10:29 AM PT -- Aquí hay una foto de Joe andando sin anillo hace apenas unas semanas en Nueva York, mientras iba por un café.

Sin embargo, parece que el rostro de Jonas Brothers va y viene en eso de ponerse y sacarse el anillo. Ayer mismo publicó una foto de él y sus hermanos durante el Día del Trabajo, en donde aparecía con él puesto. Por supuesto, algunas fans tomaron esta foto como una señal de que estaba todo bien, lo que sabemos que no es así.

Independientemente de si lleva o no el anillo, nuestras fuentes son firmes en decir que su matrimonio está dando vueltas por el desagüe y se dirige a los tribunales de familia.

Joe Jonas y Sophie Turner estarían por divorciarse, según ha indagado TMZ.

Fuentes con conocimiento directo le han dicho a TMZ, que Joe le pidió a su gente que se contacte con al menos dos abogados de divorcio en Los Ángeles, y que estaría a punto de presentar los documentos de divorcio para poner fin a su matrimonio con Sophie.

Nuestras fuentes también dicen que la pareja ha tenido "serios problemas" durante al menos seis meses.

Joe Jonas put on two great performances Friday night in NYC -- one for his Broadway show and the other to help out a fallen fan.

The pop star and his brothers, Nick and Kevin, had just finished their sold-out concert at the Marquis Theater when the drama involving the fan took center stage outside the venue.

Check out the video, obtained by TMZ, showing Joe stopping to sign autographs among his legions of followers who were packed together like sardines.

In all the chaos, one woman tumbled to the ground and, as you can hear, her girlfriend reacted with panic and anger.

But, Joe kept his cool and helped the woman to her feet with the assistance of a Good Samaritan. He then posed for a photo with the woman before crossing the street with his wife, Sophie Turner, to grab a bite to eat at Bond 45.

The couple was joined by Kevin and Nick and their wives, Danielle Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Jonas, respectively.

Nick Jonas says he's learning lots of new things from wife Priyanka Chopra ... and he's getting cultured on Indian holidays and traditions.

Nick and Priyanka celebrated Diwali -- India's festival of light -- at their Los Angeles home Thursday ... capping things off with a mini fireworks show by the pool.

NJ says he's sending love and light to all, and adds ... "my beautiful wife has introduced me to so many wonderful Indian holidays and traditions. My heart is so full to be able to share this with our friends and family."

Earlier in the day, Nick and Priyanka rang in Diwali morning with the ceremonial puja ... a ritual offering flowers to an image of a god.

As you can see, Nick and Priyanka were dressed in traditional Indian garb, and they look great.

Priyanka says of the ritual ... "With the blessings of Goddess Mahalakshmi we invite Her grace and abundance into our home."

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are almost 3 years into their marriage and the honeymoon phase looks to be in full effect still ... 'cause they can't seem to keep their hands off each other.

The singer and actress were all over each other Thursday during a group lunch date at Beach Blanket Babylon Restaurant in London's Notting Hill. Fellow diners at their table included Priyanka's mom, Madhu ... who sat right next to her daughter.

That close proximity didn't stop Priyanka from hugging and kissing her hubby. They were still holding hands while walking down the street after leaving the joint.

Nick and Priyanka will celebrate their third wedding anniversary in December. Remember that extravagant shindig? It sure was a wedding for the ages. They were nearly inseparable since they started dating in fall 2016 ... and they've kept it going strong ever since.

"Songland" winner Greg Scott is baffled and justifiably upset the Jonas Brothers' new track is replacing his song as NBC's Olympics anthem ... but even worse, he says he's heard nothing but crickets from the Peacock.

We got the season 2 "Songland" winner Friday outside Mastro's in Bev Hills, and wanted to get some clarification on why his song "Miracle" -- the track that won NBC's songwriting competition show -- got shelved in favor of the Jo Bros.' "Remember This."

In short, Greg's confused about the ordeal and adds nobody at NBC has reached out to clear it up. In fact, he says he found out about the 'ol switcheroo on Twitter. Oof.

ICYMI ... "Miracle" was selected by Bebe Rexha as the winner of the series back in April 2020. Bebe said she would cover the track and it would then be used to promote the summer Olympics on the network. It should be noted, the episode was taped before the COVID-19 pandemic forced the 2020 Games to be postponed.

Clearly, Greg was under the impression the song would still be used to promote the Games in 2021, and NBC suggested as much when "Miracle" was used in a commercial confirming the games were pushed to 2021.

Fast forward to now ... Greg says he's bummed because the promotion could have been a life-changing achievement.

We asked if he thinks it's a coincidence the J Bros. track emerged as the chosen anthem last month ... and one month after NBC announced a new competition series featuring the brothers.

Greg has strong feelings about that, and while he isn't shading the Jonases -- he does wish the network stuck to what he'd been told.

Nick Jonas is about to become an inspiration to an untold number of kids, because his life story is about to be memorialized in a new comic book.

The comic book -- which we're told has not been approved by or worked on with Nick or his  team -- will drop next month ... this according to Darren G. Davis at TidalWave Productions. It's 26 pages long, and it orbits around Nick's accomplishments and struggles.

The book centers around Nick's drive to become an accomplished singer and star while he battled a serious disease -- type 1 diabetes, which he disclosed to the world in 2007.

The comic book starts with Nick's rise to fame with the Jonas Bros. The group was incredibly popular but busted apart within a matter of a few years. Lots of folks wrote Nick and his brood off for good, but Nick wasn't about to wave the white flag.

The comic book then hones in on Nick's plan to become a solo artist ... something that lots of people in the music industry thought was a non-starter. Nick proved them wrong with "Jealous," and it cemented him as a lone singer.

Of course, the Jonas Bros. got back together and became more popular than ever. And, don't forget Nick also became a movie star with the blockbuster film "Jumanji." He then married another movie star ... the amazing Priyanka Chopra.

The hook -- he did all this and he's 28 years old.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's 2020 just got exponentially better -- they've welcomed their first baby, and it's a girl ... TMZ has learned.

The "Game of Thrones" star gave birth Wednesday at a hospital in Los Angeles. We don't have a name yet, but we're guessing the couple will announce that soon.

Sophie was spotted in L.A. the week before she gave birth, and looked like she was ready to pop.

As we reported ... Sophie and Joe were out last month shopping for three, with her baby bump on full display. She looked pretty comfy in grey leggings, a crop top and plaid blazer. Joe was truly kicking it ... with a Bruce Lee t-shirt. And, yes, they both wore masks. Now that's setting a good example.

The married couple never publicly acknowledged expecting a baby. You'll recall back in May they were out and about ... and Sophie for the first time revealed her baby bump in public.

We didn't say it back then but we'll say it now ... CONGRATS!!!

DaBaby, Diddy and DJ Khaled wanted to make it clear to the world ... New York was not the only place to jettison our last night in the decade ... Miami was in full-tilt celebration.

Lots of celebs crammed into Story Nightclub ... among them, Fat Joe, Winnie Harlow and Meek Mill and Jonathan Cheban. DJK and DaBaby both performed.

Story wasn't the only place to celebrate in the Sunshine State ... a short distance away, the Jonas Brothers were performing at the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach. They were joined on stage by their wives -- Sophie Turner, Priyanka Chopra and Danielle Jonas -- and toasted the crowd with some bubbly.

This is not part of the Jonas Bros tour ... it was a one-off for New Year's Eve. It wasn't cheap either ... $300 a pop.

Justin Bieber seems to be coming to terms with the fact that most everyone loves the Jonas Brothers (including his wife, Hailey Bieber) ... now, he's on board too.

JB was spotted out Saturday in WeHo hitting up a day spa with Hailey, and on their way out ... Justin was photographed rockin' this little number, which is apparently part of his Drew House clothing collection. It's vintage Disney Jonas Bros., plastered across his chest.

Hailey was there too, of course -- and she seemed to approve of her hubby's attire ... giving him a dreamy look as they strolled away together in their caj outfits.

Now, what's funny about the Jonas shirt is that Justin recorded Hailey back in March confessing her old love for the boy band, which left him fake shocked and outraged.

Looks like he's embraced the Jonas fandom since then though -- and, apparently, aims to turn a profit eventually with this. The Jonas shirt isn't available for sale on the Drew website yet ... maybe the Biebs is just giving a test run first before putting it on the market.

The Jonas Brothers are teaming up with a new fashion designer who's sure to have a huge impact on their style ... possibly for worse.

That's not a knock on the guy ... because he's Australian comedian Chris Lilley, playing one of his several characters from the new Netflix series/mockumentary, "Lunatics" -- wannabe fashion guru, Keith Dick.

It's unclear what Joe, Nick and Kevin are doing with Dick, but they were spotted walking around with him Tuesday in NYC, and based on the rack of clothing Keith's dragging along ... it's going to be interesting.

As you know ... the JoBros are so hot right now, on the heels of reuniting after a long hiatus and putting out a new album. We're told the group's in the Big Apple promoting "Happiness Begins" ... and Dick got in on the action.

Gotta admire Keith's hustle ... and his ponytail.

The Jonas Brothers have clearly done what almost no musical group before them have accomplished ... going up, going down and going up again higher than ever, and Saturday night was proof.

There was pandemonium outside the Tabernacle in ATL when the Bros left the venue, along with Nick's wife, Priyanka Chopra. Check it out ... this is rock star treatment. They got it the first time around, but this is even crazier.

It was Priyanka's first Jonas Brothers show, and she gave her stamp of approval, saying, "And it was incredible!!! I’m so proud of these guys!! #Family"

The Jonas Bros have reunited after a 6-year hiatus and dropped a new single, "Sucker," which not only hit No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 but is their first #1 record.

Tickets weren't sold for this show ... this was exclusively a giveaway from various radio stations in the Atlanta market. Not to say they wouldn't sell out if the tickets had hit the market.

We asked Joe about the youngest Jonas, Frankie, who recently graduated from high school if he would be joining the band ... but no response. You never know ... sometimes the youngest becomes the biggest star.

The Jonas Brothers are poppin' in Miami ... with some bright ass colors that are clearly an homage to "Miami Vice."

Nick, Joe and Kevin are down in South Beach shooting their next music video. They're on a yacht and looking very Crockett & Tubbs -- the main characters on the classic TV show, for you kids. The pastels are a nice throwback ... although only 2 of the bros were even alive at the height of "Miami Vice."

The bros were also seen wearing matching blue suits ... laughing it up while sitting and holding vintage tanning reflectors. Bronze, baby!! Guessing this was also for the music video ... though nobody would blame 'em for trying to get some color. When in Rome! Joe was also spotted with his boo Sophie at the Prince x Unknwn dinner at Swan on Friday.

It's unclear what music video they're shooting but it could be the trio's second release from their upcoming new album. You'll recall they released their "Sucker" music video earlier this month ... featuring their significant others Priyanka Chopra, Sophie Turner and Danielle Jonas.

That music video -- shot in England, btw -- took the world by storm. No sign of the lady Jonases down in the 305, but just in case you need a refresher ... here it is, Sucker!

10:50 AM PT -- The JoBros treated excited fans to hugs, selfies and autographs as they left the Sirius building in NYC Friday. Unfortunately for our camera guy ... the hug train stopped short of him.

The Jonas Brothers' comeback is complete and they're in a celebratory mood ... just like their fans.

Nick, Joe and Kevin were spotted heading to dinner together Thursday night in NYC, and the all-white shoes trio looked in sync and happy to have the band back together after a 5-year hiatus.

The bros announced their reunion Thursday and released a new single and music video at midnight, a loins-tingling track called "Sucker" ... which happens to feature the ladies in their lives as well.

That's right, the vibrant vid showcases the talents of Nick's wife, Priyanka Chopra, Kevin's wife, Danielle, and Joe's fiancee, Sophie Turner, to go with the sweet sounds of the fellas.

Joe tweeted ... "We really had the best time shooting this video in England with our family. Hope you guys love it. Feels good to be back."

It's only been 10 hours ... and the vid's already approaching the 5 million views mark.

Worth the wait.

The Jonas Bros are doing GREAT, but their father is having some serious financial issues. Paul Jonas' company just filed for bankruptcy ... TMZ has learned.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Paul's New Jersey construction and real estate company has over $1 million in debt, including a $268k judgement from a case his company lost.

In order to come up with the cash, Paul plans to sell off some of the company's property.

Now, the question becomes ... will Papa Jonas get bailed out by his wildly successful sons?

The Jonas Brothers sold millions of records worldwide before the band broke up in 2013, and the trio has continued building their portfolios on their own.

Nick has made millions as a member of the group and as a solo artist. He's also got a budding acting career and recently starred in the 'Jumanji' remake.

Joe has also made a fortune and just listed his luxury farmhouse in Sherman Oaks for $4.25 million.

Don't forget about Kevin ... the rocker-turned-reality-TV-star has also banked a ton of dough.
