A$AP Rocky Bodyguard Chokeslammed Alleged Victim!!! ... All on Video, But He Wasn't Charged
A$AP Rocky's bodyguard absolutely choked the hell out of the alleged victim in Sweden -- it's clear as day in this surveillance video -- but the video also presents a flaw in the prosecution's case.
This video was captured before the street brawl broke out, AND before the alleged victim, Mustafa Jafari, threw a punch at the bodyguard. It's pretty brutal ... the massive hired muscle grabs Jafari by his throat, lifts him off the ground and tosses him down the street.
What's puzzling is ... why clear the bodyguard? When prosecutors announced Jafari would not be charged for punching the bodyguard, they said he was acting in self-defense. Sooo, if he's defending himself, why not charge the guy attacking him? Especially when there's such clear video evidence like this.
Moments after the choking, Jafari swung a punch at the bodyguard and then hit him with his headphones.
During Tuesday's testimony in court, Jafari said he thought he was going to die during the brawl. A$AP's lawyers will cross-examine him Thursday when the trial resumes.

11:19 AM PT -- Jean just filed for a temporary restraining order against Gressy, it was granted by a judge. Gressy must stay 100 yards away from Jean and not contact her in any way. He must also keep his distance from her cat, Ichabod.
Casey Kasem's widow is in the market for a new business manager ... 'cause her last one allegedly flew into a violent rage and threatened to kill her.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the incident went down around 10 AM last Friday in Jean Kasem's L.A. home. We're told her business manager, John Gressy, got furious because Jean was giving money to her daughter, Liberty Kasem.
Gressy's rampage allegedly included throwing dishes and a vase at Jean, and we're told she was struck at least once and needed to be taken to a hospital for minor injuries. He also allegedly threatened to kill Jean, her lawyer and Liberty ... who was in the home and called 911.
John locked himself in a room, but when police arrived they arrested him for felony criminal threats. We're told he could be hit with more charges -- such as assault and/or battery -- once the case is submitted to the L.A. County District Attorney.
Jean's rep, Edward Lozzi, tells us there's no truth to any rumors Gressy and Jean were in any kind of "intimate or personal relationship."
Jean, of course, now has this to deal with on top of her legal drama with Casey's kids. As we reported ... she's been locked in a nearly 4-year legal battle with the family over Casey's estate.
She had also alleged Casey's kids conspired to kill the radio legend for his money, but an investigation cleared them.

Jorge Masvidal Calls Out Conor McGregor 'Let's Get It F***ing Crackin!'

Jorge Masvidal has a message for Conor McGregor -- LET'S FIGHT!!!
The 34-year-old UFC superstar is on a tear right now ... he destroyed Darren Till in March and put Ben Askren to sleep in 5 seconds earlier this month and the fans have been calling on Dana White to match up Jorge with Conor.
And, guess what ... when we spoke with Masvidal, he told us he's ALL THE WAY DOWN -- if Conor wants to make it happen.
There was no trash talking ... there was no disrespect -- just one professional fighter telling another professional fighter that he's ready, willing and able to sit down and hash out a deal.
"I got good things to say about Conor," Jorge told TMZ Sports ... "He's done a lot in the sport and he's made his money already and if he feels he's not getting the money he deserves to come back, man I'm gonna be the first one to applaud him and be like do your thing my brother."
But ... "If he wants to come back and he wants somebody that's gonna stand with him and give him the type of fights that he likes, look no further my brother!"
Jorge says there's one BIG catch ... he doesn't want to have to "flirt" with Conor to bait him into the fight.
"Let's just scrap if were gonna scrap ... and if not, NEXT!"
Of course, Dana White recently told us he did NOT want to make the Masvidal vs. McGregor fight because Conor is too small physically to be fighting someone Jorge's size.
7/15/19
FYI, Jorge's last fight was at 170. Conor's last fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov was at 155.
But, Jorge thinks Dana's assessment is wrong -- insisting their natural weights are closer than people think. Conor also told Dana recently the "too big" argument is BS.
Besides, if they DO fight ... Jorge says he expects the two to stand and bang -- giving the fans the kind of violent show they've been begging for.
"He knows I'm only going for one thing on him -- the off button. I'm not going in there to outpoint him or nothing."
Masvidal ended with one final message to the Irishman ...
"If you want this fight my brother, I'm right here man. Let's get it f*cking crackin!"

Tony Stewart Punches Fan In Face In Race Track Fight ... Caught On Video
-
Exclusive Details
- 27.4K shares
NASCAR legend Tony Stewart straight-up socked a heckler in the jaw at a racetrack Friday night ... and the entire incident was caught on camera.
48-year-old Stewart -- a 3-time NASCAR Cup Series champ -- was driving in a sprint car race in Jackson, Minnesota when he claims his engine blew out on him after just one lap.
A ton of fans flocked to the track to see the race star drive that night -- the Jackson Motorplex even advertised it as "Tony Stewart Night" -- so Tony stuck around afterward to sign some autographs.
That's when a heckler came up to Stewart -- and according to one eye witness, Brandon Woehl -- began cussing out Smoke for "quitting" only one lap into the race.
"F*ck you, Tony," the heckler allegedly said ... "You piece of sh*t. You come here and basically race for one lap and quit, you piece of sh*t."
That's when Woehl says Tony responded, firing back, "I blew my engine, you f*cking asshole. Do you want to pay for it?"
The two traded a few more barbs ... with Stewart deciding to unleash a single-barrel salute to the heckler with his left hand.
In the video, you can hear the heckler's response, because he screams back at Stewart, "Hey, Tony, I got two of them" while flipping him off with BOTH hands.
Stewart immediately lost his cool and went after the guy ... and in the video, you can hear Tony's left fist collide with the heckler's face!!!
Woehl claims Tony said after the punch, "F*ck, I broke my hand."
Woehl also says members of Tony's camp took him away from scene almost immediately after the incident ... while the heckler was ushered away by event security.
Cops tell TMZ Sports they were NOT called to the scene ... and, instead, they say the matter was handled internally by race track officials. They say no formal complaints against the driver have been filed.
We've reached out to Tony's camp multiple times, but so far, no official comment.
Stewart -- who retired from NASCAR following the 2016 season -- now spends a ton of time racing in small events throughout the country. He's also the co-owner of Stewart-Haas Racing.
Tony is set to be inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2020.

Future Bodyguard Will Not Press Charges Over Knockout
-
Exclusive
The man who knocked out Future's bodyguard with a vicious sucker punch in Spain will seemingly get off scot-free ... because nobody's pressing charges.
TMZ's learned there is no investigation into the brutal assault of the rapper's bodyguard, despite the fact the Civil Guard of Spain is aware of the video of the attack.
The country's law enforcement agency tells us the reason there's no active investigation is nobody has come forward to press charges -- not the bodyguard or anyone else on his behalf. Without that, the Civil Guard won't pursue the alleged assailants.
A rep for the agency says even if an assault includes a deadly weapon -- in this case a rock -- someone needs to come forward and officially file a report to press charges in order for an investigation to be launched. It doesn't necessarily have to be the victim ... but someone has to press the issue.
The only exceptions, we're told, are if the violence occurs against a minor or a woman ... or if it results in a death. In Future's bodyguard's case ... none of this applied.
Sources close to the bodyguard tell us he has no intention of pressing charges or taking any sort of action regarding the incident, so, as of now ... there will be no consequences for the attackers.
As we reported ... the altercation took place after Future was allegedly harassed by a group of around 10 guys upon landing at the Ibiza Airport. The rapper says the "fake goons" asked for an autograph and he rejected them ... so they got angry and did some "sucker s**t."
The men also allegedly hurled racial slurs at Future, but we're told his crew whisked him away ... because they didn't want him to end up like A$AP Rocky in a foreign jail.

Rapper Casanova Ordered His Goon to Smash My Face ... Woman Claims in Lawsuit
-

Casanova masterminded the beatdown of a woman he accused of shooting video of him in a NYC diner ... according to the lawsuit she's just filed against the Brooklyn rapper.
The incident went down last August when Casanova and a group of friends sat down at the Good Stuff Diner. The alleged victim, Niya Rucker, says his group included 2 women who were not Casanova's wife ... and she thinks that's why he went off on her.
According to the suit, Niya was shooting an Instagram Live video of her meal ... but Casanova "mistakenly believed" she was recording him and the 2 women. She says the MC instructed one guy in his group to "take whatever action" was necessary to get Niya's phone ... "including physical force."
Niya says the henchman put her in a strangulation grip, grabbed her phone and deleted the video she'd already posted. She also posted a video of the aftermath, showing her mouth and chin bleeding profusely. In the lawsuit, she says she suffered a fractured jaw, damaged teeth, loss of consciousness, a split lip and several other cuts.
Casanova turned himself in to cops the week after the incident and was booked for felony second-degree robbery. He's yet to stand trial.
Niya is suing him for assault and battery. We've reached out to his camp ... no word back yet.

UFC's Dana White Conor Doesn't Think Masvidal's Too Big ... Despite What I Said

7/15/19
12:23 PM PT -- It sounds like Conor McGregor heard what Dana White had to say about the possibility of the Irishman fighting Jorge Masvidal, and he completely disagrees. Remember, we got Dana on camera saying that Masvidal is simply too big for Conor, who normally fights at about 150lbs give or take a few pounds. Masvidal sits sturdy at 170lbs.
Dana White says Conor McGregor was unimpressed that the UFC president said Jorge Masvidal was "too big" for the Irishman. pic.twitter.com/mZsiKCPJfp
— TheMacLife (@Maclifeofficial) July 28, 2019 @Maclifeofficial
At a UFC presser Sunday, Dana gave reporters an update on when Conor is expected to make a return to the Octagon. Like he told us, he's waiting until Khabib and Dustin Poirier fight in September to see how things play out. But on the issue of Masvidal being "too big" for him, it doesn't seem Conor took that very lightly
UFC stud Jorge Masvidal will NOT get a crack at Conor McGregor, despite his record-breaking victory over Ben Askren ... so says Dana White.
"Hell no," White told us ... explaining that Masvidal is a welterweight fighter (170 lbs) and he's simply too big for take on the smaller McGregor, who fights at lightweight (154 lbs).
"There's plenty of fights for him in his weight division without Conor," White said ... "He's too big for Conor. [McGregor] doesn't belong in 170."
"[Conor] has the balls to fight at 170, but he doesn't belong there."
So, when WILL Conor return to the Octagon and who will he fight?
White says he expects to see Conor back in action either at the end of 2019 or early 2020 -- but he won't commit to an opponent until Khabib Nurmagomedov fights Dustin Poirier in September.
McGregor will NOT automatically get the winner of that fight -- but White says it will be easier to matchmake after that fight goes down.
"A lot of things will shake out and we'll see who's next."
Conor hasn't fought since UFC 229 back in October 2018 when he lost to Khabib -- and he's currently nursing an injured left hand he busted up during a recent training session.

Adrien Broner Nothing Has To Change After Boxing Deaths ... 'Hell Nah'

Adrien Broner thinks Maxim Dadashev's death from in-ring injuries was tragic ... but the star boxer tells TMZ Sports nothing about the sport has to change going forward.
"Hell nah," Broner says ... "Ain't nothing got to change."
Dadashev -- a 28-year-old Russian junior welterweight contender -- took repeated punches to the face and head during his fight last Friday night with Puerto Rico’s Subriel Matias.
After his trainer threw in the towel to stop the bout ... Dadashev collapsed and was rushed to the hospital -- where he later died Tuesday from brain injuries suffered during the fight.
Broner tells us the tragedy was eye-opening ... and says people need to start appreciating him more now because "it only take one shot and we can die."
But, as far as putting in measures to prevent that from happening in the future, Broner says that's unnecessary for boxing.
"It's a part about growing up," Broner says ... "Who your teacher is. What he taught you. 'Cause when I grew up, my coach, Mike Stafford, the first thing he taught me was defense."
"And that's why my career is still lasting as long as it is."
As for whether Dadashev's corner let him down by not stopping the fight sooner ... Broner says their actions were fine by him.
"As a fighter, it's like, 'Nah, don't stop this fight.'"

UFC's Jon Jones Strip Club Pics From Night of Alleged Incident
-
Exclusive

TMZ Sports has obtained pics of UFC star Jon Jones and his brother Chandler Jones inside TD's Eubank Showclub in Albuquerque on the night of an alleged incident with a cocktail waitress.
As we previously reported, Jon is being investigated over allegations he slapped a woman's vagina during a wild night out on April 19. The waitress told police Jon had been pestering her for a table dance before kissing up on her neck.
The woman also claims Jon later came up from behind her and put her in a "tight rear naked choke hold" and then lifted her up in the air in what felt like a "wrestling match."
The person who shot the photos tells us Jon was interacting with women all night ... but the witness did NOT see anything that resembled slapping, choking or any of the other violent allegations.
Obviously, that's just one person's perspective -- we're trying to speak with other people who were there that night too. Stay tuned on that.
You can see in the pics, Jon and Chandler were sitting right in front of the stage -- and we're told people inside recognized them. In other words, they weren't trying to lay low.
After Jon and Chandler left the club, the accuser went home and called police. After telling her story to cops, Jones was charged with misdemeanor battery.
As for Jon, he's adamantly denied the allegations ... and his rep, Denise White, previously told us, "We are confident that Jon will be cleared from any and all charges and this will be seen for what is, a baseless claim."

Undefeated boxing superstar Claressa Shields is convinced she'd make MILLIONS from a superfight with UFC champ Amanda Nunes ... but it ain't about the money.
"I'm more about the legacy of it," Sheilds said on the "TMZ Sports" TV show ... "To say that you actually beat the greatest MMA fighter."
The 24-year-old boxer is seemingly unstoppable ... she's 9-0 as a pro with TWO Olympic gold medals. Meanwhile, Nunes has destroyed the greatest female MMA fighters ever -- from Ronda Rousey to Cris Cyborg and Holly Holm.
The fight is starting to pick up some serious momentum ... earlier this month, Dana White told TMZ Sports he's open to the idea of letting Nunes cross over into the boxing ring (a la Conor McGregor) after she takes care of some UFC business.
And, Shields says her manager is also on board -- not just because of the money but because the event would be huge for female combat sports.
"If we can figure out a weight class ... me and her can rock and roll and we can see who's the best striker in the game."

He's 8 months away from being back in fighting shape, but UFC warrior Thiago Santos says he REALLY wants a second crack at Jon Jones once he recovers from his double knee surgery.
35-year-old Santos tore ligaments in both knees during his July 6 fight with Jones -- and he just underwent surgery last week. In his left knee, Santos tore his ACL, MCL, PCL and meniscus. He also suffered a partial ligament tear in his right knee.
Despite the devastating injuries, Thiago went all 5 round with Jones -- throwing LEG STRIKES all the way up until the final bell.
TMZ Sports spoke with Santos while he was in physical therapy and he told us he's so mentally tough, he willed himself to keep fighting that night even though his body wanted to shut down.
"Even on pain, I had to continue kicking," Santos said through a translator.
Santos lost the fight via split decision -- but knows how close he came to pulling off the upset.
Now, with an 8-month recovery plan, Santos says he's REALLY hoping for a rematch with Jon.
"That's my will. I really want to fight him again but I want to be at 100% before that's happening."

Bad news for Manny? "Floyd going to f**k buddy up," Broner says.

Cris Cyborg says ain't bothered over Dana White saying she's "afraid" to fight Amanda Nunes again ... telling TMZ Sports, "You think I'm surprised when Dana say type of things like this?"
White previously told us "it's pretty obvious why" Cyborg won't sign a contract to rematch with Nunes ... who knocked her out in 51 seconds when they squared off at UFC 232 back in Dec.
"I think that [Cyborg] is at the point where she's afraid to lose again. Losing again isn't something she's interested in," White said.
So, when we spoke with Cris -- who's gearing up to fight Felicia Spencer at UFC 240 on Saturday -- we had to ask if she took issue with Dana's comments.
Cyborg essentially told us her relationship with Dana ain't great -- and she'd be more surprised if he said something "nice" about her.
She also said Dana isn't qualified to speak about a fighter's mindset -- explaining, "Dana White's never stepped in the case, never fight before ... because he's the promoter."
Cyborg says she doesn't want to talk about a possible rematch with Nunes until AFTER the Spencer fight on Saturday ... telling TMZ Sports she's laser-focused on getting that W.
She did say when it comes to being "afraid" ... her fans know the truth.

Manny Pacquiao's team is ALL IN for a rematch with Floyd Mayweather -- so says his trainer, Freddie Roach who tells TMZ Sports, "I really think Manny can knock him out."
After 40-year-old Manny put a hurtin' on Keith Thurman this weekend, there's a huge buzz about a MayPac II rematch ... following the first superfight back in 2015.
Roach, who's been training Pacquiao for years, says Manny and the entire team is down ... if Floyd is man enough to get back in the ring.
"[Floyd] would be a fight we'd want. I'd like to get that one back one more time. I know we can do much better. We had an injury in that fight, but regardless, we lost a close decision. I know Manny can do much better than that."
Remember, after their May 2015 fight, Manny revealed he suffered a shoulder injury in training camp which he says held him back in the main event.
But now, Manny's healthy -- and looked awesome in the Thurman fight -- and Roach ain't all that impressed with the work Mayweather's done inside the ring over the past few years.
"Floyd's last couple of fights against a kickboxer and whatever the other guy was [Conor McGregor] he wasn't too impressive," Roach tells us ... "I think it's a good time to catch him right now."
Freddie says Manny was planning to call out Floyd in the ring after he defeated Keith Thurman ... but Floyd bolted out of the arena.
Of course, 42-year-old Floyd keeps insisting he's retired ... but c'mon, you really think he'll turn down another $300 million payday?!?
"I do think it could happen, yes. Probably not 'til next year. But, the thing is, it is a big fight out there. And, again a fresh Manny with no injuries, I love that fight."
6:14 AM PT -- Late Tuesday night, Floyd and Manny went after each other on social media ... kickin' off with Mayweather accusing Pac of being irrelevant without him.
Disneyland Brutal Fight Video ... D.A. Files Felony Charges
Three adults at the center of an all-out melee at Disneyland this month have been hit with a bunch of criminal charges ... and one of 'em could do serious time if convicted.
The fight erupted in Toontown -- right in the middle of throngs of kids and families. You hear one of the people in the fight say, "I'm ready to go to jail tonight." That person seems to also reference a Southern California gang.
Just before the fight breaks out, you hear someone in the video talk about disrespecting family. You see a woman spit on the guy in pink and all hell breaks loose.
One of the people charged -- 35-year-old Avery Robinson (the guy in pink) was hit with 5 felonies for allegedly beating up his girlfriend. He's charged with domestic battery and assault with a deadly weapon.
And, since his kid was in the middle of the fight, along with 3 other children, he's also been charged with child abuse and endangerment.
And, it doesn't end there. Disneyland's security ordered Robinson out of the park and he allegedly tried hitting a Disneyland's employee with his car and threatened to kill his sister and her husband.
He faces upwards of 7 years in prison.
