old woman ... so claims his pregnant wife ... and now, shocker, she's filing for divorce.

Kylee Cochran filed the docs in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences. She says 43-year-old Seth bailed on their 12-year marriage in September to shack up with his 22-year-old side piece, while his wife was 3 months pregnant with their third child.

Kylee is now 7 months pregnant and wants a judge to give her full physical and legal custody of their kids, including their 5-year-old son and 8-year-old daughter. She claims Seth is already okay with this, and agreed to give up all custodial rights.

Kylee says she's open to giving Seth visitation, but only under supervised conditions, given his alleged past drug use.

And she wants spousal support -- if she's telling the truth, it's only fair.

Calls to Seth weren't returned.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kenya Moore is so determined to have a bambino ... she went under the knife to make it happen ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Kenya -- who is 42 -- tell us she had surgery Friday to remove fibroid tumors from her uterus.

The fibroids are a benign type of tumor that were discovered during an ultrasound. Doctors say fibroid tumors can cause miscarriages ... they told her surgery would increase her chances of a successful pregnancy.

Jwoww isn't just gonna squeeze out a kid in July, she's also gonna push out a big ol' steaming dump ... so says her "Jersey Shore" BFF Snooki.

Jwoww made the baby announcement on Christmas Day ... and hours later, Snooki (who already has a kid) posted a screen grab of a recent text convo they had, in which Snooks eloquently describes the miracle of child birth.

As for JWoww -- real name Jenny Farley -- she posted a picture of her growing fetus on Instagram ... along with a note from herself and fiance/baby daddy Roger.

Michael Jordan is on his way to creating a basketball team of his own ... TMZ Sports has learned he's having IDENTICAL twin girls.

Michael's wife, Yvette Prieto, is pregnant, though we don't know how far along. They were married in April.

Michael already has 3 kids -- 2 boys and a girl. The kids are all in their 20s.

The people we've been speaking with in Jordan's world are being super secretive/scared stiff. But we're told so far ... the pregnancy is progressing just fine.

Kevin Federline is a lot of things, and one of them is fertile .... baby #6 is in the oven ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the fetus tell TMZ ... Kevin's wife, Victoria Prince, is 6 months pregnant with their second kid. Check out the photos and behold the subtleties -- Victoria is wearing a jersey that says "Juan Moore Federline 6."

Kevin famously has 2 kids with ex-wife Britney Spears, and 2 more with baby mama Shar Jackson.

"Basketball Wives" star Evelyn Lozada has been keeping a big secret -- she's 6-months pregnant -- and TMZ has learned Chad Johnson is NOT the baby daddy.

Sources close to Lozada tell us ... she's been seeing a guy for almost a year now and the relationship has gotten serious.

We're told ... the pregnancy was planned -- it's not a case of the whoops! And until now only a small number of relatives were privy to the news.

Lozada famously divorced Chad Johnson in Sept. 2012 ... after an explosive domestic dispute ended their 2-month-old marriage.

Ashton Kutcher got aggressive with the paparazzi outside of a popular restaurant on Melrose Ave. last night -- but the whole tough guy act may have just been a cover to keep his allegedly pregnant girlfriend away from cameras.

Ashton and Mila Kunis were eating dinner at Carlitos Gardel Restaurant in Hollywood -- great Argentinian food -- and it also happens to be smack in the middle of a heavily-trafficked celeb sighting area.

So, the paps (not TMZ) were surprised when Ashton emerged from the restaurant and tried to strong-arm the photogs into leaving the scene.

During the confrontation, one of Ashton's associates can be seen in the background quickly escorting Mila into Kutcher's ride ... as if they're trying to slip past the cameras.

FYI -- Mila was wearing a baggy shirt and baggy jeans. So, the mystery remains.
