Izabella Scorupco -- the main Bond chick in "GoldenEye" -- got way more than she bargained for when she bought a multi-million dollar crib ... a freakin' trespasser.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Izabella recently bought a sick 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom pad in the L.A. area for a whopping $6.478 million. It includes picturesque views of downtown L.A.'s skyline, the Hollywood sign, as well as an incredible pool deck.

Oh, and apparently a trespasser.

Sources tell us Izabella hasn't moved into the house yet but, after reviewing security footage, she noticed a woman had made herself at home ... eating there and hanging out. We're told Izabella called cops who checked out the pad but didn't find the woman.

Cops are on the hunt.

T.I. was adamant he didn't deserve to be arrested for an incident with the security guard at his gated community, because he was just trying to ask the guy some questions ... according to security footage from the jail.

In the vid -- obtained by TMZ -- the rapper's pretty calm and collected while going through the booking process at the Henry County Jail in Georgia early Wednesday morning ... until he tries to get an explanation from the cop who arrested him.

That's when the officer tells Tip he was "acting like a fool" ... which he strongly denies. T.I. claims it's his right as a homeowner in the community to question the security guard working the gate, but as you can see ... the cop disagrees.

Eventually the cop and T.I. do come to an agreement, though ... to settle matters in court.

As we reported ... T.I. was arrested for simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after getting into it with the security guard. According to the police report, the guard felt threatened and called cops, and when they arrived they could smell alcohol on the rapper's breath.

Stormy Daniels' attorney, Michael Avenatti, is making a name for himself by going after President Trump, but now he's facing his own lawsuit ... and he's accused of doing something very Trumpian.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Avenatti's being sued by Jason Frank, a former partner at Egan Avenatti ... Michael's law firm, because he claims Avenatti stiffed him out of a couple mil.

Frank alleges Avenatti pulled a Trump in 2016 by refusing to hand over his firm's tax returns. Frank says he needed that data to figure out how much money he was owed under their deal when he left the company ... which he says is 25 percent of firm profits, plus a cut of client fees.

According to the docs, filed by attorney Eric George ... Frank and Avenatti's firm eventually duked it out in arbitration, and the firm settled with him for $4.85 million.

Problem is, according to Frank, when it came time to fork over the first $2 mil payment ... the firm stiffed him. Now he's suing to get Stormy's lawyer to pay up.

Meek Mill and his legal team just got a boost from someone who might know more than anyone else about Philly police corruption and people who've been wrongly convicted.

Bradley Bridge is an attorney for the Defender Association of Philadelphia, and says he's worked on more than 2,000 cases of post-conviction relief ... most involving allegedly corrupt police officers. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Bradley says he's never seen any judge do what Judge Genece Brinkley is doing to Meek.

He says, "I have never had a judge order an evidentiary hearing where the prosecution has conceded the legitimacy of [post-conviction] relief." As we've reported ... Brinkley scheduled just such a hearing for Meek next month when the state Supreme Court ordered his release on bail.

And yes ... prosecutors in Meek's case have already said they think he should be released and his conviction overturned.

Bradley's point is there's way more than enough legal precedent for Brinkley to toss Meek's conviction.

Meek's attorneys filed Bradley's affidavit, as well as several statements from Philly cops ... one of whom claims the allegedly corrupt officer, Reginald Graham, bragged during the bust about ripping braids from Meek's head.

Taylor Swift isn't taking any chances on her latest obsessed fan who already got busted for felony stalking -- she just asked a judge for extra protection and got it for now ... TMZ has learned.

Swift filed for a restraining order Wednesday in L.A. County against Julius Sandrock -- the man who was arrested at her property last month for felony stalking.

You'll recall ... cops were called when he was spotted in front of Taylor's Bev Hills mansion, and was later found to have live ammunition, latex gloves, rope and multiple types of masks in his car.

Police say he was arrested while trying to break into her pad wearing one of the masks and a separate pair of gloves. According to the police report, he told cops he suffered from OCD, bipolar disorder, severe depression and manic episodes. He also allegedly divulged he'd recently gotten divorced, and Taylor's music helped him through it.

Cops say Sandrock explained away the masks and gloves by saying he's a germophobe, and that he wears them frequently. He went on to apologize for the live ammunition in his car, saying he'd forgotten to clean it out.

Cops say Sandrock was on probation in Colorado for a firearms-related offense. As a result, he was slapped with a temporary firearms restraining order here, at the behest of law enforcement.

Now, it appears Taylor's taking it one step further ... getting a temporary restraining of her own. We've just learned that Taylor was granted the order, which will stay in effect until a court hearing in June. Sandrock has to stay 500 yards away from her, any of her property and any of her concerts or public appearances.

Cardi B and Offset have just been sued by the autograph hound who got beat up by who he claims were Cardi and Offset's hired muscle ... TMZ has learned.

Giovanni Arnold claims he was at The Mark Hotel just after 2 AM on May 8 -- outside a Met Gala after-party -- when Cardi walked out and shouted at him, "F*** outta here n****, I will slap the s*** out of you."  He says he "expressed disappointment with being ignored."

Arnold says shortly after Offset, who was trailing behind his fiancee, said, "Shut up, bro, before a n**** beat you out here."

According to the lawsuit, filed by Daniel Szalkiewicz, Arnold says he tried de-escalating the situation, but within seconds 3 bodyguards attacked him. He says he didn't fight back. All he did was lie on the ground and try to protect his body.

He went to a hospital and says he suffered injuries to his face, neck, back and body.

Ex-WWE superstar Enzo Amore will NOT face criminal charges stemming from allegations he raped a woman in October 2017, the Phoenix Police Dept. has confirmed to TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported ... Philomena Sheahan claimed publicly Amore -- real name Eric Arndt -- got her "f**ked up" in a Phoenix hotel room with 2 friends and repeatedly raped her.

Amore had vehemently denied the allegations and vowed to cooperate with authorities. WWE fired him anyway back in January.

But now, Amore's attorney claims they were contacted by the Phoenix PD and were told, "there is insufficient evidence in this matter to warrant any criminal charges."

Amore says they were also told, "The matter will not be transferred to the County Attorney for prosecution, and that their investigation and case is closed."

"No charges were ever filed. The matter is closed," Enzo's attorney, Tom Cargill, adds.

The Phoenix PD tells TMZ Sports, "Your information is correct. This would not preclude the case from reopening should new evidence come to light."

The security guard who called cops on T.I. was hardly woke ... according to the rapper, who says the guy was sleeping like a baby when he pulled up to the guard shack.

T.I.'s attorney, Steve Sadow, says, "It took Tip some time to wake up the sleeping guard. Tip clearly identified himself and sought entry. The guard refused entry. Tip was in contact with 'Tiny' by phone and 'Tiny' confirmed that Tip should be let in immediately. The guard continued to refuse entry without justification."

As we reported, T.I. was eventually allowed entry, but cops say he returned to the guard shack a while later ... and that's when the guard called police. Sadow says the officers had no interest in "hearing Tip's side of the story and wrongfully chose to end the situation by arresting Tip."

8:52 AM -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... T.I. was, in fact, allowed into his gated community after an initial argument with the guard, but then returned on foot shortly afterward to confront the guy again. That's when cops were called to the scene, and ended up arresting him.

We're also told T.I. did NOT make physical contact with the security guard, but the guard feared he would be hit during the dispute. Under GA law, that constitutes an alleged simple assault.

T.I. got busted at his own gated community in Georgia after he got into it with a security guard for the neighborhood.

According to local reports, the rapper was trying to get to his house Wednesday morning -- around 4 AM -- but didn't have his key. T.I. and a friend argued with the guard at the security shack, who wouldn't let them enter ... and it got heated enough that cops showed up.

Henry County PD arrested Tip for simple assault, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He certainly doesn't look too pissed in his mug shot.

He's already been released ... without bail.

Michigan State has agreed to pay $500 MILLION to the 332 female athletes who were sexually assaulted by former MSU doctor Larry Nassar.

Nassar is the disgraced piece of human garbage who pled guilty to sexually assaulting hundreds of women and girls under the guise of performing routine medical treatments.

Nassar treated hundreds of women at MSU -- including athletes from the softball, gymnastics, track and field, volleyball and rowing teams. Several of the women sued the university.

Now, Michigan State and lawyers for the victims announced they reached the $500 million settlement.

'Ultimate Fighter' star Tyler Diamond is giving the blow-by-blow about the violent incident at an MMA event where Nate Diaz slapped him in the face ... and it's nuts.

Diamond -- an undefeated fighter who's killing it on 'TUF' -- says he was at a Combate Americas event in Sacramento on Friday when he saw Nate get into it with his pal, Clay Guida.

Diamond says he got in the middle of the ruckus to try and break it up ... but Nate reached out and slapped him in the face before another guy in Diaz's crew followed up with a punch.

"I get punched from my left side by some big fat dude who don't pack no heat -- I would love to fight that guy, actually."

Diamond says a melee ensued but Nate's crew quickly realized they were outnumbered and retreated.

Now, the Sacramento Sheriff's Dept. says they took reports for a possible misdemeanor battery and will investigate the incident.

Diamond says he thinks Nate's a bitch -- but he doesn't want to prosecute.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... since there were no major injuries, the incident isn't really a high priority for cops.

Nate's camp had no comment.

Stan Lee's ex-business partners took advantage of a grieving old man battling to save his sight and essentially stole his good name ... according to a massive new lawsuit.

The comic book legend is going after POW! Entertainment -- including current CEO Shane Duffy, and Gill Champion, with whom he co-founded the production company -- for a whopping BILLION BUCKS ... claiming they either tricked him into signing over the exclusive rights to his name, image and likeness -- or flat-out forged his signature.

Here's the backstory -- POW! was sold to a Chinese company called Camsing in 2017, but during negotiations, Lee claims he was in poor health and dealing with vision loss due to macular degeneration. He was also grieving over the death of his wife, Joan.

According to the docs ... Lee had no idea a sale was in the offing. Apparently POW! had to get a sign-off from Stan to use his name, and he claims he would NEVER have put his John Hancock to paper. The lawsuit calls Stan's name "the most important and prized possession Lee and his family owned his entire life."

Lee also points to the fact he even refused to give Disney the right to use his name when he struck a multi-billion dollar deal with the movie company.

Lee's suing for $1 bil ... along with an order to get his name back.

Chris Brown's friend, Lowell Grissom Jr., who's been accused of raping a woman during a party at the singer's house ... is now officially on the L.A. County District Attorney's radar.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... LAPD has sent the case to the D.A.'s Office. You'll recall, an anonymous woman claims Grissom, Brown and another woman held her captive in a room at Chris' house ... and that Grissom raped her twice.

The woman, who's suing as a Jane Doe, said she reported the rapes to police. LAPD's completed its investigation, but our sources tell us the evidence is thin, and it will be hard to prove a lack of consensual sex.

Still, it's been presented to the D.A. to make a final decision about charges.

XXXTentacion is ready to move past an old video in which he's seen hitting a teenage girl -- because he says she's changed her story and, as a result, he's dropping his defamation lawsuit against her.

Sources tell us ... the woman, who XXX is seen smacking on the back of the head, recently submitted a notarized letter to his team, recanting her previous claim that she hadn't revealed the clip earlier as a result of being "terrified for her life."

, the woman says, "The video was taken years ago when Jahseh [XXX's real name] and I were both kids and we were just joking around. I was not injured as a result of what happened nor did it negatively affect my personal life."

When we reached out to her, she had no comment.

As we reported ... XXX sued the woman for fraud and defamation. As of Monday, that suit has been dismissed.

A rep for XXX's management tells us they're pleased with the result. They also go on to bash "large corporations" for cutting off promotion of XXX's music in playlists based on "unproven allegations" -- a clear shot at Spotify's new policy.

Ex-MLB pitcher Matt Mantei was convicted of domestic violence after roughing up his wife, but he ain't gonna spend a minute behind bars ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Mantei -- who was known for his 100 MPH heater during his 10-year career in the big leagues -- was arrested April 17 in Michigan after his wife told cops Mantei got physical with her while arguing over a cell phone.

She claimed the closer grabbed her, threw her to the floor, and held her down ... before letting her up and shoving her -- causing minor injuries.

Mantei appeared before a judge in Berrien County last Friday ... and pled no contest to 1 count of misdemeanor domestic violence. But, we're told the judge reviewed the evidence and found that Mantei committed the offense of domestic violence, according to prosecutor Michael Sepic.

With the conviction, comes punishment ... but no jail and no probation.

NFL rookie Christian Kirk was showing signs of cocaine use when he was arrested at a golf tournament in Arizona back in February ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

Kirk -- a 2nd round draft pick by the AZ Cardinals -- was arrested for criminal damage to a car on Feb. 3 after cops say he was throwing rocks at cars in a parking lot outside of the Phoenix Open.

Event security had contacted police and said the suspects were "high."

When the Scottsdale PD arrived to the scene, one of the officers "immediately noticed Kirk's demeanor. He had a blank stare."

The officer placed Kirk under arrest and handcuffed him -- and then suggested he may have been on cocaine.

"I further noticed the grinding movement of his jaw and continued blank stare. These are common signs of an individual high on stimulants, such as cocaine."

Both Kirk and another man were transported to a nearby police station where they were booked and later released.
