50 Cent's all bark and no bite -- at least that's what his first baby mama thinks of his threat to derail her reality TV show ... but we've learned he's ready to sic his lawyers on her.

Shaniqua Tompkins tells TMZ ... she's not at all concerned after the rapper said there's no way in hell she can do a reality TV show because he owns her life rights. She's planning to team up with Nas' baby mama to sell a reality show about urban women in business.

ICYMI ... 50 went off on IG about her TV plans, saying ... "I have to say this in a way she can understand me. Look bitch go get a f***ing job, I own your life rights reality Tv is a no go. I don't know what to tell you, oh go shake your new fake ass over at club Angels."

Shaniqua says the "Power" star is powerless and is just salty 'cause she has ZERO interest in his ass. We're not so sure ... because a rep for 50 says, "Mr. Jackson intends to fully enforce his contractual rights as he has done in the past regarding Ms. Tompkins."

A source close to Fiddy tells us those contractual rights include Shaniqua's life story -- but watch the vid ... she's definitely not convinced and threatens to fire off a lawsuit of her own.

Kourtney Kardashian's juices are flowing ... with a dude who looks almost exactly like her ex.

Kourtney was spotted grabbing a matcha latte Tuesday at Alfred Tea in WeHo. There's no mistake about it ... the guy looks EXACTLY like Younes Bendjima, Kourt's ex. The resemblance is uncanny. It's unclear who the guy is, but what's clear is they're VERY thirsty ... judging from the 3 drinks at hand.

As we've reported ... Kourtney dumped Younes back in July amid rumors he cheated on her. The 25-year-old model has been adjusting back to a normal way of living, though he and Kourtney have been spotted together once since their split. But, that meeting was all about closure.

Kanye West and Nick Cannon have come to a mutual understanding after going at each other on social media over Kim Kardashian West -- and the consensus is this ... R.E.S.P.E.C.T.

Sources tell us that Kanye and Nick squashed their beef this weekend after Nick responded to Ye on Instagram, basically telling him to not try and censor what he can or can't say in interviews. We're told they swapped numbers in their IG DMs ... and eventually, both of them got on the horn to hash things out in a fairly long convo.

They addressed why each of them felt disrespected -- clearly, Kanye was upset by what Nick had said to VladTV regarding Kim's body ... and Nick was pissed that Kanye was coming at him for being candid and truthful.

Long story short, we're told they both agreed to be mindful of one another going forward, and to continue their friendship.

There might even be a potential appearance that comes out of all this too. Sources say Nick and Kanye discussed Ye coming back onto 'Wild 'N Out.'

Jeremy Meeks walked away from his ex-wife and moved onto bigger and better things ... and now she's walkin' his walk -- on her first runway as a fashion model.

Melissa Meeks -- who was married to the "hot felon" for 8 years -- will take the stage at "Black Excellence" at the end of the month in Los Angeles as she dives into the modeling scene ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Melissa will be dressed in a custom cheetah-pattern bodysuit with a denim jacket over it. Rawr!

It's the latest move in Melissa's dramatic makeover ... she's already had a vaginal rejuvenation procedure. We're told she's hoping to do more modeling as she moves on after Jeremy.

He's already done plenty of moving on -- legendarily, really -- he's got a kid with Topshop heiress Chloe Green and they're reportedly engaged already.

Nick Cannon just fired back at Kanye West, who warned him to keep Kim Kardashian's name out of his mouth -- and his message to Ye is simple ... chill, bro.

The 'Wild 'n Out' host says he's got love and respect for Kanye, but also thinks the dude must be trippin' to think he can control what Nick says. He feels strongly he's never disrespected Kanye and Kim's marriage, but adds ... if he's asked a question about Kim he'll answer it honestly.

As we reported ... Kanye took shots at Nick, Drake and Tyson Beckford for talking about Kim -- sexually or otherwise. He called Nick out for discussing Kim's body in a recent interview with VladTV ... and accused Drake of fueling the rumor he slept with Kim.

Ariana Grande is sharing her heartbreak over Mac Miller's death for the first time, and her emotions include anger, sadness ... and deep regret she couldn't get him to stop using drugs.

Ariana posted a video she'd shot of Mac back when they were dating -- it's a touching clip of both of them giggling as he playfully asks her to stop recording. In the caption, she says, "I'm so mad, I'm so sad I don't know what to do. you were my dearest friend."

She adds, "I'm so sorry I couldn't fix or take your pain away. I really wanted to."

Mac and Ariana were a couple for about 18 months, and he was by her side during the Manchester bombing.

She insinuates they had discussed the possibility of him overdosing ... saying, "I really can't wrap my head around it, we talked about this. so many times."

As we reported, Mac's friend Shane says Ariana was extremely supportive when Mac was sobering up, and went to great lengths to keep him on that path.

Pete Rose says his health is "deteriorating" -- and his income has taken a serious hit -- and he's worried his ex-wife is bleeding him dry.

The ex-MLB star had previously acknowledged that he had heart issues -- with 3 major procedures in the past 5 years -- but now, Rose has filed new docs saying his health is getting worse.

"[Rose] is currently disabled and can barely walk or travel," the 77-year-old said in new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

"His health is deteriorating and has a heart condition and on blood thinners."

Rose added, "I am in poor health and disabled ... and have trouble walking."

In addition to his health concerns, Rose also says he lost 2 jobs in 2017 -- he was axed by FOX Sports and Hit King -- and because of that, his yearly income has already dropped by $550,000.

Rose says he still makes $453k per year -- but has major expenses including attorney's fees and other "great debts."

The docs are all part of his nasty divorce with his estranged wife, Carol Rose. Pete is trying to block her from getting more spousal support and attorney's fees.

Ariana Grande played a pivotal role in supporting Mac Miller's sobriety, and wanted him to be healthy more than anything else in the world ... so says one of Mac's close friends.

Shane Powers -- who built a close relationship with Mac in L.A. -- went on his podcast, "The Shane Show," Monday to remember his friend. Powers praised Mac's talent, personality and also hit on his struggles with addiction.

In the wake of his death, some on social media pointed to Ariana Grande as a source of Mac's struggles, but Shane assured his listeners nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact -- Shane said Grande was "incredible" in supporting Mac when he was sobering up -- constantly calling and asking what she could do next to help Mac continue to take steps in the right direction.

Powers says Ariana was ready to "go to the wall" to help Mac and knows the rapper's untimely death was devastating for Ariana.

TMZ broke the story -- Mac and Ariana split back in May -- but at the time, we were told they remained close friends.

Ariana posted a photo of the rapper Saturday without a caption.

Matt Barnes has just obtained a temporary restraining order against his baby mama, Gloria Govan, in the wake of her arrest at their kids' school, TMZ Sports has learned.

As part of the court order, Govan must stay at least 100 yards away from the kids. She can see the kids once per week for 4 hours but a professional monitor has to be present -- and Gloria must foot the bill for the monitor.

Gloria is allowed to be near Matt to get the kids, but she must be peaceful.

Gloria is also not allowed to take the kids outside of L.A. County during her visitation unless she gets written permission from Matt.

Matt's attorney, Samantha Spector, tells TMZ Sports, "Today wasn't about Matt or Gloria. It was about the children and their safety. This was a good day for those kids, and that's all that matters."

The next hearing is scheduled for the end of Sept. -- where Gloria can argue to change the arrangement.

As we previously reported, cops arrested Govan on August 31 after she allegedly blocked Matt from picking up their 9-year-old twin boys on Matt's scheduled custodial day.

Matt claims Govan used her car as a weapon against him -- and claims he feared for his life (and the lives of his kids) and Gloria punched the gas in her Escalade and "[barreled] toward me."

"I am ever thankful that no child or parent was hit by Gloria and her 17-foot-long Escalade as she endangered every child's and adult's safety when she plowed through the parking lot."

In court docs, Matt claims Gloria put their children and other kids at the school in physical danger -- and Matt claims the twins have been traumatized by Gloria's actions and subsequent arrest.

Matt and Gloria got married back in 2012 but split almost 2 years later. Their divorce wasn't finalized until 2016.

There's an old saying ... Who ya gonna believe? Me or your lyin' eyes? Well, in Kourtney Kardashian's case ... what you see in the photo taken this weekend of her and Younes Bendjima, just isn't what it seems.

We got the pic of Kourtney and her ex on the down-low in Malibu over the weekend -- in the parking lot of a sushi joint -- and by all outward appearances it seemed they got back together.

Not so. Sources close to the former couple say Kourtney is happily single and is not back with her 25-year-old ex.

We're told YB's been in L.A. for weeks now wanting to meet up with his ex for closure, and Monday's rendezvous was just Kourtney giving him that chance to wrap it in a bow. It's the first time they've met face-to-face since she dumped him earlier this year.

The good news for everyone else ... both of these hotties are still very much on the market.

Actor Ray Diaz -- who starred alongside George Lopez for one season on "Lopez" -- says his ex-gf's domestic violence accusations are derailing his chances of working in Hollywood ... and she's the one who's actually been abusive towards him.

The actor tells TMZ ... he's had trouble landing acting gigs since his ex accused him of beating her. TMZ broke the story ... Ray's gf at the time alleged his violent ways resulted in scratches on her neck and bruising on her leg. However ... Diaz says she's the one who has flown into violent rages with him in the past ... forcing him to run to court and file for a restraining order. For the incident Diaz was not charged.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... a judge granted the restraining order last week and Diaz's ex must now stay at least 100 yards clear of him for a year. She's also been ordered to take down any images of him from her social media.

We reached out to Ray's ex, so far no word back.

4:41 PM PT -- Perla's attorney, Marty Singer, tells us unlike what Slash may think, ending the marriage won't be that easy. Singer says, "Slash is well aware of the significant claims that have been made by Perla as to why the divorce documents cannot be finalized at this time."

Singer says, "These include claims reflected in Perla’s court filings that there was a multi-million dollar audit settlement that was concealed from Perla, not paying in excess of $1,500,000 in child and spousal support payments, and significant advances received by Slash that will affect his future spousal and child support payments."

He continues, "Even though Slash reported over $45,000,000 of income last year, my client’s court papers allege that he refused to pay for a $1500 drum set that was requested by his son, a musician in a band, so that he could have a drum set at his mother’s home where he spends approximately 90% of his time. The other drum sets are at Slash’s home and studio where Slash does not allow his teenage son to remove them.”

Slash says his estranged wife is holding up finalizing their divorce for a bunch of trivial reasons -- the latest of which he says he's happy to help with ... if she agrees to close the book on their marriage.

The Guns N' Roses rocker filed new divorce docs responding to Perla Ferrar's latest claim in their ongoing war -- that Slash is hiding money from her, and that his new girlfriend is possibly responsible for harassing her and their kids online.

In the docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Slash shoots down the notion he's concealing income, saying he's got cash coming in from multiple sources ... lots of which had been earned before they ever got hitched.

He also raises a pretty hilarious scenario -- that Perla allegedly asked him to buy one of their boys a third drum set, then bought a fourth drum set on her own ... and demanded Slash reimburse her. He says that's another reason she's holding up their divorce.

In addition to that, Slash says Perla is griping about ways they stay in contact -- insisting she be allowed to call him directly for custody scheduling or emergencies. He says they'd already agreed to use a program that eliminates the need to talk directly ... but she's insisting she be able to get on the horn with her ex whenever she thinks the need arises.

Lastly, Slash addresses Perla's accusation that his live-in girlfriend created an IG account and was posting personal info about their family that could be harmful to their kids. Slash says he was alarmed at first, but quickly realized the account was aimed at Perla, not their boys ... and that a lot of the stuff being posted was from Perla's own account.

He says he's willing to help her get to the bottom of the IG harassment ... IF she agrees to the terms they struck in their divorce deal ... and IF she finally agrees to get divorced.

Charlie Sheen admits there's a good chance he WILL be on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" now that Denise Richards is a cast member, but the conditions gotta be juuust right.

The ex-"Two and a Half Men" star was in Malibu Thursday when he seemed to confirm he'll, at the very least, make an 'RHOBH' cameo -- although, based on his coy response, we'd say he's still negotiating terms.

For now, Charlie would only gives us a preview of how one of his scenes might play out on the show. He's got a few caveats, but still ... sounds like he'd embrace a bit of the reality show world.

Kyle Richards -- who's also on the show -- told us last week Charlie could very well make an appearance. He and Denise share custody of their two daughters ... and they're often hot and cold with each other.

In other words ... get ready for WINNING TV, baby!

There's nothing good going on with Jenelle Evans and her exes.

Nathan Griffith -- Jenelle's 2nd baby daddy -- says the "Teen Mom 2" star is purposely keeping their son away from him ... and it's driving Dad crazy.

Nathan just wants to spend time with their 4-year-old son, Kaiser, but he claims Jenelle is using phony excuses to stop Nathan from seeing his boy.

He says Jenelle has been giving him the runaround ever since she was cleared of criminal wrongdoing in a child abuse investigation -- which was triggered by Nathan going to police.

Nathan says he doesn't even know where Kaiser is on any given day, 'cause Jenelle doesn't keep him informed ... and he's just about had it with her antics.

Talk about baby mama drama.

As for Jenelle's other ex ... Courtland Keith Rogers was busted over the weekend in North Carolina and accused of assaulting a woman.

12:45 PM PT -- The arrest warrant issued for Courtland Rogers breaks down a disturbing alleged narrative. The court magistrate says they found probable cause to believe that Rogers had brutally attacked a woman named Lindsey Frazier on Sunday by allegedly slapping her, dragging her by the hair and pulling her hair out. The magistrate also says Frazier credibly alleged Rogers had threatened her and her family's lives ... and threw her phone against a wall to prevent her from calling 911.

The ex-husband of "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans got busted again in North Carolina -- this time he's accused of assaulting a woman.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Courtland Keith Rogers was arrested Sunday in Leland, NC and booked into the Brunswick County Jail for one count of misdemeanor assault on a woman. We're told there was an open warrant for Rogers' arrest, and Leland PD executed it.

It's unclear when the alleged assault happened. We've got calls in to law enforcement.

It's been a tough year for Jenelle's ex -- he was arrested earlier this year on drug-related charges -- delivering substances, and possession with intent to sell and distribute. He had to drop $15k to bond out after that bust.

This assault arrest will cost him a lot more -- bail's been set at $100k.

Tyga's soaking up life in the single lane ... and that's why there's ZERO chance he'll get back with his ex, Blac Chyna.

Sources close to the rapper tell TMZ ... Tyga and BC didn't know they were going to the same event over the weekend. The bash was a birthday party for one of Tyga's business partners ... someone Chyna also knows.

Thing is ... Tyga and Chyna never interacted the entire time they were at the Meatpacking District hot spot, Catch NYC. We're told they also never spoke when the after-party moved over to Marquee.

Sources say Tyga wants to keep things with BC exactly how they are now -- with their previous relationship in the rearview mirror.
