Mariah Carey is clearly influenced by a much younger singer, because she's saying she'll never ever ever get back together with Nick Cannon.

We know Mariah has seen our video of Nick, telling us he's not closing the door on the possibility of giving their marriage another try.

But sources connected with Mariah tell TMZ, she's out of that game. She likes Nick, but there's no chance of a romantic reconciliation.

She's not in the market for anyone right now. Mariah has a residency in Vegas that's just weeks away. She's also into raising the twins. When she's not working she goes to Eleuthera, her private Island in the Bahamas.

It looks like she may have a case of post breakup hotness, right?

Bobby Brown stunned his audience during a concert Saturday night, when he told the crowd, "Bobbi is awake. She's watching me."

It's unclear what Brown is really saying. On the one had, if you take the first comment at face value it seems he's saying Bobbi Krisina is out of the coma she's been in since January 31st.

But when Bobby says, "She's watching me," it makes it sound like something other than consciousness.

Bobby made the comment at the Verizon Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas.

Kourtney Kardashian celebrated her 36 birthday Saturday night in Vegas with boyfriend Scott Disick ... and he looks less than enthused.

The bash was thrown at 1OAK. There was a pretty big crowd, sans all the other Kardashians. Kim's at home in L.A., Kylie's at Coachella with Tyga and Kendall.

Khloe was busy Saturday night throwing a shindig for her new group messaging app called Regroupd.

Khloe Kardashian is a good sister by all accounts, but there are limits to schlepping to every celebration when lots of loot is on the line.

Kourtney turns 36 Saturday and she's having a big shindig at 1OAK in Vegas. But Khloe will be ensconced at Coachella, where she's hosting a private party for her new group messaging app called Regroupd.

Khloe's rented out a big house in the desert, where she's expecting 100 celebs, who will be well fed. There will be 2 food trucks -- Coolhaus Ice Cream and Umami Burger.

Beer pong tables are at the ready, as is pool basketball.

Khloe will roam the backyard giving celebs tutorials on her app.

Given that the Kardashians now have more money than God, it's possible Khloe could take a private jet to Vegas after her party.

Michael Lohan hysterically called 911 as his infant and toddler screamed in the background ... pleading for cops to come and arrest his wife.

TMZ broke the story ... Kate Major Lohan allegedly pummeled Michael after she came home drunk Thursday. When cops arrived, she claimed Michael also hit her, and when cops couldn't see any injuries on her body, they say she began scratching herself. Kate was arrested.

During the 911 call Michael ticks off Kate's rap sheet and her choice of drugs.

Brooklyn Beckham is developing quite a following on social media, but he's nowhere close to his father David ... which pops was sure to remind him of ... in the most embarrassing way possible.

The video's hysterical ... 16-year-old Brooklyn posted an Instagram video to celebrate crossing the one million line. David just had to poke his head in and put his son in his place ... by reminding him that 52 million people follow him on Facebook. BTW, David inflated it by 2 mil.

Brooklyn's reaction is classic.

Aaron Hernandez will be on the receiving end of some serious prayers from Tim Tebow's parents ... so says a rep for the Bob Tebow Evangelistic Association.

FYI -- Aaron and Tim were teammates at the University of Florida ... and Tim considered Aaron a good friend at the time.

We spoke with a rep for the BTEA who tells us the Hernandez trial has been a hot topic at the association headquarters in Jacksonville ... and the decision was made to pray for Aaron's soul.

"I can tell you that the situation has been mentioned by some people in the office the last few days and I know that Bob and Pam and the entire Tebow family haven't said much ... but they will absolutely be praying for Aaron Hernandez."

The rep continued, "We will actually dedicate a prayer to Hernandez on Tuesday."

The family of Odin Lloyd will also be a target for prayer -- with the rep saying, "We can be praying for [Hernandez] as well as all affected from the situation."

Kate Major Lohan had an alcohol relapse and then drunkenly attacked husband Michael Lohan ... so say cops who cuffed and arrested her.

Law enforcement tells us Michael called Boca Raton police at 7:02 PM Thursday, claiming Kate had struck him. He told cops Kate came home after picking up some dinner and was visibly drunk.

Michael says they squabbled, and it eventually turned physical. He told cops he wasn't wearing a shirt and she scratched him down his back.

According to the report, when police arrived Kate was visibly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. The officer described her speech as slurred, her eyes blood shot and glossy, and her face red and flushed.

The officer says Kate admitted she'd been drinking, then ranted about nonsense. Kate then claimed Michael accused her of cheating and provoked her into a fight.

Kate also claimed Michael grabbed her by the throat. But according to the officer, she had no visible injuries. And get this ... she then "scratched her throat area in an attempt to create red marks."

Officers hauled Kate in to the Palm Beach County Jail and booked her for battery.

She's currently in custody and is scheduled to go before a judge at 9:00 AM ET.

Michael Lohan is actually blaming ex-wife Dina and their ongoing child custody dispute. Michael tells TMZ, "At the end of the day, this is all because of what Dina is doing in court ... It affects Kate too, and like anyone with a drug or alcohol problem, when they can't handle the stress, they resort to drinking."

Kate and Michael got married in November and have two kids together. She recently served a few months behind bars after a DUI arrest (following a fight with Michael) triggered a probation violation stemming from a battery case in 2012 in which she allegedly attacked a police officer.

Police were also called to the couple's home in February of last year for an alleged domestic incident.

10:15 AM PST -- TMZ has learned ... Kate Major has been released on her own recognizance.

Chris Brown's not letting some thirsty boyfriend of his baby mama get in the way of his daughter, because he's daddying out in a big way.

Chris posted a pic of him snuggling his 10-month-old daughter Royalty. It's a good assumption he dressed her ... because they're both wearing the same Pepto pink.

As TMZ reported, the boyfriend of baby mama Nia Guzman has made rumblings that he was taking over as the dad, but Chris has very clearly drawn a line in the sand.

The sister of "Mob Wives" star Big Ang thought she was doing a good thing by creating a donation page for medical costs, but quickly had second thoughts ... and is now apologizing to Ang's fans.

Janine Detore says "Mob Wives" fans were reaching out and asking how and where they could make donations to help Ang cover bills for her throat cancer treatment. So, Janine created a GoFundMe page.

But after less than a day a fan wondered why a celeb was asking for money. Detore realized it was a good point. She tells us Ang and the fam can more than handle any expenses insurance doesn't cover -- so, she immediately disabled the page.

Detore says they only got about $150 during the few hours the page was active. She adds, Big Ang had no idea the page was ever up.

As for Ang's condition ... she's resting at home and doing very well -- but Janine says doctors are planning another surgery to remove her right lymph nodes ... as a precaution.

Sugar Bear's brother Billy is alive and well, which is hardly news except June and S.B. thought he wasn't.

As we reported, Sugar Bear and June filed a missing persons police report Tuesday, because they hadn't seen or heard from Billy since Saturday. They were especially worried because Billy was going through hard times ... unable to find a job and in the middle of a contentious breakup with his baby mama, who supposedly was not letting him see his kids.

But now Billy has resurfaced and doesn't understand all the fuss. He says he was just working with a friend and didn't feel like returning phone calls or texts from them. He says he was in contact with other family members.

Billy also says he was with his kids last week, so June and Sugar Bear were making a big deal out of nothing.

The private investigators who were tailing the father of Scientology leader David Miscavige were carrying a shocking stash of guns and ammo, including an ominous silencer.

As TMZ reported, Ronald Miscavige -- who claims David kicked him out of the Church -- was tailed for a year-and-a-half by a father/son P.I. team. Cops arrested the father, Dwayne Powell, and found the weapons in his car.

Powell and his son claim they were hired by the Church to follow and even harass Ronald to make sure he didn't do anything to embarrass Scientology. David Miscavige denies he hired the P.I.s or even knew them.

Sugar Bear's brother is missing, and Sugar Bear and Mama June are so worried we're told they've filed a missing persons report.

Billy Thompson was last seen 3 days ago in McIntyre, Georgia. He's gone off the radar, not returning phone calls or texts.

The last time Billy was seen was Saturday, at Sugar Bear's home where Mama June's daughter Jessica was getting ready to go to prom.

Mama June's people tell TMZ, they're especially worried because he's been going through hard times lately. He's unemployed and unable to find work. He's also having a hard time seeing his kids in the wake of a bad breakup with his baby mama.

Nick Cannon is not closing the book on his marriage to Mariah Carey. Yeah, surprised us, too.

Nick was leaving Baltaire in Brentwood Monday night when we asked him straight up if there was a chance they'd get back together.

Nick and Mariah have been on good terms since their split, hanging together with the kids as recently as Easter. But our sources have said their romantic relationship is ancient history.

So the question ... will history repeat itself?

Dwight Howard's ex Royce Reed is FURIOUS that the NBA star is off the hook in his child abuse case ... telling close friends their 7-year-old son is still "terrified" of his father.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Howard was investigated by the Atlanta Police Dept. for allegedly hitting his son with a belt buckle last year. They ultimately decided to drop the case.

Now, we've learned Reed is fuming over the decision -- with one source close to Reed telling us, "She's extremely upset by the way the system neglected to defend her son."

"She never asked for Dwight to be arrested. She asked for him to get help and take parenting classes. Her child is terrified of his father."

We reached out to Dwight's camp for comment -- and his attorney told us, "Several law enforcement agencies have thoroughly investigated the allegations and all decided against filing charges."

Dwight Howard will NOT face criminal charges for allegedly beating his then 6-year-old son Braylon with a belt buckle ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the NBA star was being investigated by the Atlanta Police Department over an incident that went down in Georgia back in August 2014.

We spoke with Howard's attorney David Oscar Markus who told us, "We are gratified that the Atlanta Police Department, after fully examining the frivolous allegations against Dwight Howard, has closed the case and decided not to proceed with charges."
