T.I.'s stepdaughter got herself a get out of jail free card in her gun possession case, as long as she does right by a judge.

Sources tell TMZ ... Zonnique Pullins avoided jail time after being charged for carrying a concealed weapon to Atlanta's airport in June ... because she's never had any legal trouble before this.

We're told she'll have to take a gun law training class, pay a $500 fine and complete 60 hours of community service. She also has to submit to random drug tests.

Derrick Rose is adamant he's NOT a rapist -- claiming, "I ain't do anything wrong" ... and says the upcoming trial will not be a distraction from his first NBA season with the Knicks.

Rose faced reporters at Knicks Media Day in NYC moments ago where he was asked straight-up if he's worried about his upcoming rape trial.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Rose and his friends are accused of gang raping a woman in her L.A. home back in 2013. The case is headed for trial later this year.

When asked how he's handling everything, Rose said ... "I’ve been handling it pretty good, I think. I really haven’t been thinking about it. I’m thinking about the team more than anything."

Rose was also asked about the LAPD investigation into the alleged incident -- to which he replied:

"I haven’t talked to anyone and this is my first time hearing about it. But once again, I’m not worried about it. I feel like I ain’t do anything wrong."

Lil Wayne just caught a major break in his legal war with Birdman ... a judge is forcing Baby to open his books to account for millions Weezy says he never saw.

Wayne had previously asked to see Birdman's financial records to find out how he burned through $70 mil they were supposed to split from a $100 million advance from Universal.

As we reported ... Birdman's lawyers say they've already forked over more than 20,000 pages of docs to Wayne's legal team. But Wayne's attorneys claim those are useless, and they want a full-on money trail.

Here's the problem for Birdman -- his peeps over at Cash Money weren't keeping very good track of those records ... for 2 whole years. Birdman's lawyer shrugged it off this way ... "It is what it is."

That excuse didn't fly with the judge ... who gave Birdman 30 days to find those records, or get the right person who knows where they are and get 'em to Wayne.

Sounds like he should've listened to Wayne, and held onto his receipts.

Brandon denies any involvement, and says the neighbor has the wrong guy. The neighbor clearly believes it's him though ... because in the docs she references Brandon's brother and Jagged Edge member, Brian Casey.

She also says "Jagged Edge" repeatedly in a YouTube video she posted of the alleged incident.

One of the guys from Jagged Edge doesn't want the party outside his house, if the party involves a kid on a skateboard ... according to the kid's mom, who says the singer and his crew beat her down.

The woman is Brandon Casey's next door neighbor, and in court docs she says a fight erupted in her driveway when someone in Casey's house got pissed about her son skateboarding. The person apparently thought the kid was on Casey's property.

The neighbor says a heated argument got amped up when 6 people ran out of Casey's house and "began to pummel" her. She says her husband had to break up the brawl.

She went to court to request, and was granted, a restraining order. Casey must now stay 25 feet away from the neighbor and her family.

The woman says she's been staying at a hotel for fear of another attack.

Corey Feldman will have hell to pay in court if he keeps spreading lies about the late Corey Haim ... so says Haim's mother.

Judy Haim tells TMZ she's pissed about Corey Feldman blabbing to the media about alleged sexual abuse her son suffered as a kid in Hollywood.

She says that's all BS ... adding Feldman is just looking for attention and a big paycheck. Judy also says she sent Feldman a cease and desist letter back in July ... threatening him to stop the lies, or else.

Judy says she'll pursue legal action if Feldman doesn't shut his trap. It might be an uphill battle ... seeing as how you can't defame a dead person.

Feldman's rep tells us he's constantly asked about Haim, especially recently. The rep adds Feldman has tried to be respectful of both Corey and Judy.

Gilbert Arenas has won a battle against Laura Govan, but he hasn't won the war -- a judge just ordered her to pay him A LOT of money in one of their lawsuits against each other.

It's almost certain Brad Pitt will not be prosecuted for any alleged assault against his son ... so say multiple law enforcement sources involved in the case.

Our sources say, with the conflicting accounts of what happened between Brad and 15-year-old Maddox 30,000 feet above the ground, there's no way to conclusively prove Brad intentionally inflicted harm on his son.

As we reported, there are conflicting stories about the events leading to the confrontation on the jet. Based on all of our sources we believe the most credible sequence of events is that Maddox said something to Brad that pissed him off, Brad then lunged at his son, Angelina stepped in between them and at that point there was some physical contact between Brad and Maddox.

It appears Brad made contact with Maddox somewhere in the vicinity of the shoulder area. The biggest issue -- whether it was intentional or inadvertent. It's the job of prosecutors to prove it was intentional, and we're told that would be extremely difficult.

On top of that, we're told DCFS social workers saw no evidence of injuries on Maddox ... none.

And there's more ... no one filed a police report after the incident.

Finally, our sources say these cases are particularly difficult because of the blurred line between abuse and parental discipline.

As we reported, since the incident occurred in the air, the FBI has jurisdiction, and our law enforcement sources say it's "highly unlikely" anything will come of the agency's probe.

On the other hand, the L.A. County Dept. of Children's Services has a broader scope than the FBI. DCFS will go beyond the jet incident and talk to the kids and parents about the overall living situation.

The ex-NFL player who starved his dog to death has been released from a Baltimore jail 3 months early ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Terrence Cody -- who last played for the Baltimore Ravens -- was sentenced to 9 months behind bars after pleading guilty to multiple animal cruelty charges back in March.

Prosecutors said the 28-year-old didn't feed his Canary mastiff for up to ten weeks. They also said the dog was kept in a crate that was never cleaned.

According to a rep for the jail, Cody was released on September 21st. He was given 88 days credit for working and good behavior.

The judge also gave him 18 months probation. During that time, he's not allowed to own any animals.

Miss Cleo's famous image and accent got jacked by a makeup company before her death ... according to her old pals at the Psychic Readers Network.

The PRN filed a lawsuit against Benefit Cosmetics for hawking makeup products with the help of Youree Harris, who played Cleo. According to docs, Harris was hired in March 2015, and Benefit created a Cleo doppelganger for its promos.

PRN says Harris not only acted just like Miss Cleo in the spots, but one of them was titled "Flawless Friends Network" ... an obvious rip-off, they say.

Harris died in July, which was right around the same time Psychic Readers says it found out about Benefit's Miss Cleo-esque campaign.

The battle lines are now drawn ... because TMZ has learned Brad Pitt will fight for joint physical custody of his 6 children.

Sources who have been with Brad since his separation with Angelina Jolie last week tell us ... Brad has made it clear ... he will engage in legal war to stop his estranged wife from getting what she wants -- sole physical custody, giving him only visitation rights.

We're told when Brad answers Jolie's divorce petition, the stage will be set for the central conflict.

Fact is ... judges favor giving joint custody to parents unless there's a showing one of them poses some sort of risk to the kids. As we reported, Jolie maintains Pitt has an anger problem which is exacerbated by weed and alcohol. And, as we reported, Brad lunged at and struck 15-year-old Maddox on the plane ... she says it was intentional but he says it was not.

For now ... they agreed Jolie would have the kids, while the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services investigate the airplane incident.

Derrick Rose's rape accuser won't be holding any more news conferences if he gets his way ... he's asking a judge to shut her up.

Rose just filed a motion requesting the anonymous accuser be prohibited from speaking about the case with anyone in the media until the end of the trial. He's pissed about what he calls her "nationwide media blitz," and feels it's hurting his ability to get a fair trial.

As we reported ... the accuser and her lawyer held a teleconference with reporters last week, during which they called Rose a "sexual deviant."

Brad Pitt crossed a line he had never crossed before by lunging at his 15-year-old son on a private jet and making contact with him, but the details of precisely what happened are in conflict ... and frankly, murky.

TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services launched an investigation after getting an anonymous tip that Brad allegedly attacked his eldest son on a trip back from France.

Here's what's alleged -- Shortly after the plane took off, Brad and Angelina began arguing and Maddox jumped up to verbally defend his mom. We're told Brad then lunged at the boy and Angelina jumped in between them to block her husband. Brad connected in some fashion with his son.

Now here's what's in dispute:

-- Whether Brad and Angelina were arguing, or whether Maddox was acting up on the plane.

-- Whether Brad made contact with his son intentionally or inadvertently.

-- Whether Brad was drunk at the time. Although authorities were told Brad was drunk when the incident went down, we're told Angelina says he was sober at the time but got drunk later in the flight. Sources connected with Brad tell TMZ he was drunk at the time of the incident.

As we reported, Angelina wants sole physical custody of the kids. A source connected with Angelina says this is not about alcohol ... she would never leave Brad if it was just a substance abuse problem. The source says this is all about protecting their children.

Brad has denied there was any abuse, but sources connected with him acknowledge there was an incident on the jet.

And our sources say Brad has never acted aggressively toward his kids in the past -- other than verbally -- and Angelina felt the incident on the plane was a deal breaker.

Kylie Jenner's now square in the middle of Tyga's financial nightmare, and it means she might have to sing like a canary about the expensive gifts he's bought her ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... Kylie's agreed to answer questions about her bf's finances. As we've reported ... celeb jeweler, Jason of Beverly Hills, is going after him for a $200k debt -- and this is the next step.

Since Tyga has a history of buying Kylie big ticket items, like a brand new Maybach, we're told the jeweler's law firm -- Abir, Cohen, Treyzon, and Salo -- wants to know everything he's gifted her.

The lawyers are set to privately meet with Kylie and Tyga within the next couple weeks. If they no-show, Jason's legal team says they'll push to have them arrested.

These are the same guys who got the warrant for Tyga's arrest last month, which forced him to pay up on a previous debt. They clearly mean business, and now Kylie's on notice too.

Future had nothing to do with Ciara losing a huge paycheck -- if there ever was one -- so it shouldn't be part of her lawsuit against him ... according to the rapper.

We broke the story, Ciara says her baby daddy cost her half a million bucks by trash-talking her and scaring an international cosmetics company away from doing business with her.

Future believes the whole cosmetics story is B.S. ... and in docs he says Ciara has no proof any such deal fell apart. Further, he points out she hasn't even said which company was supposedly courting her.

Ciara's $15 mil defamation suit against Future is still in play, but he wants the judge to at least dismiss this part of her claims.

Chris Brown's baby mama is fed up with all the drama in his life, so much so ... she dimed him out to DCFS.

Sources close to Nia Guzman tell TMZ ... she filed the complaint with DCFS some time after Chris was arrested for allegedly pulling a gun on Baylee Curran -- and that's exactly why child services went to Chris' house Thursday.

We're told Nia's worried about 2-year-old Royalty's safety -- although she was NOT in the house during the alleged gun incident. Our sources say Nia thinks he's a good dad on his own, but he continues to hang with a bad crowd.

Since Chris' arrest, all of his visits with Royalty must be supervised by his mother ... at least until the case is settled.

We're told Nia isn't fighting to reduce Chris' custody at this point, but she agrees monitored visits are best for now.

Jim Carrey is dismissing the claim he transmitted STDs to his ex-girlfriend as a totally bogus attempt to milk him for money ... money he has no intention of paying.

Carrey's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ ... Mark Burton's amended lawsuit -- with the allegation Cathriona White contracted 3 forms of STD from Jim -- is "categorically disputed. This is a desperate, bogus claim made by the 'husband' of the sham marriage."

As we've reported, Burton is Cathriona's estranged husband who filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Carrey, but Singer alleges Burton's marriage to her was merely of the green card variety.

Singer says numerous witnesses will confirm Burton "engaged in an illegal sham marriage in violation of the Federal law prohibiting marriage fraud to evade immigration laws." He claims Burton and White didn't even live in the same state after their wedding.

Carrey's attorney additionally says the STD claim -- allegedly made in 2013 -- makes no sense because Cathriona reached out to Jim in 2014, begging him to continue the relationship, and they were even working an agreement.

Singer also doubles down on what Carrey already told us -- that he will NOT settle with Burton and will fight what they consider a "shakedown lawsuit."
