While Anastacia was cranking out hits in the late '90s and early 2000s, she forgot about the people who helped get her to the mountain top ... so claims the singer's ex-manager.

Anastacia -- immensely popular for her songs, her shades, and/or her abs -- was down and out after a failed record deal in 1998 .. according to Lisa Braude, the ex-manager. Braude claims she nurtured her, paying her bills, until she became a finalist on the MTV talent search show, "The Cut" in 1999.

According to a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Anastacia got a record deal with Epic Records after the show, and hired Braude as her manager. They worked together until 2004, which was the singer's heyday -- 3 studio albums, including her smash hit, "I'm Outta Love."

As you might recall, Anastacia was forced to take a break due to breast cancer, but still released compilation albums. In the docs, Braude says she hasn't gotten her cut from those records ... hence the lawsuit.

12:42 PM PT -- Andy Foster is recommending a $205,000 fine -- 40-percent of Jones’ purse and $5,000 in additional fines ... and recommends his license is revoked until USADA determines its punishment.

12:06 PM PT -- Jon says he never completed USADA anti-doping tutorials ... despite the fact he signed paperwork saying he did.

Jones says his management team took the tutorials for him and then forged his signature.

11:53 AM PT -- When asked about his use of sex enhancement supplements, Jones said, "I've had quite a bit of experience with Cialis and Viagra over the years."

11:49 AM PT -- Jones was asked what assurances he can give the commission that this won't happen again. Jones says he doesn't know how to answer the question because he didn't intentionally cheat in the first place.

Jones says, "My luck has been terrible when it comes to USADA."

11:48 AM PT -- Jon says he still wants to fight Daniel Cormier again. "I want to get that belt from Cormier."

11:44 AM PT -- "I've really tried everything in my power to get my life together."

Jon also says he's not a "screw up" and understands he's a role model for kids. He says he might be a knucklehead, but he's NOT a cheater.

11:41 AM PT -- "I have no clue how this happened."

11:40 AM PT -- Jon says he thought about who could have intentionally contaminated his supplements ... suggesting an enemy may have tried to take him down.

11:38 AM PT -- Jon says his nutritionist worked hard to make sure everything he took was clean and USADA approved.

11:34 AM PT -- Jon is testifying. He says he was very confused by the positive steroid test. Says he had to take a close look at the people around him to see if anyone would have contaminated his workout supplements.

10:24 AM PT -- Jon's attorney says the UFC fighter is not fighting the positive test, but he thinks the heavy $200,000 fine and revocation of his license is too harsh of a penalty.

Jon's attorney said, "He did not knowingly take the substance. He does not know where it came from."

The revocation would essentially last 1 year -- with Jones being able to reapply after 1 year has passed. The CA Athletic Commission would then decide to continue the suspension for another year or lift it.

Jon Jones is about to find out if he'll be SUSPENDED from fighting in the state of California over a failed UFC 214 steroid test.

He's about to face the California State Athletic Commission ... and we're livestreaming the whole thing.

TMZ Sports broke the news ... Jones tested positive for the anabolic steroid Turinabol in a test administered in July -- the day before he beat Daniel Cormier in Anaheim to reclaim the UFC light heavyweight championship.

Of course, Jones was stripped of his title -- and now he's facing up to $200,000 in fines (40% of his fight purse) and a possible suspension from the CSAC.

If the CSAC suspends Jones' license, he can't reapply until one year has passed from the date of revocation.

Jones is also facing punishment from another agency -- USADA -- which could hit him with a possible 4-year suspension. Jones is expected to meet with USADA later this year. There's no guarantee USADA's punishment will match the CSAC punishment.

The complication for Jones ... this is his 2nd offense. He tested positive for 2 banned substances prior to UFC 200 in Las Vegas in 2016 ... resulting in a 1-year suspension from USADA and the Nevada State Athletic Commission.

Jared Fogle just got served another big L in court -- his request to have a judge booted from his case just because she's a mom was denied.

An Indiana appeals court turned thumbs down on Fogle's motion to have Judge Tanya Walton Pratt removed from his child porn case -- saying his arguments were ridiculous.

We broke the story ... Fogle wanted his 15-year sentence set aside on grounds Judge Pratt was biased since she had teenage daughters.

Welp ... his argument fell flat. The ruling is clear as day ... a request for recusal can only be grounded in a judge's personal partiality toward a defendant, and not in their background or affiliation (aka family).

The ruling goes on ... "All judges in this court have children, as do countless other members of our nation's judiciary ... Requiring recusal solely because a judge is a parent would hamstring the judiciary and depart from precedent that requires specific indicia of bias towards a party."

The court also shot down his argument about incorrectly allowing prosecutors to charge him with conspiracy, saying a request for recusal can't be based just on unfavorable judicial rulings ... regardless of correctness.

"American Idol" alum Haley Reinhart took the stand in her battery case, but her defense fell woefully short -- she was found guilty of hitting a bouncer.

TMZ broke the story ... Haley was arrested last July for punching a bouncer during a bar brawl that left one of her friends bloodied ... prompting him to sue one of the bouncers.

Haley took the witness stand in her own defense Monday, but the judge said her answers were "evasive, argumentative and sometimes implausible" ... according to the Chicago Tribune. She was ordered to pay a $500 fine, but the conviction could be wiped from her record if she keeps her nose clean for 2 years.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Tommie Lee is now a wanted woman for allegedly attacking a mall employee earlier this month ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us a warrant has been issued for Tommie in connection with a battery case in Atlanta -- meaning, if she pops up on cops' radar for whatever reason, she'll be hauled into custody.

We broke the story ... Tommie's accused of punching an employee at a fancy jewelry store in Atlanta's Lenox Square mall. The reality TV star allegedly got into an argument with the woman, and then came around the display to "slap and punch her repeatedly."

The millions 50 Cent was bragging about having in Bitcoin have disappeared -- or, if ya believe his sworn testimony ... they never existed.

The rapper filed a sworn declaration in bankruptcy court, saying ... "[I have] never owned and [do] not now own, a Bitcoin account or any Bitcoins." The docs, obtained by TMZ, are extremely interesting, considering a month ago ... he tweeted about the story we broke.

People close to 50 told us he accepted Bitcoin for the sale of his 2014 album, "Animal Ambition." We were told he raked in about 700 bitcoin in sales ... which would have been worth more than $7 mil, last month, anyway.

Fiddy's totally changed his tune now in bankruptcy court. It's unclear if he was embellishing then, or if he's trying to finagle his way out of reporting Bitcoin assets to the court.

Steve Wilkos forced other drivers to dodge out of his way before he smashed his SUV into a utility pole ... TMZ has learned.

According to police ... witnesses spotted Wilkos speeding and swerving on the road so badly ... 2 vehicles had to pull off to the side of the road. In police records, obtained by TMZ, one witness said she saw Wilkos speed out of sight, and then seconds later heard a "big boom and saw the power lines shake."

TMZ broke the story ... the talk show host flipped his vehicle last month after hitting the utility poles, and striking a tree in Darien, Connecticut. Cops on the scene said they could smell booze as they attempted to remove Wilkos from his SUV.

It's no wonder ... as we reported, blood testing revealed his BAC was .29 -- more than 3 times the legal limit.

Wilkos initially told us he was distracted by reaching for his glasses but then 'fessed up he was under the influence. He was charged with DUI.

Nate Diaz chalked up a victory in his battle with his former agents -- the same people who claim Nate refused to pay them for the cash he got to fight Conor McGregor -- but the war might not be over.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Diaz was sued by the Ballengee Group, which claimed they negotiated a fat deal for Nate to fight Conor at UFC 202 back in 2016.

Ballengee claims Nate unexpectedly fired them before the fight (after the deal was done) -- and Nate never paid them their cut.

They filed suit in Texas seeking more than $1 MILLION in damages.

But, according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge threw out the case against Diaz -- claiming the agents really had no reason to file in Texas ... it's not the right jurisdiction.

"The Court ruled the case should have not have been filed in Texas because Nate has not fought in Texas and dismissed the case," Nate's attorney Jeremiah Reynolds tells us.

Jamie Luner -- you know her as Lexi Sterling on "Melrose Place" -- has been accused of sexual misconduct with an underage male ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a man in his 30s filed a police report with the LAPD alleging that back in 1998 Jamie performed oral sex on him when he was just 16.

The nature of the relationship is unclear -- whether the man was a teen actor or just someone she knew. Cops are investigating like they would anyone who reports a crime, but their hands might be tied ... with the statute of limitations in California having lapsed.

A disturbing new twist in the Jonathan Martin saga ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports the ex-NFL lineman had a gun in his possession when he was detained by police.

As we previously reported ... cops tracked down the former Miami Dolphins player Friday after he posted a photo on IG showing a shotgun and ammo -- along with a threatening message and the names of former teammates and high school acquaintances.

We're told cops believe Martin had recently purchased two weapons -- one of which matched up with the gun in the IG post. Sources tell us when they found him on Friday, he had a gun in his car that fit the description police had.

Multiple sources also tell TMZ Sports Martin is currently undergoing a psychiatric evaluation.

Of course, Martin was at the center of the Miami Dolphins bullying scandal in 2013, and had accused multiple teammates of physically and emotionally abusing him.

NBA YoungBoy allegedly got caught on camera body slamming his girlfriend mere hours before he was arrested in Florida this weekend ... and the footage is brutal.

TMZ has obtained surveillance footage of what we're told shows YoungBoy throwing his gf, Jania, down on the floor of a hotel hallway in Waycross, Georgia Saturday.

Sources at the hotel tell us this happened a few hours before the rapper was arrested in Tallahassee on an outstanding felony warrant for kidnapping and other alleged crimes.

We're told a hotel guest heard the commotion and called the front desk to alert them, and then the front desk called cops. Sources say YoungBoy and Jania had fled by the time police arrived ... but the footage and evidence found in their room was enough to issue a warrant.

We're told on top of the disturbing video ... cops found blood in their room. TMZ broke the story ... YoungBoy got busted later that night after law enforcement came into contact with his tour bus.

Rapper NBA YoungBoy was arrested Saturday night in Tallahassee, Florida for a very serious outstanding felony warrant, including kidnapping.

YoungBoy had a scheduled appearance at The Moon nightclub in Tallahassee, but there's no evidence he ever showed.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops came in contact with YoungBoy on his tour bus-- we don't know why -- and when they ran the rapper's record, they discovered he was a fugitive from Georgia for allegedly committing assault, weapons violations and kidnapping.

The 18-year-old rapper has had lots of legal trouble ... he wrecked a Lambo, among other things. He was also arrested for a case connected to a series of shootings in Baton Rouge, LA back in 2016. He was also accused of firing a weapon during a drive-by shooting.

This one's bold, but it ain't beautiful -- Winsor Harmon was arrested after allegedly getting loaded in his car and peeing in front of a live audience ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the famous soap star -- who starred in "The Bold and the Beautiful" as Thorne Forrester for two decades -- was arrested last week in the San Fernando Valley after eyewitnesses allegedly saw him urinating at a park in broad daylight.

We're told cops were called to the scene and Harmon was found inside his SUV in the parking lot -- where officers saw empty wine bottles scattered about ... and Harmon without a pair of pants on. Sources say he admitted he'd stayed there overnight.

Cops arrested him for being drunk in public.

It's interesting ... Harmon had his iconic role as Forrester recast last year with actor Ingo Rademacher. Makes ya wonder if the soap woes seeped into reality.

10:30 AM PT -- A rep for Justin tells TMZ ... "Resnicow’s bizarre comments might carry more weight had he ever actually met Jen or toured Justin’s apartment, neither of which has ever happened."

As for the alleged water damage ... the rep says Justin's deck and apartment had nothing to do with it.

Justin Theroux's neighbor -- who thinks Justin's the Devil -- says he has no beef with Jennifer Aniston and feels sorry for her that Justin made her live in a s**thole apartment she hated from the get-go.

Norman Resnicow tells TMZ ... Jen's always been nice to him and he feels sorry for her, because he believes Justin tried to force her to like his NYC pad and then bailed on her because she didn't.

Resnicow says ... "Everyone knows Jennifer hated the place," and suggests she get top lawyers to protect herself against Theroux, "who is acting crummy to her like he did to me." He adds he's rooting for Jen because she named her most beloved dog Norman.

Norman, who is in a legal blood war with Justin over apartment stuff, says Justin has a lot of nerve because, "Hey, I'm the guy he asked to help ease moving of his previous girlfriend out of the building."

"Teen Mom 2" star Adam Lind's still got some growing up to do ... because he's a wanted man for all the wrong reasons.

The Minnehaha County Sheriff's Department in South Dakota tells TMZ ... there's an active warrant for Adam's arrest for allegedly failing to pay child support. The warrant was issued on Valentine's Day.

We checked with the state office that handles these matters and we're told Adam was in the hole after 2 separate judgments were handed down last September -- one for $12,365 and another for $8,757.

It's unclear which kids this is about. Adam has 2 kids (Aubree, 8, and Paislee, 4) with 2 baby mamas ... including "Teen Mom 2" star Chelsea Houska, who is now married to Cole DeBoer.

"Martin" star Tisha Campbell-Martin wants her husband to pay up in their divorce.

Tisha filed divorce docs Thursday in L.A. stating she and Duane Martin separated in December of 2016 after 20 years of marriage. The two have two sons together, 8 and 16 years old.

In the docs, Tisha seeks spousal support and to split both physical and legal custody of the couple's children.
