Model Danii Banks understands the main gripe with her flashing boobs at an NFL game -- the fact lots of kids were in the stadium -- but she's confident no little ones saw her top drop.

The OnlyFans model tells TMZ, she was in a 21 and up section when she freed her nipples during last Sunday's Las Vegas Raiders game ... and it wasn't like she and "the girls" were featured on the stadium big screen.

So, Danii believes kids couldn't possibly have seen her brief topless moment. Well, unless they had binoculars in a nearby section -- but what are the chances of that?

Danii, as we first reported, ended up getting booted from Allegiant Stadium for the sexy stunt, but says it was only security guards and police who had a problem when they saw the nudity.

DB did post a blurred version of her going topless on her social media ... which is now littered with comments from haters saying she never should have flashed her boobs around young fans.

She says she understands those concerns, to an extent, and apologizes to any parents if their kids happened to get an eyeful of Banks' assets.

Not everyone is mad at Danii though ... she says she's gotten thousands of new OnlyFans subscribers since last Sunday night, and she tells us how a bachelor party played a big role in her top coming off.

Kevin Turen, famous for producing HBO shows like "Euphoria" and "The Idol," died after suffering a medical emergency while driving down a California freeway ... TMZ has learned.

The late producer's father, Edward Turen, and close friend, Michael Heller, tell TMZ ... Kevin was driving his 10-year-old son home from a tennis tournament Sunday when the tragedy happened.

We're told Kevin's Tesla was on autopilot when he suffered a medical emergency, and his son was able to navigate the car over to the side of the freeway before calling 911.

Although he was rushed to a hospital, Kevin was eventually pronounced dead there.

While Kevin's father and friend say investigators have concluded drugs and alcohol were NOT involved, we're told authorities are still trying to determine an official cause of death.

Jay Penske, a close friend of Kevin's and CEO of Penske Media Corporation, remembers Kevin as a family man.

Jay released a statement saying ... "Despite his many achievements in Hollywood, Kevin's greatest passion was his family and friends. He was so proud of his children. He and his wife, Evelina, were resolved that their children grow up with great values and ensured they make a difference in the broader world."

Kevin was 44.

Eight high school students in Las Vegas are facing murder charges after being arrested in connection with the fatal beating of fellow student Jonathan Lewis.

The 17-year-old died earlier this month as a result of blunt force trauma injuries suffered in a beatdown near Rancho High School ... and the Clark County coroner's office listed the manner of death as a homicide, leading to a slew of arrests.

Cops in Sin City announced Tuesday all 8 arrested are between the ages of 13 and 17 ... and they're students at Rancho High.

With the assistance of the FBI, cops took all 8 students into custody Tuesday morning ... and law enforcement is still working to identify 2 more teens believed to be involved in the fatal beatdown.

The incident happened Nov. 1 after school let out, and video shows Jonathan getting beaten by a bunch of students. Police say the fight started over stolen wireless headphones and possibly a stolen vape pen ... with everyone agreeing to meet in an alley and fight over it.

While the video appears to show Jonathan, who is white, getting swarmed by mostly Black kids ... cops say the incident is not being considered a hate crime -- but note the beating was "void of humanity."

Ocho estudiantes de secundaria de Las Vegas se enfrentan a cargos de asesinato tras ser detenidos por golpear a su compañero Jonathan Lewis y causarle la muerte.

El joven de 17 años murió a principios de este mes como resultado de traumatismos contundentes sufridos en una paliza cerca de Rancho High School, y la oficina del forense del condado de Clark está catalogando la muerte como un homicidio, lo que ha llevado a una serie de detenciones.

La policía de la ciudad del pecado anunció el martes que los ocho detenidos tienen entre 13 y 17 años y son estudiantes de Rancho High.

Con la ayuda del FBI, los policías tomaron en custodia a los ocho estudiantes el martes por la mañana y la ley sigue trabajando por identificar a otros dos adolescentes que se cree estuvieron involucrados en el fatal episodio.

It's been 9 months since the tragic death of Audrina Patridge's 15-year-old niece, Sadie, and cops are working to find out who may have supplied the drugs that killed the young girl.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Sadie's death has officially been ruled a narcotic overdose. However, they've not yet determined the manner of death as there's currently an investigation for possible criminal charges.

Our sources say cops want to figure out how Sadie was able to obtain the drugs.

One source tells us ... Sadie was able to buy Percocet through Snapchat, and it was laced with fentanyl. Of course, if that's the case ... cops will work to determine who sold it to the young teen and charges will likely follow.

You'll remember, the man who supplied Mac Miller with a fatal dose of fentanyl was sentenced to 17.5 years in May of last year after Mac's 2018 death ... so it's very much a serious offense.

It was back in February when Audrina announced the heartbreaking news that Sadie had died, writing, "My beautiful niece is now in heaven. I know Its not goodbye forever, but it is the hardest to say goodbye for now. We will miss you and cherish every single moment we had with you. Rest in peace Say Say!! We love you forever & ever!"

Keke Palmer is holding on tight to her son after getting temporary sole custody of him amid her legal fight with her baby daddy -- this, of course, after accusing him of DV.

The actress appeared to be on set Saturday afternoon in West Hollywood, where two notable things happened -- one, she was photographed carrying her nearly 9-month-old, Leo, while in costume ... and was smiling from ear to ear, while even firing off a selfie of the 2 of them.

There was a woman nearby, whom Keke eventually handed Leo over to -- presumably a nanny of some sort -- while she went back to work. Like we said, KP is beaming here.

The other standout moment from this time on the job ... she received an intricate bouquet of flowers from somebody, courtesy of a local business called La Fleu Eclose ... and this particular arrangement is one of their pricier items for sale -- it's called "My Queen."

The bouquet comes with a crap ton of roses -- between 50 to 100 -- and a nice little crown ornament on top to boot. There was a card attached that Keke was seen reading ... and she looked to be a bit emotional as she went through it. No word on who it was from.

This is the first time we're seeing Keke out in public since her bomb allegations this past week -- namely, claiming Darius Jackson had abused her on and off for well over a year ... including an alleged incident she says happened as recently as last weekend.

Keke also uploaded a bunch of still images taken from in-home security footage that she claims shows Darius roughing her up on a handful of occasions, dating back to 02/2022.

She said she feared for her safety, and as a result was granted a temporary restraining order against Darius. Keke was also granted temporary sole custody of their kid ... a separate filing that came shortly before her TRO hit the court system.

Darius has remained mostly mum through all this ... not having officially acknowledged her claims, other than to say he loves his son and that he'll "see you soon." A hearing to sort all this out is scheduled for early December ... where he'll presumably get a chance to respond.

Keke and Darius had Leo in February ... and had been a couple for a good while before that. He's not famous at all -- but has drawn attention to himself and their relationship.

The "Black Panther" stuntman who was killed in a car crash last week had just wrapped up a night of Halloween fun before the fatal wreck ... TMZ has learned.

Taraja Ramsess' mother, Akili, tells us her son was in the car with 6 others that fateful night -- including his ex-wife, Selena, and a mix of 5 children ... most of whom he'd had with her, and a newborn he shares with his current partner, Lisa, who was at home.

Anyway, we're told Taraja and Selena had just finished taking all the children trick or treating in the Atlanta area and were on their way home when they got in the accident.

As we reported ... Taraja died at the scene, as did two of his daughters -- a 13-year-old and an 8-week-old little girl. His 10-year-old son later died after being taken off life support.

Selena and two daughters she shared with Taraja survived -- they all suffered non-life-threatening injuries, although one of the daughters is still in the hospital. In terms of how Akili heard the tragic news ... she tells us Selena called and was inconsolable.

Akili says it was the worst night of her life, and the heartache of losing her son and grandchildren was compounded by not immediately knowing who was alive and dead.

Apparently, first responders had taken everybody to different hospitals, and it created a confusing/chaotic situation to try and track down everyone in the aftermath. Akili adds, "It's impacted our family. It's now part of us -- our family needs some time to heal and recover and go on with our lives best we can."

Obviously, the entire family is distraught in the wake of all this ... and we're told everybody is trying to cope as best they can in the wake of such an awful catastrophe that claimed so many lives.

La madre de Taraja Ramsess, Akili, nos cuenta que su hijo estaba en el carro con otras seis personas esa fatídica noche, incluyendo su ex esposa Selena y unos cinco niños, la mayoría de los cuales había tenido con ella, además de un recién nacido que compartía con su actual pareja Lisa que estaba en casa esa noche.

De todos modos, nos dicen que Taraja y Selena acababan de llevar a los niños a jugar trato o truco en el área de Atlanta y estaban camino a casa cuando tuvieron el accidente.

Como informamos, Taraja murió en el acto, al igual que dos de sus hijas, una de 13 años y una niña de 8 semanas. Su hijo, de 10 años, murió más tarde luego de haber recibido soporte vital.

Selena y dos de las hijas que compartía con ella sobrevivieron. Todas sufrieron lesiones que no ponen en riesgo sus vidas, aunque una de las pequeñas aún se encuentra en el hospital en este momento. En cuanto a cómo Akili se enteró de la trágica noticia, nos dice que Selena la llamó histérica.

Akili dice que fue la peor noche de su vida y que la angustia de perder a su hijo y a sus nietos se agravó por no saber de inmediato quién estaba vivo y quién no.

Al parecer, las personas que atendieron la emergencia llevaron a todos a diferentes hospitales, lo que creó una situación confusa y caótica por tratar de localizarlos y conocer su estado. Akili añade: "Ha afectado a nuestra familia. Ahora es parte de nosotros, nuestra familia necesita algo de tiempo para sanar y recuperarse y seguir adelante con nuestras vidas lo mejor que podamos".

Obviamente, toda la familia está muy angustiada. Nos dicen que todos están intentando hacer frente lo mejor que pueden a esta catástrofe tan dolorosa y que se cobró tantas vidas.
