Timbaland knows value when he sees it ... that's why he dropped FOUR MILLION BUCKS for a condo that's still under construction.

The mega hitmaker spent a small fortune on this plush Miami crib in the 53-story Aria on the Bay building that's nearing completion. Timbaland's oasis is a 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom pad that will include 2 private elevators. The new digs will be finished in about 2 months.

The condo's interior will be a sprawling 4,700 square feet and the terrace alone -- with unobstructed bay and ocean views -- is an expansive 1,200 square feet. The building's 648 luxury condos also have access to baller amenities -- pools, hot tubs, fire pits, private spa, and an indoor/outdoor bar.

How baller's the building? Yankees star Giancarlo Stanton bought a penthouse there.

Mark Wahlberg had producers of "All the Money in the World" "over a barrel" when he demanded $1.5 million to reshoot scenes from the movie last month, and director Ridley Scott is furious he was left in the dark and "hung out to dry" ... this according to multiple sources connected to the production.

Our sources tell us the reshoot -- triggered by the ousting of Kevin Spacey -- went down this way ... Michelle Williams was the first actor approached by a producer -- not Ridley Scott -- and she jumped at the task, saying she'd move mountains to complete the movie. She eventually agreed to do it for pennies ... she got $80 per diem and that's it.

At around the same time, we're told Ridley flew to London to see Mark and convince him to do the reshoot. Mark, we're told, agreed, but there was no discussion of money.

We're told after Wahlberg was on board, producers approached Christopher Plummer and signed him up.

Our sources say after Wahlberg committed, his reps and the 2 main financiers for the movie had discussions, and his reps said Mark "never" works for free and demanded the money, and made it clear he would not reshoot the scenes unless he got what he was after. We're told the financing guys had no choice and agreed to pay.

We're told when Ridley went public and said everyone was working for free, that was based on information he was given. We're told he feels betrayed and angry.

The complicating factor ... Wahlberg and Williams are both repped by William Morris Endeavor. We reached out to the agency for comment -- whether the agency should have given Michelle a heads-up that their other client was making a bundle while she was working for free. We got a "no comment."

Paul Wall can't fathom how United Airlines fired one of his closest friends after 16 years of service ... and in the process put the guy's financial future at risk.

If you haven't heard ... the rapper on Tuesday fired off a couple of tweets claiming United fired a close family friend -- and a combat disabled veteran at that -- for allowing Paul to fly for free using his corporate friends and family privilege. Paul says the friend's been with United for 16 years and was close to retirement.

The rapper tells us he's done it plenty of times, but thinks the airline started digging into his flight history after he dissed them on Twitter. He feels horrible how things went down for his friend.

Bam Margera's going to knock out a couple entertainment gigs in L.A., and then start trying to get a handle on his life ... TMZ has learned.

Bam's mom, April Margera, tells us ... the plan is for him to head to a California rehab facility Friday, after he fulfills the commitment he made to shoot a TV show on Wednesday and Thursday.

April says she and Bam's father researched rehab centers to help their son pick the right one. Bam's wife, Nicole, is also lending a hand, but we're told Johnny Schillereff -- Bam's pal and CEO of Element Skateboards -- has taken the reins in getting him help.

We're told "Dr. Phil" reached out to Margera Monday after we broke the news friends and fam were trying to get Bam help, but he turned it down.

Bam's mom tells us there's no timetable for his rehab stint -- they'll just see how he responds.

After his DUI arrest, we're told the first thing Bam said was he wants to be there for his wife and their newborn son, Phoenix.

Kanye West provided a little joy in a fan's final hours ... chatting with and rapping for her before she died.

We're told Kanye recently became aware of a young fan who was battling cancer. The fan's family tried hard to get in touch with him because the pre-teen was a huge fan, and last week -- when word reached Kanye, he jumped at the chance to connect.

Kanye FaceTimed the girl last week. They talked for awhile and the girl then asked Kanye to rap, "I Love Kanye" -- her favorite song. He was more than happy to oblige.

Fetty Wap's baby mama is mostly out of the woods after giving birth 3 months early to a baby girl.

Alexis Skyy gave birth to Alayia, who has been placed in an incubator after reportedly weighing a little over 1 pound at birth. Alayia is stable according to The Shade Room. We're told Fetty was by Alexis' side the whole time and he's still with her at the hospital.

Alexis underwent a C-section after her water broke early Tuesday. She's reportedly also doing fine. This is Alexis' first baby and at least Fetty's fourth. He has 1 more on the way with a different baby mama.

Fetty, a premature baby himself, didn't seem worried based on the video they posted earlier this week.

Harvey Weinstein's not hanging out in L.A. preparing to crash a 'Golden Globes' party this weekend ... because he's still hundreds of miles away.

Rumors started circulating online Thursday the notorious producer had made his way back to Hollywood and was staying at a Beverly Hills hotel where press for the awards show was being done ... but it's not true.

TMZ's obtained a photo of Weinstein -- which we're told was taken around 4 PM Thursday in Arizona -- and word is ... he's not planning on going anywhere anytime soon.

A few actors -- including Rosanna Arquette and Ellen Barkin -- posted messages earlier suggesting Weinstein was in town ... and expressing disapproval.

11:20 AM PT -- The judge denied Suge's request to throw out the court orders.

Suge Knight's blasting prosecutors and the L.A. County Sheriff's Department for playing dirty ... and now says he wants a judge to right the wrong.

Suge filed a motion, alleging prosecutors and the Sheriff's Dept. "have secretly listened to every word" he's had with his lawyers since August 22, 2016. He claims they're eavesdropping on his attorney-client privileged conversations while he's in County Jail, awaiting trial for murder.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Suge asks the judge to throw out all court orders -- allowing the eavesdropping and limiting his jail visits -- because they were made by a judge who later recused himself from the case.

The ex-rap mogul's murder trail is slated to begin next week.

Michael Jordan's oldest son is engaged ... and he popped the question with a diamond ring the size of a knuckle!!

29-year-old Jeffrey Jordan recently proposed to his longtime GF, Radina Aneva ... and she said, "Yes!"

Aneva works in the film industry in Los Angeles. Jordan is a former college basketball player, the oldest of MJ's 5 kids and goes by the nickname, "Heir Jordan."

No word on when the wedding will go down, but the two are definitely in planning mode.

One last reminder 2017 totally sucked -- the most photographed Jesus ever didn't make it to Christmas ... TMZ has learned.

Family members tell us the man known as West Hollywood Jesus died Dec. 13 after a brief hospitalization in L.A. for pulmonary issues.

WeHo Jesus, real name Kevin Short, was a mainstay up and down Hollywood Boulevard, and famously posed for pics with countless tourists over the years. If you've been, you know there are multiple Batmans and Supermans, but only one Jesus. And now he's gone. Again.

WeHo Jesus was 57 ... 20 some years more than the O.G. made it.

Of course, WHJ didn't have Pontius Pilate on his ass.

Tampa Bay Bucs safety T.J. Ward had 99.9 grams of weed in plain sight when cops entered his apartment back in October ... and that's ultimately why he was arrested Wednesday morning.

TMZ Sports obtained the criminal report from the Oct. 25 incident -- that shows cops responded to Ward's apartment for an active intrusion alarm at 4:45 PM.

When cops arrived, they knocked on the door and announced themselves -- a woman inside the place told the officers to "come in."

Just one problem ... cops say all the weed was in plain view on a coffee table. Oops.

There was apparently no emergency -- the alarm may have been an accident -- but when cops saw the weed, they busted both T.J. and the woman for felony marijuana possession.

We're told, Ward was only formally charged on Dec. 29 -- and that's when a warrant was issued for his arrest. On Wednesday morning, cops went to his apartment and arrested him.

As for the weed, cops say Ward didn't exactly play the "it's not mine" card -- and admitted to occasionally smoking.

Ward has been released from jail on a $2,500 bond.

Craig Sager's oldest children are blasting their father's 2nd wife -- claiming she's a shameless gold digger who drove a wedge between the family and ultimately had them cut out of the legendary NBA reporter's will.

"She's greedy," Kacy Sager wrote ... "She didn't even let us say goodbye to him because she wanted to spend his last day of consciousness alone with him. My brother saved his life & she still tried to poison our father against us."

The rift went public on Tuesday -- when Craig Sager Jr. said he was being pestered by sheriffs and court officials over "a will that myself and my sisters are not only 100% excluded from but do not even have any interest in contesting in the first place."

FYI, Craig Sr. passed away in 2016 after a long battle with cancer. Craig had 3 children from his 1st marriage (Craig Jr., Kacy and Krista) and 2 kids with his 2nd wife Stacy, whom he married in 2001.

But Craig Jr.'s older sister, Kacy, revealed a deeper issue with Stacy.

"[Craig Sager] left his family for a chick in her 20s, & she spent their whole marriage spending everything he made & driving a wedge between us. And is continuing after his death."

"The issue isn't the will. We never cared about the money. It's that she's trying to keep us away from everything, including the Sager Strong Foundation & the kids, and is making lawyers and sheriffs do her dirty work instead of picking up a phone."

"She has the kids in $30k-a-year private school and made him sell everything to build her a 10-bedroom house and two condos in Orlando."

TMZ Sports obtained a copy of Craig's will -- which lists all 5 of his kids, but only bequeaths his estate to Stacy. The estate includes all money, real estate and hotel and airline miles.

As for the sheriffs ... it looks like Craig Jr. was served with the will, so he could have an opportunity to object if he wishes. But it's clear, he does not want to go down that road.

9:40 AM PT -- Craig Jr. tells TMZ Sports ... "I love my dad. I love my family. I am not mad. I am not in a bad place. I am quite fine, loving work and finally taking a breather."

"But I want for myself and my family to move on peacefully and without paranoia over the Sword of Damocles this divorce has dangled over our heads for more than half my life. Enough."

"I shouldn't have Sherrifs knocking on my doors when I'm not in his will or fighting the fact that I'm not. I want to be able to relax without worrying about a Sheriff knocking on my door. That's it."

Paris Hilton's monstrous diamond engagement ring is worth about $2 million -- but the crazier part is when Chris Zylka knew she was the one, and ordered the rock.

Celeb jeweler Michael Greene, who designed Paris' multi-million dollar bling, tells TMZ ... Chris reached out to place his order 5 to 6 months ago, back in the summer.

Keep in mind ... Paris and Chris had just gone public with their relationship back in February, so it was likely less than a year into things that he decided he wanted to lock down Paris.

Greene also tells us the huge diamond -- 20 carats strong -- took about 4 months to cut, and the setting only took a couple days. He says Chris came in to get it right before their Aspen ski trip.

We're told Chris was shaking when he picked it up because he was "so nervous." With that kind of hardware in his pocket, we would be too.

No, LaVar Ball did NOT found the NBA -- despite some Google search results -- and now the company admits they "dropped the ball" when creating an online bio for the Big Baller.

Snoop Dogg may have been the headliner at a Hurricane Harvey Relief party, but the guy throwing the bash -- Houston lawyer Tony Buzbee -- got the VIP treatment ... right there on stage.

The famed attorney threw a huge holiday shindig this month that reportedly cost a MILLION dollars to produce ... and it was all for a good cause -- to raise money for Hurricane Harvey victims.
