Sources tell us Kristin was smooching comedian Jeff Dye in this video we obtained. Unclear for now if it was a one-off, or if they've been a thing for a minute now -- but either way ... she's in for some laughs if this is, in fact, her new boo thang. Dude's pretty funny.

He's been around in the biz for a while now -- having hosted a couple of MTV shows before and appearing as a finalist on the NBC show, "Last Comic Standing." He's also starred on some reality shows -- notably, as a winner on "Better Late Than Never" and a recurring guest even on some home makeover programs. So yeah, definitely a catch for Kristin.

Kristin Cavallari is back in the game, mackin' on a new guy in the Windy City.

Kristin was at Fulton Market, a bar and restaurant district in Chicago where Kristin has a shop nearby. She was all dressed up and clearly into this guy, though we don't know who he is.

As we reported, Kristin and Jay Cutler are getting divorced ... she announced in April. The divorce has gotten nasty ... Kristin has accused Jay of being controlling and manipulative and saying derogatory things about her to their kids.

Lots of people thought Kristin had hooked up again with ex-boyfriend and "Laguna Beach" alum, Stephen Colletti, back in August ... but we're told they've been friends for years and that all this was ... friends getting together.

Cardi B turned 28 Sunday in spectacular fashion, and it looks like -- we say LOOKS like -- she and Offset may have worked things out.

We're just here trying to connect the dots, so here's Cardi laying on top of Offset, giving him a lap dance of sorts. But wait, there's more...

Meg Thee Stallion posted video of Cardi multitasking at a club in Vegas ... dancing with a bottle of D'USSE VSOP cognac.

The party moved to a private home and actually got wilder! They danced till early, early Sunday AM.

It ended with a pretty amazing gift from Offset ... a Rolls-Royce, with Kulture's name embroidered on the seats. They shared a kiss that sure looks coupley.

Offset partied with Cardi throughout the night and when he gifts her the Rolls he's pretty handsy. We don't know if they've mended fences. As we reported, Cardi filed for divorce, saying she was just sick of arguing. Well, no arguing happened Saturday night.

Cardi posted a video Friday of a billboard that read, "Happy Birthday Mommy Love, Kulture" ... the vid includes a pic of Cardi and Kulture wearing pink getups, along with sunglasses and purses.

She captioned it ... "Thank you sir  😏😏😏I love it" ... seems like the billboard was Offset's doing.

Phil Collins is booting his ex-wife out of her crib ... because he says he owns it, and he's tired of her B.S.

Sources close to the famous drummer and singer-songwriter tell TMZ ... his long, rocky relationship with Orianne Cevey is officially over ... after all, she remarried in August, and he wants her out of his Florida house STAT.

We're told Phil's asked her to vacate and she's refused, and instead is threatening to release false and embarrassing accusations about him unless he renegotiates their 2008 divorce settlement.

For the record -- Collins paid Cevey a reported $46.76 million ... and our sources say he's not giving her another dime. He believes she squandered the fortune through a series of bad investments, along with an expensive divorce from the man she married after Phil.

Our sources say Phil gave his ex until 3 PM Friday to vacate, but she didn't, and he says she's now changed the security codes and has been unruly with the staff.

We're told Phil plans to file an eviction lawsuit as soon as courts open up next week.

In case you haven't gotten the picture, the 2 have a pretty wild history. They got married in the late '90s, had 2 sons together -- Nicholas and Mathew -- but filed for divorce in '06, shortly after the youngest son was born.

After the record settlement, Cevey got remarried to Charles Mejjati, but then divorced him to go back to Collins in 2016.

Things seemed to be pretty peachy up until a couple months ago, when we're told Orianne got married again to a man named Thomas Bates ... telling Phil she was just traveling to Las Vegas for business.

Our sources say Collins continues to fully support his sons -- all of their expenses are paid for through a fully-funded, irrevocable trust -- but he believes he's no longer financially on the hook to his ex-wife.

SZA confirms Drake's claim they used to date, but she also wants to set the record straight -- it didn't happen in 2008 ... 'cause that woulda been creepy.

The singer issued an important correction to what Drake raps about on the new 21 Savage track, "Mr. Right Now" ... where he says, "Yeah, said she wanna f**k to some SZA, wait / 'Cause I used to date SZA back in '08."

After people pointed out that SZA would most likely have been 17 at the time, if Drake's timeline of their dating history is accurate ... she took to Twitter to clarify.

SZA tweeted they actually dated in 2009 and explained ... "lol I think he jus innocently rhymed 08 w wait . Anybody who really knows me and was around during this time can confirm."

She added, "I just didn’t want anybody thinking anything underage or creepy was happening . Completely innocent . Lifetimes ago ."

It's interesting, because fans noticed SZA unfollowed Drake on Instagram shortly after "Mr. Right Now" dropped ... suggesting she wasn't happy about his lyric.

Demi Lovato was clearly frustrated that her ex-fiance was going ham about their breakup, because she blindsided her team by dropping her new breakup song on Twitter, sending them into a frenzy to get it on platforms so her fans can buy the tune ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

We're told Demi wrote her new single, "Still Have Me," a while ago with friends. Our sources say she kept the hook but changed the lyrics to reflect her split with Max Ehrich.

Sources connected to Demi tell us she became so frustrated with Max's recent antics -- the most recent, somehow comparing Demi and the breakup to Jeffrey Epstein -- that she didn't want to wait to release the song. We're told, her team is scrambling to get the single on streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify so that fans can purchase it and streaming numbers can be collected.

The song's lyrics certainly paint a picture of heartbreak, "I'm a mess and I'm still broken ... I don't have much but at least I still have me ... and that's all I need."

Demi also sings, "All the highs and now just lows. But it doesn't even matter, cause I'd rather be alone. All my life disappeared and I'm laying right here while the silence is piercing ... and it hurts to breathe."

As we reported ... Max has said he learned about their breakup when he read about it in the tabloids while filming on set. Demi, of course, reportedly disputes Max's account ... her people say she and Max spoke, she told him it was over and about to come out in the media. Max also took aim at Demi's manager, Scooter Braun, claiming he was trying to silence him.

Demi Lovato's ex-fiance, Max Ehrich, had some choice words about their breakup, saying he learned about it from the media while he was filming a movie to lift people up.

Ehrich posted his thoughts early Saturday AM, saying, "imagine finding out the status of your relationship through a tabloid ... while your in the middle of filming a biopic movie about a Pastor in a Christian Church whose intention of the film is to help people."

For her part, Demi was clearly telegraphing her singleness, posting a pic sans engagement ring. In case fans didn't get her point, her t-shirt had the following words emblazoned on it ... "Dogs over people."

Demi and Max got engaged 2 months ago on the beach in Malibu. Max, a regular on "Young and the Restless," and Demi began dating in March.

Princess Love just sucked the air out of Ray J's love-still-in-the-air moment ... saying their marriage is now beyond saving.

We got Princess Love Thursday in WeHo, walking into Catch ... and wanted to get her take on what her estranged hubby said on "The Real" earlier this week. ICYMI ... Ray J told the panel he spent all weekend with his kids and Princess Love and realized they still have "a really, really good thing." When the panel asked if he'd now be down for counseling ... Ray J said he would be up for it and whatever it takes to keep both parents together.

Well, it's all news to Princess Love, who made it crystal clear -- Ray J's last-ditch effort falls way short. And, she seems to be okay with moving on ... acknowledging she's happy and hopes the same for Ray J. Ouch.

Jay Cutler must've gotten all of Kristin Cavallari's bikini tops in the divorce ... 'cause his ex just posed for a flaming-hot topless pic on a boat!!

It's clear, the single life looks great on the 33-year-old reality TV star ... who flaunted her post-breakup bod on IG while wearing a white thong bikini Thursday.

"Pretending it’s Positano ✨," Cavallari said in her caption ... which is actually pretty interesting, considering that was a stop on her honeymoon with the ex-NFL QB in 2013.

Kristin recently spoke with People about her breakup with Cutler ... saying the two are still on great terms, but adding it "just didn't work out."

"And, that's -- that's it," Cavallari said of the divorce. "There was no real drama. There was no scandal. There was no nothing."

While Kristin's social media presence has been a treat in recent months, Cutler's has been just as enjoyable ... with a little less skin.

Remember, the 37-year-old had a VERY public investigation into who was attacking his beloved chickens ... just to find out it was a damn raccoon.

Gotta admit ... Kristin may get the edge here. Sorry, Jay.

Brody Jenner broke it off with Louis Tomlinson's baby mama, as things were moving too fast -- but she's already moved on and gotten engaged to another dude.

We know ... it's a lot to digest. Let's start from the beginning -- you'll recall Brody had started seeing Briana Jungwirth earlier this summer ... and that things were getting fairly serious between them after he took her out to dinner with his ex, Kaitlynn Carter, in tow.

While their relationship appeared to be picking up steam ... sources tell us the romance fizzled out between Brody and Briana -- mostly on account, he felt they were getting too serious too fast. Just one example ... he'd already met her and Louis' son, Freddie.

Bottom line ... he wasn't ready for all that, so they called it quits. No harm, no foul apparently -- because Briana is already engaged, no more than a month or so later!!!

We're told Briana is currently tied up with a longtime on-again, off-again boyfriend named Nick who recently came back into her life after being apart for years. During a recent Vegas trip they took together, we're told he got on bended knee ... and they went ring shopping.

Larry King's estranged wife says she has no form of income and needs the legendary interviewer to cough up some dough.

Shawn King filed new docs asking for the former CNN host to pay her at least $33,100 per month in temporary spousal support ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. Shawn also wants Larry to pay retroactive to August 20, 2019, which is when Larry filed for divorce.

Shawn says she needs spousal support because she has no form of income ... she says she gave up lucrative TV hosting and modeling jobs after becoming a homemaker to raise their kids. She says she was financially dependent on Larry during their 22-year marriage.

She makes no bones about it ... she claims Larry makes way more than the amount he disclosed in docs -- $1.9 million per year from infomercials. She brought up, for example, his recent $5 million podcast deal to host "The Millionth Question."

A company Dr. Dre and his estranged wife founded together is accusing her of draining the primary business account dry and even criminal embezzlement ... just the latest sign of how nasty this divorce is getting.

TMZ has obtained a letter that was fired off to Nicole Young by attorneys for Record One recording studio, which Dre and Larry Chatman founded in 2015. Record One is operated by an LLC. Nicole was a trustee and signatory on the LLC's checking account.

The letter launches right into allegations of wrongdoing by Nicole -- claiming she "decimated" the company's bank account last month to the tune of $353,571.85.  Attorney Ed McPherson, who reps the LLC that operates Record One, attached the check Nicole wrote to herself.

The letter accuses Nicole of "blatant and unjustifiable criminal embezzlement of corporate funds," as well as a breach of her fiduciary duties.

Dre and his other partner demand Nicole return the cash they claim she jacked no later than a week from Tuesday ... otherwise, the attorneys say they'll be filing suit against her.

Remember, Nicole just accused Dre of pilfering assets ... which our Dre sources called BS. Nicole also claims the prenup she signed was under duress and Dre had a change of heart a few years into the marriage and ripped it up. Again, we're told Dre calls BS.

Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt got reacquainted in a virtual wet dream, and if you think that's awesome ... wait until you see how Julia Roberts, Sean Penn and Shia LaBeouf reacted to it.

The exes everyone wants to reunite actually did get together Thursday for a table read of "Fast Times at Ridgemont High" on Facebook with Jen reading the Phoebe Cates role of Linda Barrett ... and Brad played Judge Reinhold's character, Brad Hamilton. And, the best scene, that has everyone talking, is that sexy pool/masturbation scene. Y'know ... KNOCK, PEOPLE!!

You could cut the sexual tension with a knife as Morgan Freeman, of all people, narrated the scene describing ... leading up to some heavy flirting between Jen and Brad's characters.

The scene had everyone involved grinning from ear to ear ... Julia, Shia (who voiced Spicoli's character) ... plus other cast members John Legend, Ray Liotta, Matthew McConaughey, Jimmy Kimmel and Dane Cook.

Cardi B is apparently over her marriage to Offset -- she just filed for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

The rapper filed court docs in Georgia indicating she's seeking a dissolution of marriage. Cardi is listed as the plaintiff and Offset is listed as the defendant. She filed the paperwork on Tuesday.

There's also this ... according to the court docs, obtained by TMZ, Cardi is seeking primary physical custody as well as legal custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Kulture. She also wants Offset to pay child support -- unclear how much though at this point. No word on spousal support either, for now at least.

She also makes clear in her docs that they're currently separated, and "there are no prospects for a reconciliation."

Cardi is also adamant in the docs she wants Offset to be ordered to pay her legal expenses.

And, get this ... it doesn't sound like there's a prenup, because Cardi is asking for "an equitable division of all marital assets."

Cardi and Offset were secretly wed in 2017 and shared their hitched status the year after. As we first reported ... their nuptials were a bit unorthodox from the jump, and almost went backward (publicly speaking).

In October 2017, Offset got on bended knee at the Philly Powerhouse concert ... and Cardi accepted his ring right then and there. As it turned out, they had already been legally married for over a month at that point ... 'cause they said "I do" in a bedroom that September.

We'd heard it was a spur of the moment thing ... Offset turned to Cardi and said "marry me," and she was down. They brought in an officiant to formally marry them, and shortly thereafter ... filed for and received a marriage certificate in Fulton County, which made it legit.

They hit a rough patch in the marriage a few years ago -- amid cheating rumors -- but they buried the hatchet and seemed tight ... this after a whole lot of apologizing and courting on Offset's end. Remember, he crashed her Rolling Loud set in 2018 to beg for forgiveness, but went full mea culpa on social afterward too. Eventually, Cardi did take him back.

Sadly, Cardi's divorce filing comes just a few days shy of what would've been their third wedding anniversary. Hollywood Unlocked first broke the story.

Kacey Musgraves and her singer-songwriter hubby are on the same page about breaking up -- they've finalized the terms of their divorce.

Kacey and musician Ruston Kelly agreed to put their marital home on the market and, when it sells, Kacey will get 84.4% of the proceeds and Ruston gets the remainder .... according to new docs, obtained by TMZ.

Kacey and Ruston also agreed their prenup is valid, so that will largely control how they split things up ... along with the tweaks in their settlement. All that's left is for the judge to issue the final divorce decree, and they'll each be officially single.

As we reported ... Kacey filed for divorce back in July after 2 years of marriage. They wed in October 2017 in Tennessee after meeting in Nashville in early 2016. Kacey and Ruston announced their split, saying divorce announcements "are always met with scrutiny and speculation and we want to stop that before it even starts."

They added, "We believe that we were put into each other’s lives for a divine reason and have both changed each other infinitely for the better. The love we have for each other goes far beyond the relationship we’ve shared as husband and wife. It’s a soul connection that can never be erased."

Marriages, on the other hand, can be.

The Kardashians are packing it in next year for "KUWTK" ... but they're going out with a bang, insinuating Kourtney and Scott Disick are back together and trying for baby #4.

The trailer for season 19 just dropped ... and it looks to be chock-full of drama. Among the moments ... pandemic, Tristan and Khloe rekindling their relationship, Kendall rebelling and Kourtney/Scott pregnancy rumors.

Check out Kourtney's reaction, or lack thereof. It's revealing, to say the least.

Now it seems both Scott and Kourtney are not with anyone else at the moment, so some people thought the decks were cleared for another go at it ... especially since they've been hanging together, and sometimes without the kids.

We'd been hearing they are not getting back together, but the promo seems to suggest otherwise.

Considering Scott and Sofia were on-again, off-again for a while -- now officially off, probably forever -- we suppose something like this could make sense. Time will tell though 🤷🏽‍♂️

Chad Johnson says Jen Harley's making him look like an a**hole after their Vegas hookup, which he claims is unfair ... but he also wants to squash any brewing beef with her ex, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro.

The former 'Bachelorette' bad boy was leaving the gym Monday night in the San Fernando Valley when he addressed the fallout from the video of him making out with Ronnie's ex ... specifically, Jen alleging she was plied with booze and set up.

Chad says that's "crazy ridiculous" and claims Jen admitted to him, her manager made up the "set up" story to help her save face ... but he says he's getting screwed in the process.

Chad's pretty adamant it was just a wild, fun night in Sin City and Jen knew what she was doing -- so he wishes she would just come clean.

At the same time ... Chad feels like he needs a sit-down with Ronnie, with whom he used to be bros, and says he WILL talk to the 'Jersey Shore' star. Even Chad can admit making out with a friend's baby mama is a "major f**k-up on my part."

Sounds like Chad should work on his apology a little bit before he makes the call, though ... because he's still coming off as a guy who believes he's been victimized.
