Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor Likely Skipping A Payday After Leaving Royal Lodge

Published

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's had a rough couple of years, and it looks like things are only getting tougher for the man formerly known as Prince Andrew ... because he likely won't have a payday after leaving the Royal Lodge.

The brother of King Charles was tentatively set to receive upwards of £488,000 -- about $644,000 USD -- upon his early eviction from the property he called home for over two decades, reports CNN.

According to the Crown Estate, cash will only go to Andrew if “no end-of-tenancy repairs or dilapidations are required.”

Andrew paid £1 million for the Royal Lodge in 2003 for a 75-year lease on the property. He's expected to foot the bill for any refurbishing or maintenance of the grounds.

Of course Andrew's not out on the streets ... he'll be moving to Sandringham, located roughly 100 miles north of London, and his accommodation will be funded by King Charles.

Andrew's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson -- who also resided at the Royal Lodge -- is going to have to find her own place.

FYI ... Andrew was stripped of his titles as prince and Duke of York last month, as his links to late financier Jeffrey Epstein cast a cloud over the British Royal Family.

Kristi Noem Proposes Travel Ban in Unhinged Twitter Rant

Published

Kristi Noem's calling for a new travel ban for unnamed countries in a harsh social media post citing her personal criteria for who should and shouldn't be able to enter the country.

The Homeland Security Secretary posted on her personal X account Monday saying she met with President Donald Trump.

Noem called for a ban on incoming travelers from countries she accuses of "flooding our nation with killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies." She didn't name any nations.

Noem claimed founders of the U.S. didn't intend for "foreign invaders" to enter the country and "slaughter our heroes" ... which could be a reference to the shooting of two National Guard troops in D.C. the day before Thanksgiving last week. The tweet ends with an isolationist statement ... "WE DON'T WANT THEM. NOT ONE."

A spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security told the New York Post that a list of countries will be forthcoming.

Donald Trump My MRI Results Are In And Everything Looks Just Fine!

Published

The results of President Donald Trump's MRI scan in October have been released -- and The White House says everything came back fine.

White House Physician Sean P. Barbabella released a memo Monday saying all of 47's imaging was "perfectly normal," according to NBC News. We now know the MRI was performed to check up on Trump's cardiovascular system and abdomen, after Trump told reporters Sunday night he didn't know which part of his body was examined.

Barbabella stated Trump's heart was pumping blood just fine, and all of his major organs appeared to be in good condition as well.

The president's MRI was described as "preventative," and was performed in an effort to identify any outstanding issues with 47's overall health.

Trump revealed he'd gone through an MRI in October, provoking concern -- sitting U.S. presidents typically only have one physical exam per year. He assured reporters at the time he was completely fine.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz challenged Trump to release the results of his MRI after Trump called him the R-word slur in a Truth Social post last week.

Scarlett Johansson Dishes On Her Decision To Defend Woody Allen

Published

Woody Allen's lost tons of supporters over the past few years ... but Scarlett Johansson's sticking by the beleaguered filmmaker.

The actress spoke about her connection to the director in a new interview with The Telegraph and said she wasn't sure how deep the "domino effect" of her willingness to work with Allen really ran.

However, Johansson said her mother had raised her to believe in herself and to stand up for what she believes in -- including working with Allen.

In case you needed a refresher, Allen's adopted daughter Dylan Farrow accused him of sexually abusing her when she was a child ... and her allegations gained further traction when the #MeToo movement gained steam in the late 2010s, leading several figures in Hollywood to distance themselves from the filmmaker. He's denied all the allegations, and he's never been charged with any crimes.

Johansson said she's learned about the importance of knowing when it was appropriate to speak out about touchy topics and when to hold off.

She also said she didn't want to encourage anyone to "silence" themselves when dealing with tough issues, and noted she's grown more comfortable with waiting for the right time to address a hot-button topic.

FYI ... Johansson and Allen have worked together on three movies -- namely "Match Point," "Scoop," and "Vicky Cristina Barcelona," which were released in 2005, 2006, and 2008, respectively.

Johansson previously addressed her connection to Allen in a 2019 interview with The Hollywood Reporter, when she said she had "love" for the director and "would work with him anytime."

Reba McEntire Hold Your Horses -- I'm Not A Married Woman Yet!

Published

Reba McEntire might have found the one in her fiancé Rex Linn ... but she's not a married woman yet -- and she had to remind Savannah Guthrie about her marital status on "Today" Monday morning.

The country music legend stopped by the show to promote a few of her projects, including her sitcom "Happy's Place," in which she stars alongside her future husband.

At one point, co-anchor Guthrie mistakenly referred to Rex as Reba's husband, and the singer quickly jumped in and pointed out they are currently just engaged ... before her fans had "a conniption fit."

Reba took the flub in stride and said her family would probably be up in arms if she'd tied the knot with Rex under their noses -- hey, eloping's still a thing!

She added working with Rex -- who was present in the studio while the interview was being taped -- was a "blast" and they are "grateful and thankful" to be able to work together.

FYI ... Reba and Rex got engaged in December 2024, although they managed to keep their engagement under wraps until two months ago.

The singer was formerly married to Charlie Battles and to Narvel Blackstock, and she shares a son named Shelby with Blackstock. She's also a stepmother to some of her former spouses' children -- including Brandon Blackstock -- from other relationships.

Donald Trump Somalia's Not High Up On My List Of Great Places!

Published

Donald Trump didn't mince words about his feelings about the country of Somalia while speaking to reporters on Air Force One Sunday.

The president was fielding questions from reporters when he landed on the topic of Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, whom he previously called the R-word slur in an unhinged social media rant on Thanksgiving.

47 said there is "something wrong" with Walz, who challenged POTUS to release the results of his under-the-radar MRI from back in October. Trump then referred to Minnesota's large Somali population and said the United States has given billions to the African nation.

The president said Somalia isn't "even a country" and said the nation "doesn’t function."

Trump ordered the reexamination of green cards issued to immigrants from Somalia, as well as 18 more countries of "concern," following last week's shooting of a National Guard troop in D.C. by an Afghan citizen, according to CBS News.

He wrote "hundreds of thousands" of Somali refugees are "taking over" Minnesota in a sprawling rant on Truth Social on Thanksgiving.

Katy Perry Wins Millions From Montecito Property's Former Owner

Published | Updated

Katy Perry was seeking nearly $5 million in damages from a disabled veteran over a lengthy dispute centered on a property in Montecito, California ... and as of Wednesday, she won won $2.795 million, on top of $300K of the total she was asking for.

Perry's legal battle with Carl Westcott started back in 2020, when she and her ex-husband, Orlando Bloom, purchased an 8-bedroom estate for $15 million, the New York Post reports.

Westcott tried to back out of the sale just days after it took place, claiming he didn't have the mental capacity to understand the paperwork regarding the purchase. He said he was on pain medication after undergoing back surgery when he was presented with the documents, and he filed suit against Perry's business manager in August 2020.

The legal battle regarding the sale dragged out for several years, and Perry ultimately gained ownership of the property in 2024, when a judge ruled Westcott was capable of comprehending the paperwork centered on the sale. The case has since been bifurcated, according to People.

Perry's now demanding damages from Westcott, whom she says caused damages with the extended litigation over the sale of the property. Her side's saying she's entitled to over $3.5 million in lost rental value and just over $1.3 million for repairs to the property.

Westcott's team's saying Perry still owes him $6 million out of the $15 million purchase, as they're saying she's only paid $9 million to date. They'd bring the total down to $5.7 million to account for the cost of repairs.

Perry's requests came just a few months after she testified about the purchase via Zoom and said she was looking for what she described as "justice" after Westcott's lawyer asked her about the reason for the litigation.

We reached out to Westcott's side for comment ... so far, no word back.

Guy Fieri I Messed Up My Quad And Now I'm In A Wheelchair!

Published

Guy Fieri's facing a lengthy recovery process ... because he tore his quadriceps muscle "in half" while working on an episode of one of his upcoming shows.

The Food Network star was filming an episode of "Flavor Town Food Fight" when he slipped down a set of steps and caught one of his feet on a threshold ... which he said made him look like he was "doing the splits" in an interview with Fox News Digital.

Guy said his doctor hadn't seen a tear like the one he suffered in 20 years. He underwent emergency surgery to make sure his quadriceps -- a set of muscles on the front of the thigh -- wouldn't "recede."

The show's crew had to get creative to work around Guy's injury.

Guy can't put any weight on his leg for eight weeks, which he'll spend in a wheelchair. Then he'll have to put his leg in a cast and use crutches before he's able to rehabilitate his quad.

He said his injury is affecting his Thanksgiving plans, as his sons, Hunter and Ryder, and his nephew Jules are going to be doing all the cooking this year. He said he'll be "quarterbacking" from his wheelchair.

Pei Chung Arrest For Dining And Dashing Could Lead To Deportation

Published | Updated

An aspiring influencer could be deported after her alleged dine-and-dash stunts at several restaurants in New York City landed her behind bars.

Pei Chung began menacing restaurants in Brooklyn this past October ... her M.O. involved running up a tab with pricey items before complaining she couldn't pay her bill, which resulted in eight arrests, according to the New York Post.

After eating at Mole Mexican Bar and Grill in Williamsburg on Friday, the 34-year-old allegedly refused to pay the bill ... she was arrested for theft of services and was held in jail at Rikers Island on $4,500 bond.

Chung's been hit with an immigration warrant, according to the Department of Corrections' website, and her current immigration status is unknown. She came to the United States on a student visa in 2019 to attend Pratt Institute, where she remained until 2021, and a law enforcement source told the New York Post Chung had overstayed her visa.

Chung often shared posts on Instagram bragging about the meals she was enjoying, and made a habit out of showing off expensive clothing and accessories.

Chung is $40,000 behind on rent on her studio apartment -- monthly rent is $3,350 -- in Williamsburg. She's being evicted ... a judge ordered her to leave by December 1, but she could still be in custody at the end of this month.

She may end up facing a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement hearing and the possibility of being deported.

The New York Post reports she was ordered by a judge Wednesday to get a psychiatric evaluation ... her attorney told the judge Chung doesn't comprehend the charges against her and asked for the evaluation. Chung did not appear in court.
