There's officially only one Fashion Santa now ... and you're looking at him.

Paul Mason aka Toronto's FIRST famed Fashion Santa tells TMZ his legal battle with the Yorkdale Mall is over, and he got what he wanted. The OG gained international attention a few years ago when he did his thing, but when Yorkdale tried to trademark "Fashion Santa" ... Paul challenged in court.

Paul argued the trademark should be his because he's the only model people associate with the title, "Fashion Santa." He says they eventually settled out of court, and now he has the trademark.

Santa can't lose, bro -- and he told us he has big comeback plans.

The ex-wife of slain NBA star Lorenzen Wright is locked up in Southern California ... after cops busted her in connection with his murder.

TMZ Sports got Sherra Wright's mug shot. The Riverside County Sheriff's Dept. busted her Friday evening on a fugitive warrant for murder -- which was issued in Tennessee. Memphis police have charged her with 1st degree murder and conspiracy.

Lorenzen -- who played 14 years in the NBA -- was murdered 7 years ago. His remains were found in the woods, 10 days after he was seen leaving Sherra's Tennessee home.

The case had gone cold until recently -- police found the murder weapon in a lake, and earlier this month arrested Billy Turner and charged him with 1st degree murder.

Police aren't saying yet what the alleged connection is between Turner and Lorenzen's ex-wife ... who is sitting in jail pending extradition to Tennessee. Reports say they went to the same church.

12/16 7:30 PM PT -- Simmons has responded to the allegations, saying he intends to defend himself. He adds ... "For the record, I did not assault the person making these accusations in the manner alleged in the complaint or harm her in any way."

Gene Simmons is being sued for allegedly groping a woman during the opening of a restaurant last month.

The lawsuit -- filed by a Jane Doe -- claims she interviewed Simmons last month at the opening of a Rock & Brews in San Bernardino. The accuser claims during the interview, Gene reached over, grabbed her hand and forcibly placed it on his knee. She says it made her feel uncomfortable, but continued the interview.

The docs claim Gene grabbed the reporter's hand, commented on how soft it was and creepily suggested she must use lotion ... things got more weird when Simmons reached over and allegedly flicked the interviewer's throat.

The defendant says following that action, she did her best to stop the interview, but Gene tried to keep going. Finally, she claims he touched her ass when everyone posed for a group photo.

Prosecutors are done with Nelly's alleged rape case, but he isn't -- he's vowing to sue the woman he says falsely accused him.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors in Washington State dropped the case this week, saying the accuser wasn't cooperating and therefore they couldn't proceed. Nelly's attorney Scott Rosenblum isn't surprised and tells us, "Nelly has suffered very real damage to his reputation. He has incurred economic loss and painfully has watched his family suffer. As a result Nelly is planning to proceed with litigation as the first step in restoring his reputation."

Rosenblum says Nelly recognizes real victims of sexual assault need to be heard, and adds that's why they're going after his accuser. "This type of reckless false allegation cannot be tolerated as it is an affront to the real survivors of sexual assault."

The accuser's attorney said her client only refused to testify because of the public pressure she faced after accusing a huge celeb was too much.

Taylor Swift's not quite the hero TIME magazine made her out to be, because she didn't want to take the stand in the "butt grabbing" trial ... she was forced to do so, according to David Mueller.

Mueller, the accused butt grabber, thinks Taylor didn't deserve the Person of the Year cover because he's the one who sued her for getting him fired. Plus, he points out Taylor fought at every turn to keep the case out of the public eye -- and only showed up to testify when the judge ordered it.

He thinks TIME was just trying to sell magazines, and overreached to connect Taylor to the nationwide flood of sexual assault victims coming forward.

He also explains the real reason why he paid Taylor with a $1 Sacagawea coin. As we reported ... Taylor won her counter suit against Mueller for sexual assault.

It's been a long, tumultuous journey filled with battles over custody, spousal support and even sex tapes ... but Mel B and Stephen Belafonte are officially divorced.

According to new legal docs ... a judge granted the dissolution of their marriage as of December 15. All that's left to work out now is the division of their property.

Skylar Grey says she desperately needs protection from her ex-husband ... a man she claims is secretly recording video of her in her home, and threatening her boyfriend.

In legal docs, Skylar says Todd Mandel hired private investigators to track her current bf, Elliott Taylor. She also says her ex has threatened to physically harm Elliott.

According to the docs, Mandel is also surreptitiously recording her in her home ... using hidden cameras and recording devices to monitor her every move and word. Skylar -- who's featured on Eminem's new album -- says she found out about this Wednesday night during a party ... when Mandel told her he was "stalking me and is following and monitoring me and my boyfriend."

In the docs, she says she learned Mandel has screenshots of private pics of her. The most menacing part came when Mandel allegedly told her "he planned to physically hurt her," and he was going to do it within the next 2 hours.

Benji Madden hired a remodeling crew to overhaul the house where he and Cameron Diaz live, but after what he call shoddy, overpriced work ... the rock star is suing.

The Good Charlotte member says he made a deal with Ryan Silverman and The Wooden Palate in Spring 2015 to remodel his spare bedroom, kitchen, laundry room, deck and a man cave.

According to the docs ... workers finished the project in October 2016 -- at which point Madden had forked over $478,509 -- but he said the job "was done improperly and would have to be redone" ... especially the man cave.

In the suit, Benji says custom built doors for the wine cellar had to be repaired, along with other defects, to the tune of an extra $78k. All in all, Madden wants more than $500k back in damages and a big refund ... plus his legal fees.

XXXTentacion's straight-laced look -- button down shirt, with his locks pulled up and off his face -- was NOT enough to sway the judge, but it made for one helluva mug shot.

TMZ obtained the pic XXX took when he was booked into Miami-Dade County Jail Friday morning. We broke the story ... the judge locked up the rapper Friday morning following a hearing in his domestic violence case.

XXX could be looking at seriously hard time after prosecutors added 7 new felony counts to his case. The 5'6" 19-year-old is being held without bail.

Joe Mixon was so confident he was gonna sign a big NFL contract before the 2017 Draft -- he dropped nearly $200,000 on some insane jewelry ... this according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ Sports.

Remember, before the Bengals selected the RB with the 48th pick -- there were serious questions on whether a team would pull the trigger based on his violent 2014 incident with a female Oklahoma student.

But Mixon wasn't questioning himself ... and allegedly made at least 3 major purchases in February, March and early April which included the following items:

-- Custom diamond Rolex ($25,000)

-- Custom diamond necklace ($20,000)

-- Second Rolex watch ($16,000)

-- Men's gold and diamond tennis bracelet ($35,000)

-- Gold and diamond dog chain ($22,000)

Problem is ... when it came to pay the $190k bill, Mixon only ponied up around $100k, according to the jewelry broker, Eleow Hunt.

Hunt says he's been pestering Mixon for the $85k balance -- but he keeps getting crickets.

Of course, Mixon ended up signing a 4-year $5.45 million contract -- so, he's got the money.

The man who accused Ray Allen of making violent threats against him after their alleged relationship went sour is backing off -- he's dropped his case against the NBA star, TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Bryant Coleman got a temporary restraining order against Allen in Florida after telling the court Ray sent men after him and made violent threats over the phone.

Coleman had previously told TMZ Sports he believed his life was in danger.

Ray had always maintained the allegations were B.S. -- and that Coleman is the real bad guy ... who catfished him in a scheme to get private information from the NBA star.

Now, we've obtained court documents which show Coleman has voluntarily dropped his restraining order -- though he doesn't explain why the change of heart.

Ray's attorney, David Markus, tells us, "We are pleased Coleman voluntarily dismissed the injunction and false claims he made against Ray Allen."

"Ray has never met Coleman. Ray Allen has never spoken with Coleman. Ray has never threatened him or anyone. He wants nothing to do with him and is looking forward to putting this matter behind him."

XXXTentacion was sent straight to jail Friday morning after prosecutors slapped him with 7 new charges, all felonies, in his 2016 domestic violence case.

The new counts include different degrees of witness tampering and witness harassment. Prosecutors believe he coerced the ex-girlfriend he's accused of beating. He was already facing charges of battery against a pregnant woman and false imprisonment.

As we reported ... X filed a document earlier this month allegedly signed by the woman and stating she no longer wanted him to be prosecuted.

At Friday's hearing in Miami-Dade County, the judge said he had violated his bond from his initial arrest ... so he was immediately sent to jail, and is being held without bail.

5:00 PM PT -- "America's Next Top Model" judge Kelly Cutrone is also accusing Simmons of sexual misconduct, telling the New York Post he tried to rape her after they left a party together in 1991 ... but she was able to fight him off and flee.

Russell Simmons is under the microscope of the NYPD, which is now investigating him for multiple rape allegations.

NYPD's special victims unit is reportedly looking into at least 7 claims of sexual misconduct against the Def Jam co-founder ... some dating back to the early '80s. According to the L.A. Times ... detectives are already reaching out to some of the alleged victims.

As we reported ... Simmons stepped down from his businesses last month after Jenny Lumet claimed he raped her in the '90s. Model Keri Claussen Khalighi has also accused him of rape.

Simmons denies the rapes and says all his sexual encounters were consensual.

Russell Simmons hooked himself up to a lie detector, and says the results prove he did NOT sexually assault model Keri Claussen Khalighi.

TMZ obtained this image of Simmons taking the polygraph Wednesday in the L.A. area. Russell's camp says it was administered by a national leader in the field of polygraphing. We're told he was asked a series of questions about the allegations made by Khalighi.

You'll recall, she claims Simmons forced her into performing oral sex on him -- back in 1991 when she was 17 -- while director Brett Ratner sat and watched.

According to Simmons' attorneys, Michael Sterling and E. Carlos Tanner, Simmons passed with flying colors, and plans to repeat the test for allegations made by 4 other women. They say Russell will release all the results once he's completed the tests.

This marks a shift in Simmons' response. He initially apologized for being "insensitive" in some of his relationships -- but Thursday he launched a #NOTME campaign on Instagram. He insists he's not trying to diminish the #METOO movement ... but simply prove his innocence.

Russell and his legal team are inviting any of his accusers, including Khalighi, to also take a polygraph.

Jennifer Hudson is putting out a bunch of not-so-sly disses against her ex, David Otunga, which he says violates the gag order in their bitter custody war ... TMZ has learned.

David filed docs this week calling out Jennifer for allegedly throwing repeated public jabs his way. In the docs, David points a Dec. 4 episode of "The Voice" where Jennifer is talking to Davon Fleming, one of the contestants. She makes a crack about her relationships never lasting.

In the docs, David also accuses Jennifer of shading him with an Instagram video where she's whispering about hate and jealousy. She never says David's name, but he thinks it's all about him.

He wants the judge to find Jennifer in contempt for violating the gag order.

Mickey Mouse and his cronies at Disneyland are picking favorites within the park's exclusive Club 33, which cost 2 members access to the group ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Carlton Enterprises, repped by Sean Macias, is suing The Happiest Place on Earth for what it calls vengeful retaliation and wrongful termination of their Prez and VP Scott and Diana Anderson's Club 33 memberships this past October after a new general manager came on board.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, the Andersons allege that since Luke Stedman started running the day-to-day at Club 33 last year, he went out of his way to blacklist the couple ... going so far as to suspend their memberships twice over rumors they badmouthed the club and Ms. Anderson allegedly "raised her voice" ... before kicking them out entirely.

The final straw, from the Anderson's side anyway, went down earlier this year while Scott was attending a fantasy draft event at Disney's California Adventure ... and suddenly became very ill. He says Stedman accused him of being drunk, and pulled the plug after that.

The Andersons say Disney had no right to revoke their memberships without due process ... and they're asking a judge for damages (Club 33 ain't cheap, after all). We've reached out Walt Disney Parks for comment ... so far, no word back.
