Drake's giving all the lingering R. Kelly fans out there the side-eye on his new album ... by taking a shot that might have 'em rethinking their streaming selections.

On the track "Drew a Picasso," which is planted just past the midway mark of "For All The Dogs," Drake paints the picture of himself in a tit-for-tat argument with his girlfriend.

When she comes down on him for living up the nightlife, he barks back with a shot at the incarcerated R&B star ... "Why you act like just 'cause I go to the strip club, girl, that I don't love you? You still listenin' to R. Kelly in the whip, baby girl, and I don't judge you!!!"

The shot is particularly interesting considering Drake sampled R. Kelly on his 2021 album "Certified Lover Boy" ... but he's clearly rinsed himself of all things dealing with the former Pied Piper of R&B, and he's advising all the girls who love him to do the same!!!

R. Kelly still generates several million Spotify monthly listens, but his career is stalled indefinitely, if not permanently, as he serves a 30-year sentence for federal sex crimes.

His music royalties have been garnished to pay restitution to his victims, and he's even had to deal with an unauthorized album leak from prison.

If President Biden's dog Commander, AKA the White House biter, really is getting training -- as the administration's claimed -- he's been getting the wrong kind ... that's according to a former Secret Service officer who's dealt with other First pooches.

Marshall Mirarchi worked in the Secret Service's K-9 division for a decade -- including when Biden was VP in the Obama administration -- and he joined us on "TMZ Live" Thursday to explain why he's not so sure Commander's legitimately graduated obedience school.

According to Marshall, dogs NEVER get past a point of no return -- even a recidivist like Commander -- when it comes to training. He says they can always be re-trained, although the amount of time it takes a dog to fall in line is a different story.

Regardless, Marshall thinks all signs point to Commander not getting the proper direction, and he tells us what can, and should, be done to get him White House-ready again.

He also addressed how difficult it is for WH staffers living and working with a dog that's, up to this point, very unpredictable.

As we reported, Commander was booted from the White House this week after reportedly biting a minimum of 11 people -- with at least 1 recent victim being sent to the hospital.

A Minneapolis driver got a serious eyeful of the cop who pulled him over -- he recognized her as an OnlyFans model who he's seen having sex online, and now Minneapolis PD is probing ... for any conduct violations.

What are the odds??? The female officer pulled over a guy last week, and he told FOX9 in Minneapolis that after about 10 minutes the cop started to look familiar ... and he realized he's been following her OnlyFans account for a few months.

As he put it, "You got to go to the VIP and you get to see the videos of her and her, I guess husband, I guess that’s who it is, they do full sex videos."

The officer, who hasn't been named, operates an OnlyFans page that offers videos and photos she describes as "solo play" and "amateur porn." She describes herself as 35, free-spirited and an "overly optimistic creator of sexy content to please others."

The question Minneapolis PD's police chief now has to address is ... what, if anything, is wrong with the cop -- who's reportedly received commendations for her police work -- doing this as a side job.

The Dept. policy forbids off-duty officers from any work that's "not compatible with police work" ... which includes working at "any establishment that provides adult entertainment in the form of nude, semi-nude or topless exhibitions."

Obviously, she's not working at a business, but rather operating one from her home -- but the police brass might see it differently.

A day after blasting NY Giants fans, Evan Neal is walking back the harsh comments ... admitting he was out of line when he attacked the loyal fanbase.

“I am wrong for lashing out at the fans who are just as passionate and frustrated as I am,” 23-year-old Neal wrote on X Wednesday night.

“I let my frustrations in my play + desire to win get the best of me. I had no right to make light of anyone's job and I deeply regret the things I said."

"We are working day in and day out to grow as a team and this was an unnecessary distraction. I apologize.”

Of course, Neal had a rough day at the office on Monday. His poor play was one of the reasons QB Daniel Jones was sacked one short of a dozen times against the Seahawks.

Throughout the game, fans booed the last-place team ... and Evan encouraged them to "boo louder."

Neal's tone clearly changed from earlier in the week when he made the inflammatory comments.

“Most critics really don’t understand the game of football to the level that we understand it in this building. So why would a lion concern himself with the opinion of a sheep? I’m just going to focus on Evan — and getting better. I honestly do not care what anybody has to say about Evan Neal, because they’re going to talk anyway," Neal told NJ Advance Media.

Evan didn't stop there, saying, "I genuinely don’t care. Why should I? I’m in the National Football League. The person that’s commenting on my performance, what does he do? Flip hot dogs and hamburgers somewhere?”

The comments irked many Giants fans -- one of the most loyal fanbases in the league -- who have been living and dying with the organization for decades. Meanwhile, Neal arrived less than 2 years ago.

But, give Evan credit for apologizing. Whether fans accept it remains to be seen.

The Bidens' 2-year-old German Shepherd is reported to have chomped down on way more than the 11 incidents the Secret Service acknowledges ... it's said Commander is not only biting agents but also folks who work around the White House and at the president's residence.

As a result, Commander's no longer living at the White House, according to CNN ... he's getting a change in scenery as Joe and Jill try to figure out what to do with their dog.

It's part of a troubling trend for Commander ... and now we're learning more about the severity of the bites, with CNN reporting at least one sent the victim to the hospital, and another required medical attention.

The reason only 11 bites are officially on the record ... several incidents are going untreated and unreported.

Remember ... the White House Press Secretary says Commander was feeling stressed out by all the commotion and people darting back and forth in the residence of The White House and other areas as well.

Now, Commander's gotten the boot from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue like his older brother, Major ... the prez's other German Shepherd who also found himself in biting trouble.

Environmental activists stormed a theater where Les Misérables was being performed and took over the stage ... halting the production and leading to several arrests.

The chaotic scene happened during a Tuesday performance of the famous play in London's West End, where folks protesting against oil, gas and coal rushed the stage before the play was over.

Video shows demonstrators from "Just Stop Oil" storming the stage in the middle of a musical number ... with protestors shouting at the audience to "join the rebellion."

Police officers were called and five activists were arrested.

Demonstrators rushed the stage from either end as the Les Mis cast was performing the show's famous song, "One Day More." The show tried to go on but the cast was then escorted off stage, and the theater was evacuated and the show did not finish.

The audience booed the protestors as they held up orange banners with the Just Stop Oil logo ... with some in the crowd shouting at the activists to get the hell outta there.

Just Stop Oil says its goal is to demand governments stop licensing new oil, gas and coal projects ... and they've protested other big events like Wimbledon and vandalized famous Vincent Van Gogh artwork.

Evan Neal is one of the worst-ranked tackles in the National Football League (per PFF), but the former 7th overall pick apparently thought it was a good idea to blast the Giants faithful as clueless, fair-weather fans just days after the O-line gave up 11 sacks on MNF.

23-year-old Neal -- the G-Men's first-round pick in 2022 -- was asked on Wednesday by reporter Darryl Slater about Giants fans who booed the team following Monday's loss ... a 24-3 defeat to the Seahawks, dropping the NYG to 1-3, and firmly in the NFC East basement.

“They were booing us, so I said, ‘Boo louder,’” Neal told Slater from the Giants locker room earlier today.

Slater followed up, asking the 6'7" tackle why he said that, to which Evan answered ... “because that just further shows that people are fair-weather.”

Probably not a great idea to go to war with the Giants' longtime, loyal fan base ... especially when you're graded as the 68th-ranked tackle (out of 71), and one of the worst performers on a line that gave up double-digit sacks two days ago.

But, Neal was just getting started.

Fans of Britney Spears are doing a lot of celebratin' now that her sister, Jamie Lynn, is off "Dancing with the Stars" ... with some even claiming her removal means they'll finally start watching.

As we reported, Jamie Lynn got the boot Tuesday night, in just week 2 of the competition -- something that came as a shock to the judges, as well as JLS and her dance partner, Alan Bersten.

Well, fans of Britney are over the moon with Jamie Lynn's early removal -- one person online said, "She thought people were gonna vote for her? Babe... everyone literally hates you." Another said Jamie Lynn lacks "half the talent your sister ever had."

It's gettin' pretty brutal on X, where comments include ... she was "destined to lose" and "karma is a bitch."

When Alan reacted to getting kicked off the show by simply tweeting, "Damn" ... Britney fans flocked to his post, too ... but some showed support, with a side diss on Jamie Lynn, of course -- "Justice for Alan! You deserve an amazing partner next season!"

In case ya forgot, social media had much of the same noise last week when 'DWTS' debuted, and Alan was catching heat just for being paired with her.

Drew Barrymore's actions during the writers' strike appear to have royally pissed off the top writers on her talk show, because they're quitting ... refusing to work when the show returns, post-strike.

A trio of co-head writers who worked on "The Drew Barrymore Show" pre-strike have reportedly turned down offers to come back and work for her syndicated daytime program -- which leaves the production in hurry-up mode to hire some new scribes ... per THR.

These writers turning their backs on Drew are Chelsea White, Cristina Kinon and Liz Koe -- and they've been working on DB's show since season 1.

While the WGA strike was ongoing, however, they could be seen picketing outside of CBS's NYC office on multiple occasions. And, when Drew announced she was prematurely bringing her show back (before the strike was over) a couple of them openly expressed disappointment in their boss ... echoing the backlash Drew received at large.

Of course, Drew ended up reversing course and ultimately held off on having her talk show return to the air -- as did several other hosts -- but clearly the relationship between Drew and her head writers was damaged.

Not too long after that ... the AMPTP and WGA ended up striking a deal, and the picketing writers were given the green light to go back to work.

Now that Drew's without her key writers, it's unclear if this will affect her official return date -- which was just announced as Oct. 16. Their departure certainly throws a wrench in the works.

Ahora que Drew no cuenta con sus guionistas clave, no está claro si esto afectará la fecha oficial de regreso, que acaba de ser anunciada para el 16 de octubre. Su salida sin duda comienza con algunos tropiezos.

Kevin Spacey corrió al hospital luego de sentir los mismos síntomas de un ataque cardíaco.

Spacey habló sobre el susto que pasó en Uzbekistán durante el Festival Internacional de Cine de Tashkent durante la ceremonia de clausura la noche del lunes, diciendo que todo su brazo se entumeció durante unos 8 segundos mientras tomaba un tour por el Museo Afrasiyab en la ciudad de Samarcanda temprano durante el día.

Ante el temor de sufrir un ataque al corazón, Kevin corrió al hospital.

Por suerte para Kevin y los organizadores del festival, todo terminó bien y fue capaz de asistir al festival y dar un discurso más tarde esa misma noche.

Spacey dijo que la terrible experiencia le hizo apreciar mucho más la vida y felicitó a los cineastas del festival por todo el trabajo que hacen para contar sus historias. También aplaudió al festival por ofrecer oportunidades a los futuros narradores para crecer.
