The Rams star was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood this week when he told us 495 is easy work ... because he's been pushing up OVER 500 pounds!!

Again ... he's gotta be kidding, right?

By the way, the strongest NFL running back we've ever heard about is Napoleon Kaufman -- a gym freak who reportedly put up 500 pounds on the bench back in the day.

NFL defenders will at least have something nice to look at as Alvin Kamara runs by them next season ... 'cause the Saints star just finished up his second leg sleeve -- and it's sick.

AK had his whole right leg tatted a while ago, decked out with faces, a saber-tooth cat and tribal elements.

But the running back went under the needle again this week to get his left leg done ... and it's even more dope, with a warrior inside of a saber-tooth cat's mouth on his knee cap.

It doesn't seem to be an accident the new ink's face has a big-ass bull ring in its nose either ... 'cause Kamara's known around the NFL for the piercing.

Only question now is -- will all that ink on his legs slow him down in Year 2?!

The Carolina Panthers just fulfilled a badass little girl's wish ... and they might have found the team's future linebacker in the process.

And, we're only kinda kidding.

13-year-old Kyleigh -- who's battling a severe endocrine disorder -- worked with Make-a-Wish Foundation to not only MEET the Panthers, but train with them as well ... and she crushed it.

Superstar linebacker Thomas Davis hooked Kyleigh up with a helmet, jersey, gloves and team uni ... and let her rip into one of Carolina's OTA practices.

Turns out, she's pretty damn good.

"Kyleigh hit harder than Cap! Kyleigh hit harder than Cap!" Davis said, referring to DB Captain Munnerlyn.

Kyleigh's a legit athlete ... having won two wrestling championships ... and T.D. says the Panthers can learn as much from her as she can learn from them.

Former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been sentenced to probation for striking people with his car at a party in 2016 ... and will finally be released from jail.

The 26-year-old has been bouncing between jail and mental health facilities ever since the incident -- but, last week, the court declared him mentally competent to receive his punishment.

As we previously reported, Randle was found guilty of aggravated battery, criminal threats and aggravated burglary after prosecutors say he ran over partygoers after getting kicked out of a party following a loss at a beer pong game.

Randle appeared in a Kansas courtroom early Friday morning where he was sentenced to a 5-year probation and $3,000 in fines.

The judge will also consider cutting 2 years off the probation sentence if Randle keeps his nose clean.

It's a good result for him -- considering Randle was facing up to 10 years in prison.

A.J. Green says he's not mad at Julio Jones for holding out in his contract dispute with the ATL Falcons -- telling TMZ Sports, "He gotta do what he gotta do, man."

The Bengals superstar WR was out shopping in Bev Hills -- and explained that when it comes to getting paid at the pro level, you gotta strike while ya can.

"The NFL stands for 'Not For Long,' so you gotta get it while it lasts."

Green knows what he's talking about -- he signed a 4-year $60 MILLION contract extension in 2015.

But, if things don't work out for Julio in ATL, Green says he's down to share some of the pass-catching workload in Cinci.

A former Houston Texans cheerleader has lawyered up -- with Gloria Allred -- to sue the team after claiming she was treated like a bad sorority pledge ... all because she was considered "skinny fat."

The woman -- Angelina Rosa -- says the Houston Texans cheerleading staffers cornered her before a 2017 game and forcibly duct taped parts of her body to make her body appear tighter.

The woman claims the entire experience was "painful" and humiliating, and now she's out for legal revenge.

"I stand here today to make sure no other girl or woman has to endure the same humiliation."

Rosa claims she was so emotionally scarred, she developed an eating disorder.

Tom Brady is TRASH when it comes to singing U2 songs -- and the video proof is pretty great!

TB12 and his wife, Gisele, hit up the U2 concert at TD Garden in Boston on Thursday -- apparently they're big fans -- and shouted along with the songs at the top of their lungs.

It's so bad, it's good.

You can hear Brady screech along with hits like "Vertigo" and "Pride (In The Name of Love)" -- and, when it comes to his singing voice, he's more Trevor Siemian than Tom Brady.

Gisele didn't seem to mind -- you can see her rocking out in the background, having a blast.

Ex-Seattle Seahawks star Brandon Browner was arrested and convicted in a domestic battery case stemming from a May incident ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court docs, Browner was arrested in L.A. County on May 6, 2018 for battery and child endangerment. Details surrounding the incident are unclear.

But records show Browner pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to probation.

Here's where things go from bad to worse ... sometime after the conviction, the court found Browner had violated his probation from a previous case -- and ordered him to serve 60 days in jail.

He was released after just 2 days due to overcrowding.

A rep for the L.A. Sheriff's Dept. tells us, "Anyone sentenced to 180 days or less for a non serious offense is immediately released due to continuing overcrowding."

It's just the latest in a string of legal issues for the former Pro Bowl cornerback who's been arrested several times ever since his career ended back in 2015.

Tampa Bay Bucs QB Jameis Winston is expected to be suspended for 3 games by the NFL over an incident in which he allegedly grabbed a female Uber driver's crotch, according to ESPN.

As we previously reported, Winston has DENIED sexually assaulting the woman during a boozy ride in Scottsdale, Arizona in March 2016.

But the alleged victim is adamant Winston "reached over and put his fingers on my crotch. It wasn't accidental."

The NFL investigated the allegation and, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter -- the league will notify Winston on Friday that he will be hit with the 3-game suspension for a violation of the league's personal conduct policy.

ESPN says there's a chance the league could change the plan and alter the length of the suspension before it is officially handed out on Friday ... but it seems unlikely.

The estate of Bernie Casey -- a former NFL-star-turned actor -- is being sued by a woman claiming to be his widow, who alleges the 78-year-old violently tackled her to the ground just 1 week before his death.

The woman behind the suit is Cheryl Castillo -- who claims she and Bernie lived together in L.A. as husband and wife ... but things went south during an altercation on Sept. 10.

According to her lawsuit, Castillo claims she was having an argument with Casey over their cars, when he suddenly grabbed her by the arm and tackled her to the ground "as though [she] was a football player."

Before Casey starred in movies like "Revenge of the Nerds" and "I'm Gonna Git You Sucka" -- he was a Pro Bowl wide receiver for the L.A. Rams back in the '60s.

Castillo claims she suffered injuries from the alleged attack and wants Casey's estate to fork over some big money to make things right.

Casey died on Sept. 19 after suffering a stroke. Castillo believes his health conditions affected his mental ability in the last years of his life.

Willie McGinest has some advice for the Atlanta Falcons brass ... RELAX ... saying anyone in ATL's front office who's miffed Julio Jones is training with T.O. is wrong -- because it's actually a good idea.

Jones and Owens have been working out together this offseason, and there are reports that some of the higher-ups in Atlanta are concerned Terrell might rub off on Julio a little bit.

Willie says that would actually be a GOOD thing ... telling our guy at LAX, Owens has a lot of positive things to offer a stud receiver like Jones.

Baker Mayfield just gave the play-by-play on his infamous 2017 arrest -- where he was chased down and tackled by police in Arkansas -- and said, "There's so much regret about that."

The #1 pick in the NFL Draft appeared on FS1's 'The Herd' with Colin Cowherd -- who played the arrest video for Baker and asked him straight-up what the hell he was thinking.

As previously reported, Baker was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after trying to run from cops who wanted to question him about a fight from earlier that evening.

Baker was adamant to Cowherd that he was not in trouble for anything when cops approached him -- but he freaked out due to his "state of mind."

"For some reason, I thought I was in trouble," Mayfield said ... so he decided to try and run away.

Cops then tackled him down to the ground and the video went viral.

"That was very eye-opening to me," Mayfield said ... explaining that the incident was a "rude awakening to responsibility and accountability."

Anthony Barr -- the Vikings star who put the hit on Aaron Rodgers that broke his collarbone in 2017 -- doesn't believe he'll have a target on his back when he faces Green Bay in Week 2.

In fact, Barr tells TMZ Sports ... it's "just another game."

Yeah, right.

As we previously reported, Barr received violent hate mail after the hit -- with one Packers fan warning him, "Your payback in coming. Piece of s***."

So, when we saw the linebacker at LAX, we asked if he was worried Packers players would REALLY try to get that "payback."

"I'm not too worried about it," Barr told us ... "It's football man. It's another game."

Barr told the NFL Network he didn't try to hurt Rodgers on the play -- saying, "It's unfortunate that it happened."

The L.A. star hit the weight room Wednesday decked out in camo with XXXTentacion's "Look At Me!" blasting ... and bench pressed 495 pounds -- with zero help from his spotter!!

It's so impressive ... for fun, here's a list of things that weigh right around what Donald just pushed off his chest:

Jay-Z says the NFL approached him to perform at the Super Bowl -- but he shot them down saying, "You need me, I don't need you."

It's all part of Jay and Beyonce's new song, "Apesh*t" (featuring Quavo and Offset), which dropped this past weekend. Scroll to 3:31.

One of the key lyrics is when Jay says, "I said no to the Super Bowl: you need me, I don't need you. Every night we in the endzone, tell the NFL we in stadiums too."

Seems to imply Jay rejected the NFL over the handling of the Colin Kaepernick kneeling situation -- a situation Jay has publicly criticized the league for in the past.

Another clue ... in the music video, Jay features at least 11 people taking a knee during that line.

There were reports back in Sept. 2017 that Jay gave a thumbs-down to the NFL -- but he hadn't commented before and the NFL essentially denied it saying no decisions had been made.
