LaVar Ball Big Baller Brand Is A B-B-Billion Dollar Company

Lavar Ball
BILLION BALLER BRAND

LaVar Ball is adding a 4th "B" to the Big Baller Brand -- claiming he believes the company is worth ... A BILLION DOLLARS!!

And, yeah, he's dead serious.

Here's the deal .. Papa Ball joined the guys on Barstool Sports' "Pardon My Take" on Friday to talk about the BBB comeback -- and that's when the topic turned the brand value.

The guys brought up to LaVar that if you do a Google search for "Big Baller Brand Worth" -- the first site that pops up claims BBB has a BILLION DOLLAR valuation (unclear how they came to that number).

So, when the hosts joked about Ball paying Google to make that article the top result, Ball doubled the hell down.

"Everybody knows it's worth a billion," Ball says. "Why do you think they coming at me so hard? They don't want this to take off, baby!"

You may laugh ... but Ball turned BBB into a household name when it launched in 2016 -- with everyone from Jay-Z to The Game buying up those $495-a-pair shoes.

But, things went south quickly over issues with shipping, product design issues and Lonzo publicly trashing the brand (he even got his BBB tattoo covered up).

And, don't forget Lonzo sued BBB co-founder Alan Foster for allegedly embezzling more than $2 million, allegations Foster has denied.

Now, LaVar is bringing it back -- and says the NEW Big Baller Brand will be bigger and better than ever ... with new shoes, shirts, hats and more.

In fact, Ball recently came into the TMZ office and told us he has BIG plans for BBB in 2020 -- from an animated TV series to tire rims and even BBB water.

And, with stars like Master P and Metta World Peace throwing their full support behind him -- who knows where it could go.

Drake showed off his kicks on IG Monday (probably out of complete boredom) ... and the collection has everything from the $2,000 super rare Air Diors (reportedly only 8,500 pairs made) to an entire section of Kobe Bryant's signature shoes.

On top of that, Drake shows off his Off-White Jordan 5s ... Supreme Air Force 1s and the Jordan 5 Tokyo T23, which currently go for the $3,000 to $4,000 range.

And, don't forget -- Drizzy can wear these expensive-ass shoes on his OVO indoor court from the comfort of his own home ... but we hope he doesn't hoop in these!!

This whole self-isolation thing ain't all that bad for Drake.

Alessandra Ambrosio I Let My Dogs Out, But ... What's My Ex-Fiance Doing Here?!!

Published

Forget social distancing, Alessandra Ambrosio's just having trouble putting space between herself and her ex-fiance while out for a walk with her current guy.

The retired Victoria's Secret supermodel was out Tuesday in Santa Monica walking her pooches with her BF, Italian fashion designer Nicolò Oddi. Not too long into her walk, she learned it's a very small world after all ... cause she ran into her ex and baby daddy, Jamie Mazur.

It appears they had a brief and somewhat tense encounter ... based on their faces. The former couple, of course, share 11-year-old daughter, Anja, and 7-year-old son, Noah. Jamie had proposed to Alessandra in 2008 but a decade later in March 2018, she announced their breakup.

Four months later, Alessandra started dating Nicolò. We think you'll get no complaints from this group about keeping 6 feet apart!

Tekashi69 Sued By Fashion Nova ... You Took Our Money and Never Said You're a Criminal

Published | Updated

Tekashi69 has somehow managed to make even more enemies before he's sprung from jail, this time racking up haters in the fashion biz, after he allegedly walked away with their money.

The rapper allegedly made a deal with Fashion Nova -- a discount clothing retailer -- to do a series of brand promotions on his social media pages and through his music. According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Tekashi was paid an advance of $225,000 in October 2018.

The docs claim just 2 weeks after Tekashi got the wire, he was locked up ... making him unable to perform his duties for the company. What's more ... they say Tekashi's testimony during the trial totally torpedoed his ability to be a good brand ambassador for FN.

FN claims Tekashi was underhanded ... he and his people concealed the entire criminal prosecution from them. In other words, what FN seems to be saying is that they had no idea Tekashi was a criminal.

FN says Tekashi promised to return the $225k, but never did ... and now they're suing for $2.25 million.

As we reported -- Tekashi is set to be released in August of this year -- and he's got a lot of making-up to do in the outside world ... add FN to that list.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle Red Alert ... We're Leaving Soon, Y'all!!!

Published | Updated

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are seeing red just weeks before they get outta Dodge London and live happily ever after ... everyone else is seeing that color too, BTW.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were looking like a couple of burning flames Saturday in the U.K., where they're attending the annual Mountbatten Music Festival at Royal Albert Hall -- a military-sponsored event meant to honor the brave Brits who fought in WWII.

That's why Har here is decked out in his red marine coat and Meg followed suit with a stunning matching dress of her own. It's one of their last events as senior Royals ... after this, they're ditching the titles, military ones included. The couple steps down on March 31.

In any case, it's good to see Harry and Meghan being good sports about it. It's also great just to see them in general ... following up a spectacular outing on Thursday with one that's even more showstopping. We'll give 'em this ...  they know how to dress for an occasion.

On Monday, they'll have their final Royal event ever alongside the Queen -- and after that, it's sayonara for the pair. If the dress code here is any indication, they'll go out with a bang.

Mike Bloomberg, Tom Steyer We Can't Win in 2020 But Charities Win Big with Our Swag!!!

Published

Billionaire ex-presidential candidates Mike Bloomberg and Tom Steyer came up empty in their bid to win the Democratic nomination, but charities across the country will stock up because of it ... with all their leftover merchandise.

A spokesperson for Steyer's campaign tells TMZ ... they are donating his leftover swag -- which mostly consists of t-shirts, sweatshirts and reusable water bottles -- to local San Francisco charities that take in clothing and other items.

We're told they're also going to send some of the merch to fulfillment centers in Dallas and Chicago.

Bloomberg's camp tells us his excess swag will be donated to charities in both L.A. and New York.

Combined, the 2 spent more than three-quarters of a billion dollars on the 2020 race to no avail ... but at least some good is coming out of it for those in need.

As for some of the other candidates who dropped out ... a Pete Buttigieg spokesperson tells us his campaign has very little swag left, and an Andrew Yang spox says he's still selling merch.

Andrew Yang's still got his eye on the White House ... because he'd be stoked to be Joe Biden's vice president.
I'M VEEP READY

Yang's MATH ("Make America Think Harder") hats are still a hot ticket item among his supporters, we're told ... so the store is still active. A campaign official tells us the money will be used to pay various campaign expenses, and when everything's square, the balance will go to charity.

BTW ... this swag gets more valuable as time goes on.

Madison Beer Shakes Her Tail Feather!!! ... For 21st Bday Bash

Published

Madison Beer ruffled her own feathers on her 21st birthday ... and it was one helluva view.

The singer celebrated her big 2-1 Thursday night in WeHo in front of a star-studded crowd at Delilah nightclub. All eyes were on Madison ... she slayed in a baby blue, bejeweled, carnival-themed costume.

Madison had some stiff competition though in the attention department ... as in the birthday cake.

Baby blue seemed to be the color of the night as Hailey Bieber went chic business with high-knee leather boots. Hailey's hubby had a big hand in practically launching Madison's music career. Remember, it was Justin who 8 years ago tweeted a YouTube video showing then 13-year-old Madison belting out Etta James' "At Last."

The rest is history.

Lori Loughlin's daughter, Isabella, YouTube star and celeb makeup artist James Charles and Josie Canseco were all there singing "Happy Birthday."

Drake's OVO Whooooo Do You Think You Are?!? That's OUR Owl!!!

Published | Updated

Feathers are seriously ruffled over at Drake's company, OVO, after a couple of companies jacked their famous owl logo ... or at least that's what OVO's claiming in a lawsuit.

OVO is suing Australian-based Bellroy and L.A.-based Clae claiming the merch companies collaborated to create, among other things, a shoe featuring a bird which OVO claims is the spitting image of its famous owl ... and it's crying fowl.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, OVO claims Bellroy "changed the design of the owl by altering its posture, width, wings and feet in order to blatantly mimic the OVO owl." OVO thinks these changes were intentionally made to maximize similarities with Drake's brand.

Specifically, OVO gives a hoot because Bellroy first sold wallets, smartphone cases and small luggage, but recently added footwear and clothing which OVO says is the core of its biz.

OVO alleges Bellroy and Clae are misleading consumers into thinking they're in bed with OVO's world-famous brand.

It's suing for trademark infringement and is asking for an injunction to stop Bellroy and Clae from jacking its owl -- plus any profits it's made so far and damages.

We've reached out to Bellroy and Clae, so far, no word back.

North West Raps at Kanye's Fashion Show ... 'Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!!!'

Published | Updated

North West is going worldwide ... performing in Paris at her dad's Paris fashion show, and while she's still honing her rapping skills, ya can't say the kid ain't cute ... and loud!!!

Kanye managed to score 6-year-old prodigy North for his Yeezy Season 8 show ... part of Paris Fashion Week. While his models stood silently behind him, per usual, he gave North a mic and she did her thing ... busting out a rap that seemed to double as a review of Ye's new line.

Check it out ... sure, ya might not be able to understand every word outta the kid's mouth, but c'mon ... that's true of most rappers. We definitely made out "cool," "cute" and a whole lot of "YEAH!!!!"

Her Paris debut comes about a week after she showed off her skills at school -- where she was a bit more articulate and audible. Just like then, Ye was by his kid's side in full support.

He's definitely been encouraging her creativity ... which we've also seen on display at Sunday Service.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's oldest daughter is following in her parents' footsteps to become a showwoman herself -- which she put on display in front of all her classmates.
FOLLOWING IN DAD'S FOOTSTEPS

At this rate, we'll likely see North open for Kanye at his next concert. Might be time to remix one of his and Jay-Z's "Watch the Throne" hits!!!

"Got his daughter in Paris, and they going gorillas ..."

Floyd Mayweather To Deontay Wilder ... 'I Can Teach You How to Beat Fury'

Published | Updated

Deontay Wilder might want to pick up the phone and call Floyd Mayweather -- because TBE just suggested he could help Deontay beat Tyson Fury ... if Floyd trains him!

Mayweather was speaking at an event in Manchester, England over the weekend when he was asked straight-up -- "Do you think Wilder will win in a rematch with Fury?"

Floyd responded, "If I train him! If I train him, I can teach him how to win!"

Floyd has been especially supportive of Deontay after the Bronze Bomber lost that Feb. 22 heavyweight fight with Tyson Fury.

"Win, Lose or Draw ... Deontay is our brother that has accomplished many triumphs and as a community we should all uplift and support him throughout it all," Mayweather posted on social media.

"No matter what, you're still a winner in my eyes, King!"

Wilder has exercised his rematch clause with Fury and is expected to get back in the ring for a 3rd fight with the Gypsy King on July 18 in Las Vegas.

Wilder has been catching flack for suggesting his 45-pound ring entrance costume had a lot to do with his poor performance against Fury ... after he claimed the weight of the outfit burned out his legs.

Over the weekend, Wilder posted a new video assuring his fans he's doing okay now -- and he's laser-focused on defeating Fury.

Deontay Wilder
THE BOMBER WILL BE BACK

Will he strike a deal to train with Floyd? They do have a connection ... Wilder is managed by Al Haymon, Floyd's business partner.

In other words, it's possible.

Dana White On Deontay's Costume 'We Don't Do That in the UFC'

Published | Updated
Dana White on Fury Wilder
NO PLAYIN' AROUND

Dana White hates the idea of a costume party before a big fight -- which is why he won't allow UFC fighters to play dress-up like Deontay Wilder did at the Tyson Fury fight.

The UFC honcho thinks Deontay's decision to rock a 45-pound costume during his ring walk was ill-informed ... but says ya can't blame the whole loss on the outfit -- give credit to Fury!

"I think there's a lot to it. Fury looked awesome," White says ... "Fury fought a perfect fight. But, if you think about boxing and fights when fighters are getting ready, they're in the back. They're relaxing. Some guys sleep. Some guys just lay around and chill. Then you get up, you time it out, do your warm-up. Then you throw something on to stay warm. You don't put all this gear on and all this stuff. That's why I don't do any of that bulls**t in the UFC. I don't like it. I don't like any of that."

But, is the costume the reason Wilder lost? No.

"The reason he lost is 'cause Fury is a bad-ass boxer, and he fought the perfect fight that night and executed his game plan."

As for Fury, who has previously teased a possible MMA fight at some point in his career -- White says, "I'm interested in the future of Tyson Fury in all combat sports!"

"I'm excited to see him no matter where he goes. If he wants to fight in the UFC, I would love it. I'm excited to see what's next for him in boxing."
