Future is so reckless with his money he won't be able to pay off the debt he owes his ex-label owner, Rocko ... according to Rocko, anyway, who wants a judge to protect the money.

Future's ex-pal and producer filed docs asking the court to force Future to put his salary from the upcoming Nobody Safe tour in escrow. Rocko claims Future is set to make upward of $5 million ... and he wants some of that set aside to cover the $10 mil he's planning to win from Future.

We broke the story, Rocko sued Future for a cut of his lucrative deal with Epic Records. Future countersued, claiming he didn't have an exclusive deal with Rocko.

Mask off? Rocko says Future's gonna squander his money if the court doesn't force him to save it.

The Game says Viacom should cover the $7.1 million owed to his sexual assault accuser, because it cast a violent criminal on his reality show, despite a doctor recommending she get the boot.

The rapper's going after the parent company of VH1, which he says cast Priscilla Rainey on "She's Got Game." In docs, he says a doctor working on the production cited Rainey's long rap sheet -- which includes multiple felony arrests for aggravated battery.

According to the suit, the doctor said ... "In moments of jealousy, [Rainey's] normal composure dissolves, leaving her to acting out of control."

Game says the show thought Rainey would add a spark -- aka ratings -- so it ignored the doctor.

Rainey ultimately was kicked off the show, and shortly after filed a suit against Game alleging he sexually assaulted her at an off-camera outing. She won a $7.1 million judgment and Game says Viacom should take that hit, plus another $13 mil in damages.

We've reached out to Viacom. No word back.

A fired security guard at Kris Jenner's home has been arrested for felony stalking, and we're told it's the 3rd time he's broken into the gated community to get at Kris.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Joshua Jacobs broke the arm at the security gate in the Hidden Hills gated community where Kris lives. He made it to the front of her house when Kris' private security detail pounced on the guy and held him until cops arrived.

We're told Jacobs has repeatedly busted into the development to get at Kris since he was fired from his security job with the gated community.

And our sources say when Jacobs was apprehended cops say he had a sign-in sheet that security uses. They believe he stole it and we're told it's likely he'll also be charged with theft.

Chris Soules says he did everything he was legally required to do at the scene of his fatal accident, and his lawyers have just filed legal docs asking the judge to dismiss the felony charge of leaving the scene of an accident that results in death.

TMZ broke the story ... Chris was arrested and charged with the crime after slamming into a tractor on an Iowa road, killing the driver.

Chris' lawyer says the 911 call is bulletproof against any prosecution, because it shows Chris made the call, ID'd himself as the driver involved in the crash, and then he tried to help the tractor driver by checking his pulse. Only after EMTs arrived did Chris leave the scene.

As we reported ... Chris left before cops arrived and we know the police wanted to administer a field sobriety test. When they caught up with Chris at his home he refused to come out and it took hours to get a search warrant -- by that time any blood alcohol test was essentially useless. Chris' lawyers say drivers aren't required to stay at the scene of an accident until police arrive.

Prosecutors in Massachusetts don't think Aaron Hernandez should die an innocent man and just filed a motion to stop his murder conviction from being dismissed.

As we previously reported, Hernandez's legal team asked a judge to throw out his 2015 murder conviction citing a Mass. legal doctrine called abatement ab initio -- which means if a person dies while appealing a criminal case, the conviction is thrown out.

However, the Bristol County D.A.'s Office is opposing, saying Hernandez should not be "rewarded" for killing himself, and the abatement law shouldn't be recognized in this case.

In docs, the D.A. says the law is outdated and not recognized in several states. They also claim it's not applicable if someone dies by suicide instead of natural causes.

Further, the D.A. says the dismissal would be disrespectful to the victim's family, and screw up the civil suits pending against Hernandez.

Billy McFarland and Ja Rule defrauded the chumps who plunked down thousands of dollars for the Fyre Festival in the Bahamas, a festival that more resembled "The Hunger Games" or "The Lord of the Flies" than Coachella ... at least that's the take in a new class action lawsuit.

A concertgoer, who's trying to set up a $100 million class action with others, calls the festival a get-rich-quick scam, saying Billy and Ja Rule knew months before the event it was in crash-and-burn mode.

The suit, filed by Mark Geragos, claims Billy and Ja Rule outright lied about the festival's accommodations and safety. It claims people put down between $1,200 and $100,000 a ticket for the event, which left most people who showed up stranded on the island.

The lawsuit takes particular aim at the FEMA tents that were the so-called luxury accommodations. It even alleges wild animals were roaming the festival grounds.

And it gets worse. The suit claims Billy and Ja Rule warned celebs not to attend in advance, knowing it would be a disaster.

Prince's estate wants to get into the reality show biz, and that's why it went to war to shut down the release of a new album on the anniversary of his death.

Sources close to Prince's heirs tell us the reality show, featuring family members, is in the works right now, and will focus on how their lives have changed since he died.

We're told the family's fighting George Ian Boxill, the producer of the "Deliverance" EP, to keep the music under wraps ... so they can debut it on the show. So, the good news is ... there's still hope the music will see the light of day. The question is when?

We're told the reality show is still in early development. They have a production company on board, but no deal to air yet.

Meanwhile, the court has ordered Boxill to turn over the music to the estate, but he's still fighting that.

Boxing star Zab Judah -- a 4-time world champ -- bobbed and weaved his way out of a jail sentence in his domestic violence case ... but only if he keeps his nose clean.

As we reported ... 39-year-old Judah was arrested back in July after officials say he drunkenly attacked his wife in Vegas when she confronted him about allegedly knocking up another woman.

He was arrested for domestic battery -- and now, we've learned he pled no contest and was given a 90-day suspended jail sentence.

That essentially means he WON'T go to jail IF he completes 6 months of domestic violence counseling, 48 hours of community service, pays some fines and stays out of trouble!

Court records show he already completed the community service so he's off to a good start.

Fabio says the criminals who burglarized his home were lucky his Rottweilers weren't out, but ultimately it's the governor and state of California's fault it happened at all.

The romance novel legend vented to us about the recent increase in L.A. burglaries -- and he firmly believes the passing of Prop 57, which Gov. Jerry Brown championed, is to blame.

The Delta pilot who smacked a passenger and then walked away delivered the punch to get the woman to release a choke hold she had on the woman she was fighting ... at least that's what the airline concluded.

When you watch the video, it's confusing. It appears the pilot almost gratuitously delivers the punch out of frustration and then walks away. But a Delta official tells TMZ the video doesn't show everything, and based on interviews with the pilot, eyewitnesses and information from cops ... the pilot saw the woman in question choking out the other woman. And the pilot did what he could to release the dangerous grip.

As we reported ... the pilot was taken off duty after the incident but put back on the schedule after the airline concluded he did nothing wrong.

Neither of the women wanted to press charges against anyone.

Chad Johnson was lucky to run into a highway patrol officer who was kind enough to give him a lift when his car blew a tire ... but duty called, and Chad was unceremoniously kicked to the curb.

Chad tells TMZ Sports he was driving home from a football game in Miami when he blew a tire. The former Bengals star didn't have a spare, so the whip had to be towed. An officer offered to take him home, and it actually looked pretty awesome for a while -- Chad in the back seat ... vibing out to Kanye.

But then ... a dispatcher sounded the alarm ... someone committed a 187 -- murder -- and the officer had to book it. So he dropped Chad off at a gas station.

Stephen Belafonte gave the LAPD an audiotape in which you hear a woman -- whom he says is his baby mama -- try and extort him for a million bucks, and TMZ has obtained the audio.

Belafonte claims the woman on the phone is Nicole Contrereas. They were together for 6 years and have a 12-year-old daughter named Giselle. Contreras tells us she's not the woman on the tape.

You hear the woman in the call -- recorded March 20 -- tell Belafonte, "I'm gonna take you down" unless he pays her $500,000. She later ups the demand to $1 million.

She says Mel B's people asked her to tell her story, which says is "so ugly."

The woman, who sounds intoxicated, refers to Giselle and monthly payments Belafonte deposits in her account.

She rambles on, saying she will "bury" Belafonte.

The LAPD has the audio and is conducting an extortion investigation.

Tim Brown says he REALLY hopes his beloved Oakland Raiders chose wisely by taking a chance on Gareon Conley ... saying, "If it goes bad for him, it's gonna go bad for the Raiders also."

The Raiders raised some eyebrows Thursday night by selecting Conley in the 1st round -- despite the fact he's in the middle of a rape investigation.

Conley insists he's innocent and the Raiders clearly believe him ... and Brown says he's "hoping and praying" the team made the right bet.

Brown raised an interesting point ... saying former Raiders owner Al Davis was never afraid to take guys who were in trouble because he felt those guys would end up being the most loyal to him.

Six random heads are better than one of famed poet and alcoholic, Charles Bukowski ... at least according to the L.A. street artist who's suing business owners for destroying his mural.

Monte Thrasher says his "Six Heads" mural was an "iconic fixture" in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood. It had been there since 1992, but according to docs ... a local co-op decided 3 years ago to cover it up.

He says he never got a heads-up from the co-op, even though his email address was right there on on the mural they destroyed. Thrasher's also peeved because it was replaced by an image of Bukowski. The co-op now has a bar named after the poet.

He believes his mural was protected by the California Art Preservation Act, and wants at least $250k for the "mutilation" of his piece.

Nicki Minaj, Kanye West and Lil Wayne's music was too much for a modeling agency employee to take around the office, and he says he got fired when he bitched about it.

Talent manager Charles Short just sued his ex-employer, The Lions Model Management -- a big deal agency repping the likes of Irina Shayk, Stella Maxwell, Alexis Ren and Jessica Hart. According to docs, music was commonly played loudly around the office.

Charles, who's African-American, says he found the repeated use of the n-word in the songs offensive and inappropriate. In the suit, he says he complained once and it stopped briefly, but co-workers mocked him for "hating" rap ... and eventually it started blaring in the office once again.

He fired off an angry email to his bosses in March, and was told him he was overreacting. He says execs told him, "Some of the models we represent use the n-word." The next day they told him, "It's best if you don't come in anymore."

Charles is suing for discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination. The agency had no comment.

The LAPD brass is furious at rapper YG for a song that inspired at least 3 guys to burglarize a number of homes in the L.A. area.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the 3 guys -- 2 of whom are 18 and one 19 -- committed burglaries in the San Fernando Valley recently and were arrested this week after one of the heists.

Each guy was interviewed by LAPD detectives and each one told cops they got the idea to burglarize homes by listening to YG's song, "Meet the Flockers."

The lyrics certainly sound like a road map. For example ...

First, you find a house and scope it out
Find a Chinese neighborhood, cause they don't believe in bank accounts
Second, you find a crew and a driver, someone who ring the doorbell
And someone that ain't scared to do what it do

Some members of the brass and many LAPD detectives are incensed at YG, saying the song is irresponsible.
