7:20 PM PT -- Mariah's reps tell us the alleged incident did not involve any members of her security team, and instead it was the venue's security.

All one of Mariah Carey's fans wants for Christmas is justice for a beatdown he says he got from a bodyguard in Las Vegas.

The alleged assault went down Saturday night after Mariah's show at Caesars Palace. The fan, Yaniv Elharar, says he started recording video of one of her bodyguards roughing up another fan. Yaniv claims the bodyguard saw him recording and flipped out ... smacking his phone away and punching him twice, in the chest and the ribs.

Based on photos of the alleged injuries ... it seems he was was also hit in the face, although Yaniv claims he doesn't recall it in the scuffle. He claims the bodyguard chased him out of the auditorium, and that's when he called LV Metro PD.

Jani Lane's estate is screwing Jani Lane's ex-managers out of the dough they earned by selling off his catalog for a shockingly high price ... according to the lawsuit they just filed.

The late Warrant frontman's managers -- Just Having Fun Productions -- filed the suit, claiming Jani's estate has yet to pay them some hefty commissions. According to the suit, the managers engineered a deal to sell a chunk of Jani's music to a publishing company.

The deal was worth $3.75 million, and in the suit the managers say they're entitled to 15% of that amount ... which is $562k. However, they say they offered the estate a discount ... a mere 12.5% ... but still haven't gotten paid.

Jani died in 2011 from alcohol poisoning.

Just Having Fun is suing for fraud and breach of contract, and they're no longer offering that discount. They want the full $562k.

By the way ... gotta give 'em props for getting nearly $4 mil for the catalog. How many times can ya play "Heaven" and "Cherry Pie?"

Kim Richards is 1 step closer to shutting the book on her Beverly Hills rampage case, 'cause she just checked off the last thing a judge wanted from her ... 450 hours of her time.

Kim's lawyer was in court Tuesday and presented proof that the ex-'Real Housewife' completed her required 450 hours of community service for allegedly kicking a cop during a drunken episode at the Beverly Hills Hotel in 2015.

As we reported ... Kim was originally sentenced to 30 days of labor, but prosecutors cut her break and pushed for a softer sentence ... AA classes and community service.

Her team had already provided proof of enrollment for AA, but she still had about 270 hours of community service hanging over her head this past September. Looks like she picked up the pace since then.

And Tuesdays are for legal threats ... because Barstool is now declaring war on the NFL for allegedly jacking their trademark slogan.

Here's the deal ... Barstool (the super popular sports blog) has been selling "SAFTB" gear for years. In fact, BS President Dave Portnoy tells TMZ Sports they have a trademark on the slogan.

So, Portnoy and his Barstool team were shocked when they saw the NFL selling "Sundays Are For The Boys" shirts on the NFLShop.com website ... the official online store of the NFL.

Portnoy -- who considers NFL Commish Roger Goodell a "sworn enemy" -- tells us he's already gearing up to file a lawsuit unless the NFL pulls the shirts from the shop immediately.

El Presidente says the league stepped into a "bear trap" and it should be no-brainer for the league to wave the white flag because "we got 'em by the balls."

We reached out to the NFL for comment -- so far, no word back.

Georgina Chapman stands to get 8 figures if she divorces Harvey Weinstein today, but their prenup says he could fork out much more ... now that they've crossed the 10-year mark.

The Weinsteins' 10th anniversary was Friday, and while they obviously have nothing to celebrate ... the milestone triggers a major bump in spousal support. The prenup they signed in December 2007 says Georgina gets $400k annually for every year of marriage, if they divorce now.

Before the anniversary, that number was only $300k.

The docs also spell out her cut of their marital assets. For the first 5 years of marriage, Georgina gets $250k per year -- and for years 6 through 10, she gets $700k per year. That totals up to a lump sum payment of $4.75 million.

But wait, there's more -- a housing allowance. Mrs. W gets $25k per month of marriage, with a cap of $3 mil ... which they've reached after 120 months together.

Add in the 10 years of spousal support -- for another $4 mil -- and the grand total is $11.75 million.

The numbers are huge, but so are their bottom lines. Weinstein is reportedly worth north of $250 mil ... while Georgina's net worth is roughly $20 million.

This all assumes Georgina files for divorce sometime soon. We know she's hired a high-powered NY divorce attorney, but, so far, no docs have been filed.

The prenup does have a gag order of sorts -- they both agree not to publish diaries, memoirs, letters, stories, photographs, or do interviews referring to their personal biz or financial affairs. Ditto for movies and TV deals. Sorry, Lifetime.

Faith Evans has low, LOW expectations when it comes to cops solving Tupac or Notorious B.I.G.'s murders -- so she's not shocked cops found, then lost, Pac's murder weapon.

The guitarist from Bad Religion has another bad situation with his ex-wife -- he just got a new restraining order against her.

Greg Hetson was granted the protection from Alia Hetson ... after filing docs saying Alia banged on his front door earlier this month around 3 AM, and yelled for him to come talk to her. She left, but returned an hour later to knock on his bedroom window.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Greg says he completely crushed any hope of them getting back together at the end of November, and insists she's been stalking and harassing him ever since. He also suspects she broke into his place through a doggy door.

The exes have gone back and forth with restraining orders and police visits for years.

For now, she has to stay 100 yards away from Greg.

Justin Bieber won't have to apologize -- at least not in public legal docs -- for allegedly jacking a vocal loop for his hit single "Sorry."

TMZ broke the story ... Biebs was sued in 2016 by indie pop singer Casey Daniel aka White Hinterland who claimed "Sorry" contained, "unique characteristics of the female vocal riff," similar to her 2014 single, "Ring The Bell."

Looks like Casey and The Biebs figured things out on their own because she filed docs to dismiss the lawsuit.

Mark Salling made good on his plea deal by marching into court Monday and pleading guilty to possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor.

Salling was in the L.A. courthouse and, as we expected since he struck the deal in October, pled guilty. Prosecutors say more than 50,000 images of child porn and child erotica were found in the ex-"Glee" star's possession. The victims were ages 3 to 5.

Prosecutors recommended he get 4 to 7 years in prison under the plea deal -- as opposed to the 20 years he was facing under a max sentence. The judge will sentence him in March.

The husband of a former contestant on the reality show "Bridalplasty" who was murdered by her lover is suing her estate to get money he says he paid to pay her debts.

Derek Michael Harryman claims he's out $235,622.63 after making repairs to the home he shared with Lisa Marie Naegle as well as paying her tax debts ... this according to new docs obtained by TMZ.

In docs, Derek says he filed a creditor's claim but more than 30 days has passed and he's heard zilch from the estate or its administrator, Danielle Neagle-Kaimoana, whom he's also suing to get the dough.

Sarah Palin's oldest son allegedly broke into his parents' house and beat his dad bloody until cops showed up and busted him ... TMZ has learned.

According to an affidavit by the arresting officer, Sarah called police in Wasilla, Alaska Saturday saying her son, Track, was "freaking out" and on "some type of medication."

As cops were responding, they got an update that Track had broken through a window at the Palin house and was assaulting his father, Todd. Upon arriving, cops say they found Todd fleeing in a vehicle and bleeding from the face ... with Track still inside.

While trying to subdue him, the officer says Track called the cops "peasants" and told them to drop their guns. Eventually, they arrested him and got the full story.

According to Todd, he and Track got into a heated argument earlier in the night about picking up his son's truck. Todd told Track not to come since he'd been drinking and was on pain meds, but Track came anyway.

Todd told cops that he had armed himself with a pistol and was prepared to "protect his family." That's when Track busted through the window, disarmed his dad and started pounding on his head ... before Todd was able to escape.

One of the guys who successfully pitched the Paint Brush Cover to Mark Cuban and the rest of the "Shark Tank" team got swept up in a cocaine bust this week.

John DePaola was arrested Sunday as part of a massive drug bust in New Jersey in an operation prosecutors are calling Operation Snowball. Law enforcement officials believe DePaola is one of 9 people tied to a cocaine distribution ring.

The group was allegedly moving about one third of a kilo per week. Cops say they confiscated more than 700 grams of coke, and $14,943.

XXXTentaction's count of felony charges is now into double digits -- prosecutors added 8 additional, bringing his total to 15, and they're all related to witness tampering ... TMZ has learned.

According to prosecuting documents ... prosecutors believe the alleged witness tampering went down in October 2016 ... when XXX was initially arrested for domestic violence. He's accused of beating his then-pregnant ex-girlfriend.

Law enforcement sources tell us XXX made multiple phone calls while behind bars, which were recorded ... as all prisoner calls are. We're told evidence from those phone calls led to the new charges.

We broke the story ... XXX was sent back to jail last week because the new charges constituted a violation of his bond. Prosecutors believe he tried to coerce the girlfriend into not testifying.

The rapper's being held without bail, and no longer has phone privileges ... judge's orders.

Harvey Weinstein might dodge prosecution on sex crimes, but he could still get nailed for financial crimes tied to settlement money he's paid alleged victims over the years.

Law enforcement sources confirm the Manhattan D.A. is actively probing dozens of payments Weinstein has made to settle sexual misconduct cases out of court. We're told the D.A.'s Office is looking into the source of that settlement dough.

If it was misappropriated from The Weinstein Company ... Harvey could potentially be charged with embezzlement. Think Al Capone getting taken down for tax evasion.

We're told more than 20 grand jury subpoenas have been issued to people at The Weinstein Co. and several employees have already been interviewed for the financial investigation ... as well as the alleged rape cases.

TMZ broke the story ... authorities have issues with Paz de la Huerta's alleged rape case against Weinstein, and feel it might be impossible to prosecute him on that one.

We're told the embezzlement probe is plan B at this point.

Justin Timberlake has been teasing a new album for months, and we found some docs that might reveal what it's gonna be called.

The singer just filed to trademark the phrase "Man of the Woods." According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Justin's aiming to use it for a bunch of things like CDs, DVDs, downloadable music, clothes, concert posters, programs ... and live performances and tours.

He also applied to trademark "Fresh Leaves," which docs say could go on hats, robes, shorts, jerseys, long-sleeved t-shirts, and more.

Educated guess? One's the album title and the other's the first single.

Justin's filing comes less than 2 months before he performs the halftime show for Super Bowl 52 -- a gig that would exponentially boost his album sales.

Sarah Palin's oldest son has been arrested again on charges of domestic violence ... the second time he's been busted in 2 years.

Track Palin was reportedly arrested Saturday in Wasilla, Alaska and arraigned on 3 separate charges -- felony burglary, misdemeanor reckless assault, and misdemeanor criminal mischief for causing up to $500 in property damage.

Details of the incident weren't immediately released. We've reached out Wasilla PD for further comment ... so far, no word back.

As we reported ... Track was also arrested on domestic violence charges in January 2016 after cops say he drunkenly assaulted a woman while in possession of a firearm.

Track, who's 28 years old, appeared on Gov. Palin's reality show "Sarah Palin's Alaska" for at least 5 episodes between 2010 and 2011. He has 2 kids -- one with his ex-wife, Britta Hanson, and another from ex-GF Jordan Loewe.
