Farrah Abraham says a 'Teen Mom' honcho ridiculed her for her adult film work, and she's not gonna take it laying down ... she's taking the whole company to court.

Farrah says she met with Morgan J. Freeman (no relation), an executive producer on "Teen Mom OG," at her home in Texas last October. In a lawsuit, she says Freeman harassed, humiliated and degraded her doing porn.

The 'Backdoor Teen Mom' star says Freeman went on to threaten her future career at MTV, and she "feared for her life" because he was hostile toward her. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, shortly after the meeting MTV fired Farrah from the remainder of the 'OG' season, and also pulled the plug on negotiations for a long-term deal.

MTV aired portions of Farrah and Freeman meeting in a preview for the current season -- it was clearly tense, but there was no mention of her porn career in the clip that aired.

Farrah's suing Freeman, Viacom -- MTV's parent company -- and a few smaller production companies for at least $5 million.

Harvey Weinstein wants one of the class action lawsuits against him dismissed, and says Gwyneth Paltrow and Jennifer Lawrence prove the case has some major holes.

Weinstein filed docs responding to the suit ... which claims he -- along with the board of TWC -- used his power to intimidate women and cover up his pattern of sexual misconduct. In his new docs Weinstein says his experience with Gwyneth shows he did NOT intimidate women.

He says even though Gwyneth has accused him of harassing her in 1994, while filming "Emma," he points out she went on to star in other Weinstein movies, including "Shakespeare in Love" ... which earned her an Oscar. His point ... her career clearly didn't "suffer as a result of her rebuffing his alleged advances."

In the docs, Weinstein also says J Law and Meryl Streep show the plaintiffs are trying to drag too many people into the class action suit. It seeks to include "all women who met with Harvey" about Weinstein projects. But Weinstein says Jennifer has spoken glowingly about him, and he quotes, "he had only ever been nice to me." He adds Meryl also echoed her praise, calling him respectful in their working relationship.

Weinstein wants the suit tossed for those reasons, and also because he says the sexual misconduct allegations fall outside the statute of limitations.

Trey Songz is being accused of striking a woman he was partying with during NBA All-Star weekend ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the woman filed a police report claiming Trey hit her in the face Saturday night while they were attending a Hollywood Hills party.

She claims Trey got upset because she was talking to another man, and hit her during an argument. We're told she left the party on her own to go to a hospital, and talked to police soon afterward. We're told her injuries were minor.

The case will be reviewed by the L.A. City Attorney to determine if Songz will be charged. We've reached out to his reps ... so far, no word back.

NFL superstar Aldon Smith is begging a judge to drastically reduce his child support obligations immediately ... claiming he can't keep up the high payments while suspended by the league.

28-year-old Smith hasn't played a snap in the NFL since 2015 -- when he was suspended for a hit and run arrest in which cops say he was also drunk. Smith says he's currently awaiting reinstatement.

The issue ... back in 2013, Smith was ordered to pay $9,007 per month in child support to his baby mama for their now 5-year-old son.

He has since fallen behind almost $79,000 in payments -- and he's concerned it's only going to get worse unless the judge cuts him a break.

Smith says, at the time the child support amount was determined, he was making $3 million per year ($250k per month) ... so he could easily afford the payments. But things have changed ...

"I have had no income since November 2015," Smith states in court docs obtained by TMZ Sports ... "I have done my best to stay current, but without an income I have fallen behind."

One source connected to the case tell TMZ Sports ... Smith is full of crap and continues to live a lavish lifestyle while blowing off child support.

Kendrick Lamar and SZA ripped off an artist by taking her famed artwork and using it to promote the soundtrack for "Black Panther" ... according to a new suit.

Lina Iris Viktor claims her fine art titled "Constellations I," "Constellations II" and "Constellations III" are being used in the official music video for the musicians' song "All the Stars" ... despite her refusing permission.

The artist claims reps for the movie contacted her twice -- in 2016 and as recently as January -- asking her to lend her work to the movie or create new work for it ... but she said no. According to the docs, they did it anyway, which she calls "both an egregious violation of federal law and an affront to the artist, her livelihood, her legacy and to artists everywhere."

Viktor claims the vid tries to mimic the "unique look and feel" of her works, but also uses "specific copyrightable elements" such as "stylized motifs of mythical animals, gilded geometric forms on a black background, and distinctively textured areas and patterns."

In an added twist of irony ... Viktor says the movie promotes themes of black and female empowerment, yet ignored her wishes ... and she's a black, African woman.

She's suing for damages and she wants an injunction prohibiting Kendrick and SZA from using her artwork to promote the soundtrack.

Steve Wynn has yet another legal problem ... the shareholders of Wynn Resorts have just filed a class action lawsuit against the fallen mogul and other execs, claiming they covered up what they call Wynn's "pattern of sexual misconduct."

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the shareholders say media disclosures about Wynn's alleged sexual impropriety have tanked the stock. They say the first story ran January 26 and the stock has dropped 18% since.

Tavis Smiley says PBS firing him wasn't just about sexual harassment allegations ... he now claims it was racial, and it's costing him millions upon millions of dollars.

Smiley filed a lawsuit against his former network -- which aired his talk show for 14 years -- claiming the sexual harassment allegations against him were "trumped up." Immediately after Smiley was suspended in mid December, he admitted to having relationships with coworkers ... but insisted they were all consensual. He was fired later that month.

In his lawsuit, first reported by the Washington Post, Smiley says there was racial tension at PBS. He claims network honchos "hassled Mr. Smiley when he had African American guests who espoused controversial positions, and effectively tried to stop any such guests from appearing."

Smiley also says in the docs ... his personal production company has been hemorrhaging "multiple millions of dollars" since he got fired, and he's been forced to lay off roughly 20 employees.

PBS calls Smiley's lawsuit a "meritless" attempt to distract the public from his "pattern of sexual misconduct." Jennifer Rankin Byrne, Communications VP for PBS, also reiterated an independent law firm's investigation found Smiley had "multiple sexual encounters with subordinates over many years."

Ex-Louisville basketball star Kevin Ware says he doesn't understand why the NCAA is forcing the school to vacate their 2013 NCAA Championship ... saying the sanctions are a "joke."

Ware was a member of that championship team -- but suffered a catastrophic leg injury that sidelined him during the Elite Eight round of the tournament.

Still, Ware says he's incredibly proud of his team -- despite the NCAA vacating the title and all of the team's wins due to the stripper sex party scandal involving players, recruits and team officials.

"It's a joke, honestly," Ware tells TMZ Sports ... "Just my personal opinion."

Ware says at the end of the day, Louisville still beat Duke, Wichita State and Michigan to win the tourney -- and the NCAA can't change that history.

Frank Ocean's in a legal war with a guy he used to work with, but who's now trying to take credit for Frank's music ... according to Frank.

Frank's suing Om'Mas Keith, whom Frank says he hired in 2014 to produce master recordings for his "Blonde" album. Problem is ... Frank says Om'Mas is now trying to get credit for co-writing a bunch of those songs.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Frank says Om'Mas registered with ASCAP -- which manages royalties for songwriters -- and claimed he had co-written 11 songs ... including "Pink + White," and "Ivy."

Frank says he hired and paid Om'Mas a flat fee to work on the master recordings ... and that's it. Frank's adamant -- Om'Mas didn't write the lyrics, melody or music. He's suing to get a judge to block Om'Mas from getting songwriting credits.

Andy Dick's longtime girlfriend, and mother of 2 of his kids, has filed to get a restraining order against him ... TMZ has learned.

Lena Sved filed documents Tuesday in L.A., requesting court-ordered protection from Dick. We don't know if a judge has signed off yet, but typically a temporary restraining order will be approved ... until a later hearing can be scheduled.

The court has classified this as a domestic violence case, but it's unclear what she's alleging Dick did.

Andy and Lena have 2 adult children together ... both in their 20s.

The couple's been on and off for decades. They appeared on "Celebrity Wife Swap" together in 2013, even though they weren't married. In fact ... they weren't even dating at the time.

We don't know if they're still together right now -- their last public outing as a couple was in 2015.

Blac Chyna's most recent sex tape partner is her ex-boyfriend, Mechie ... according to him, and even though he admits recording it himself, he's as pissed as she is about the leak.

A rep for Mechie tells TMZ ... the explicit video showing a naked Chyna performing oral sex was shot back in July. We're told Mechie was the one who recorded the encounter, but it was all captured using Chyna's phone.

His rep says Mechie never had his own copy of the video, so he has no clue how it got out.

You'll remember -- Rob Kardashian posted naked pics of Chyna last year ... as well as an intimate video of Mechie making out with dark-haired Chyna. The sex tape is from a different session because Chyna has a platinum blonde 'do.

We broke the story, Chyna's attorney, Walter Mosley, calls the new, leaked video a "criminal matter" -- while her other lawyer, Lisa Bloom, put a name on the crime ... revenge porn.

Our sources say Mechie plans to go to cops, and wants the leaker found and prosecuted.

Milo Yiannopoulos' $10 million lawsuit against Simon & Schuster is over and done ... and the publishing giant says it isn't paying him a dime.

TMZ broke the story ... Milo sued his former publisher claiming they caved from mounting pressure -- from all kinds of celebs -- to put the kibosh on his book deal after allegations surfaced he condoned pedophilia.

Milo's lawsuit claimed Simon & Schuster was set to publish his book, "Dangerous," but got cold feet when stars like Sarah Silverman and Leslie Jones put Milo's publishers on blast for helping Milo spread hate speech.

Now both sides have filed to dismiss the lawsuit, and Milo can't refile it either. Usually that means there was some sort of settlement paid, but Simon & Schuster says "We are pleased that Mr. Yiannopoulos’ lawsuit has been withdrawn, with prejudice, and with no payment. We stand by our decision to terminate the publication of Mr. Yiannopoulos’ book."

The only upshot for Milo is his $80,000 advance for the book. He tells us he got to keep that, and brags he's made more than $1 million from publishing the book on his own. He says he didn't want to blow that money on lawyers ... and that's why he walked away from the lawsuit.

Tyrese teased fans with a new clothing line nearly 2 years ago, but now he's making it official.

The actor/singer's company, Voltron Entertainment Company, filed docs to trademark "Millionheir" for a new clothing line. Tyrese first started pimping the brand back in June 2016, saying he wanted to launch the line, but fans were still waiting for him to roll out some products.

Tyrese already had a font and style in mind for his logo back in 2016, but it's unclear if this is the one he's sticking with for the trademark. According to the docs, he plans to use the brand for all sorts of clothing.

Young Dolph dodged another bullet by being the only in his crew to walk away from a Hollywood gun bust without handcuffs on his wrists ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us Dolph was the only one out of 4 guys to be released during a Sunday traffic stop. We're told the 3 guys he was rolling with were all arrested for possession of a firearm. Dolph was not strapped and, therefore, got off scot-free.

We're told Dolph was a passenger in the vehicle, and was released on the spot while his pals got hauled off to jail. Hopefully he grabbed the keys.

The traffic stop went down in Hollywood ... not too far from where Dolph was shot in the ass late last year. Much better outcome this time around.

Considering he also took fire in North Carolina last year, you'd understand why Dolph's friends might be armed.

We reached out to his camp ... no word back.

12:26 PM PT -- Chyna's attorney, Lisa Bloom, just tweeted, "Revenge porn -- posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images -- is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse. It's also a way to try to slut shame women for being sexual. Girls have killed themselves over revenge porn. It's not a joke."

A sex tape Blac Chyna made -- with an unknown guy -- has leaked online, but it doesn't appear she has anything to do with it, and she wants cops to track down whoever posted it.

The video shows Chyna performing oral sex on the mystery man. His face is never shown, but you can hear his voice. Chyna's face is very clear when it's not being hidden by ... y'know ... genitalia. The 1 minute, 23 seconds-long clip was first posted early Monday morning by an anonymous Twitter account, and appears to have been shot by the guy.

BC's attorney, Walter Mosley, tells us he can't comment on the video -- but added, "It's a criminal matter," and they're contacting police to investigate.

Worth noting ... Chyna claimed she was a victim of revenge porn last year when Rob Kardashian posted nude pics of her. Despite the fact she "liked" those images on Instagram, she had threatened to sue him.

Ex-NFL star Dana Stubblefield spent nearly a month in jail in connection to his rape case -- but he was released this weekend on a $500,000 bond ... TMZ Sports has learned.

47-year-old Stubblefield was first arrested back in May 2016 for allegedly raping a mentally disabled woman. He was hit with 5 felonies. Bail was initially set at $250k. He immediately posted it and was released.

But in January 2018, prosecutors uncovered evidence they believe proves Stubblefield used a gun to commit the alleged rape. Bail was revoked and he was remanded back into custody on Jan. 19.

He spent the next several weeks locked up in Santa Clara County Jail.

But now, Stubblefield's attorney Ken Rosenfeld has produced evidence he believes proves the accuser lied about her past -- which prompted the judge to reevaluate Stubblefield's bail.

The judge ultimately reinstated bail -- this time at $500,000 -- which Stubblefield posted over the weekend. He was released from custody Sunday morning.

One of the terms of his release ... we're told Stubblefield is required to wear an electronic monitoring device.

Stubblefield has previously denied the allegations -- and has vowed to prove his innocence.
