Oscars After-Parties Allison & Kobe Chug & Chew with Oscar!!!

Published | Updated

Allison Janney and Kobe Bryant celebrated their Oscar win like true Americans ... with booze and burgers!!!

Allison and the Black Mamba remembered to fuel up while hitting the Oscar after-party scene hard ... with Oscar in hand, of course. They were at the Vanity Fair bash in Bev Hills and were joined by a slew of celebs.

The "Key & Peele" duo was there ... as was Oscar winner Frances McDormand, Drake, Halle Berry, Emily Ratajkowski and many more.

The famed Chateau Marmont on the Sunset Strip was also celeb central. Mary J. Blige, Salma Hayek, Tiffany Haddish, Amber Heard, Elon Musk and Anthony Anderson were all there. Cool of Nick Jonas to make his way over to the fans. Not cool of our camera guy to ask Stevie Wonder if he watched the Oscars. Habits, ya know.

HE'S PAVIN' THE WAY

Keegan-Michael Key believes Jordan Peele's Oscar victory will spawn more filmmakers of color that inevitably will lead to better movies.

We got Keegan leaving Spago in Bev Hills Sunday night and wanted to get his take on his buddy, Jordan, bringing home the Best Original Screenplay statue for "Get Out." For the uninitiated ... Jordan's the first African-American to bring home the award in that category in the 90-year history of the Academy Awards.

Keegan had fun with our camera guy's choice of hat (C'mon, Kris) before getting serious and calling his former "Key & Peele" co-star a pioneer.

Guillermo del Toro Nicest Best Director Winner Ever Poses With Latino Fans

Published | Updated

Guillermo del Toro didn't let his wins for Best Picture and Best Director at Sunday's Oscars go to his head as he hit the after-party circuit in Hollywood.

We got the 'Shape of Water' director heading into the 20th Century Fox & Fox Searchlight Party at TAO with his statues in tow. On his way out, the director wandered across the street to take pictures with fans, many of who were Latinos.

Del Toro is the fourth Mexican director to win in 5 years, and it doesn't sound like he's eager to hear Trump's views on that stat.

Florida Shooting Survivors Approached for Documentary Deals

Published | Updated

The Florida shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School could become a documentary soon, 'cause some students are getting approached by Hollywood producers ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us at least a couple student survivors have been getting calls to participate in some sort of docu-type project that would depict the tragedy and its aftermath.

We're told these students are fielding requests from a number of producers and executives for potential deals on a full-blown movie documentary, a TV documentary and a TV docuseries. They're sorting through these talks with some high-powered publicists.

As we reported ... some students are also being hit up for possible book deals on the shooting ... they've taken meetings with publishers ... but nothing's been inked just yet.

Unclear what kind of money is being discussed for a documentary, but we're told any funds would either go directly to March For Our Lives or toward gun control advocacy efforts.

90th Oscars J Law's Wine Night ... Behind the Scenes

Published | Updated

Jennifer Lawrence might not have been up for an Oscar this year, but that didn't stop her from crackin' open the vino and pouring herself a glass ... or two, or more perhaps.

J Law was on the move Sunday at the 90th Academy Awards -- climbing over chairs, fixing the strap on her dress and, most notably, hugging just about everyone down in the seats ... all while holding a clutch glass of white wine that looked a bit more than half full.

Truth be told, we don't know how many she had -- but it certainly seems like Lawrence was enjoying herself at the show. And on the heels of a less than stellar box office opening for her new flick "Red Sparrow" ... why not go for the booze, right?

There's other famous folks up in here, too -- Meryl Streep, Armie Hammer, Frances McDormand, the fish monster from "The Shape of Water," and on and on.

But let's be real ... this is Jennifer's show.

Oscars Weekend Herpes Spike!

Published | Updated

The Oscars are in full swing, but the award show isn't just bringing out gold statues and celebs in Hollywood ... herpes are also running amok.

According to a rep from HerpAlert -- an online diagnosis and treatment website for the STD -- there's been a spike in folks looking to get treated for herpes this weekend ... which just so happens to fall in line with the 90th annual Academy Awards.

HerpAlert's been in business since last summer, with doctors issuing prescriptions to pharmacies after people submit photos of their herpes and they're reviewed. The turnaround time is about 2 hours.

We're told that that the site has seen a huge surge in folks seeking prescriptions for herpes over the past 72 hours ... a whopping 60 cases a day since Friday in the Hollywood and Bev Hills neighborhoods compared to their usual 10-case a day load.

Sources say the the submissions so far have been 80 percent genital herpes. The last spike HerpAlert saw was during NBA All-Star weekend last month, when they got about 30 cases a day from people requesting prescriptions in the L.A. area.

Don't have too much fun, everyone.

Amber Tamblyn She & Baby Marlow Nearly Hit By a Van ... 'Shaken,' But Uninjured

Published | Updated

Amber Tamblyn and her 1-year-old daughter were almost mowed down by a man driving a van in NYC Sunday ... this according to Amber herself.

The "General Hospital" actress tweeted the scary news late Sunday morning saying a man driving a grey van in Brooklyn had tried ramming her and her baby girl while they were crossing the street in a stroller.

Amber says the man was honking his horn and that the bumper actually made contact with baby Marlow's stroller. She asked folks on Twitter to DM her if anyone had seen the man or had any other info.

Luckily, Amber and Marlow seem to be OK -- though she says she was shaken by the incident.

We've reached out to the NYPD to see if Amber has filed a police report yet. Law enforcement sources tell us no 911 calls from the cross streets mentioned by Amber have been placed as of this writing.

'Black Panther' Popularity Good for Booze Biz, Too ... UK Company Thinks So

Published | Updated

The massive success of "Black Panther" will certainly lead fans to order cocktails and buy booze inspired by the Marvel blockbuster ... at least that's what a company in the UK thinks.

The company filed trademark paperwork last week to use the names "Wakanda" and "T Challa Black Panther" on unspecified alcohol products. Of course, T'Challa is the name of Chadwick Boseman's lead character, and Wakanda is his fictional homeland in the massive box office smash.

The company, TCBP Holdings, is based in Northern Ireland, and according to the docs they want the trademark for ALL alcoholic beverages -- except beer.

Cuz ain't no party like a Black Panther party ... or something like that.

Susan Sarandon Parkland Kids Have to Change Gun Laws ... Trump NEVER Will

Published | Updated

Susan Sarandon is beaming like a proud mama about the students behind the March for Our Lives rally ... and says she'll absolutely be there to support them.

We got Susan Friday at LAX, and she told us the Parkland, FL kids now have a chance to effect real change when it comes to gun reform. She says they can essentially do do what politicians -- especially President Trump -- have refused to do.

As we reported, celebs have an open invitation to attend the March 24 rally in Washington, DC ... even if others prefer to keep their involvement on the DL.

Susan left no doubt about her plans and applauds Marjory Stoneman Douglas High students for keeping the pressure on local, state and federal legislators.

'8 Mile' Dir. Curtis Hanson Baby Mama Accused of Swiping Money While Curtis Had Dementia

Published | Updated

Director Curtis Hanson's baby mama took advantage of his finances in his final years, and screwed over his producing partner in the process ... according to new legal docs.

Carol Fenelon claims Rebecca Yeldham, the mother of Hanson's teenage son, moved money from Curtis's business accounts -- which Fenelon was left in charge of after his death. In docs, Fenelon says the money ended up in accounts Curtis left to Yeldham in his will.

We broke the story ... the "L.A. Confidential" and "8 Mile" director's will left almost his entire estate to Yeldham and their kid, but Fenelon got control of his production company, Deuce Three.

According to the docs, Yeldham got Hanson to sign off on the account changes long before he died -- but Fenelon claims Curtis was already suffering from dementia, and in no mental condition to make those decisions.

Fenelon is suing to get back the money Yeldham ended up with, and says it could be in the millions.

Armie Hammer Wife Sues Impersonator She's Trying to Score Oscar Party Invite!!!

Published | Updated

Armie Hammer's wife is enraged that someone is using her name to get invites to the best party of the weekend -- the Vanity Fair shindig.

Elizabeth Chambers claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Diana Roque Ellis used an email address making it appear she was Elizabeth in an attempt to gain access to the party.

Chambers claims the emails fraudulently stated the sender was Elizabeth and asked if she and Armie could bring an extra guest. The Vanity Fair party planners wanted to know the name of the plus 1 ... and she emailed back Diana Ellis.

Elizabeth claims Diana got hold of her home address to make it look more authentic.

According to the suit, Vanity Fair smelled a rat because the emails said Diana would be arriving separately and asked that the invite be sent directly to Diana.

Elizabeth wants damages for "misappropriation of name." She also wants an injunction against Diana prohibiting her from using her name.

Woody Harrelson The Return Of Billy Hoyle ... On Set Hooping w/ Daughter

Published | Updated

If you've ever wondered what happened to Billy Hoyle from "White Men Can't Jump," we've got the video for you -- Woody Harrelson showing he's still got the moves by training a new hoops generation.

Woody was on set filming his new movie, "The Highwaymen," when he took some time out to teach his youngest daughter, Makani, the same tactics he used to dominate Wesley Snipes (face it, he did).

Looks like Woody's teaching her how to finish high in the lane without killing her dribble, and demonstrating it from multiple angles on the court ... and he seems like he's still got it.

It was announced last year that 'WMCJ' was set for a reboot starring Blake Griffin ... but after seeing this, maybe it's time to scrap the reboot, and give Woody & Wesley a sequel.

Just sayin'.

Brad Pitt I'm Here for Oscar

Published | Updated

Brad Pitt's back in the Hollywood scene ... anything for Oscar.

Brad made a rare appearance at the Gersh Oscar Party at the famed Chateau Marmont on the Sunset Strip. He was flanked by his manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, and was all smiles. Brad's kept a pretty low profile since splitting from Angelina Jolie.

The appearance comes on the heels of Brad signing on for Quentin Tarantino's "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" ... a film about a struggling actor who lives next door to Sharon Tate at the time of the 1969 murders.

As we reported ... Sharon's sister's not happy about it.

MASTRO'S 'N CHILL

Justin Bieber's tipping his hat to Austin Powers to celebrate his 24th birthday ... 'cause he's shaggin', baby!!!

We got Justin cruising out of Mastro's Steakhouse Thursday night after what we've gotta believe was a pretty balling bday meal ... based on what he did when he got out.

Check out the video -- we expect the Biebs to ride in style, but this time his chauffeured SUV had something extra swaggy ... or should we say shaggy? Justin kicked back, and was as chill as we've seen him in a long time. Can't blame him.

All this scene's missing is Selena. (That's what he said)
