Eric Balfour's neighbors claim the actor's latest role is peeping tom, but Eric thinks the buzz next door -- from a beehive -- is killing him ... this according to court docs filed in their block war.

Eric, who starred in "24" and "Six Feet Under," is in a heated dispute with his Venice neighbors, who tried to get a restraining order against him. In the docs, they say he's harassing their whole family by peeping at the wife and daughter through bathroom and bedroom windows.

The neighbors, Douglas Dick and Nuanchan Suklom, also say Balfour has been putting threatening letters in their mailbox for years. According to the docs, they're worried because they claim he owns a gun.

As for why Balfour would have it out for them ... the couple says he's been accusing them of running an Airbnb out of their home, and keeping a thriving beehive in their backyard. Best of all, they say Eric blasted them for extra loud meditating.

Eric's rep tells TMZ ... Eric and his wife are renovating their home, and were aware the neighbors made numerous complaints to the city about the remodel. She adds, "They have been friendly and cordial through the entire process with Eric agreeing to the neighbors' requested changes."

Kylie Jenner's pop-up shop damn near shut down an entire major city ... and this ain't lip service.

Kylie was in San Francisco where more than 2,000 crazed fans of the pouty reality star/makeup mogul took over ... as lines snaked around Union Square. How intense and important was this for Kylie fanatics? Tons of fans reportedly camped out and started lining up since Wednesday. Yikes!

Several streets had to be shut down in order to reign in the chaos. The shop opened at 10 AM. The draw wasn't just her famous lip kits, Kyshadows or Kyliners -- but Kylie herself.

12:30 PM PT -- Texas Governor Greg Abbott has confirmed at least 10 dead and 10 more wounded in this morning's attack. In addition to the two guns the shooter brought with him -- which were owned by the suspect's father -- he had also planted multiple explosive devices in his home, vehicle, and at the school.

The suspect has been identified as 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis. The Governor claimed the student had admitted to initially intending to take his own life, however he was taken into custody alive.

At least 8 people have been brutally killed at a high school in Texas after yet another mass shooting in America ... and Parkland, FL students are venting their anger and frustration.

President Trump responded to the shooting at Santa Fe High School Friday morning by tweeting, "School shooting in Texas. Early reports not looking good. God bless all!"

Those words didn't sit well with students Jaclyn Corin and Cameron Kasky, who accused the President of treating the tragedy "like a game" ... instead of doing something to stop them.

Emma Gonzalez made a an immediate call to action, saying Santa Fe High deserves "more than Thoughts and Prayers, and after supporting us by walking out we will be there to support you by raising up your voices."

David Hogg called out other politicians for simply "acting like they give a s**t." Several students have blasted the NRA as well.

Trump just addressed media at the White House, saying, "Everyone must work together at every level of government to keep our children safe."

Chris Paul is speaking out about the Texas school shooting that happened roughly 35 miles from Houston on Friday ... and he's calling for change to prevent similar tragedies from happening again.

“First and foremost, aside from the playoffs going on, which is minor compared to what is taking place down in Santa Fe," Paul said Friday morning at Rockets practice.

"Our prayers going out to the victims and the families having to deal with that situation."

FYI, 10 people were killed and several more injured at Santa Fe HS when a shooter opened fire inside the building.

"We have a lot of fan support there. Those people come out and support us night in, night out. So, this is very minor compared to what those people are dealing with.”

Johnny Manziel is back in action after being hospitalized in Texas last week ... returning to L.A. for a fancy dinner with his wife, Bre Tiesi.

Well, this is a twist ... Meghan Markle's mom will not walk her down the aisle and give her away Saturday ... instead Meghan's gone the royal route.

Kensington Palace just announced Prince Charles, Harry's dad, will do the honors. The Palace says, "Ms. Meghan Markle has asked His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales to accompany her down the aisle of the Quire of St. George's Chapel on her Wedding Day."

The statement goes on ... "The Prince of Wales is pleased to be able to welcome Ms. Markle to The Royal Family in this way."

TMZ broke the story ... Meghan's dad, Thomas, wanted to do the honors but couldn't fly to England because of heart surgery. Meghan's mom, who is in England for the wedding and her only immediate family member invited, was expected to walk the walk but, clearly, there were other plans.

The Palace made it clear in the statement ... it was Meghan's decision.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Teairra Mari made good on her tearful vow to sue her ex-boyfriend and 50 Cent for posting her sexually explicit video and photos.

In the suit, Teairra says her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad logged into her Instagram account and posted the video, which included an image of Teairra with ejaculate all over her face. She believes Akbar was getting back at her because she didn't want to be in a polyamorous relationship, as he had suggested.

Teairra says that's why she broke up with him earlier this month, and shortly afterward he informed her his phone had been stolen. In docs, obtained by TMZ, she says that was the moment she knew he was planning to post their sex videos.

Teairra says she deleted the IG post as soon as she saw it, but that's when 50 Cent got involved. According to the suit, the rapper posted the ejaculate screen grab in black and white, in order to highlight the fluid on her face. She points out 50 has 18 million followers ... which meant the cat was now fully out of the bag.

She's also pissed about his caption on the image -- "get the strap" -- which she believes encourages his fans to harm or harass her. Teairra adds, Fiddy's got a bad track record ... pointing out he already had to fork out $7 million to a Rick Ross baby mama for posting a sex tape clip of her.

Teairra says it's a brazen attempt to "slut shame" her that's causing her "significant long term emotional injuries, requiring psychiatric services." She's suing both men for revenge porn, invasion of her privacy and emotional distress.

The Philadelphia Eagles have officially been invited to the White House to celebrate their Super Bowl win ... and now the question is -- who's gonna show up?

The folks at 1600 Penn. announced the invite Thursday afternoon, saying "President Trump looks forward to welcoming the Philadelphia Eagles to the White House on June 5th to celebrate their Super Bowl LII win.”

The Eagles seemed to accept the invite saying ... they're "working through the logistics of a trip to Washington DC, including a visit to the White House, on June 5th."

Here's the thing ... several prominent players have made it VERY clear they have no interest in meeting up with Trump ... including Torrey Smith, Chris Long, Malcolm Jenkins and Dannell Ellerbe.

FYI -- the last team to be so outspoken about Trump -- the Golden State Warriors -- had their White House invite pulled after Stephen Curry opposed the visit.

Mac Miller's G-Wagon almost knocked a utility pole over, and based on this video from the accident scene ... he and his 2 passengers are lucky to be alive.

A photog was on the scene around 1 AM Thursday in the San Fernando Valley ... shortly after Mac's luxury SUV slammed into the pole. You can see the airbags had deployed. As LAPD surveyed the damage, one of Mac's friends said he needed to retrieve clothing from the front seat.

TMZ broke the story ... the rapper was later arrested for DUI and hit and run. Although, his friend was still on the scene ... Miller had fled and gone home. Police went to his home, and he admitted he was driving drunk.

Turns out, the Olympic legend is a budding restaurant mogul -- he just opened his 3rd Tracks & Records eatery in Jamaica ... and he's got 15 more spots opening up in the U.K.

So, to celebrate the grand opening of his Montego Bay joint Wednesday night, he threw a massive party ... with the grand unveiling of the famous "Bolt of Bolts" statue.

The artist -- German musician Vita Diedel Kloever -- created the piece back in 2012 ... and said it took FOUR MONTHS to put together.

He installed it at the restaurant late last month.

A female football player got straight BODY SLAMMED during a crazy brawl at an LFL game ... where so many punches were thrown, we stopped keeping count.

It all went down during a May 5 showdown between the Austin Acoustic and the Atlanta Steam -- when ATL's Amber Clark continued to rough up Austin's Kendria Robinson after the whistle.

Robinson started the shoving ... and that's when Clark's teammate, Alfye Gore, stepped in.

The fists began to fly ... and, at one point, it looked like Robinson was trying to fight 3 WOMEN at the same time!!!

Ultimately, the refs got control ... and Austin ended up winning the game 18-14.
