Joseline Hernandez and Stevie J have been ordered to stop trash-talking each other immediately ... thing is, they've been ordered to refrain from trash-talking for the last 2 years.

In new docs, obtained by TMZ the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars -- who are in the middle of a custody war -- were admonished by a judge to stop "doing any act injuring, maltreating, vilifying, threatening, molesting, or harassing" each other or their kid.

Turns out this isn't the first time a judge made such an order in their never-ending legal case. The same order was issued more than 2 years ago and apparently it expired but the hard feelings didn't.

The order also blocks them from moving their 9-month-old daughter out of Georgia for anything longer than 2 weeks.

Atlanta Hawks star Dennis Schroder was arrested for battery, according to police in Georgia -- and the team says its scrambling to gather info.

Details are scarce, but ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting the 24-year-old guard was busted on suspicion of battery, a misdemeanor. Police records confirm Schroder was arrested for battery.

The Hawks have issued a statement saying, "We are aware of an incident involving Dennis Schröder earlier this morning."

"We are still gathering information as it pertains to the situation, and out of respect for the legal process, we will have no further comment at this time."

Former Bad Boy Records singer/producer Mario Winans got arrested for some serious deadbeat daddery ... as in $178,000 ... TMZ has learned.

Sheriff's deputies took Mario -- who featured on Diddy's hit, "I Need a Girl Part 2" -- into custody Wednesday in Bergen County, New Jersey for failure to pay back child support. According to docs, he's supposed to be paying $3,500 per month for his kid ... so he's clearly way behind.

In docs, Mario says he makes about $3,000 per month off his songwriting. He told the court he could secure a loan to immediately pay offr $10,000 off the debt.

That satisfied the judge enough that Winans was released, but with a GPS ankle monitor.

Albert Pujols won't have to cough up a single cent to the cousin who sued him for $27 MILLION in a case related to a fatal police chase in Missouri.

Long story short ... Albert was being sued by his cousin Wilfrido Juan Pujols -- a former baseball prodigy who was a passenger in a 2007 police chase in which a man was struck by the car and killed.

Wilfrido's brother was driving and cops say the guy was messed up on booze and drugs at the time. Wilfrido, however, was cleared of any wrongdoing.

Still, Wilfrido says Albert and his wife were involved in crafting an email that went public -- which wrongly painted Wilfrido as a murderer. He wanted $27 mil for defamation.

But after spending more than a year in court, the judge ruled that Albert did nothing wrong -- and kicked Wilfrido's massive lawsuit out of court.

The Kardashians' DASH store employees were forced to hide in a back room while a gun-wielding woman terrorized them ... according to the frantic 911 call.

TMZ obtained the gripping call one worker made to cops, moments after the suspect, Maricia Medrano, held her at gunpoint and trashed the store. You can hear the fear in the female employee's voice as she tries to describe the suspect for cops. She was especially panicked because Medrano was still there.

The employee told cops Medrano was ranting about killing the Kardashians if they didn't stay out of Cuba. As we reported, Medrano fled the store, but returned later with a machete.

Cops eventually arrested Medrano for assault and criminal threats. She's being held on $50,000 bail.

Black Lives Matter and one of its leaders, DeRay McKesson, won't be held responsible for an officer's injuries during a protest last year, because a judge tossed the cop's lawsuit ... TMZ has learned.

According to new docs ... the case is dismissed because BLM is considered a social movement and "not an entity of any sort," so it can't be sued. As for McKesson, the federal judge ruled he was expressing his right to free speech at the July 2016 demonstration where the cop got hurt ... but it wasn't his fault.

As we reported ... the Baton Rouge cop filed a suit against DeRay and BLM, claiming McKesson incited violence at the protest and blaming him for injuries he suffered after getting hit in the face with a rock.

T-Boz says her family is taking legal action against the police department for the shooting death of her mentally ill cousin ... and she's behind them, 100%.

We got the TLC singer Wednesday night at Avalon Hollywood, and asked if she'd heard back from cops in Peoria, Illinois about her cousin Eddie Russell Jr.'s death last week. He was gunned down by officers in what they call a standoff that turned life-threatening.

T-Boz says she and her fam haven't heard a peep, but plan to file a wrongful death lawsuit against the cops. As we reported, officers fired 17-20 rounds at Eddie, who was on the run after allegedly attempting to rob a bank.

She explained where she believes cops bungled the case -- and strongly feels Eddie's punishment didn't fit his crime.

One of the men arrested in the FBI's NCAA hoops sting has been hit with charges before -- after getting hit by Dominique Wilkins ... and TMZ Sports has the face-busting footage.

Turns out, Rashan Michel -- a high-end suit maker -- has been on TMZ before. Let's go back to 2011 when he fought Wilkins after an NBA basketball game in Atlanta ... and got punched HARD right in his eye.

At the time, Michel claimed Wilkins owed him $13,000 for custom suits -- so he tried to confront Wilkins at a basketball game. He got punched for his trouble and arrested for battery. He took a mug shot with a shiner under his eye.

Now, the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of NY says Michel done messed up again.

This time, he's accused of teaming up with Auburn asst. basketball coach Chuck Person in a bribery scheme where he would help Person take money and in exchange they would steer players to a particular financial advisor.

Michel was arrested on Tuesday and has been hit with a ton of charges including bribery and wire fraud.

Rob Kardashian got his ass beat by Blac Chyna while she was high on drugs and booze ... according to a new lawsuit he's filed against his baby mama.

According to the docs, Rob says Chyna went on the rampage in December 2016 by first trying to choke him with an iPhone charging cable -- and then repeatedly struck him with blows to the head and face.

He also claims she trashed the house, which he was renting from Kylie Jenner. In the docs, Rob says she broke a door, damaged walls and a TV ... doing more than $100k of damage. He says he tried to make a break for it in his Bentley, but Chyna threw a chair at his ride ... and then struck Rob with a metal rod.

She even smashed a holiday season gingerbread house, according to Rob.

In the docs, Rob says the melee played a factor in E! cancelling his and Chyna's reality show ... because execs thought the situation was way too volatile.

Rob's suing her for assault, battery and vandalism. We've reached out to Chyna, so far no word back.

Rick Pitino says there's not a SHRED of evidence proving he did anything wrong to justify his firing -- and has lawyered up in what seems to be a prelude to a legal war with Louisville.

As we previously reported, the University of Louisville says it put Pitino on "unpaid administrative leave" in the wake of an FBI probe of an Adidas exec, who was allegedly bribing recruits to attend Adidas sponsored schools, including UL.

While Pitino hasn't been formally accused of a crime -- and no other Louisville staffer has been accused either -- the school took action anyway ... and Rick is pissed.

"Coach Pitino has done nothing wrong and there is no evidence to suggest otherwise," his attorneys said in a statement ... adding, "The rush to judgment is regrettable."

Pitino's legal team says the school "did not give him prior notice of the disciplinary action or an opportunity to be heard, as required by University policy."

In a preview of what's to come, Pitino's lawyer said, "The matter will now follow its legal course."

Pitino insists there is no evidence that would implicate him in any type of misconduct or other activity that would violate the terms of his contract.

Pitino says the "complete and accurate facts" will inevitably exonerate him.

Tamar Braxton's husband and business partner just took a huge hit to his bank account -- he's been ordered to pay Sony almost $4 million ... TMZ has learned.

Music exec Vince Herbert has to cough up the dough after a judge sided with Sony in their legal battle over a 2013 advance. According to the suit ... Sony paid Herbert to find new talent, and part of the deal required payments back from Interscope Records.

However, Sony sued Herbert, claiming he started intercepting the money from Interscope in October 2015 ... thereby screwing Sony out of recouping the advance.

Herbert failed to respond to the lawsuit, and the judge issued a default judgment. Now, including interest, Vince has to pay $3,738,515.93 to Sony.

Josh Malina's smack in the middle of a real-life scandal with a neighbor -- who says the actor's accusing him of having a vendetta ... against Josh's landscaping.

Malina, who plays David Rosen on "Scandal," has allegedly been harassing one of his Malibu neighbors ... accusing the guy of poisoning trees on his property. It's gotten so nasty ... the neighbor, Jarod Lam, just filed for a restraining order against Josh.

According to the docs, Malina once came to Lam's door and cussed at Lam's wife, saying ... "You better not f**king cut my tree!" Lam claims the actor got in his wife's face and started to come into their home.

On another occasion, Lam says most recently, Malina called from a private number, again claiming Lam had poisoned his trees. In the docs, he says Malina's even taken the grudge match digital -- stalking Lam on the Nextdoor app.

Lam denies laying a finger on Malina's horticulture. The judge granted a no-contact order, forcing Malina to cut off all communication with his neighbor.

One of Usher's accusers has to keep her nose out of his bank accounts ... TMZ has learned.

Laura Helm wanted the courts in Georgia to block Usher from hiding assets to make sure she could collect if she wins her $20 million lawsuit -- but the judge shut her down.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge said Helm has no right to say a peep about Usher's finances because he doesn't owe her anything yet. Further, Helm failed to present any legal precedent for the judge to block Usher at this stage ... according to the docs.

Translation: Your request is BS, and denied.

Massage Envy kept a male therapist on staff with a history of sexual assaults, and he ended up ruining another woman's life because of it ... according to a new lawsuit.

A married Washington D.C. woman -- who's filed as Jane Doe -- claims she was nearing the end of a 90-minute massage when her masseur placed an eye pillow over her eyes. She says she was undressed, and he then moved the sheet that was covering her pelvic area and "licked her vagina without invitation."

The woman says she was shocked, scared and yanked the sheet back to cover up and confronted the masseur ... who she says dropped to his knees to apologize and begged her not to tell anyone. According to the docs, the woman went to a hospital where they administered a rape kit. She says the masseur was arrested.

The crazy part ... the woman claims the masseur had 2 prior allegations of sexual assault against him -- including at another Massage Envy in Maryland -- but was allowed to keep working. She's suing for $25 million in damages.

Young Dolph is recovering from surgery after getting shot in Hollywood, but he won't be sitting down, comfortably anyway, for a while ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the Memphis rapper tell us he was hit at least twice -- probably more -- during the shooting. We know he was hit in one of his arms and his butt. He underwent surgery Tuesday night, and we're told he'll be okay -- his injuries are non-life threatening.

As we reported ... LAPD has arrested one person in connection with the shooting, and our law enforcement sources tell us Dolph's rival, Yo Gotti, is a person of interest.

One of Usher's herpes accusers is firing back at his claim she assumed the risk of catching an STD when she got in bed with him -- and says there was nothing for her to assume.

Laura Helm is the accuser from Georgia who's suing him for $20 million -- and in new docs, obtained by TMZ, she says it's preposterous Usher is calling her out, saying she should've assumed STDs were a possibility when they hooked up.

Helm says that means she would have to have knowledge of the specific danger -- and there was no way for her to have that info because Usher kept his trap shut about it. Bottom line: consent to sex does not equal consent to risk of catching STDs.
