Johnny Drama ... err, Kevin Dillon -- best known for his role on the hit HBO show "Entourage" -- says he's hauling in way less moolah these days, so he can't fork over any more to his wife ... according to new legal docs.
Kevin just disclosed his current income in connection with his estranged wife's request for him to pay her lawyer's fees in their ongoing divorce case.
Dillon claims he's making $4,000 a month ... clearly way less than he made while he filmed his hit TV show.
He says in his papers he's already paying her more than $10k a month in spousal and child support, so he's tapped out.
He and Jane Stuart are also bickering over who pays for 12-year-old daughter Ava's private school.
Kevin does say money is on the horizon. They own a home with more than a million bucks in equity, which will soon be divided between them.

Tisha Campbell-Martin My Ex Can Pay Support ... His Shirts Are Worth $750k!!
"Martin" star Tisha Campbell-Martin is adamant her estranged hubby has the money to pay her spousal support ... and she says the proof is in his closet.
Tisha filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, and puts Duane Martin on blast for his wardrobe. In particular, she say he has more than 500 shirts that cost $1,500 a piece ... totaling a whopping $750k! Tisha says she knows this because Duane made a video bragging about it.
In docs, Tisha says she has $1.5 million in assets but right now doesn't have a steady source of income, and that's why she's asking for spousal support. She says her monthly expenses total at least $33k per month, and estimates Duane makes around $62k per month.
TMZ broke the story ... Tisha claims Duane was hiding money during their marriage. Tisha filed for divorce back in February after 20 years of marriage.

Geena Davis My Husband Knew We Were Never Legally Married ... And That's Why the Divorce Case is Bogus
10:30 AM PT -- We now have the legal docs Geena filed, and she says she and Dr. Jarrahy made the intentional decision not to file for a marriage license, though she doesn't say why. She says, as a result, the marriage never occurred. She says on the day of the marriage ceremony they knew full well it wasn't a legally binding marriage.
She says throughout their relationship they filed tax returns either as "single" or "head of household."
Geena also says they always kept separate bank accounts, separate credit cards and never owned any real property as husband and wife. She says in 2012 he submitted an application for a home loan in which he says, "I filed my 2009 tax returns as a single individual because I am not currently married. Miss Davis and I cohabitate and co-parent our 3 children but are not officially wed."
9:15 AM PT -- Geena's lawyer, Peter Lauzon, tells TMZ he and his client take issue with the source connected to Dr. Jarrahy calling their kids "illegitimate." Lauzon says it's an arcane term that has no place in modern society.
Geena Davis has just filed a shocking legal document in her divorce case. She's asking the judge to dismiss her husband's divorce petition, because she says they were NEVER legally married.
Geena's husband, Dr. Reza Jarrahy, filed for divorce last May in an attempt to end their 17-year marriage. In the new docs, Geena claims there was a fatal problem back in 2001 when they had their marriage ceremony in New York. She says the marriage license was never properly returned to the court clerk, and she says under New York law that means they did not legally tie the knot.
The upshot ... Geena claims if there was no marriage, there's no property to split ... what's his is his, and what's hers is hers. What's more, Dr. Jarrahy would not be entitled to spousal support, 'cause he's not a spouse. In his divorce petition, Dr. Jarrahy asked for spousal support.
We're told Dr. Jarrahy doesn't see it Geena's way ... he believes the marriage was valid from the get-go, regardless of any irregularity with the license. We're told the doctor believes the ceremony and the fact he and Geena held themselves as husband and wife for all these years makes the marriage legal.
A source connected to the doctor tells TMZ, it's especially upsetting because Geena's request, if granted, would make their 3 kids "illegitimate."

Mel B I'm Not a 'Sex Addict' or 'Raging Alcoholic' ... Stephen's Hungry for Attention
4:00 PM PT -- Mel B says she is not a "raging alcoholic," though she does drink socially. She also denies she takes "illicit drugs," and says she's not a sex addict ... these are her responses to Belafonte's request for sole legal and physical custody.
Mel B claims Russell Updegraff's declaration in which he makes these claims has no credibility, because she says he's an ex employee who has an ax to grind, and he and Belafonte are hell bent in dragging her through the mud and ruining her reputation out of spite.
She says she is willing to submit to random drug testing for a limited period of time to prove she's a fit parent, and wants Stephen to do the same.
And, in her legal docs Mel B repeats her claim that Belafonte has abused her so badly she's suffering from PTSD.
Mel also agrees to submit to a child custody evaluation with psychological testing, because she strongly opposes Stephen getting full custody. She also states the following -- she's not a "sex addict" who brings home random men, she is not a raging alcoholic as Stephen paints her to be, she does not take illicit drugs ... and her children's well-being is her top priority
There's more ... Anthony Santa Maria -- Mel B's housekeeper and childcare services provider -- vouches for Mel in the docs, claiming he's never witnessed her drunk "or even buzzed," and he's never seen her do anything remotely dangerous or neglectful with her kids.
Short story ... Mel B says Belafonte is angry, hungry for media attention and he has waged a vicious campaign to destroy her so he can stay in the spotlight.
10:15 AM PT -- We've learned Mel B and Stephen reached a settlement in the judge's chambers. The details are confidential. On her way out of court, we asked Mel if she was going to rehab ... but she was mum.
Stephen Belafonte says Mel B isn't fit to retain custody of her children, because she's in the grip of an alcohol-fueled spiral ... so claims ex-husband Belafonte.
Belafonte appeared in court Friday, armed with documentation from people who have been close to Mel B. She showed up as well, covered in sweat.
One of the declarations Belafonte submitted is from Russell Updegraff, who said in legal docs he's been responsible for watching her 2 kids, Madison and Angel, who he says are at serious risk because of a profound drinking problem on Mel B's part.
Updegraff claims Mel B drinks daily ... often starting as early as 10 AM. He says the day begins with beer, and then turns to wine and eventually hard liquor ... including vodka, tequila and gin. He says Mel B typically passes out, awakes and then becomes mean and belligerent.
Updegraff says the drinking problem is so bad, she's asked him to go to the store and get 12 bottles of wine, 2 bottles of vodka and one to two 12-packs of beer ... which she consumes in 4 to 5 days.
According to Updegraff's declaration, Madison, who turns 7 Saturday, and 11-year-old Angel are scared and stressed. He claims Mel B was sometimes physically abusive to Angel, digging her nails into her, grabbing her and shaking her.
Updegraff also says Mel B has been a cocaine user, although the docs suggest the real issue now is alcohol.
And, Updegraff says Mel B often brings various men home, with the kids present. In one case, he says a strange man tried to bring Madison into the shower, and he had to intervene and stop him.
He also says Mel B would regularly leave town for 1 to 2 weeks at a time and never check in to see how the kids were doing.
The hearing will be held this morning. We will update when the judge rules.
Belafonte wants temporary custody of kids so Mel B can go to rehab and get clean. He does not want to take the kids away from her, but fears they are at extreme risk given Mel B's state.

Slash I'll Help Ex-Wife Out if She Agrees to Divorce Deal ... She Fires Back
4:41 PM PT -- Perla's attorney, Marty Singer, tells us unlike what Slash may think, ending the marriage won't be that easy. Singer says, "Slash is well aware of the significant claims that have been made by Perla as to why the divorce documents cannot be finalized at this time."
Singer says, "These include claims reflected in Perla’s court filings that there was a multi-million dollar audit settlement that was concealed from Perla, not paying in excess of $1,500,000 in child and spousal support payments, and significant advances received by Slash that will affect his future spousal and child support payments."
He continues, "Even though Slash reported over $45,000,000 of income last year, my client’s court papers allege that he refused to pay for a $1500 drum set that was requested by his son, a musician in a band, so that he could have a drum set at his mother’s home where he spends approximately 90% of his time. The other drum sets are at Slash’s home and studio where Slash does not allow his teenage son to remove them.”
Slash says his estranged wife is holding up finalizing their divorce for a bunch of trivial reasons -- the latest of which he says he's happy to help with ... if she agrees to close the book on their marriage.
The Guns N' Roses rocker filed new divorce docs responding to Perla Ferrar's latest claim in their ongoing war -- that Slash is hiding money from her, and that his new girlfriend is possibly responsible for harassing her and their kids online.
In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Slash shoots down the notion he's concealing income, saying he's got cash coming in from multiple sources ... lots of which had been earned before they ever got hitched.
He also raises a pretty hilarious scenario -- that Perla allegedly asked him to buy one of their boys a third drum set, then bought a fourth drum set on her own ... and demanded Slash reimburse her. He says that's another reason she's holding up their divorce.
In addition to that, Slash says Perla is griping about ways they stay in contact -- insisting she be allowed to call him directly for custody scheduling or emergencies. He says they'd already agreed to use a program that eliminates the need to talk directly ... but she's insisting she be able to get on the horn with her ex whenever she thinks the need arises.
Lastly, Slash addresses Perla's accusation that his live-in girlfriend created an IG account and was posting personal info about their family that could be harmful to their kids. Slash says he was alarmed at first, but quickly realized the account was aimed at Perla, not their boys ... and that a lot of the stuff being posted was from Perla's own account.
He says he's willing to help her get to the bottom of the IG harassment ... IF she agrees to the terms they struck in their divorce deal ... and IF she finally agrees to get divorced.

Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner Divorce Settlement Complete ... Divorce Final after Ben's Rehab
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have settled their divorce case and the final settlement will be filed with the court after Ben gets out of rehab ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the couple tell TMZ, Ben and Jen have reached a property settlement, which was complicated and time-consuming because of the fortune that needed to be divided. We've learned the couple did NOT have a prenup, so all of their earnings during their 12-year marriage went into one pot.
As for custody ... we've learned they agreed to joint custody of their 3 children. What's a little unusual ... the settlement does not say how much custodial time Ben and Jen each get. We're told they have gotten along great co-parenting the kids, and feel it's better to shift custody back and forth depending on work schedules rather than abide by a rigid formula.
The wild card in all of this ... Ben's drinking. Our sources say Ben has fallen off the wagon for the last 18 months ... sometimes regaining sobriety only to slip again. It's obviously an issue because when Ben isn't sober it could put the children at risk when he's with them. It's something Ben and Jen have been dealing with for months.
The settlement is complete, but it hasn't been signed because of sobriety issues. However, we're told when Ben is out of rehab and back on his feet it will be signed, sealed and delivered to the judge, and then the divorce will become final.
As for reconciliation ... we're told absolutely not, and it's been that way for a long, long time.

Ex-NFL QB Erik Kramer I Want My Marriage Annulled ... My Brain's Messed Up
Former NFL QB Erik Kramer wants to erase his marriage from the books ... claiming his 2015 failed suicide attempt left him with a lack of mental capacity to legally consent to marriage.
According to new legal docs ... Kramer says his wife, Courtney Baird, stole $50k of his money before they wed, and she's now filed for divorce.
He says before they got married, Baird "exerted undue influence upon me to convince me, given my weakened mental state, that her actions were not wrongful."
Now, Kramer claims his 2017 marriage -- which lasted less than a year and a half -- never should have happened in the first place ... because he suffered a traumatic brain injury when he shot himself in 2015.
Kramer was reportedly suffering from depression, which some believed was triggered by head injuries during his playing days, when he attempted to kill himself.
Kramer maintained he was not diagnosed with any concussions during his NFL career, and did not link his suicide attempt to CTE. Nevertheless, he says he has still not recovered from the brain injury from the suicide attempt so when he said "I do," it was without the necessary mental capacity to seal the deal.
Baird want the divorce judge to divvy up their earnings and also wants him to pay spousal support. She'd get neither if the marriage is annulled.
We broke the story ... Kramer's wife filed for divorce in June on the heels of his arrest for domestic assault. She also got a domestic violence restraining order.
Kramer started 46 games for the Bears from 1994-1998, and also played for the Falcons, Lions and Chargers during his 10-year NFL career.

A former 'Steve Harvey Show' actress abandoned her estranged husband after he suffered a stroke, and left him completely broke and on his ass ... according to the gent himself.
Wendy Raquel Robinson's estranged hubby, Marco Perkins, claims in divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- he needs Wendy to pay him significant spousal support when their divorce is all said and done 'cause she allegedly left him destitute after he had a stroke back in 2015.
Marco says he enjoyed a lavish lifestyle while married to Wendy, and is asking a judge to make her cough up at least $10,000 a month so he can maintain that life -- adding that she can afford it, since he believes her monthly income is in the ballpark of $200k/month.

Lisa Marie Presley Scores Huge Win vs. Estranged Hubby ... No Spousal Support for You!!!
Lisa Marie Presley won't have to pay her estranged hubby spousal support ... 'cause the postnuptial agreement they signed in 2007 says she doesn't have to pony up a penny and it's ironclad.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the judge said the agreement Michael Lockwood signed in 2007 -- after they married in 2006 -- is legit. Michael gave up his right to spousal support, something they've been at war over for the last week.
Even though Michael testified he had NOT read the postnup when he signed it, the court ruled signing it on the advice of his attorney holds up because it means he understood what he was signing based on what his lawyer was telling him.
This is just the latest in Lisa and Michael's divorce war. She was ordered back in February to pay him $100k in legal fees.
