Kim Kardashian look-alike and OnlyFans model Christina Ashten Gourkani has died, possibly after a plastic surgery procedure gone wrong.

Christina's death was detailed in a recent GoFundMe made by her family, who say they got a call last week from another family member, frantically screaming that she was dying ... something they say "instantly shattered our world."

They quickly arrived at the hospital where they were told her health went in a steep decline after suffering a cardiac arrest and she didn't make it. Her family says the death's being investigated as a potential homicide -- related to a "medical procedure that took a turn for the worse."

There have been reports that the procedure Christina was undergoing involved plastic surgery ... but the family says they aren't going into more detail at this time.

As for the fundraiser, they're asking people to help reach their $40K goal to go towards Christina's memorial.

For those unaware, the model -- who also went by Ashten G -- didn't just garner a ton of followers on OnlyFans, but also had over 600K on IG at the time of her death ... getting a ton of attention for bearing a striking resemblance to Kim K.

Christina was 34.

Drake's latest thirst trap in the wee hours of the night is a hot shot, no doubt -- but it also has many fans questioning the authenticity of his abs, instead of just salivating over them like he probably intended.

Late Tuesday, Drizzy was obviously feeling the mood when he posted a photo to IG wearing nothing but a towel around his waist ... captioning the pic "5 min cold plunge for the soul."

It probably took about 5 minutes for fans to give their opinion on Drake's bod -- and many wondered if he had indeed gotten work done ... as they didn't spot the same muscle definition in his arms.

Drake's got a big tour this summer with 21 Savage, so it shouldn't shock anyway to see him getting in tip-top shape for those all shows, either. 🤷🏽‍♂️

The Instagram model who's been down one breast -- thanks to one of her massive implants bursting -- is now sporting a new look that takes a major load off her back.

The Canadian model, who goes by Mary Magdalene on social media, tells us she underwent breast reduction surgery ... going from 5,000cc implants to a mere 700cc. If that sounds like a giant difference, it is -- without her famous pair she's a full 20 lbs. lighter!

Remember ... one of Mary's implants popped last month, leaving her with one 11-pound breast she referred to as her "uni-boob" and a bunch of saggy, tattooed skin where the other implant used to reside.

Mary says she's now a C cup after going under the knife ... a major difference from when she was walking around with K cups. It doesn't sound like those enormous implants did the body any good; she says her actual boobs were so damaged, she had no tissue left.

In addition to a breast reduction, Mary says plastic surgeons also performed a lift, implant exchange and liposuction.

The healing process was brutal ... she says she got an infection and a fever and needed antibiotics through an IV. However, she's feeling better now.

One more tidbit, shall we say ... Mary says she also had a vagina reduction, so she's no longer claiming to have the "world's fattest vagina." Someone call Guinness.

Madonna is firing back at the haters who made fun of the way her face looked at the Grammys ... she says it's degrading and reeks of ageism and misogyny.

The pop star posted a lengthy social media rant Tuesday, addressing the jokes that were flying online during the Grammys, when she introduced Kim Petras and Sam Smith before they performed their Grammy-winning song "Unholy."

Madonna says the folks judging her physical appearance are focusing on the wrong thing -- Kim was the first trans woman to perform at the Grammys -- and she says the photos were "taken with a long lens camera by a press photographer that would distort anyone's face!!"

She says it's just the latest example of her being "caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny that permeates the world we live in."

64-year-old Madonna says anyone making wisecracks are part of a bigger problem ... she says our society refuses to celebrate women over the age of 45 and feels the need to punish women who, like her, are strong-willed, hard-working and adventurous.

Madonna's really digging in her heels ... saying she's never apologized for the way she looks or dresses and she sure as heck isn't going to start now.

While it was mostly Twitter users hurling insults, Madonna adds ... "I have been degraded by the media since the beginning of my career but I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come."

Madonna's also channeling another big winner from the Grammys, saying ... "In the words of Beyoncé 'You won't break my soul.'"

Don't expect Madonna to shy away from the cameras, long lenses or otherwise ... she says she looks forward to many more years of subversive behavior, pushing boundaries, standing up to the patriarchy and enjoying her life.

Mary says she's just like anyone who gets super into extreme sports ... but instead of climbing bigger mountains or jumping from higher heights, she went bigger and bigger with her injections ... from her lips, to her butt and, of course, her boobs.

As we reported ... Mary says she's going to change to a more "natural" look after one of her 11-pound boob implants popped, leaving her with a uni-boob and a bunch of tattooed skin.

Mary says her out-of-this-world surgeries brought her happiness over the years, but adds her feelings have changed and now she's going to change her appearance. In fact, she says if her implant didn't pop, she would have gone even bigger with her next procedure and doubled her already massive 38J cup size.

The IG model says she's going to do her next breast procedure in Brussels, and she's going under the knife twice for a breast reduction that will set her back nearly $33,000 ... and bring her breast implants down from 5,000 cc to 700cc.

Mary says she had a spiritual awakening after the incident, with her come-to-Jesus moment aided in part by some mind-altering substances ... and she wants to move away from what she sees as her current "bimbo" look.

The Bronx-bred rapper is the first guest on Revolt TV's The Jason Lee Show, and audio from the interview first dropped on the Jason Lee Podcast where she talked about her cosmetic procedures -- including a nose job and butt lift -- and she gives props to the SKIMS founder for pointing her in the right direction.

Jason asked Cardi how she was able to find good docs she could trust to work on her face and her body ... and she says she did, in fact, phone a couple of the names Kim gave her.

She doesn't say whether she ended up going with any of them in the end.

Kim has been very candid about how much she loves giving beauty advice.

During a chat about Madonna's skincare line in 2018, she told Fashionista ... "I love analyzing someone's face and going with them to a doctor, and being like, wait, a little Botox here."

As for Cardi, she's been open about her different procedures and she's even shared some advice of her own.

Lensa AI's new "Magic Avatar" feature is all the rage online ... and also in plastic surgery offices, where some patients are willing to pay for those images to become them in real life!!!

Dr. Terry Dubrow, who cohosts "Botched," tells TMZ … 2 people have already approached him asking if he can turn them into their Lensa AI self-portraits, which were generated by the app.

Dubrow -- who says he thought it was a crazy prank request at first -- tells us he turned them down because what they wanted wasn't possible in the operating room.

He also says he's concerned this trend is going to take unrealistic expectations to the next level -- making people feel worse about what they see in the mirror, and not wanting to show their real selves in public anymore.

Ditto for Dr. Deepak Dugar -- who's had clients like Mia Khalifa. He tells us he's actually had 5 Lensa-related requests over the past week, and it gravely worries him as well.

Dugar says he thinks this can actually become pretty dangerous if folks get too accustomed to their AI avatars ... as they might start to blend reality and fantasy.

Basically, the features exhibited in some of these AI renderings do not translate to real human bone structure -- but even if someone insisted, Dr. Dugar says he'd steer them away from it completely, because it’s simply not safe to even attempt.

He also says he thinks this is just a fad that'll die down the more people participate.

Likewise, Dr. Ben Talei -- who's done work on celebs like Shanna Moakler -- tells us he too has received a Lensa AI inquiry, but notes he's gotten AI avatar submissions a lot over the past few years.

He says while Lensa might be the new iteration of this avatar fascination ... the phenomenon actually traces back to Snapchat.

All the same, Talei says his fear is a dysmorphic patient actually does find a doctor with the same vision for a surgery … something he says no ethical surgeon would perform.

50 Cent says an innocent photo he took with a surgeon is being used to falsely imply he's a plastic surgery client who had a penis enhancement procedure ... and now he's suing.

Fifty is suing plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her businesses, Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa, claiming they keep circulating an old photo of them together, making it look like he needed to go under the knife to enhance his penis.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, 50 Cent says he took a pic with Dr. Kogan back in February 2020 because he thought she was a fan ... and he says ever since, Kogan and her companies have used the photo to pimp their products.

50 Cent claims it started off with Kogan and her companies using the photo on social media to promote the plastic surgery clinics, but he says things took a "disturbing" turn in August, when The Shade Room did a story with Kogan about the rise in male sexual enhancement procedures and used the pic.

The "In da Club" rapper says the image pops up any time the article is posted or shared online ... and he claims the implication is he underwent a penis enhancement procedure.

50 Cent says Kogan and MedSpa know he never went under the knife there, for a penis surgery or otherwise, and he wants them to stop sharing the photo, saying it's exposing him to ridicule, damaging his professional and personal reputation and violating his right to control his name and image.

Fifty wants a court to step in and stop Kogan and MedSpa from falsely saying he's their client and from sharing the photo ... and he also wants money.

We reached out to Kogan and MedSpa ... so far no word back.

Two-time Grand Slam winner Simona Halep will look a little different the next time she takes the tennis court ... she just revealed she got a nose job -- for both "functional" and "aesthetic" purposes.

The 30-year-old said in a social media post Thursday she'd been having difficulty breathing for years, but noticed it was worse after her loss to Daria Snigur in last month's U.S. Open.

She also noted she "did not like [my] nose at all" -- so, she decided to solve both problems at once with surgery this week.

"I could never do it earlier because I never found the necessary three months for recovery, because tennis was always the first priority in my life," Halep said.

"I felt it's the right time to do it and also to do something for myself as a person," she added.

Halep, who was ranked #1 in the world twice between 2017 and 2019, said there's currently no timetable for a return to the court ... though she did say she's sure the procedure will keep her out until at least 2023.

Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson's finally ready to flaunt an amazing makeover -- delayed for months due to a possible cancer discovery -- and he's truly looking like a new man!!!

As you can see, Honey Boo Boo's father got a massive overhaul, which included a hair transplant, botox, and dental surgery ... according to his manager, Gina Rodriguez.

This was no SuperCuts job either, Sugar Bear's new 'do required a visit to Jacques Abrahamian at LA FUE Hair Clinic in Pasadena ... where he got more than 3,500 FUE grafts to restore the top half of his scalp.

The procedure, which takes individual follicles from other parts of the body to the scalp, can set someone back $30K.

Sugar Bear also hit Bev Hills for 75 units of Botox from Dr. David Saadat, who injected his eyebrows, forehead and those pesky crow's feet.

As for the new pearly whites ... Dr. Joseph Goodman of Beverly Hills removed 20 teeth and replaced them with top and bottom snap-in dentures -- normally a $35K procedure.

This makeover was a long time coming for SB ... TMZ broke the story, he started the process to get a makeover in May this year after going through his recent divorce from Jennifer Lamb.

The procedures were put on hold after a dentist discovered possible cancer in his gums.

Lamar Odom's got another reason to smile -- the ex-NBA star just underwent a 4-hour veneer procedure to give his teeth a makeover ... which cost a pretty penny!!

Lamar's decision to get the work done is a huge deal -- the 2-time NBA champ is famously terrified of going to the dentist ... something that was well-documented on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" back in the day, when he admitted not getting his teeth checked out for 7 years.

Despite his fear, we're told this is something Odom has wanted to do for a long time ... and earlier this month, he got the courage to visit Dr. Victoria Veytsman in Beverly Hills, CA to change his appearance.

The 42-year-old had work done on 22 teeth ... a nearly $80,000 procedure.

The before and after pics show the transformation -- and LO thinks it was worth it, saying, "I now have the million dollar smile."

The procedure took roughly 4 hours to complete -- and we're told the hooper was able to contain his anxiety throughout the visit.

Linda Evangelista says the mental anguish she's suffered since a botched medical procedure is far greater than what she expected ... and at times feels that she hates herself.

Remember, the supermodel recently filed a lawsuit against a company called Zeltiq Aesthetics Inc. after she claimed she underwent a fat-reduction procedure called CoolSculpting which allegedly left her permanently deformed.

Linda says she was able to reach a settlement in the case, but it hasn't fixed her mental trauma, telling British Vogue, "If I had known side effects may include losing your livelihood and you'll end up so depressed that you hate yourself ... I wouldn't have taken that risk."

Linda also says the incident has affected her ability to work, "You're not going to see me in a swimsuit, that's for sure. It's going to be difficult to find jobs with things protruding from me; without retouching, or squeezing into things, or taping things or compressing or tricking."

Linda was seen bundled up in NYC back in February, shortly after she revealed she was ready to come out of hiding. She says she's grateful for the outpour of support from her family and friends, but her life will just never be the same.

Country music icon Hank Williams Jr.'s late wife, Mary Jane Thomas, died from a collapsed lung -- and it happened just one day after she'd gone under the knife.

Mary Jane's death is being classified as an accident according to the Palm Beach County Medical Examiner, who says she suffered the fatal injury during a cosmetic procedure.

The Medical Examiner says Mary Jane underwent liposuction on her back, arms and stomach, and had her breast implants removed during the March 21 surgery.

The M.E. says she suddenly became unresponsive the following day, and she died.

TMZ broke the story ... Hank's wife of over 30 years died March 22 in Jupiter, FL, and a family member said the early indication was she'd suffered a complication from surgery.

That initial theory seems to be at least close to the truth. Mary Jane's plastic surgeon, Dr. Harold Bafitis, told the ME he was about to see her for a follow-up visit in her hotel room when she suddenly became unresponsive while sitting up in bed.

Alana Thompson, better known as reality TV's "Honey Boo Boo," is working her way toward a healthier version of herself by gearing up for a weight loss procedure.

Alana's manager Gina Rodriguez tells TMZ ... the reality star will be heading to NYC -- Queens, specifically -- in late August to have surgery after her 17th birthday.

She's getting a suture sculpt endoscopic sleeve from weight loss doctor Steven Batash, which can set someone back about $13K. As for why Alana's going this route -- we're told she's currently 275 pounds, and wants to get down to 150.

We're told she's trying her best to live a healthier life -- trying diets and increasing her exercise over the past year -- but hasn't gotten the results she hoped she would.

Alana's worried the weight she's put on is genetic, and sees this procedure as the only way to get rid of it.

As for support, she's got plenty ... her sister and new guardian, Pumpkin, has her back and signed off on Alana getting the procedure.

The Instagram model who says she got booted from an airplane because of her massive breasts doesn't have the facts straight ... so say sources at the airline.

Mary Magdalene -- as she calls herself on social media -- claims American Airlines removed her from a flight because of a revealing tank top she wore on a flight from Canada to the U.S.

However, sources at AA tell us that wasn't the case, instead they say flight attendants noticed Mary sitting in several different seats before takeoff ... seats that weren't her ticketed one.

We're told airline employees believed the woman appeared to be intoxicated and she seemed unstable, so flight attendants and the captain asked her to leave -- she left without incident, and cops did not have to get involved.

We've also obtained video of Mary walking around the airport holding a massive cup ... although we can't tell what she was drinking.

Of course, this story is very different from Mary's take on the situation -- the IG model claims she got tossed for being "too explicit" in a tank top that barely covered her 22 lbs. of boobs.
