Dog the Bounty Hunter's got ZERO sympathy for fugitives seeking shelter as Hurricane Irma heads to Florida. He says throw 'em in the pokey ... however, there's a huge BUT.

We got Dog with his wife, Beth, leaving Craig's Thursday night in WeHo and we asked him for his take on a Florida sheriff warning fugitives they'll be jailed if they seek shelter as Irma levels its way to FLA.

For those who don't know what the Polk County Sheriff's Office said ... "If you go to a shelter for Irma and you have a warrant, we'll gladly escort you to the safe and secure shelter called the Polk County Jail."

Farrah Abraham's slightly used red gingham bikini and heels worn for the cover of "Girls and Corpses" can now be yours -- if you're into those things. Bikinis ... not corpses. Sicko.

The "Teen Mom" star did the photo shoot for the horror and comedy magazine's winter 2013 issue, and owner Robert Rhine is trying to make some cash off her wardrobe. He's listed the bikini and heels separately on eBay ... and says he expects to fetch thousands.

Sources familiar with the pregnancy tell us the couple's surrogate is carrying a female bundle of joy.

We broke the stories ... the baby's due in late January by a surrogate Kim and Kanye hired for medical reasons. Kim's placenta accreta condition could kill her if she carries another baby to term.

This will be girl #9 in the Kardashian clan -- not including Kris herself -- and we've learned it bodes well for one of those ladies in particular.

We spoke with a notable child psychologist, who tells us North West and baby #3 will probably form a closer bond than Saint might with his new sis. And the reason's simple: sisters gravitate to their sisters. You don't gotta tell us ... or the Kardashians, either.

R&B singer Keke Wyatt was drowning in her tears as she revealed her husband's plans to drop her while 8 months pregnant ... after he allegedly cheated.

Keke, who once starred on "R&B Divas: Atlanta," posted her meltdown Tuesday. She and Michael Ford have been married since 2010. She says Michael decided he wanted out because of trust issues, but she's calling BS.

She says she's dealing with a lot -- besides being pregnant, she and Ford have another kid that's been in and out of the hospital fighting cancer. Now the divorce. They have 8 kids already, including one from Ford's previous relationship, plus the one they're expecting.

Taylor Swift is horning in on the life of Kylie Jenner in a big way ... the singer took up a bigger billboard than hers, right across the street.

A new billboard featuring Taylor's mug promoting her new single, "Look What You Made Me Do," moved in across the street from a "Life of Kylie" billboard 50 feet away on the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. and La Cienega in WeHo.

By the looks on their faces ... we'd say Taylor's got more to prove here -- and more turf to claim in this epic billboard face-off.

Taylor isn't known to have beef with Kylie personally, but we all know she's not on good terms with Kim and Kanye ... and probably, by extension, the whole Kardashian clan.

Ray J and his wife Princess Love have baby fever, and it's being put to the test with the addition of the newest "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" cast member -- one-year-old Stevie Rose Weintraub.

The couple's manager, David Weintraub and Mallory Knighton put their kid on loan to Ray and Princess so they could test out their parenting skills.

It's been well-documented on this season of 'L&HHH' that Ray and Princess have been trying get pregnant.

Ray took charge ... feeding Stevie, playing silly baby games, and even changing her poopy diapers. Our sources say he did pretty well ... except for the diapers part.

Luke Bryan could be sitting next to Katy Perry very soon ... as the second judge on the panel of the new "American Idol."

Our 'A.I.' sources tell us ... producers have reached out to Luke and made him an offer. We don't know how Luke responded to the offer, but money has got to be an issue. TMZ broke the story ... "Idol" is paying Katy $25 mil and Ryan Seacrest is getting somewhere close to $15 mil. We were told the next highest paid talent would get around $6 mil, but Luke is hot property ... at the top of country.

As we reported ... the clock's ticking for 'Idol' honchos to lock down the judge's panel with only a few weeks left before filming begins.

Lionel Richie, Charlie Puth and Keith Urban have all been in play, but our sources say Luke is now definitely the one producers want as the second judge.

Sources tell us ... the way around the budget limitations is to offer people like Seacrest and Luke production deals with Disney that have great value but don't impact the 'Idol' budget.

Rachel Lindsay's runner-up on "The Bachelorette" won't say for sure if he's next to hand out roses for love -- but he's giving us strong signals he might be.

We got Peter Kraus -- a fan fave who wouldn't take a knee for Rachel this season -- and asked if rumors that he's the next 'Bachelor' carry any weight.

"Big Brother" contestant Jason Dent was way out of bounds when he joked about raping the wife of houseguest Kevin Schlehuber ... this according to Kevin's wife, who's deeply disturbed by Jason's remarks.

Kevin's wife, Deborah, tells TMZ ... Jason making those comments on the show's live feed, while laughing hysterically, is the worst thing she's ever seen. She says while her husband signed up for 'BB' and all that comes with it ... she and her kids didn't.

Deborah also calls BS on Jason's family's apology and claim that the jokes were taken out of context -- because it would never cross her husband's mind to say something so horrible.

Kevin and Deborah have 7 children together -- 6 of them girls -- and she works as a neonatal nurse in Boston. She says they're a nice, hardworking family and she's appalled her husband's season of "Big Brother" has turned so ugly ... mostly due to Jason.

Corinne Olympios and DeMario Jackson hooked up again -- literally -- and DeMario said something during the encounter that registered in a big way on our BS detector.

The "Bachelor in Paradise" stars were leaving Nightingale Wednesday night in L.A. where Corinne and DeMario were ALL OVER each other. She hugged, climbed and kissed him.

Listen closely as DeMario says, "My PR is gonna hate this in the morning."

As you know ... Corinne claimed she had no recollection of a sexual encounter she had with DeMario during 'BiP' filming, and that triggered a sexual assault investigation. Warner Bros. concluded she was lucid the entire time.

LaVar Ball just dropped the trailer for his new reality show -- which puts a spotlight on his wife's recovery from a stroke that was so severe, the family admits they didn't know if she would live or die.

Tina Ball suffered the stroke back in February -- and has essentially stayed out of the spotlight as her sons Lonzo, LaMelo and LiAngelo rose to basketball superstardom.

LaVar has been working with her in their Chino Hills home -- and finally allowed reality show cameras to document her recovery.

Corinne Olympios finally spoke out about her "Bachelor in Paradise" scandal with DeMario Jackson, and wanted it known ... he did nothing wrong.

Corinne sat down with Chris Harrison on Tuesday's 'BiP' tell-all episode and confirmed TMZ's story -- she mixed meds with booze and suffered a hard blackout when she hooked up with DeMario.

Chris also confirmed our reporting about Corinne appearing very with it during the ordeal that eventually shut down production-- so much so producers thought she was fine.

The bigger takeaway ... Corinne officially exonerated DeMario of any wrongdoing and said there's no ill will on her end. She also said she never blamed him for anything.

"Big Brother" contestant Jason Dent thinks rape is seriously funny -- he went full LOL while talking about having sex with another housemate's wife ... while forcing the guy's kids to watch.

The footage is pretty disturbing ... Jason was cracking up on the Internet live feed Monday, joking he was going to f**k Kevin Schlehuber's wife if Kevin turned on him in the game. A female housemate, Alex Ow, was laughing along as Jason joked he'd also tie up Kevin's daughters and "make them watch."

Fair to say ... the 'BB' house is getting out of control. Remember, Jason also made a rapey comment earlier in the season -- saying he'd hold down a female housemate so other guys would be able to 'backdoor her.' Not to mention the rampant butt and genital poking that's been going down.
