Khloe Kardashian's birthday pics with Tristan Thompson -- which she captioned "Dad + Mom" -- were NOT some sort of secret pregnancy announcement ... TMZ has learned.

Our Kardashian sources tell us ... her social media post on June 25 is purely a coincidence -- she had no idea she was pregnant at the time. We're told Khloe's just shy of 3 months pregnant now ... and the surprise 33rd bday party Tristan threw her was 3 months ago.

We're also told "Dad" and "Mom" are just lovey dovey nicknames the couple have for each other ... though they now have a deeper meaning.

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have something in common with Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian -- silence.

We got the new couple Tuesday at The Commons at Calabasas and asked them about the huge baby news TMZ broke -- about Khloe and Tristan Thompson, and Kylie and Travis Scott. No, we don't THINK Scott and Sofia are in the same way ... but their response to Kardashian baby questions is very similar to their answers about their relationship.

Our guy even pivoted -- digging about Scott and Sofia's recent celebration down in Miami.

'Real Housewives' star Vicki Gunvalson isn't doing a damn thing to shut down the rumor that's become a big thing on the show ... that Tamra Judge's husband, Eddie, might be gay.

The "OG from the OC" caught some heat this season when Tamra found out Vicki and other cast members were insinuating Eddie had made out with a man years ago. Vicki told us Tamra's got no one to blame but herself for this coming up on the show.

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson looked like they were living happily ever after at Disneyland, but the pics don't tell the REAL story ... not to DeMario, anyway.

Sources close to DeMario tell TMZ ... he and Corinne are NOT dating or even hooking up, despite the cozy Disney shots of the ex-"Bachelor in Paradise" stars holding hands and getting touchy-feely on rides.

We're told the photos snapped a brief moment where DeMario and Corinne just happened to touch hands for a split second, but it definitely wasn't any kind of romantic hand-holding as implied in the photos.

Our sources say even DeMario's fake chomping at her arm was just playful banter between friends. Of course, it's no small feat for them to reach friendship level ... considering she all but insinuated he had sexually assaulted her.

We're told DeMario doesn't want this getting twisted -- he's single ... straight-up.

Ron White's sticking to his story -- he and Margo Rey were never married ... and now he says he's got the unsigned prenup to prove it.

According to new docs ... Ron made it very clear to Margo he would not marry her unless the couple had a signed premarital agreement, and they never got to that point due to her "demands for more money." He also claims she knew their "mock wedding ceremony" in October 2013 didn't count as the real thing.

TMZ broke the story ... Rey claims the comedian left her high and dry and wants more than $81k a month in spousal support. Margo's story is the 2 had a common law marriage in Texas and lived together as husband and wife in California too.

Ron denies the common law marriage, and says Margo has absolutely no legal proof she was ever his wife.

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson are making the leap -- from showstopping sex in a pool to hand-holding in The Happiest Place on Earth! Yeah, it's kind of a downgrade.

The ex-"Bachelor in Paradise" stars hit up Disneyland on Monday, and the PDA made it at least look like Corinne and DeMario are dating. They even kept up the playful cuddling inside It's a Small World ... which says a lot.

Corinne and DeMario -- whose now-infamous sexual exploits temporarily shut down 'BiP' -- reunited last month, but our BS detector was WAY OFF the charts. After all, she all but insinuated he'd taken advantage of her sexually.

Harry Styles and Victoria's Secret Angel Camille Rowe are TOTALLY dating ... no dude holds a bag unless it's his GF.

Harry and Camille were spotted at an L.A. restaurant Monday and all but confirmed rumors they've been dating. Not even a hand injury deterred the former One Direction star from his gentlemanly duties.

Camille also was spotted at one of his gigs last week. She beamed with pride ... just like she does here.

Luke Bryan has reportedly landed the second seat as a judge on the rebooted "American Idol" series alongside Katy Perry -- but our sources say the the deal is NOT officially done ... not yet, at least.

According to reports ... Luke is confirmed as the 2nd judge, although the details of his payment/perks are unclear for now. However, we're told he hasn't signed on the dotted line as of Sunday, but is expected to sign on within days. In other words, it's happening soon.

We broke the story ... 'Idol' wanted Luke badly, but couldn't come to terms on money. He wanted more than they were offering, and producers tried supplementing his salary with a Disney deal due to budget restrictions.

The problem ... 'Idol' has not locked down a 3rd judge as of yet, and time/money is running out. As we reported ... they were considering everyone from Lionel Richie to Charlie Puth and Keith Urban, but their dough's running dry because of how much they're already paying Katy as well as Ryan Seacrest, who scored significantly less to return as host.

Albert Haynesworth's ex-girlfriend is breaking her silence ... essentially claiming the ex-NFL star is lying about her being a racist and violent person.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Haynesworth claims he's the victim of domestic violence at the hands of Brittany Jackson, a former college basketball star. They dated for years and have a young child together. Haynesworth claims she physically and emotionally abused him and called him the n-word.

But Brittany says that's just not true ... especially when it comes to the racism allegations.

"I am saddened and humiliated by the accusations just made by Albert about myself, the mother of our beautiful child," Jackson tells TMZ Sports.

"Accusations of me being racially biased are absurd. Come on Albert, we lived together for over 2 years and have a beautiful biracial baby that I love more than anything in this world!"

"As for the domestic accusations, I can not comment at this time due to current litigation but the truth will always surface."

Jackson adds, "This is a very difficult time for me and our child. Shockingly enough finding out I am the mother of Albert's 7th child, I do not feel I need to stoop to make public his true conduct."

For the record, we spoke to several of Jackson's former teammates -- many of whom are African American -- who strongly defended her against allegations she's racist.

Ryan Phillippe's ex-girlfriend's accusations -- that he brutally attacked her and threw her down the stairs -- don't add up ... according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... investigators don't believe Elsie Hewitt's account of what went down between her and Phillippe on July 4 for a couple reasons. First -- they say Ryan was shocked when cops showed up at his place after Elsie filed a police report ... but was completely cooperative.

We're told he invited them in and answered all their questions without lawyering up -- like he had nothing to hide.

Next, there's Elsie's story about the stairs. Our sources tell us the stairs she accuses Ryan of throwing her down twice are sharp and wooden, and would have left her with much nastier injuries -- even broken bones -- than what she laid out in her suit.

As we reported ... the L.A. City Attorney refused to prosecute Phillippe after investigating, but Hewitt still sued him. Ryan, in response, has hired a lawyer and plans to go after Elsie for defamation.

Phillippe himself is making it clear he has nothing to hide, saying, "At the time these allegations were initially made, I fully cooperated with law enforcement and a thorough investigation was conducted."

He adds, "Domestic violence is a very real and tragic issue faced by many women the world over and should never be used to vengefully slander or as a ploy for monetary gain."

"Everyone of my accuser's allegations are false."

Liza Minnelli is putting an end to the rumors she might never sing again, and she's doing it in the most awesome way!

We got Liza Monday night leaving Craig's, and asked straight-up ... if her famous pipes are still in working order? Broadway star Michael Feinstein recently said Liza was considering doing a big show with him, but then the weak vocal stories started swirling.

After this run-in, our advice to Feinstein is ... get on the horn to Liza!

Ryan Phillippe's former fiancee went to the LAPD last March to file a harassment report against the actor ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Paulina Slagter went to the Hollywood division of LAPD on March 26 and filed an "Annoying or Harassing Electronics Communications Harassment Report." She claimed Ryan sent a slew of texts to her after their breakup -- many laced with vulgarities -- accusing her of infidelity and attacking her personally. We're told there were no physical threats but it was "aggressive."

We're told in at least one of the texts he called her a "whore."

The texts were "extremely angry."

Law enforcement sources tell us, Paulina dropped the case shortly after filing it because she didn't want the publicity. The case is closed.

She did, however, just tweet -- presumably in response to Ryan's latest ex-girlfriend's physical abuse allegations -- "......when there's smoke...."
