A pair of tickets to Ford's Theatre on the night of Abraham Lincoln's assassination have sold for an absolute fortune.

The 2 front-row balcony tickets, said to be in very good condition, made $262,500 through RR Auction, which closed the rare lot over the weekend -- they're dated "APR 14, 1865" and specifically say it's for "Ford's Theatre" in Washington, D.C.

Whoever owned the tickets would've been sitting in section D in seats 41 and 42. That would've put them on the opposite side of the theater from Lincoln's balcony seats, and given them an unobstructed view of the former president's assassination.

As you know, John Wilkes Booth -- who was an actor -- used his knowledge of the theater space to sneak into Lincoln's booth during the 3rd act of "Our American Cousin," shooting him in the head right next to First Lady Mary Todd ... days after the Civil War ended.

BTW, there aren't a whole lot of tickets from that fateful night still out there -- one of them is known to be at Harvard’s Houghton Library, and it's only half of the full ticket. The one at Harvard was even used to verify the balcony tickets that sold at auction.

Former WWE Superstar Mandy Rose says she's raking in the dough outside the squared circle... telling TMZ Sports she's super grateful for those supporting her "lucrative" OnlyFans career.

Rose -- real name Amanda Saccomanno -- was famously booted from Vince McMahon's org. back in 2022 after racy images from her former subscription site were leaked on social media.

A couple of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" stars are dealing with something many businesses across L.A. are facing -- the homeless crisis ... an encampment popped up right outside their offices.

The tents were spotted outside The Altman Brothers office in Bev Hills as recently as Wednesday -- the place where brothers Josh and Matt Altman work both on and off the Bravo series.

Fans of the show know folks like the Altmans have made careers selling luxury properties all across Los Angeles, so to have a homeless camp on display just steps from their business comes with some irony.

Photos taken Thursday show the encampment is gone -- we're told the city stepped in and had the camp dismantled.

As we reported, Jennifer Garner was spotted offering up more than just a helping hand to a homeless man in L.A. this week  ... offering him the shoes off her feet and getting a nearby photog involved to make sure he got what he needed.

This woman, Yasemin Baysal, is quoted as saying ... "The rumors were also going around in previous years, but this time it's true." She goes on to say that an agency in Milan will be handling the bulk of the transaction -- but refuses to say which one exactly.

What she does reveal, though, is that one potential client is very interested in GC's pad. As for how much it's going for -- there doesn't seem to be an exact price listed. Clooney's villa was estimated to be valued at as much as $100 million last year ... but the real estate agent tells Oggi that a more realistic ask is somewhere in the ballpark of $75-$85 mil.

Either way, it's a helluva profit margin for George and his wife, Amal. He bought the place way back in 2002 for a reported $10 million from the famed Heinz family ... and he's had it in his possession ever since. As for why they're bailing ... Oggi reports Amal doesn't like the area, and supposedly prefers Provence -- which is in the South of France.

They bought another estate there not too long ago and moved in as well. It's not on the water like their Como mansion is ... this one is super private, in the countryside, and sits on a vineyard. For years, Clooney's presence in Como has drawn a lot of press and eyeballs.

On its face, it would seem the Clooneys want something a little more low-key and tucked away, and they certainly got that with their new buy.

The iconic ride is Britney's black 2006 Mercedes-Benz CLK350, and it's been on display at the Volo Auto Museum in Illinois since 2011 -- but now it has a price tag of $70k.

The sporty convertible was once known as the most dangerous vehicle on the streets of L.A., because it's the one Brit was driving in 2007 as her life started to spiral out of control.

That was the year she zoomed through red lights while playing cat-and-mouse with paparazzi, went for countless late night joyrides and also had an infamous hit-and-run.

While it's far from a unique car, Brit's Benz became almost as recognizable as her as paps snapped hundreds of shots of it on the daily.

The A-List celebs descended on the "One805 Live" event at Kevin's Oceanside estate in Santa Barbara Friday to honor local cops and firefighters for their service, particularly during January's horrible storm that caused evacuations in Montecito.

Everyone was in great spirits as Kevin and Oprah delivered speeches about the first responders who proudly stood next to them onstage.

Harry and Meghan also walked out onstage as they were introduced as special guests. At one point, Harry gave an honorary award to Kevin before the Oscar-winning actor launched into his address.

Maroon 5 capped things off with their high-energy performance in front of a packed crowd.

Other notable guests for the $12,000 per-table fundraiser included Kate Perry's parents.

Deion Sanders deserves more money than Nick Saban, Kirby Smart and every other coach in college football ... at least, that's what Jeremy Bloom is saying -- telling TMZ Sports Prime should get a new contract worth around $16 million per year!!!

Bloom said the deal should be in place for at least the next 10 years too ... explaining it's paramount the Buffs get the updated contract in front of their head coach ASAP to avoid him leaving for more cash elsewhere.

"You've got to put that in front of him," the former Colorado superstar receiver said. "Because right now, the buyout is just too small. Any team can come together, get a bunch of boosters, buy him out and give him some long-term deal."

Bloom is so nervous about losing the Buffs leader ... he actually said he'd be willing to contribute $100,000 of his own cash to kick off the fundraising for CU's new pact with Prime.

For now, though, Deion will be working for roughly $6 million a year ... after he inked a 5-year, $29.5 million contract to coach the Buffs this offseason.

Sanders, though, has been adamant that he's planning to stay at CU for the long haul new deal or not ... saying he really likes it in Boulder, and it's quickly becoming his home.

But, Bloom ain't ready to buy all that just yet ... telling us, "That's what coaches say. They feel it in the moment, until someone new comes to them and says, 'We're going to bet the whole farm on you.'"
