TMZ obtained photos of Hayward in a Champps Americana Restaurant and Bar on June 12. We're told Hayward was watching USA vs. England next to an unidentified woman.

We wanted to make sure the pic was indeed Tony. So check out the CEO's watch when he appeared on CNN. It's a spitting image of the watch he's wearing in the bar.

As for what Dr. Hayward ate -- yes, he's a PhD -- the receipt shows he paid for shrimp fajitas, fish & chips and 2 cranberry juices.

Sources tell us the Order to Show Cause (the contempt papers) claims Oksana is responsible for leaking the secretly-recorded tapes of Mel's rants during their nuclear arguments. The judge in the custody case issued a restraining order against Oksana late last month, prohibiting her from leaking the tapes. Mel & Co. believe Oksana sold the tapes for big bucks.

We've also learned Mel's lawyers have filed legal papers asking Judge Scott Gordon to issue an order allowing them to search Oksana's computer and iPhone for emails and text messages showing communications related to the sale of the tapes. We've learned another judge has already rejected that motion, but it has now been renewed before Judge Gordon.

Our top sources in Sardinia -- yeah, we've got those -- tell us Seacrest and his chick Julianne Hough attended an ultra-ritzy dinner at the famous Billionaire Club for some kind of a business dinner.

We're told Seacrest picked up the check for everyone involved in the sit-down -- which included several people at multiple tables -- and the grand total came out to just over $41,000 ... plus the $10k tip.

TMZ broke the story ... the L.A. County Sheriff's Department is investigating Mel for alleged domestic battery, assault with a deadly weapon and child endangerment.

-- Domestic Violence: Oksana told Sheriff's deputies Mel punched her in the face twice, knocking out a tooth and chipping another one. Mel -- through his lawyers -- has denied it.

-- Assault with a Deadly Weapon: Sources tell TMZ Oksana told deputies Mel threatened her with a handgun at his Malibu estate. Sources say the allegation is solely based on Oksana's word.

-- Child Endangerment: We're told Oksana claims on January 6 of this year Mel allegedly punched her while she was holding their baby.

As TMZ first reported, Mel's lawyers will present evidence to Sheriff's deputies that Oksana made up some of the stories and tried to extort him by demanding cash in return for the secretly-recorded tapes.

We've learned the hearing is now on for August 2. What's interesting ... Charlie is due back to begin filming "Two and a Half Men" on August 3.

As a plea bargain, we've learned both sides are in deep discussion but no agreement has been reached.

It would seem Charlie cannot do 17 - 30 days in jail, because of the production schedule ... at least not consecutively. But again ... we're told no deal has been formally reached.

Our sources say Gibson has emails and other evidence Oksana "tried to extract money from Mel in return for the [explosive] tapes." As TMZ has already reported, Oksana secretly recorded Gibson during several heated arguments back in February.

We're told Sheriff's investigators are concerned that Oksana had contact with civil lawyers and judges while she negotiated a visitation agreement with Mel over a 6-month period but never once contacted police. Oksana was represented by attorney Eric George, the son of California Supreme Court Justice Ronald George, to handle the visitation case. She went through 2 full days of mediation in May, conducted by two former judges, one of whom was a former federal prosecutor and negotiated a visitation agreement.

We've learned the agreement -- signed by both Oksana and Mel -- gave Mel full visitation rights and future joint legal custody of their daughter.

Last month, Oksana refused to give Mel his visitation rights and it was then that she made allegations of abuse for the first time.

TMZ broke the story ... Melissa filed for dissolution of their domestic partnership. In Melissa's docs, she filed for joint legal and physical custody.

But now, Tammy has thrown down the gauntlet, asking for full legal and physical custody. Tammy carried the twins to term, after being impregnated by an anonymous sperm donor.

Tammy, just like Melissa, says in her docs irreconcilable differences as the reason to end their partnership.

Tammy is also asking for spousal support.

Sources familiar with the police report tell us ... the alleged victim claims White allegedly punched her in one of her breast implants while they were driving on Pacific Coast Highway two weeks ago, with an infant in the car. We're told, she claims when they got home White allegedly slapped her, and pushed her into a toilet so hard it broke the tank.

Sources connected with White's baby mama, Bridget Hardy, tell TMZ Hardy is in fact the alleged victim. We're told she did not report any injuries.

The alleged victim filed a report with the LAPD Tuesday. The investigation is ongoing.

A rep for Jaleel tells TMZ, "There was absolutely no battery ... no abuse ... and the incident never happened."

The lawsuit is explosive -- in it, 55-year-old Leicester Bryce Stovell claims he met Gloria in a D.C. area bar in 1984 ... and had unprotected sex with her on the night they met. He later found out she was 15-years-old at the time ... he was 29.

According to the docs -- filed recently in federal court -- Gloria has spent the rest of her life shielding LeBron from the truth.

But the man making the claim isn't some schmuck -- dude is a Princeton graduate ... who earned a law degree from the University of Chicago ... and then became a Senior Legal Advisor for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

In his suit, Stovell claims he has a very clear recollection of the night he had "consensual sexual relations" with Gloria -- in fact, he even remembers apologizing for his sub-par performance.

Leicester claims Gloria went back to her hometown in Ohio after they hooked up -- but returned several months later to inform him she was pregnant with a boy named LeBron ... but she never specifically identified the father.

Leicester -- a self-proclaimed high school star athlete -- says he remembers telling Gloria, "Well, if he's mine, make sure he plays basketball." He claims that was the last time he saw Gloria for more than 20 years.

According to the docs, Leicester claims he reconnected with Gloria over the phone in 2007 -- when he began to think he could be LeBron's father ... partly because they look almost identical. Leicester also notes that when he saw LeBron at an NBA game he was, "struck by our similarity in appearance ... James and I are nearly if not identical height and pigmentation and have very similar athletic body types."

A few days after the phone call, Leicester claims LeBron -- through his lawyer -- agreed to take a DNA paternity test.

Leicester claims he was given results that showed he was not LeBron's dad ... but several months later, he began to suspect that the results were tampered with ... and Gloria and LeBron were behind the fraud.

TMZ called Holley for comment on a story we're working on, and she informed us she is no longer repping Lindsay. Sources tell us Holley resigned earlier today.

As for who Lindsay will be hiring ... we're told she's a brand new lawyer, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, who was just admitted to the bar in November.

As for what Lindsay wants her to do ... stay tuned. We'll tell you shortly.

One source who was with Lindsay last night says LiLo proclaimed, "I'm not going to jail!" Lindsay was talking with people in her apartment about appealing the case.

As for how Lindsay could appeal ... the only real basis is arguing that Judge Revel abused her discretion in nailing LiLo with a 90-day sentence. The chances of winning such an appeal are extremely remote under the best of circumstances, and given Lindsay's performance on probation ... snowballs and hell come to mind.

Lindsay's vow to appeal could explain why Shawn Chapman Holley just threw in the towel and resigned.

We're told Lohan's new attorney, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, has already been in touch with the Sheriff's Department.

Lee Smith (left) -- Vienna's ex-BF -- has provided TMZ with what he claims is an 8-email exchange between Vienna and him dated June 14-16 ... a week before Vienna split with Jake.

Despite the horrible spelling mistakes, here are the highlights:

- (Lee to Vienna) "I'm here again feeling a oh so fimilar [sic] feeling ... I think it is a mixture of antisapation [sic] or mabey [sic] it's me just missin you either way..."

- (Vienna to Lee) "You are my life. I love you so much and can't wait to be in your arms again."

- (Lee to Vienna) "u are all I want!!!! I want to sex u up so bad baby!"

- (Lee to Vienna) "Don't u miss touching all the time are [sic] long baths ..."

- (Vienna to Lee) "I do miss all that. I love you so much bubbie. I want our life back."

And here's another thing -- Vienna has publicly denied rumors she's doing a Playboy spread ... but her last email says, "I may be doing playboy this weekend ... Xoxo".

Jared just phoned into TMZ Live ... and revealed that his top secret NBA sources have information directly from the Knicks ... that LeBron has informed team officials that he will be joining the team.

The judge could have sent Lindsay to the slammer immediately, but instead gave her until July 20 to turn herself in. Friends worry that Lindsay is now fully off the hinges and may not be able to resist the drugs and alcohol.

The catch-22 -- if Lindsay falls off the wagon she could end up getting even more jail time. Even worse, her friends worry Lindsay could become so irrational she could harm herself.

As if there weren't enough temptation ... there's a big belated birthday bash for Lindsay set for tonight at an L.A. club -- not the best place for a future inmate with a SCRAM accessory.

We're told the deal is being put together quickly and could close as early as today.

TMZ broke the story ... Lowe and Barrack have teamed up with Flavio Briatore (a major Formula One player) and Giuseppe Cipriani (owner of the famed restaurant) to create "a multi-platform media company, similar to DreamWorks."

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced LiLo after an incredulous prosecutor, Danette Meyers, told the judge that Lohan has been thumbing her nose at the court.

The evidence was loud and clear today -- Lindsay violated probation by failing to attend her alcohol ed classes based on the schedule set by the judge. There were lots of excuses, but ultimately they didn't fly.

The judge said there was a pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 following her plea bargain in her DUI case.

Lindsay broke down as she addressed the court, telling the judge, "I did the best I could."

Lindsay dissolved into tears when the judge imposed the sentence.

Lohan must surrender on July 20 in Judge Revel's court.

UPDATE: Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore just explained ... generally, a female inmate in Lindsay's situation only serves 25% of their sentence ... which means LiLo will most likely spend around 23 days behind bars.
