Former "Glee" star Mark Salling has just agreed to pay a woman more than $2.7 million for knocking her to the ground in a furious fight over an alleged sexual encounter ... and the settlement is absolutely bizarre.

Roxanne Gorzela claimed in her lawsuit ... in 2011, she hooked up with Mark and she consented to having sex but he did not want to wear a condom and forced unprotected sex anyway.

Gorzela claimed a few days later she went to Mark's apartment to confront him, worrying she might have contracted an STD. She claims they fought and he threw her to the ground, severely injuring her knees.

Mark claimed she was just a woman scorned and broke into his place, attacked him and he just defended himself. She sued for sexual battery.

The case settled Monday, in the middle of trial. The sexual battery claim was dropped and the only thing Mark admitted to was negligently causing her to fall and injure herself.

Now this is where it gets bizarre. They agreed to her damages:

-- Past medicals $64,155

-- Future medicals $666,000

-- Past non-economic damages $180,000

-- Future non-economic damages (pain and suffering) $1.8 million

Grand total: $2,710,155

But under the settlement, she agreed to ONLY go after Mark's insurance company to get payment -- NOT Salling.

We're told the insurance company -- State Farm -- already rejected the claim, but now there's a settlement signed by a judge.

Chris Massey is throwing shade -- with racial undertones -- at Lil Twist ... the guy who allegedly beat him with a pair of brass knuckles.

Massey ripped Twist as nothing more than Justin Bieber's lackey when we shot him at LAX Monday afternoon. We asked Chris about the warrant out for Twist's arrest ... following the alleged fight at Chris' bro Kyle's house.

At first he played off our photog's question like Lil Twist is a nobody -- but then decided to go HAM with a string of insults, including a shoe shine crack ... which used to be taken as a racist remark. But since that was before Massey's time ... we're guessing that wasn't his intent.

The pimp hand of justice just ruled in Blake Griffin's favor -- because officials have decided to DROP the battery case against the NBA star after they couldn't prove he actually slapped a guy in a Vegas nightclub.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Griffin was charged with battery stemming from an incident at Tao nightclub on October 19th ... when he allegedly put the 5 fingers to some dude's face for snapping a pic without Blake's permission. The man also claimed Blake grabbed his neck and squeezed.

Blake denied the allegations -- and now we're told the charge has been formally dropped after Griffin's attorney Richard Schonfeld provided prosecutors with multiple witness statements contradicting the accuser's story.

Rapper Rich Homie Quan stands accused of decking a security guard who wouldn't let him inside a club ... and then fleeing in a speedboat!

RHQ and his crew were trying to get into LIV at the Fontainebleau, according to the Miami Beach police report. When they got to the VIP entrance a security guard broke the news ... the club was full and they'd have to wait in the regular line with all the plebeians.

The security guard told cops RHQ launched into a do-you-know-who-I-am tirade screaming, "I'm Rich Homie Quan and I'm a rich millionaire, bitch. I'm coming through these doors. I'm with Flo Rida!"

The hired muscle held his ground and says RHQ then socked him twice in the face, breaking his nose and bloodying his lip. He claims a member of the rapper's crew then hit him in the back of the head for bad measure.

The security guard claims RHQ and his entourage crossed the street and boarded a speedboat and roared off.

Police are on the hunt. Consider them dangerous and really full of themselves.

Ronda Rousey says she's VERY CONFIDENT she could beat Laila Ali in a boxing match -- telling TMZ Sports she just needs some time to learn the ropes.

It's no joke ... Ronda was out in NYC Monday when we asked how she felt about the undefeated former boxing champ's recent call-out ... when Laila told us no woman alive could take her in the ring.

But Ronda begs to differ ... saying she'd wreck Muhammad Ali's daughter -- even if the fight didn't go to the mat, where Ronda would clearly have the advantage (arm bar anyone?!).

Ronda also had some tough talk for Houston Texans cheerleader Antonieta Osuna -- a former boxer who recently told us she wants a piece of the UFC champ too.

Lil Wayne's security viciously attacked a fan who mocked Weezy with his iPhone .... and it was all caught on video.

Wayne was scheduled to show up at midnight on Saturday to play a show at Revolution Live in Fort Lauderdale, FL ... but the crowd became agitated when Wayne didn't get there until 3:30 AM.

According to people at the show, one fan used his iPhone to show off a scrolling message to the stage. Before Weezy arrived, the message said "Shut the f*** up and put on Weezy" ... but later it just read "F*** Weezy."

Wayne was spotted by the New Times Broward-Palm Beach pointing out the fan and sending one of his security people to deal with him.

We're told security carried the victim out of the club, but the club says no paramedics were called.

Lil Twist -- Justin Bieber's sometimes sidekick -- has just been nailed with 6 felonies for allegedly breaking into Kyle Massey's house, beating up his brother and stealing stuff from the apartment.

The L.A. County D.A. has charged Twist with making criminal threats, burglary, grand theft, battery and 2 counts of assault with a deadly weapon.

You may recall, Twist allegedly was hanging with some friends in Kyle's apartment in November, when Kyle and his brother kicked them out. They returned and allegedly pushed their way back inside and then pummeled Chris Massey with brass knuckles, pantsed him and stole his wallet and cell phone.

The Game just got a little more Iron in his diet -- getting Mike Tyson's face tattooed on his fist.

Besides being a huge Tyson fan, Game also has penchant for punching people ... including another rapper named 40 Glocc ... and mentioned that street fight in a post after getting the new ink.

"Now when the judge ask me in court if I whooped 40 glock ass I can truthfully say no & blame it on @MikeTyson .... My right hand man lol."

And of course, he added the proper hashtag -- #MikeTysonPunchOut.

As for 40 Glocc ... that beatdown went down in 2012 ... yet it seems to live on forever.

Sly Stone's lawyer got the Supreme diva treatment outside court -- taking a punch to the face from a woman claiming to be Diana Ross.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... minutes before Stone and his lawyer entered an L.A. courtroom Friday -- a woman walked up, announced she was THE Diana, then socked the attorney so hard his face was gashed.

Witnesses say the woman accused the lawyer of trying to get Sly locked up ... and popped him when he talked back. We're told cops pounced, and arrested her for misdemeanor battery.

Adrien Brody might not seem like a tough guy, but he was quick to get in the face of a couple of guys he thought were disrespectful to his girlfriend.

The Oscar winner and his girl were at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Vegas Thursday night when we're told 5 guys starting hitting on her.

Adrien's GF got real uncomfortable so he stepped up and confronted them. There was pushing and shoving, but eventually hotel security calmed the situation down.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Joseline Hernandez must not watch her own show -- which is the only explanation for her denying under oath she ever hit Althea Eaton.

Eaton is suing Hernandez over the insane reunion show brawl. During her deposition, Eaton's attorney asked Hernandez if she has any recollection of ever hitting Eaton. You gotta watch the video of the fight and then listen to her answers.

So who are you gonna believe ... her or your lyin' eyes?

Margaret Cho is going full blast on Virgin America ... claiming the airline humiliated her disabled friend.

Selene Luna -- a little person recovering from a debilitating hip condition -- opens for Cho. According to Cho, Luna was trying to pre-board a Virgin flight with her when she was rudely dismissed by a ticket agent and told to board with everyone else.

Luna claims the Virgin employee said pre-boarding for the disabled was discontinued and when an LAX employee spoke up on her behalf the Virgin worker just reiterated what she had said.

A rep for Virgin America chalked the whole thing up to a miscommunication ... they say the airline absolutely offers pre-boarding for special needs guests -- which they believe was offered to Cho and Luna, but they curiously apologized nonetheless.

Cho and Luna are calling BS and say they'd take legal action if they had the money to fight a Goliath corporation.

Drake was manhandled at a club in Dubai, which triggered a melee that put the aggressor where he belongs ... on the ground.

Drake and his crew were at Movida nightclub Saturday night, along with a huge crowd ... Dubai does it big. Watch the video closely ... you'll see the guy grab the back of Drake's head and shove it down.

Drake is clearly pissed off, and gives the guy a death stare. But club security jumps in and gets the job done STAT.

BTW, Drake was in the country as a guest of the royal family. It's unclear if members of the family were on hand when Drake was assaulted.

Marshawn Lynch went beast mode Friday night trying to break up a fight incited by a Seattle Seahawks hater.

Marshawn and his crew were leaving a San Francisco bar when a drunk guy taunted the running back, repeatedly calling him a "Seattle Sea Chicken."

Someone in Marshawn's crew snapped and a melee erupted. You see Marshawn in a white cap trying to pull one of his friends away from the guy. An eyewitness tells us Marshawn got in a few punches before walking away.

Kyle Richards is calling BS on some people in the TMZ newsroom who believe the whole wine-glass throwing scene on "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" was fake.

Kyle and hubby Mauricio were leaving Mr. Chow in Bev Hills when our photog asked if it was one of those breakaway glasses ... because we thought the whole thing was staged.

Kyle was pretty convincing it was the real deal when her Lisa Rinna hurled the glass at her sister Kim.

Rocky had Mickey. Daniel had Mr. Miyagi. And now Laila Ali has a wise mentor to guide her if she squares off with Ronda Rousey ... with ex-champ Antonio Tarver formally offering to train Muhammad's baby girl.

Tarver -- a former 5-time boxing champ -- tells TMZ Sports he's been friends with Laila for years and strongly believes he could train her up to beat the UFC star in a boxing match.

"She knows I got her back and front," Tarver says.

In fact, he's even got a game plan for Ali, who hasn't stepped in the ring in 8 years -- "[Laila] needs a serious training camp and a tune up fight."

"I think it's time to dust off [the gloves] and you got my services."

Tarver says Rousey is an "amazing athlete" -- but he's 100% confident he could train the 37-year-old back into face-bashing shape and get the biggest victory in female fight history.
