Notorious Mafia hitman-turned-rat, "Sammy the Bull" Gravano, has a gnarly new look after 17 years up the river -- but he's got the same taste in Italian food.

Gravano resurfaced at Uncle Sal's restaurant in Scottsdale on October 9 -- a few weeks after his release from prison -- to pick up a takeout order. We're told he popped in with his son and stayed for about 15 minutes.

Despite his new sleeve of tattoos and shaved head, we're told patrons recognized the former mobster. Makes sense ... Sammy's fam used to own the restaurant. His wife kept running it for a few years after he was busted for running an ecstasy ring.

If Uncle Sal's sounds familiar, it's the same spot where Harvey Weinstein had dinner the night before beginning rehab. 'The Bull' was there a couple days earlier.

Bethenny Frankel's ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, will cop a plea Monday in his stalking/aggravated harassment case, but Bethenny is still scared ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Jason will get an ACD .. Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal. Short story ... he has to stay clear of Bethenny for 6 months and obey all laws. If he harasses her in any way, the D.A. will throw the book at him.

Bethenny has an order of protection against Jason, prohibiting him from contacting her. That order stays in place for the 6 months. After that, it goes away.

If Hoppy lives on the straight and narrow for the 6 months, all charges against him will be dismissed. His attorney, Alex Spiro, says, "We are pleased but not at all surprised that all charges will be dismissed. It is clear that the allegations were not credited and their motive questioned. Mr. Hoppy looks forward to moving forward raising his daughter in privacy."

The lawyer representing Harvey Weinstein's rape accuser got before microphones today ... the question is why.

David Ring says his client had a "thorough interview" with the LAPD Thursday, and the #1 priority for her is the criminal investigation.

He says she's 38 years old, from Italy where she was an actress. Ring says she had met Weinstein in Rome prior to the alleged 2013 rape, but that was it. He repeated what she told the L.A. Times ... that Weinstein "bullied" his way into her hotel room and raped her.

Usher's accuser, Quantasia Sharpton, is trying to add some ammo to her herpes lawsuit by questioning another woman who had sexual relations with the singer ... but that woman wants none of it.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman referred to as Jane Doe claims Quantasia is going after "extremely private and embarrassing information" about her sexual history with Usher and wants to drag her in for a deposition.

Jane Doe claims her private info was stolen and leaked without her consent, which is how Sharpton became privy to it and led to her seeking the depo.

According to the docs ... Jane Doe's sexual past and medical info has nothing to do with Sharpton's suit and would only serve to violate her right to privacy and humiliate her.

The woman who claimed she became suicidal after Jim Carrey gave her herpes created an elaborate extortion scheme with fake medical records to make it seem she was clean before she met Jim ... this according to new legal docs.

Carrey now claims Cathriona White -- who committed suicide in 2015 -- had herpes before they met, but needed to change the facts. So he says she got her friend's medical records showing a clean bill of health, and then altered them to make it appear the records were hers.

According to Carrey's new legal docs, White then presented the before and after medical records, claiming it was proof -- the only change was that she started having sex with him and got genital herpes.

Carrey claims in legal docs they have a smoking gun in the form of text messages from White to her friend ... asking the friend numerous times to go to Planned Parenthood to get her medical records and one of the text messages says, "I need to see the layout ... I will need to work on it before I give it to him."

The new docs were filed in connection with a lawsuit brought by White's husband and mother, who claim Carrey gave her the disease and that's why she killed herself.

Carrey's legal team just made an ultimatum ... either ante up non-forged medical records or admit she had multiple STDs before she even met the actor.

Michael Avenatti, attorney for Cathriona's estate, tells us Carrey's new claim is "complete and utter bulls**t. When the truth comes out, Mr. Carrey and certain of his advisers are going to be criminally prosecuted for their conduct in this case. They better buckle up."

Kevin Dillon's not going to fork over a dime to his estranged wife to send their daughter to private school, especially since he thinks public school is perfectly fine ... according to new legal docs.

The "Entourage" star says he can't afford to pay his ex, Jane Stuart, any more money for tuition for their daughter Ava -- who's heading into 6th grade -- because he's already paying child and spousal support and living off his savings.

The problem -- Jane believes Ava should attend a private school in Calabasas, where she's gone her whole life, but Kevin thinks a public school in Malibu with a "gold medal" ranking by U.S. News and World Report is more than sufficient ... not to mention more cost-effective.

Jane claims Kevin's out of touch with their daughter's needs ... and she doesn't want Ava to attend the Malibu school because of its alleged drug issues and cancer-causing agents on campus.

Kim Porter and her friends have an interesting take on Lupita Nyong'o's encounter with Harvey Weinstein, and it's basically ... at least he included black women.

Kim and co. were leaving Catch in WeHo when we asked them about Lupita's story -- that Weinstein pulled his massage move on her, and she had to flee when he tried to get naked.

The lawyer representing the L.A. woman who is now accusing Harvey Weinstein of rape is determined to let the world know ... he's her lawyer.

Attorney David Ring has already updated his website, boasting his new client ... "David Ring of Taylor & Ring is representing the victim who was raped by Harvey Weinstein in Los Angeles in 2013. LAPD has taken a criminal report. The investigation is ongoing. This will be a developing story."

It goes on ... "The victim and Mr. Ring are fully cooperating with the LAPD."

Ring links to a story posted on the L.A. Times website, immediately after the alleged victim spoke to LAPD. She and Ring sat for the interview with the Times.

Ring then put out a media advisory that he will be holding a news conference Friday at 1 PM PT, spilling more details about the case.

The L.A. burglars really hit the big one this time -- breaking into Mariah Carey's mansion and making off with $50,000 worth of stuff ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Mariah's crib was hit around 3 AM Thursday. It appears they got in through a window or door on an upper floor ... a ladder was found in the backyard.

Surprisingly, we're told the crooks didn't make off with any fabulous jewelry. Instead, they bagged up $50k worth of purses and sunglasses. Here's the thing ... as expensive as Mimi's taste is, that's probably less than 10 items total.

In any event, we're told no one was home at the time -- Mariah is in NYC -- and although the burglars tripped a silent alarm ... her security didn't discover the break-in until about 6 or 7 AM.

Cops are investigating, and they've got a glut of these cases now. As we've reported ... Jason Derulo, Alanis Morissette, David Spade, Emmy Rossum and Scott Disick -- to name just a few -- have all been hit this year.

Ex-Seattle Seahawks star Brandon Browner was arrested for cocaine in L.A. back in May and was hauled to the station for a shirtless mug shot ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The La Verne Police Dept. has confirmed 33-year-old Browner was arrested on May 25 at 7:04 AM after cops say he was in possession of a controlled substance and under the influence.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the substance in question is cocaine.

We're told the former Pro Bowl cornerback -- an original member of the Legion of Boom -- was released a few hours after his arrest.

Just a few months later, Browner was arrested again for allegedly making criminal threats against a woman.

O.J. Simpson's one step closer to being on the road again, and you're officially on notice, Nevada!

Simpson rolled into his local DMV to get a new driver's license. His first step on Wednesday was something O.J.'s had a lot of practice doing -- the mug shot.

No need for a profile or inmate number this time around.

Simpson seemed to take it seriously. The 70-year-old even busted out his readers for the written test.

No word if he passed on his first try, but we'd love to know if he nailed this question:

5:19 PM PT -- We spoke with a co-CEO of F45 who tells us straight up, "Everything that's been lodged is a total fabrication of the truth."

F45 not only plans to fight the allegations -- but the co-CEO says they will countersue Owens adding, "He picked a fight with the wrong company."

F45 says the company respects Owens as one of the greatest athletes alive -- and thinks he should be in the Pro Football Hall of Fame -- but says he's lying through his teeth when it comes to his lawsuit.

The company notes they have great endorsement relationships with several high profile athletes including Joel Embiid and Harrison Barnes.

"We're not a company that doesn't pay our bills."

TMZ Sports obtained a lawsuit T.O. filed against a massive gym company called F45 -- a bootcamp-style workout studio that offers high intensity, 45-minute workouts.

Owens is pissed because he says F45 approached him to essentially be a spokesperson for the gym -- in a deal that would pay $15k for a promo "hype" video to help get investors.

He made the video -- 53 seconds long and says he got paid his $15k.

The problem ... Terrell says the deal was supposed to pay him an additional $25,000 bonus for each of the first 25 F45 franchises that opened in the United States. After 25 locations, Owens says the bonus dropped to $5k per gym.

Owens claims F45 opened at least 45 locations in the U.S. -- but he didn't get paid a cent of his bonus money and now he's demanding at least $725k to make things right.

So far, no comment from F45.

Venus Williams is finally making herself available to talk to opposing lawyers about the fatal car crash ... and the wrongful death lawsuit.

According to a court doc obtained by TMZ Sports ... Venus will sit for a deposition on November 9 in West Palm Beach. As we first reported ... attorneys for the estate of Jerome Barson said the tennis superstar had refused to respond to their repeated requests since July.

Barson's attorney, Michael Steinger, tells us, "After months of avoiding our repeated requests for deposition and after requesting the court order the same, we are pleased that Ms. Williams realized the importance of her testimony in this very serious case."

A woman filed a police report with LAPD Thursday claiming Harvey Weinstein raped her in 2013, and the Department has launched a criminal investigation.

The woman is an Italian model/actress who claims she attended the Italia Film, Fashion and Art Festival in February, 2013.

She claims she had met Weinstein before, and in fact she says at the time he asked her up to his room but she declined. On this occasion, she says Weinstein showed up at her hotel lobby at Mr. C Beverly Hills and asked if he could join her in her room. She says she declined, but a short time later Weinstein was at her hotel door.

The woman, who was 34 at the time, tells the L.A. Times Weinstein forced his way into her room, saying, "I'm not going to f*** you. I just want to talk." She says he repeatedly asked to see her naked, then grabbed her by the hair, yanked her into the bathroom and forcibly raped her.

She says she begged him to stop, showing him pictures of her kids. It apparently went on for 45 minutes, and Weinstein allegedly left.

She says she was afraid to report him, but told her priest, a friend and a nanny.

Nicki Minaj will take the stand during her brother's child rape trial ... and is expected to tell jurors the mother of the alleged victim attempted to extort her for millions.

Nicki will be the star witness during Jelani Maraj's court case in NYC, where he stands accused of raping his then 11-year-old stepdaughter in 2015.

During opening arguments Thursday, Maraj's defense attorney, David Schwartz, told jurors his client's then-wife, Jacqueline Robinson, forced her children to lie to authorities in an attempt to squeeze $25 million out of Nicki.

He said Robinson told Nicki, "I can make the charges go away for $25 million." Schwartz went on to say Robinson hatched a plan to get Maraj to marry her only for the opportunity to extort Nicki.

Shia LaBeouf entered a guilty plea for his public intoxication arrest -- the one where he went off on a racist rant -- and the judge is sending him to anger management.

Shia entered the Savannah, GA courtroom Thursday morning, and didn't get any special celeb treatment -- he waited in the back of the court until his case was called. Once it was, Shia addressed the judge and pled guilty to obstruction and no contest to disorderly conduct. His public drunkenness charge was dismissed.

He was sentenced to anger management and one year probation. He also has to undergo alcohol evaluation, and pay $2,680 in fines.

TMZ broke the story ... the night of his arrest, police cameras captured Shia saying a slew of nasty and racist comments to the officers. Lowlights include -- "stupid bitch," "dumb f**k," telling a black officer he was going to hell ... for being black.

And, of course, telling another officer his wife watches porn because she loves "black d**k."

Good times.
