La espaciosa casa de Randall en el icónico Mulholland Drive, se ha enumerado una vez más por $4.995 millones. La propiedad de 4.276 pies cuadrados viene con una larga piscina, una cancha de pickleball y enormes ventanales que ofrecen una gran vista de los alrededores.

TMZ publicó la historia, Randall publicó el lugar por primera vez en mayo del año pasado, pidiendo $6.295M, desde entonces, ha pasado por numerosos cambios de precios, cayendo a $5.7M y luego tan bajo como $5 mil.

The 4,276-square-foot property comes with a long swimming pool, a pickleball court and huge windows offering a great view of the surrounding area.

TMZ broke the story, Randall first listed the spot in May of last year, asking $6.295M for the pad ... since then, it's gone through numerous price changes -- dropping to $5.7M, then a flat $5 mil and now even lower!.

He's also temporarily pulled the plug on selling the property, and ended up listing it for rent for a while. It's unclear if anyone ever took him up on the rental offer, but now the sale goes on.

You'll recall, the OG listing came after Randall and Lala called off their 3-year engagement, which resulted in her moving out. A source told us Randall was looking for a bigger home for his family after the split.

Mariah and Bryan have spent Christmas together in Aspen in the past ... so his absence is pretty glaring and only fuels speculation they've split after 7 years.

Kendall Jenner dealt with the breakup blues this weekend the same way she might on any other given night -- a high-priced meal with her celebrity pals ... in this case, the Biebers.

The supermodel capped off her Aspen weekend Sunday by hitting up one of the hot spots there in town, Catch, and we gotta say ... she looked damn good walking into the joint, rocking a very on-theme black and white ensemble that she was wearing the hell out of.

Now, KJ was fairly stone-faced ... not revealing any emotion, one way or another, that you could attach to her new relationship status.

Couple ways to interpret that, we suppose -- either she's somber/sad about the split, or doesn't have a care in the world. Eye of the beholder, as they say.

Anyway, Justin and Hailey Bieber joined her to chow down ... they were also there in Aspen, and we know they're already great friends. Them joining could just be pals getting together for dinner ... or a coming-together of consolation. Either way, they had her back.

Of course, them breaking bread -- very publicly, mind you -- comes on the heels of word that Kendall and Bad Bunny split ... this after not being seen together for well over a month.

The last time they were pictured together was actually in a photo we obtained ... the morning after their big Halloween bash in late October, where they were grabbing breakfast together and looking very much so like a couple. Since then, they've noticeably been apart.

Kendall did allude to a potential breakup back in mid-November ... when she threw up a cryptic IG post that said whatever was meant for her would find its way to her.

BB, meanwhile, hasn't said diddly squat ... and he's laid pretty low heading into November/December. If they are, in fact, dunzo as reports claim -- they had a good run.

We called this out yesterday, and it was long overdue -- KJ and BB hadn't been seen or pictured together in a helluva long time ... and Kendall's Aspen trip only highlighted that.

She was spotted hitting the town there with friends over the past couple days ... and yes, she looked awfully single -- as there was no sign of Bunny anywhere, which there hasn't been for well over a month now. In fact, the dude's been MIA from L.A. for a minute as well.

The last time we saw Kendall and Bad Bunny together was way back in late October -- when they hit up a breakfast place in Beverly Hills after a big Halloween bash the night prior.

Before that, the 2 of 'em were practically inseparable ... popping up all over Los Angeles and elsewhere together -- albeit, always coordinating their entrances/exits so they were never really captured together in the same frame. Perhaps that was a warning sign to the split.

Fact is, Kendall didn't really claim the dude in a traditional sense -- namely, she never actually went IG official with him on her own page ... which is sort of a rule of modern dating.

Yes, they appeared in some Gucci campaign together ... but that was very corporate and work-related. Considering the two of them never posted each other, it spoke volumes.

Of course, we did see private moments between them that spoke to intimacy ... including a horseback riding date, where Bunny was holding on tight while Kendall took the reins.

They certainly seemed head over heels for a while ... but now, it's all over before 2024.

The dating rumors between them first started percolating back in February -- so who knows how much earlier they were seeing each other before then. All told, you could argue they were together for about a year ... maybe a little less.

It certainly felt like Bunny and Kendall might go the distance -- alas, it wasn't meant to be. We've reached out to both of their reps for comment ... so far, no word back.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" cast member Vonshae Taylor-Morales had a rocky year amid a split from her hubby Gunplay ... but a new relationship has her going into 2024 on Cloud 9.

Fans have noticed Vonshae popping out with a mystery man these past few weeks, and the reality star tells TMZ Hip Hop his name is Franck Njonkou Seudio -- a 26-year-old multi-millionaire businessman from Africa, and they've been dating for one month.

Vonshae tells us she had been depressed during the Gunplay fiasco -- the rapper was arrested for DV back in August -- but says she's now in a great state of mind.

She and Franck first met when he DM'ed her a few weeks after Gunplay got arrested, and their first date consisted of going for pizza and a casual walk in Florida.

Things have been clicking so far -- Vonshae tells us Franck owns multiple businesses that sprawl across media, e-commerce, Airbnb properties and cars. Plus, she says Mr. Lover-Lover is also fluent in French and has already expressed his wishes to marry her and adopt her 9-month-old daughter!!!

Vonshae says Franck has no issues with her staying at home, raising her child and spending his money -- he's paid for Vonshae's legal bills and also handled her child's medical bills.

Franck was originally studying to be a pharmacist tech after moving to Miami but figured the business route was the best way to get paid.

In the case of her old relationship, Vonshae admits she'll always love Gunplay, but says he's not the same person she married in August 2022, so she's moved on -- even if he hasn't.

Offset had not one but two birthday bashes Thursday ... he and his crew were seen inside the Miami Design District hotspot 'Coco Miami' until 3 AM and then hightailed it to South Beach club 'Playa' until 5 AM.

Offset wore shades all night, looking unbothered at both of the parties as he was surrounded by women -- complete with a sprinter van full of 'em.

Also in attendance at the party was producer Southside, Diddy's son Justin Combs, Ari Fletcher and Miami Heat players Jaime Jaquez Jr. and Thomas Bryant.

We now know Offset was celebrating as a single man ... Cardi went live on IG in an explosive rant that pretty much signaled their relationship is over.

She accused her estranged hubby of playing mind games and "feeling himself" because of his new solo album -- which she helped him promote.

Cardi B is unloading on Offset in an emotionally charged video rant amid their nasty split ... calling him out and accusing him of treating her badly.

It's the first time we've seen Cardi get this emotional since she announced she ended things with her estranged husband ... she says he's ungrateful and she's tired of his behavior.

Cardi's pain is coming through clearly here ... it's evident in her voice, as she says she's done a lot for Offset over the years, only for him to play games with her when she's at her most vulnerable. She's also taking shots at him with social media posts.

As we reported ... Cardi announced she was single earlier this month after they both unfollowed each other on social media, revealing they had been broken up for a while before she went public.

There's been plenty of drama and cheating rumors between Cardi and Offset over the years ... but they've split and gotten back together before, and now they have two kids together.

Cardi says she's helped Offset out for years without so much as a "thank you" from him ... and it sounds like he wasn't taking their issues seriously leading up to and after the split, at least from her perspective.

Justin Timberlake seemed to address the controversy around him in Britney Spears' recent memoir during his Sin City performance -- using just two words to make his cryptic point.

As you know, JT hit the stage to perform in a theater at the grand opening of the posh Fontainebleau Las Vegas Wednesday night -- but, as he teed up his hit, "Cry Me A River," he suddenly made his very brief comment.

Check out this new footage ... Before launching into the song, JT turned to the packed crowd and said, "No disrespect," apparently referring to Britney, who slammed the track for its link to their shattered relationship in her book, "The Woman In Me," published in October.

JT created the tune after his 2002 breakup with Brit, alluding to infidelity in the lyrics and, in an accompanying video, he shared the spotlight with a woman who looks a bit like Brit.

In her memoir, Brit revealed several of the secrets they kept as a couple for years, shocking the world with her claim that Justin got her pregnant and they agreed to get an abortion.

Brit wrote that they didn't want the news to leak to the media, so they opted for an at-home abortion -- which BS described as an excruciatingly painful procedure.

She also said infidelity was a 2-way street in their relationship.
