Mischa Barton just got sued for one of the all-time worst parking jobs, which left her U-Haul truck jammed in a carport.

The homeowners' association at The Park Wellington condos in West Hollywood wants Mischa to fork over $26,991.55 for some major repairs that had to be done after her not-so-brilliant move back in February.

TMZ broke the story ... Mischa slammed the truck into plaster covered support beams at the complex.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Mischa told the complex her then-bf, Adam Spaw, had rented the truck ... so they tried to get the dough through his insurance. The claim was denied, and according to the suit ... Mischa is actually listed in the police report as the driver -- so, the Wellington wants her to pay up.

Jay-Z is talking with his team about buying Harvey Weinstein's interest in The Weinstein Company ... TMZ has learned.

Multiple sources connected to Jay tell us ... Jay, along with several other investors including a famous movie producer and a billionaire, are talking about purchasing Weinstein's 23% interest in the company.

Jay has had a working relationship with TWC and Harvey ... he has a deal in which he has produced a movie, "The Kalief Browder Story." He has also a Trayvon Martin miniseries slated for production. Jay has a first-look film deal with the company.

Our sources say Jay wants his relationship with the company to continue and grow, and since Harvey is out he's looking at acquiring a substantial equity stake in the company.

There might be a 'Wolf of Wall Street' sequel after all because the real life guy is still heavily in debt to the United States, and the government is digging into his pockets to get the dough.

According to new legal docs ... Jordan Belfort still owes the victims a whopping $97,538,621.34 in restitution to satisfy a $110 million judgment against him. Prosecutors for the Eastern District of New York are done waiting for him to make good, too ... so they're going after his paychecks.

According to the docs, a company called Delos Living owes Belfort some cash, and the federal government wants to redirect the Delos money to pay down his massive debt.

2 Chainz has a lotta nerve skipping out on his Rolls-Royce tab ... according to a high-end auto broker who's suing to get the dough.

Highline Holdings Group says 2 Chainz hired them to lock down a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead, but when it came time to pay, the rapper was a little absent-minded. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Highline negotiated a $262,212 price, to which Chainz agreed and paid most of that sum.

He had an outstanding balance of $18,317, and when Highline contacted him he refused to fork over one more penny ... according to the suit. Even though the exotic ride was delivered to his home in Georgia, the broker insists 2 Chainz won't pay.

Highline's suing to get the balance plus interest. So far, no word from 2 Chainz.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King isn't quite breathing a sigh of relief after her identity theft case was dismissed ... it's more like she's holding her breath.

Karen was busted for racking up a $5k tab at Saks Fifth Avenue, and allegedly using someone else's name and credit card. The Fulton County D.A. slapped her with 3 felony charges -- but prosecutors couldn't get the 70-year-old victim to testify on time.

No witness, no case. The judge dismissed the matter, but prosecutors ain't giving up just yet. The D.A.'s Office tells TMZ it intends to refile. They've got 6 months to do so.

Out with the old, in with the new -- that's Dannon Yogurt's philosophy after dumping Cam Newton and signing the Dallas Cowboys' Dak Prescott ... less than a week later.

Dak signed a sponsorship deal with Dannon the same day Cam got the boot last week after making a sexist comment to a female reporter during a press conference. He's reportedly already set to start filming commercials in Dallas this upcoming week.

As we reported ... Cam publicly apologized after Dannon dropped him on Thursday.

Looks like it was too little, too late.

Chanel West Coast just one-upped Future in the mask game ... wearing one that's bigger and more bedazzled than the one he wore on the BET Awards red carpet.

Chanel dropped a few thousand bucks to rent the blinged-out ensemble in her "New Bae" video featuring Nicki Minaj's ex, Safaree Samuels. It's made by Marianna Harutunian, the same designer who created the custom masks Future and his daughter wore to the BET Awards in June.

The mask CWC wore retails for $3,000 since it's made with over 8,000 Swarovski crystals. She also wore a Harutunian-designed crown and matching bodysuit in the vid which retail for $3,800 and $3,500, respectively.

Chanel's shine would've cost her more than $10k, but sadly she didn't get to keep the duds since they were on loan.

Not exactly a bad thing ... she looks better with the mask off.

James Bond fanatics rejoice ... a piece of history can be yours, for a pretty penny.

The original DVD illustration for the 2002 release of "Casino Royale" will be auctioned off by Heritage Auctions on Friday the 13th. The painting's by Robert McGinnis and it's expected to fetch anywhere from $15k to $25k.

McGinnis also created the artwork poster for the 1967 version of "Casino Royale." But the 2002 illustration -- used again in the 40th anniversary collector's edition release in 2008 -- has different figures and patterns in the silhouette. It's a colorful masterpiece.

Ron Goldman's dad just filed legal docs to divert any money Simpson makes from "interviews, shows, presentations or exhibitions" ... to satisfy the civil wrongful death judgment, which has now swelled to around $100 million.

Rare color photos of the famous blonde swimming naked are hitting the auction block next week via Heritage Auctions, who thinks they'll fetch between $25k-$35k.

The pics were taken in 1962, the same year Marilyn died, by photographer Lawrence Schiller. There are 12 total, mostly of her in her birthday suit, but there are also black and white pics of the blonde bombshell with a birthday cake and sparklers.
